Chapter 35, Dominus Light

The titan walked quickly down the golden hallway full of treasure and statues of his Emperor.

"Unbelievable.."

Caital was back, and with a powerful army at her back. To add to the headache! Several Eliksni and Lightbearer Deserters have dwindled the Shadow Legion's power.

Not to mention the loss of vital resource bases..

It was a complete shit show, and now he had to report it!

The doors to the Throne Room opened and he quickly entered.

The Throne Room was filled with Legionaries and Calus's most trusted warrior's.

Straight ahead, on a golden throne laid the emperor, holding a golden chalice in his right hand.

Standing on both sides of his throne were two large tormentors.

The Titan walked down the golden pathway that led to the Throne.

"My Emperor." He greeted with a graceful bow once he stopped walking.

"Commander Centaur is it?" Calus boringly asked.

Screw this guy! Centaur's trying to save his ass and that's what he gets as a greeting!?

No matter…

They can still win as long as they prepare accordingly.

"Yes my Emperor. I bring urgent news. We have lost contact with all forces and fleets out in the stars. Hundreds of distress signals were sent. This is no coincidence. There is an attack coming my Emperor and your daughter is leading it."

Calus leaned back against his chair and let out a bored groan.

"Caital's forces seem to have grown stronger and her fleet seems to be larger. But they are no match for my ship. The Typhon Imperator!""

Centaur bowed once again. "Of course my Emperor. But I do believe we should still proceed with caution."

"Agh.. that's your job is it not? You are my Guardians after all! Hahahaha!"

The fat Emperor laughed loudly.

"Indeed. Then I will prepare the fleet."

"Yes, yes. Just go and deal with this already!" Calus shouted. "Bring victory to your Emperor."

Centaur bowed once again, "You shall have victory."

He turned around and left the throne room..

Biting his lip as he did.

The fat bastard doesn't realize with their lack of resources! They are at a complete disadvantage!

But…

But Centaur can't stay angry. Calus is right after all, with the Typhon Imperator at their back, destroying Caital's forces will be a cake walk.

The war room was quiet, for today..

Was the day.

"My fleet and the Red Legion fleet will engage Calus's forces in the sky and ground if need be." Caital placed a finger on the war table.

Which showed a holographic image of Calus's capital.

It's on a large planet with a single star. Just good enough to hold life on it.. According to Otzot, the planet reminded him of Torobatl. Which is why he decided to set his new capital on it.

On the planet laid Calus's capital city with his ship parked in the center.

In the skies and in orbit of the planet laid a large shadow legion fleet of 123 Warships, 100 carriers, and 30 command carriers, accompanied by only 10 ketch's and several human and awoken ship's.

Still, all of them combined were no match for Sivert's and Caital's fleet combined which was also joined by Eramis's salvation fleet that amassed up to 340 warships, 280 carriers, and 90 command carriers along with 120 ketches.

Not to forget the Supremacy as well.

But Sivert will only pull that card once Calus's deploys the Typhon into orbit. So the Supremacy can flank it and disable to the ship.

"House of Wolves and Light will prioritize freeing the many prisoners in the city. Does everyone understand?"

There were only small nods of confirmation in response.

"Very well. Let us crush this false Emperor, once and for all!" Caital raised her right fist.

The war room erupted into cheer's.

Sivert looked at himself in the mirror and at the armor that was made for him by Otzot.

He was adorned in bulky white armor with red and gold detailing along with a white cape.

According to Otzot, the Legion's moral will be boosted if they see their Primus wear mighty Cabal armor like this.

So Sivert decided to wear it.

The armor was similar to those of project creed, offering many different gadget's and a jumpjet.

Not that Sivert needed it but hell he doesn't mind giving it a try!

After putting on the armor.

Sivert made his way to the bridge of his warship where everyone got a good look at his new armor.

It indeed made him look like the Primus he was!

In his bridge were his several commanders.

"I know we've only known each other for a few months, but with all we've been through together. I'm glad to call you my brothers." The hunter said to them.

He's never fought alongside such proud warriors before with an unmatched desire to grow stronger.

"Now. The Plan is simple, my House of Wolves will be conducting a planetary wide invasion of Calus's world. While we deal with his large fleet in orbit. This will be a big battle and it will be chaos but stick to tasks I gave each of you and we'll make it through. Yeah?"

"YES PRIMUS!"

Sivert smirked and nodded in approval. "That's what I'm talking about. Now, LET'S GO WRECK SOME SHIT EH!?"

"YEAH!"

It wasn't just the commanders that cheered, it was the entire bridge crew. With enough voice to span for miles.

"Alright! Get to your ships!"

They swiftly departed and everyone got back to work.

Sivert sat down on the throne in the center of the bridge. He leaned back and took a deep… satisfied breath.

He closed his eyes.

Finally..

Today was the day they end it all.

He opened his eyes and watched as his ship and his massive red legion fleet enter light speed.

Heh…

This was still amusing to Sivert, he destroyed the Red Legion, they resented him. Now, here they admire him.

Worship him…

They fight in his name and the Empress's name.

He rebuilt the great Legion and today.

It will reveal its full might!

The alarm's blared loudly..

The ship's weaponry fired non-stop.

Centaur stood in front of the bridge window, looking out at this…

Chaos.

Madness and Chaos..

"There's to many of them!"

"Mayday mayday!"

"AGHH!"

The comms were filled with nothing but panic and confusion.

Cabal warship's kept arriving non-stop from all directions. Some dawned in Caital's banner's.

Other's dawned in all red..

The Red Legion…

They just kept coming!

"Ketch's inbound! Redirecting the rear fleet's focus!"

"No! No! More Ketch's on the right! Direct attention there!"

"There's too fucking many!"

Panic erupted in the bridge, no one knew what to do. The shadow legion fleet just fired at anything that didn't look like their allies.

Centaur's entire defense plan was going to shit! They didn't have enough time to prepare!

"We have several Ketch's descending towards the city! We have to intercept them!"

"No you fool! Focus on the red legion warships!"

Fighting soon begun happening between the bridge crew but the titan did nothing.

He was still in shock.

Centaur's eyes shifted to where a loud boom was heard.

His eyes widened at the massive red legion warship that just arrived and rammed through a Shadow Legion warship, emerging unscathed.

"What the fuck is that!"

"Shit!"

"That ship's going to tear us apart."

Their worries were quickly coming true.

The warship begun advancing at fast speeds, destroying any shadow legion warship that tried to intercept it.

The lone red legion warship was soon accompanied by other warship's.

"Salvation Ketch's on our flank!"

"No! More Cabal Warship's are joining with them."

There was non-stop explosions and soon the ship begun shaking violently.

"Shit! Incoming Interceptor's!"

"Redirect fire towards them!"

"It's too late!"

Centaur's eyes shifted to the large squadron of incoming Interceptor's.

He quickly escaped his shocked state.

"Run for it!"

The Titan ordered and turned around, bolting out of the bridge room with many other's following.

The Interceptor's begun bombing the ship, completely destroying the bridge. Those who had run short on luck were sucked into the vacuum of space.

Centaur ran down the hallway, ignoring the begging cries of the injured or trapped.

This ship was going down like the other's!

He made his way to the escape pod's and caught one before it could leave.

"Move!"

He roughly pulled a human crew member out of the pod who tried to take it.

"Wait!"

It closed once Centaur entered.

No..

This couldn't be happening.

The Titan entered into a state of panic.

If only that fat shit read his reports! Then maybe they could've properly prepared for this.

But no!

He was to immersed in just getting fatter!

"AHHHHH!" He let out a scream full of disbelief.

The titan was losing his mind..

But then realization hit him as he remembered an important key factor in the defense plan.

They had the Typhon Imperator.

"Haha.. hahaha!"

Not even this large fleet could stand a chance against that mighty ship.

Hope returned to the titan, he just had to make sure he was on board before it took off!

Sivert brought his hands together and smiled mischievously.

He could imagine the panic on Calus's face!

"House of Wolves Ketch's are nearing the city." Otzot reported to him.

"Have them wait near and until Siege Dancer's destroy the cities air defenses before fully descending."

"Yes, Primus.."

She quickly got back to her terminal which was on the left of Sivert's white throne.

Fulfilling her order's.

Sivert focused his eyes on the Shadow Legion fleet that was nearing its end.

Once a mighty fleet, now reduced to three warships and several damaged carrier's.

Hehe..

Now…

Should be any minute now before Calus-

"The Typhon Imperator is ascending and making its way to orbit!"

The report was quickly lobbed his way.

Sivert stood up from his throne, "Take command." He ordered Otzot.

"Yes Primus."

She watched Sivert leave the bridge.

The Psion shivered in excitement, she couldn't wait to see what he was going to do.

An orange holo-recording was projected in the throne room. Showing the battle in space.

"Haha! Daughter you have grown strong.. but today is the day I shall finally destroy you." Calus confidently stated.

"Destroy all ship's in range!" He swiftly gave the order.

Centaur smirked and turned his head to look at the recording.

They did good but they did not stand a chance with the Typhon taking flight!

"Eh?"

His smirk was soon replaced with a confused frown at what he was seeing.

"Focus over there." Centaur ordered while pointing at a strange white figure..

The recording zoomed in on the figure. Revealing a human in all white cabal armor.

Casually…..

Walking in space!

"Heh?"

Calus's confidence was also crushed..

He hasn't seen something like this since….

His eyes widened in realization.

"He will grow more powerful than even us."

The words of his Witness repeated themselves in his head.

No..

No!

It can't be him!

It explains why he hasn't heard from the Witness in years.. but to think he came back!

"Retreat!" Calus suddenly shouted.

"What? But my Emperor we-"

"Silence you fool! Just get us out of here!"

He entered into a state of panic, ignoring all his follower's words.

"Look!"

The human walking in space stopped, he was focused on the Typhon Imperator.

A white light begun to engulf him..

Light.. energy?

The light grew stronger and burned brighter until..

The human released all that light energy into a beam of light, which shot directly at the Typhon Imperator.

Striking the front of it and Calus's face on the ship. It easily pierced through the tough Pyramid Tech walls and begun causing paracausal flora to sprout over the ship's surface.

The ship shook violently from that one strike.

"Get us out of here!" Calus shouted once more.

The Typhon Imperator soon started to turn left and around in a span of minutes all while the human watched.

"Hurry!" Calus shouted in panic.

The ship begun to hum, preparing to depart.

Even in its damaged state, it was capable of fleeing.

Unfortunately..

There will be no escape.

The ship's alarms begun blaring and a cabal legionary who was stationed in the bridge of the Typhon shouted over the intercom.

"Ship incoming!"

Calus cursed what he just heard, What now?!

"Just keep going and ram i-"

He fell silently once that…

Thing appeared.

It loomed over the Typhon slowly.

A… massive black ship.

Calus dropped the chalice he was holding and looked at the holo-recording with disbelief.

Centaur couldn't believe his very eyes.

Thousands and thousands of cannons on the ship begun activating and taking aim at the Typhon Imperator.

Firing orange lasers at the ship.

"Ugh!"

"Agh!"

The large Typhon Imperator started to shake violently as it was being bombarded to hell.

Soon the humming of the ship stopped as the bridge of the Typhon Imperator was easily destroyed.

The ship was now dead in space..

Calus stood up from his throne, panicking even more.

Red Legion Warships accompanied by Imperial Cabal ships begun swarming the Typhon.

Several drop pods were launched and several Harvester's begun flying towards the Typhon.

Flying through the large holes of the ship caused by both the human's beam of light and this ship's bombardment.

"Repel the attacker's!" Centaur ordered.

The hundreds of Legionaries in the throne room begun departing, accompanied by Calus's trusted warriors.

"Get me a ship out of here!" Calus ordered with a desperate tone.

Centaur turned around to look at the two tormentors standing next to Calus.

"You heard your Emperor!" he shouted at them.

The tormentors made no response or movement..

They were only staring at the human on the holo-recording.

The day has come. Their Witness had told them of his coming.

Now the perfect one has arrived.

The two tormentors begun speaking and Centaur's ghost quickly translated.

"Our True Master has Arrived."

"What?!" Centaur shouted in response, his ghost had no idea what they meant either.

The tormentors suddenly turned a hostile gaze towards Centaur and the remaining shadow legion troops in the room.

And they began attacking!

"Emperor get out of here!" Centaur shouted to which Calus quickly listened. The large Emperor ran out of the throne room.

And quite fast for his big size..

The tormentors begun slaughtering shadow legion troops effortlessly.

"Damnit!" Centaur cursed this as arc light engulfed him.

His ghost played a quick transmission coming down from the surface.

"Commander! The Tormentors! They're attacking us!"

So..

It isn't just these two..

Damnit!

Why was this happening?!

Peruniks gripped tightly onto his shrapnel launcher, waiting..

And waiting.

He pondered as he waited, about all that had happened. That day still replays itself in his head..

The day he was granted an opportunity to make right.

For his people..

He's glad he took it.

"Air Defenses are destroyed! Begin the attack!"

Finally.. the words came through the comms.

Peruniks looked to his right and up at his sister.

She let out a mighty roar, signaling the start of the attack.

The ketch's made their way to the city and Peruniks along with his sister entered a skiff like many other's.

Skiff's begun flocking out from the ketch's hangar's.

Flooding the skies and flocking towards different locations of the city.

Peruniks's skiff made for the center of the city along with many others, where the Typhon Imperator once was.

The open space it left made for a good landing zone.

His skiff stopped and the door's opened, the Baron jumped down along with his sister.

Peruniks was quickly introduced to a mighty war in the streets of the city and sky.

A skiff flew down to drop an all-white walker with black markings on it onto the main street.

It activated and begun raining hell on shadow legion troops.

Brigs came down from the skies, providing support for the walker's and Eliksni troops.

A full scale Eliksni assault! Greater than any there has ever been.

It was a beautiful sight for Peruniks.

On this very day, his people will be free and united!

The Baron quickly joined in on the fight, splitting up with his sister who made her way to the prison section of the city.

Peruniks turned his attention to the main street of the city, it was large and full of Shadow Legion soldiers who were blocking off the streets.

He immediately took cover in front of a destroyed goliath tank a skiff managed to destroy.

Peruniks peeked from behind, providing fire support with his shrapnel launcher.

Taking out two Legionary's and a Centurion who attempted to shoot at him with its Bronto cannon.

A confident vandal who also peeked out from behind the tank with his wire rifle was instantly struck in the chest by a slug rifle.

Peruniks was quick to drag him back behind cover and tend to his wound.

"I'm ok!" the young vandal confidently stated, pushing aside the white cloak and showing the dent on his armor that the bullet caused.

"Be more careful friend." Peruniks ordered to which the young vandal replied with a quick nod.

Peruniks turned his attention back to the street.

His forces were slowly pushing back the shadow legion squads defending this street.

They were becoming desperate and soon started deploying awoken and human soldier's..

Poorly trained soldier's.

"Curses.."

This is not what Peruniks was hoping for. He could see it in their eyes..

He could smell it..

The fear.. the desire to retreat.

Peruniks raised his top left hand, clenching his claw.

Signaling his troops to stop their advance.

"Focus on Cabal only!" He gave the command to which they obeyed.

If they advanced on them at this rate than those human and awoken troops will be annihilated in the crossfire..

"?!"

Peruniks and the other Eliksni looked up at the sky, to the loud boom that caught their attention.

They saw a bright beam of light striking the Typhon Imperator and dealing a heavy blow to the front of it.

This even caught the attention of the shadow legion troops who couldn't believe their eyes.

The Typhon slowly turned around.

It was retreating!

This sight alone dealt a heavy blow to shadow legion moral.

Another loud boom like noise was heard and a massive ship appeared to intercept the retreating Typhon.

Raining down hell on it and immobilizing it.

Another heavy blow to shadow legion moral..

Peruniks and his troops erupted into cheers as their moral was boosted greatly, They continued their attack on the shadow legion troops.

But those human and awoken in the crossfire were a problem..

Peruniks's mind was running like crazy as he tried to figure out a way to get them out of the way.

He was interrupted though as the young vandal he saved tapped on his left shoulder, before pointing back at the shadow legion troops.

Peruniks peeked carefully out from cover to look.

He saw Legionaries and Phalanx's turn their attention to the street on the right.

They began firing over in that direction.

A void projectile was lobbed their direction, killing several Legionaries.

The attacker eventually appeared in the Peruniks's sight.

A tormentor?

It swung it's large scythe, brutally tearing through the armor of two legionaries before reaching out to grab the head of another legionary.

Crushing it's helmet and head with its left hand alone. It threw the dead legionary at a charging centurion.

It was viciously attacking shadow legion troops and was soon joined in by another tormentor who jumped down from the roof of a building.

Together they easily destroyed the shadow legion defenses on the main street before departing to go kill more.

Peruniks was left confused but did not question it since they seemed to be ignoring Eliksni troops and awoken or human soldiers.

At least he wouldn't question it right now..

"Advance!"

He ordered.

His troops did just that, a walker and two brigs accompanied them as they moved further down the street.

The spared Awoken and Human soldier's quickly dropped their weapons and raised their hands.

Surrendering.

A relieving sight for Peruniks.

They were immediately restrained and escorted away from the front lines.

After this, Peruniks continued his assault.

She ran quickly through the halls..

The young scribe wasted no time once her skiff landed near the prison. She was desperate to find her precious father.

Those who accompanied her knew that very well.

Eramis and two Captains of Salvation along with a few other Salvation troops.

The kell tried to get her to slow down already but stopped trying once they entered the prison.

It was full of dead Shadow Legion..

And once they made it the cell blocks, they found nothing but traumatized human, awoken, Eliksni prisoners.

Alive.. but scared to their core.

They witnessed whatever happened in here and it affected them deeply.

Eramis's troops begun freeing everyone and guiding them out of the prison to safety.

But Eido kept running, her father was locked up in the max security cell block.

Where they eventually found mighty cabal warrior's loyal to Caital's banner or Eliksni warrior's loyal to Salvation.

They were freed as well and Eido finally stopped running.

She looked up at the large pod to her right. Built to keep in the mightiest of Eliksni..

The scribe was quick to pull the handle that opened the pod.

A cold air blew against her face as it opened and a large Eliksni fell out.

Barely landing on his feet.

"Father!" Eido quickly embraced Mithrax who returned it, though it was weak.

His armor was damaged and he was in a poor state.

"You've had better days Mithrax." Eramis pointed out.

"Indeed.. I have.." he grunted as he responded.

It took a minute before he could fully stand up.

"What is happening?" he asked as he looked around.

"Were attacking the false Emperor with the help of Empress Caital and the Young Wolf. His fleet is in ruins and Shadow Legion forces are in full disarray!" Eido quickly explained.

The mention of the Young Wolf was surprising but not unwelcomed to the kell of Light.

"I'm glad.. and grateful." Mithrax said as he looked at Eramis.

"Thank you for… saving Eido and the other's."

"Do not mention it.." Eramis coldly replied and turned around.

Mithrax let out a small laugh, one full of joy. He could tell Eramis was embarrassed by his words of gratitude.

Eramis ignored it and moved to leave.

*BOOM*

It was loud and thunderous.

Eramis turned back around, she and the other's focused their eyes on the large and lone pod in the center of the cell block.

It was still closed but whoever was inside…

Was trying to break out.

*BOOM*

There was a dent on the pod's door's as whoever was inside viciously punched the door.

Eramis's troops slowly moved in, aiming their weapons at the pod.

They stopped several feet away from it, waiting for the one inside to break out.

Eido quickly pulled up her data pad which held information on all the prisoners here thanks to some splicers who hacked the shadow legion data.

"A Vicious Wolf they call this one…" she mumbled..

*BOOM*

Another large dent was seen.

"One who's Light burns brighter than any.."

*BOOM*

Mithrax stepped in front of Eido to protect her..

Eido finished the description with a quiet but cautious tone.

"A Lady of Iron.."

*BOOM*

The pod's mighty resilient doors were sent flying, fortunately everyone was able to duck just in time so they didn't get struck by it.

It crashed against a section of prison walls before stopping.

They raised their heads and watched as this..

Lady of Iron revealed herself.

Arc Light danced around her as she jumped down from the pod.

She had a mix of green, white and gold armor. With a white cape that possessed a golden wolf head.

Her helmet was white which also possessed a golden wolf head pained on it along with two black eye sockets that allowed her to see. The helmet also possessed a white plume mohawk on the top.

"Ahh.. out again.." she commented while stretching her body.

"Hm? No Cabal Legionaries to greet me this time?" she questioned in confusion once she spotted the group.

Eido peeked out from behind her father, her four eyes widened in amazement.

"That armor.. your Lady Efrideet!" she called out.

"Oh hoh.. to think an Eliksni would recognize me. You are correct! I am Efrideet." The lady of Iron proudly replied.

Eramis's troops lowered their weapons.

"Now, what is going on? I don't see any shadow legion and I hear a lot of explosions outside."

Eido stepped out from behind her father. "Were attacking Calus with the help of Empress Caital and the Young Wolf!"

"Hold on."

Efrideet raised a finger, "Did you say.. Young Wolf?"

"Yes."

"As in Saladin's Young Wolf?"

"Yes!" Eido happily answered.

To see another Iron Lord was an honor in her eyes. It's why she's filled with joy. She was talking with living history!

Efrideet lowered her finger and placed both her hands on her hips.

"Alright then. I'd like to go see him. Mind if I borrow a ship?" she asked.

Eido and Mithrax looked back at Eramis.

"You will be given a ride." The kell said in an annoyed tone.

Efrideet shrugged, "Good enough."

She's never been inside a skiff before! So this will be a new experience for her!

"First.. Has anyone got water? Throats dry.." Efrideet asked cutely.

The skiff shook a little due to a the force of a nearby explosion.

"Wow.. it's hell up here." Efrideet muttered, looking out through the cockpit window.

Eramis who piloted the skiff ignored her and kept her focus on flying.

Despite the imminent victory. There was still a massive space battle.

Red Legion Interceptor's attacking Shadow Legion Interceptor's. Warships attacking each other.

Efrideet has never seen a battle at this scale and she was pretty old, seeing some pretty big battles.

But this one took the cake!

"Red Legion ships…." She whispered with a little concern.

"Worry not.. the legion is led by your Young Wolf." Eramis told her.

"Huh?! Why is he leading the Red Legion!?" the Iron Lord shouted in response.

She was going to have a long talk with him!

"To help build up Caital's forces? I don't know nor do I care.."

Eramis was rude but Efrideet didn't really pay much attention to it. She remained silent the rest of the way as the skiff flew towards the Typhon Imperator.

Oh that Young Wolf better explain good on what he's doing!

Centaur dropped to his knees and coughed up blood. His armor was in ruins and his body was nearing its limit..

"Shit.. Heh.."

He looked at the two dead tormentors that put up a good fight..

The Titan turned his head to the left and looked the pieces of his dead ghost. Poor little light…

"Goddamnit.."

The titan shook his head and put pressure on the injury he had on his chest.

A large and deadly cut..

With blood pouring out like this, he was bound to die soon..

"How did this happen.." he whispered.

They've built an Empire that lasted for centuries, now it ends like this?

The door's to the throne room opened, Centaur looked up and at the approaching person.

"Fucking hell.. your one bad motherfucker ain't you?"

The one who entered was that same human who struck the Typhon with that beam of Light.

He stopped just in front of Centaur..

"Hey.. I know were on different sides but.. think you can at least help me out here and get me a drink?" Centaur asked as he chuckled.

Sivert looked down at him for a long silent moment.

Until he drew his ace and shot Centaur dead in the face.

The titan's body collapsed and Sivert holstered his Ace.

"No."

He finally answered and continued walking.

Searching for the fat pig..

Sivert quickly secured the Throne room, finding nothing but bodies though.. The tormentors were doing good jobs.

He closed his eyes and utilized universal sense.

"Hm."

He was quick to find Calus, running down the hallway that led to his treasury. It was secured by a powerful and strong vault door which quickly opened for Calus.

"Idiot.." Sivert whispered, he opened his eyes and prepared to teleport there.

But he stopped..

He could hear… singing..

Or what felt like singing.

It was coming from Calus's vault.

Something was calling to Sivert and it might be what he was secretly searching for.

Something that rightfully belonged to him.

He continued with his earlier intentions and teleported.

Calus closed the golden vault door and let out a small sight of relief.

Even if this ship was to go down. This vault would survive. He could camp out here until the fighting stopped.

Maybe call for a ship to pick him up as well!

Haha..

"Yo."

"AGH!"

Calus jumped and turned around, he was immediately filled with fear as Sivert appeared before him.

His helmet transmitted away, revealing his face.

A face Calus sort of recognized, because it looked different than before.

"Nice room." Sivert complimented while looking around.

His eyes stopped at the large strange plant or jellyfish looking object with a bulbous and cup-shaped main body.

It was in the middle of the treasury.

There it was!

Calus saw his eyes light up at the sight of it.

"Is that what you want?! The Veil! Take it! The Witness never used it! It's power can be all yours! Hahaha! Take whatever else you want as well." Calus offered desperately.

Pointing to his treasures.

Sivert looked back at him.

"Still a coward.." he whispered and chuckled.

"You know.."

Sivert turned around and walked towards the veil but stopped halfway. He instead turned to the left and picked up a gold coin from a pile of gold coins.

"You hid from me pretty well but now it's time to die. I would imprison you but you killed a lot of people in the Last City. People I had a duty to protect and though I was regrettably not there.."

Sivert tossed the coin back onto the pile and Calus silently listened.

"I can still fulfill my duty. Which is taking out threats to humanity." He fixed a cold and dark glare at Emperor.

He did not respond, trying to think of a way out of this!

Sivert looked back at the veil and walked towards it.

He held out his right hand and clenched it into a fist.

As he did this, the Supremacy which loomed over the Typhon begun bombarding it once more.

Only on this specific section of the ship.

It easily destroyed and created a massive hole in the vault room. Piles of gold and other treasures were sucked into the vacuum of space but Sivert wasn't affected.

He looked up at his mighty ship through the large hole it created. It beamed down an orange light towards the vault room.

The Demon Peer Misora floated down from the light.

"You know what to do."

She nodded and turned her attention to the veil.

The light that transported Misora here enveloped the veil before slowly taking it up to the ship with Misora escorting it's transportation.

Storing in on there for now until Sivert finds a suitable place for it. He sealed the hole shut with a barrier so Calus wouldn't get sucked into space.

"Now."

Sivert turned back around to look at Calus who was trying to open the vault door. Only it was sealed shut due to the gaping hole in the treasury.

A system precaution of the ship.

One Calus really regretted installing!

He turned around to look at Sivert.

"Ready to die?"

"No! Wait!"

Calus held out his two hands towards Sivert, to try and stop him.

Sivert walked forward towards Calus, ready to kill him with a single strike.

But he stopped..

Because he could sense…

Strong Light on the other side of the vault door.

There was an explosion on the other side, even catching Calus's attention. He backed away from the vault door in caution, though of course still paying attention to Sivert.

The explosions stopped..

Sivert's brows furrowed and awaited what was to come.

A large gaping hole was created and a dead tormentor crashed against Calus, knocking him down.

He quickly pushed the body off him and sat up, looking at the one responsible.

"Ugh.. hate those guys."

A lone hunter entered through the hole.

Sivert immediately recognized her armor but before he could call out to her. She spotted Calus.

"You! Ha! Finally I've been waiting a long time for this you fat bastard!"

"EGH!?"

"Get over here!"

Calus panicked as Arc Light enveloped Efrideet, she lunged at Calus and delivered a deadly punch to his face. Shattering his helmet and drawing blood.

Efrideet unleashed a deadly beatdown on Calus, not holding back at all..

Sivert didn't dare to intervene either because.. why would he?

This was a beautiful sight!

Sadly, Efrideet stopped before she killed Calus which bummed Sivert out.

The Iron Lady hopped off the fat emperor and took a deep breath. Her arc light faded away as she calmed down.

"Lady Efrideet.."

Seeing her alive was a good sight in Sivert's eyes.

The Iron Lady turned her head to look at him.

"Lord Guardian."

"Sivert. Sivert Light is my name."

Efrideet gave a small nod in response to that revelation.

"Not a bad name. I like it. Good to see your alive."

"You as well."

Sivert couldn't wait to show her the new tower!

She can also help him run the banner!

"How's your.. ghost?"

"Good. She's not here with me but she's doing good."

"Still loud and annoying?"

"Yeah, Haha.."

It's been so long…

"Good, so you didn't change much.. kind… of?"

Efrideet titled her head a little to the right. Examining Sivert..

He was…

Very beautiful.

His eyes though are what attracted Efrideet, full of knowledge and Light..

And.. Darkness.

She walked slowly towards him…

There was one other thing that those eyes also harbored..

Something Efrideet could see clearly..

She removed her helmet, revealing her young and beautiful face with a white skin with just the right amount of tan..

She had a mix of short brown and blonde hair that reached down to her shoulder's.

Her brown eyes locked with Sivert's golden eyes.

Efrideet dropped her helmet and reached out both her hands, gently cupping Sivert's cheeks.

She stared into his eyes..

"You've been through a lot haven't you?" the Iron Lord asked.

Sivert took a moment to respond..

Giving a small nod in confirmation.

Efrideet smiled softly and moved closer, pressing her forehead against Sivert's.

"But you triumphed.. Saladin would be proud." The huntress whispered.

Sivert did not reply..

A small tear fell down from his right eye..

Efrideet was warm and it was a warmness Sivert would welcome.

Even though she was strangely close to him. But it was obviously to comfort him..

The two stood there, sharing a silent and intimate moment.

"There is much to discuss Young Wolf.." Efrideet broke the silence.

"There is.."

Sivert replied with a light chuckle.

Efrideet's smile grew a little wider.

Efrideet backed up and put her helmet back on as people entered the treasury.

Sivert turned his attention to the ones who entered the treasury.

Empress Caital and two large centurions.

She looked at Sivert and Efrideet before looking at Calus who was knocked out.

"Good work Primus Light. As much as I'd love to see him dead by your hands. This allows me to give him the end he deserves." Caital said in a proud tone.

The two centurions moved to lift Calus and restrain him before dragging him out of the vault.

"Thank you Empress." Sivert bowed gracefully in response.

"Ground fighting is still continuing but this battle is won! Victory is ours. I await your presence at the city down below Primus."

"I will be there Empress."

Sivert bowed once more and Caital departed without another word.

"An Iron Lord bowing before a Cabal Empress… oh how Saladin would kill you." Efrideet quietly commented.

Sivert raised a brow and turned to look at her. "You do know Saladin served on her war council before me right? He became a Valus."

"What?!"

Efrideet hasn't heard of this, but she would ask more later. She was still curious about Sivert.

"Yeah.. if you don't mind me asking? What's your story?"

Sivert hasn't heard of Efrideet since the end of the Red War.

"My story? I was in a group of pacifist guardians but we were soon attacked. I was the only survivor but I got captured by Calus's forces. I escaped once, killed a bunch of cabal before getting captured again. I escaped a few more times after that and killed more cabal.. but they never killed me.. I assume the fat bastard had plans to put me in his coliseum to fight for his own entertainment."

Efrideet placed her hands on her hips. "Then I broke out again only to find out Empress Caital was attacking Calus along with Eramis and you. Primus Light of the Red legion.. pfft.. Hahahaha!"

She started giggling and Sivert ignored her, he turned to leave.

"Wait I was kidding!"

Efrideet chased after him and out of the vault room where she kept teasing him and apologizing at the same time before asking about Sivert..

So.. using the large amount of time Sivert had before departing the Typhon. He explained everything that went on and happened.

Much to her disbelief..

She walked proudly up the set of stairs, and onto the large grey stage that was just constructed by her troops in the center of Calus's capital.

Crowded in front of the stage was thousands of Cabal and Psion's. Here to witness this moment.

This was also being broadcasted to the fleet as well.

Caital held her sword in her right hand, walking past her lined up war council and up to her disgraced father.

He laid face first on the cold stage floor. Chained onto it.

She gave him one long cold look..

A disappointed look..

Calus did not look back.. he was in a depressed state..

All he had built, the Witness's Salvation he took. Now reduced to nothing.

Caital turned to look at the crowd.

"Today we celebrate our victory against the cowardly shadow legion!" she yelled before adding on.

"With our allies and our combined strength! We have put an end to the legion!"

The words earned her cheers and Caital smiled underneath her helmet.

"But of course.. we celebrate more than just our mighty victory. We celebrate the unification of our people!" she raised her sword as more cheers erupted.

Caital lowered her sword and waited for the crowd to quiet down. She turned her head to the right and looked down at her father once more.

"Be grateful father. Today.. you will witness a glorious moment before you die."

Calus did not respond and Caital did not expect him to, but she will make sure he witness's this.

Caital took a step back before turning around.

"And today.. we celebrate another proud moment in Cabal History."

Caital's eyes fixated on Sivert, she walked up to him and looked down at the Hunter.

He stood still..

"Kneel."

Sivert quickly obeyed his Empress and lowered his head.

Caital placed her sword above his head.

"For valor in battle! For your countless victories! For marching the Red Legion once again! You are no longer Primus Light."

Sivert looked up at Caital and she delivered a swift cut to his hand.

Drawing blood…

Though other's were confused, most Cabal understood this action.

Sivert felt no pain.. but tons of blood poured out.

It was a necessary sacrifice for what was about to come.

Besides.. he was going to heal it later..

Caital's slash left a mark on Sivert's right hand.

A blood red scar..

She raised her blade, showing the blood on the blade.

"Rise, Dominus of the Red Legion!"

Once more, cheer's erupted but they were louder than they ever were.

Sivert stood up and Caital stepped aside. Allowing him to see the many Red Legion troops cheering his name.

"Dominus Light!"

It was.. strange but also quite relieving for Sivert.

This is not what he planned for but it was not unwelcomed. Being Dominus allowed him a ton of control over the Cabal Empire, not just for the Red Legion.

Of course, he was going to let Caital rule but he was definitely going to keep them in check as best as he could.

Mostly the Red Legion.. the elite of the Cabal Empire. The legion responsible for destroying many worlds and lives..

Also, because Sivert was the only one who could become Dominus now.. he did kill Ghaul..

It was his right in Cabal terms to take up the mantle of Dominus.

Caital looked at the blood on her blade, watching it slowly slide down..

She looked down at Calus who became even more depressed from watching this.

Caital raised her blade and delivered a quick and swift execution for Calus before he even saw it coming.

His head dropped down onto the ground..

The Emperor was dead..

"No more running…" The Empress whispered as she closed her eyes.

Sivert stepped forward and took the stage.

"I may have become Dominus, but I will not rule the Red Legion like Ghaul has. I will not subjugate worlds or conqueror them. Instead, I will simply feed my legion strength, so when the day comes that one might oppose us. We shall show them our true might!"

His shout was loud and the Red Legion once again, begun cheering his name.

"But first.. I will give the Cabal what they truly want. I will give you Torobatl!"

A bold declaration but one Sivert had no problem pulling off. Empress Caital gave a nod of approval and together with her Empire.

They cheered Sivert's name…

A beautiful sight for many and a strange sight for other's…

Eramis looked down at the restraints binding her claws.

She closed her eyes, accepting her punishment..

"Your House is disbanded." Sivert declared.

The old kell did not respond..

Sivert turned to his left to look at Variks who gave a nod of approval.

"I originally planned on killing you.." the hunter looked back at Eramis who looked up at him.

"But after today. I can see there would be no point.. you've committed many crimes in the name for your people.. but they are still crimes."

Sivert crouched down and reached out his right hand, placing it on Eramis's right shoulder.

"As punishment, you will serve as a Baroness in my House permanently."

Eramis's two eyes slightly widened at what she just heard.

"Your skill and knowledge is valuable. My house needs you.."

Sivert painfully admitted.

"But do not worry. Before you return with me, you will witness the rebirth of your homeworld."

Her eyes widened even more.

"After I heal Torobatl. I will heal Riis, the Eliksni will have their world back."

Eramis looked down at the ground, she..

She was filled with many different emotions but mostly joy.

Sivert drew a knife and cut off Eramis's restraint's.

"Rise my Baroness."

Eramis obeyed and lowered her head.

"Thank you.. my Kell."

To think it would turn out like this, but Eramis no longer cared. Her world was going to be revived and the Eliksni will get to live united.

If only… her mate lived to see it.

After Eramis became a Baroness to House of Wolves, her house flocked to Sivert's house.

Increasing the strength of his House greatly..

Before Sivert left to heal Torobatl and Riis, there was one last thing he had to do..

They were lined up and on their knees.

There was at least 50 of them..

There was many more but they submitted to Sivert and joined under Kryze.

Right now the hunter stood alongside Sivert, to witness this.

The Lady of Iron watched from a distance as well. To see what he would do.

50 once Guardians of the last city sat here in front of Sivert..

"You've let greed and power corrupt you." Sivert told them.

They did not respond, only glaring at him.

"You've left those you swore to protect. You are no Guardians…"

Strong and harsh words, but they did not stop glaring..

Sivert looked up at the sky…

"Unworthy…" he whispered..

He looked back down.

They sat confidently.. knowing they were going to be imprisoned..

No..

They were not without being punished.

"You are unworthy!"

He shouted, reaching out his right hand and unleashing his authority.

Authority he's had ever since the Traveler begun to rest within him. Authority he mastered with the help of Veldanava.

"Ugh!"

"AGH!"

The 50 guardians collapsed, feeling their Light leave them along with their ghosts who dissolved into Light..

All of it returned to Sivert.

It took them a few minutes to realize what just happened.

He… stripped them of their Light!

Their treasure! Their source of power!

THEIR IMMORTALITY!

It was a shocking and scary sight for even Efrideet who couldn't believe her own eyes..

It made her begin to fear Sivert because of it..

Their confidence was blown away and fear consumed them all.

"No!"

"Wait please!"

They began begging to Sivert like children..

Begging for their Light back..

Sivert ignored their cries.

"You will spend the rest of your lives rotting away in a cell.."

These.. greedy and power hungry people were now vulnerable.

Weak…

"No!"

"PLEASE!"

Sivert turned around and left without saying another word.

Red Legion Legionary's begun restraining the begging humans and escorting them to their cells.

This day..

Sivert's follower's witnessed a cold side he hid..

One they swore to never unleash...

2 Months Later

It was a beautiful sight for all Cabal..

Light begun engulfing the corrupt world of Torobatl, ridding the Hive infection they left.

There was some resistance from the Hive left here by Xivu but they were easily annihilated by the Cabal.

The Cabal homeworld was soon returning to its former glory.

Reborn…

When Sivert finished and watched as Cabal ships begun landing on their homeworld he was immediately praised and cheered by all Cabal.

A festival was thrown in his name and Sivert was given thousands of gifts..

From war trophies to even paintings of him..

There was one he found quite beautiful and swore to hang up in his office.

It showed him in his all white cabal armor holding the head of Calus. With a background full of Red Legion warships..

After this Sivert begun to say his goodbyes.

"You are returning to.. that universe?"

"Yes Empress.."

Quite disappointing to hear.. she had to admit but Sivert's already said he had a home there.

And that is where he belongs.

"Very well.."

"I will be leaving the Red Legion back in your hands to help-"

Caital raised her right hand, stopping Sivert.

"There is no need. I have seen this coming. The Red Legion wishes to follow their Dominus. The whole Legion.."

Sivert rubbed the back of his head with his right hand.

"Are you sure?"

The Red Legion fleet was massive and if Sivert was to take it with him then the Cabal would lose half their forces.

"Yes. You have rebuilt it. It is your duty to maintain it. I will also be giving you a command carrier with many of my own troops who wish to follow you."

Even the Imperial Cabal admired Sivert.

They wanted to follow the Dominus wherever he went.

May it be the gates of hell or an unknown world crawling with demons and dragons.

They did not care..

As long as they fought alongside, they will march anywhere!

"I see.. heh.."

Sivert chuckled softly, this kind of embarrassed him a little.

To think the Cabal loved him that much..

"Then I ask that you take this Empress."

Sivert handed Caital a large Cabal size bracelet. A golden bracelet with a white gem on it.

It harbored Light in it…

"I will not return to this universe since I have a duty in the other one. But if the Cabal ever need my assistance again. This will send a signal to me and I will return.."

Caital gave a satisfied nod and took the bracelet.

"I expect you to answer then Dominus."

"I swear I will.."

Sivert helped the Cabal rise.. he will make sure they live forever.

"Then here is where we part ways."

Caital held out her right hand and Sivert held out his, they shook hands.

"I wish you good fortune Dominus."

"As do I to you Empress."

Taking the many gifts with him, Sivert departed to his warship the Olympus Mons.

He took one long look at the fleet he has in his possession..

199 warships

180 carriers and 50 command carriers..

A massive Cabal fleet…

One he helped built..

He watched as Ten Imperial Cabal Command Carrier's joined up with his fleet.

"She only said one…" Sivert whispered as he shook his head.

Not only that, they were accompanied by 8 warships and 5 carriers.

This just added more to Sivert's power.

Then again, when he looks at Caital's fleet.

Her fleet was pretty large..

So Torobatl wasn't defenseless.

That and they'll definitely build more.

Sivert decided to just leave and accept the extra ships given to him.

With Torobatl healed, he left for Riis next which was another 2 month long journey.

But it was worth the wait for the Eliksni.

The Eliksni watched in awe as Sivert healed their world as well with ease. Cleansing it with Light.

Many of them haven't even seen Riis but here they were able to..

Just like the Cabal, they were quick to land their ships on their reborn homeworld and begin rebuilding.

Sivert was also given many gifts as well as the Eliksni threw a festival in his name.

From Eliksni weapons to garments and art.

There was also a statue made in his image too..

But while Sivert accepted these gifts, he was just glad to see the Eliksni finally return to their old glory.

"I gave something like this to Caital." Sivert said, holding two golden bracelets with white gems on them in his right hand.

He handed them to Variks and Mithrax.

"I will not be returning but if the Eliksni are ever in need of help.. those bracelets will send a signal that will reach me and I will answer."

And by help, Sivert of course meant such as a threat to their race or homeworld.

"You have… done so much for us.. I never have imagined that I would be able to stand on Riis…" Mithrax thanked him and bowed once again.

Sivert swore he could hear him crying underneath his helmet.

"Yes… all Eliksni thank you.. we wish you safe travels to your home." Variks joined in.

Sivert smiled happily. "I will leave House of Wolves with yo-"

"No. Your House is your House. They have already wished to accompany you no?" Mithrax asked.

Sivert slowly nodded in response. His barons have told him how eager his followers were to follow him back to his universe..

To follow him into hell and fight for him.

"Then they will. Your house is great and will be in our legends forever."

House of Wolves held almost all of Eliksni's warriors. Warriors who will follow their Kell anywhere..

They have a debt to repay and they will repay it with their lives.

Sivert sighed and accepted their decision.

"Then.. Goodbye.."

Surprising the two Eliksni, Sivert embraced them both and tightly..

They returned it hesitantly.

Sivert would've done this with Caital, if only she was a hugger..

After that Sivert left back for his fleet and looked at Ketch's accompanying his Red Legion fleet.

65 Ketch's..

A large Eliksni fleet but they were all filled with warriors, splicers and military personal. No civilians..

There was more Ketch's but Sivert gave them to House of Light. He wanted to make sure they were capable of defending themselves.

Riis, the Prime Servitor also left a bunch of his children, smaller Servitors who also wielded the Light with the Eliksni.

To help them rebuild.

Now..

There was but one more thing left to do..

What to do with the humans and awoken..

Sivert focused on this as his fleet returned to Sol which also took a month due to how far it was.

But a month was enough to help Sivert figure this out.

Most Awoken decided to help humanity rebuild as with many humans.

Together they numbered at least 3 million.

But some decided to want to go with Sivert, a few thousand awoken and humans..

Warriors, scientists..

Those who want to repay their debt to Sivert.

Once this was finally settled, those who wished to stay and rebuild were given a ride back to Earth and the Last city where they immediately got to work.

There was also no threats for them to worry about.. at least for now.

The Universe watches Sol with envious eyes…

Anything can happen.

So, Sivert came up with a plan.

There were a few guardians in his ranks who wanted to stay. Honorable and powerful Lightbearer's who wanted to make right for their wrongs.

So Sivert gave them each a bracelet as he did with the Eliksni and Cabal.

They will contact him if Humanity is ever in need of dire assistance.

Finally… it was done.

But there was one more thing..

He stared at the monument of light he created years ago..

"It is done…"

The Hunter slowly got down on both knees and closed his eyes. It was quiet in the center of the city..

He was glad..

He took one long moment to meditate and think about all that has occurred..

So much…

It made him chuckle a little..

But now he has done his duty here..

"It's beautiful.. I'm glad you built this."

The voice of Efrideet brought him out of his quiet state.

Sivert opened his eyes and stood up.

"I am to.."

It truly was something Sivert admired..

This monument reminded him of those who fought to their very last breath to keep the city safe.

Efrideet walked up to the monument and placed her hand on it.

"You're really going to go back to that.. crazy universe? It sounds like hell."

Sivert laughed and gave a small nod in agreement.

"It is but it's beautiful."

"There's something else to though. Isn't there?" Efrideet turned and asked him.

Sivert flashed a proud smile. "Didn't I tell you? I'm the Guardian of Another World."

Efrideet giggled a little underneath her helmet.

"You truly are something. Saladin would be proud.."

Sivert did not reply, he looked back at the monument.

"Can I come with?"

The question made him look back at Efrideet.

"You're not going to stay here?"

Efrideet turned around, looking at the distance where several human and awoken ships landed, filling the dead city with life.

"No. I'm confident they will fine without me. Besides, Kryze tells me you want to run the banner again back at the new Tower. I can help."

"Really? I'd appreciate that very much."

Efrideet looked back at Sivert. "Yes.. it is my duty as an Iron Lord. I will help you create a new generation of Iron Lords. Those who will help you protect this fantasy world filled with demons and dragons that your trying to go back to."

Hehe..

Sivert couldn't wait to see her reaction to it.

"Thank you."

The Iron Lord's will rise once again.

"Now. I want to see this tower." Efrideet demanded.

"Yes, yes.. let's go my ship."

Efrideet couldn't wait! She also couldn't wait to see some old friends there.

Before Sivert could truly return though.. he needed to make sure his fleet was in the Supremacy.

And thankfully, it's massive size allowed it to store the large Cabal and Eliksni ships.

But it also weirded Sivert out. It's like the Witness knew this was going to happen when building this.

Whatever though..

Sivert watched and waited patiently on his Throne in the Supremacy.

Watching as the once empty hallways were now filled with Cabal, Eliksni, Human and Awoken.

The hangars were also filled and supplies were loaded everywhere.

It took several days before Sivert's forces were finally and safely inside the Supremacy.

The hangar doors closed and the ship begun humming with energy.

Sivert closed his eyes and used his skill..

It took a lot of energy since he was transporting so many things and people but he would survive.

A white portal opened in front of the Supremacy and it entered..

Crossing through space and time.

The portal closed and the ship was gone..

"So…."

Nimerah had no words for what she's heard since Aria hasn't reported to her during her vacation in Tempest.

First Sivert suddenly arrives with… a massive Pyramid Tech ship which is currently in the sky by his Palace.

However she recently just learned of that earlier. Sivert came to the tower with a ketch following him.

It's docked with the tower at the moment but It's still so sudden.

Especially to learn he became Dominus of the Red Legion and the Kell of his own Eliksni House!

And that he has a massive fleet in his possession.

Aria said he didn't plan on bringing them with!

At least he came with some good news as well.

Such as more Guardians being brought here or humanity building back up at earth.

The defeat of Calus, the Last Disciple of the Witness and a Lady of Iron's appearance.

As soon as Efrideet set foot in the tower, she was quick to start getting the banner back up and running.

Something Nimerah had no problem with!

"Sivert… how are you even going to be able to supply such a large fleet?" the Commander asked.

Sivert stood on the other side of her desk, two cabal Psion's were on both his rear's.

Guarding him even though there no threat's here..

The Red Legion loved and worship their Dominus, but Sivert's Cabal felt comfortable if there was at least someone watching him. They too know just how… troublesome their beloved Dominus can be.

"My Throne World is large and can supply infinite resources. Don't worry about the fleet.. I want you to focus on helping the humans that came with me. Help them get accustomed here and to help build a city for them at the foot of the mountain."

Nimerah sighed and facepalmed with her right hand. She had a massive headache now..

But Sivert had a point..

Once the humans he brought with him entered his throne world. They started to immediately feel sick or nauseous.

It was due to the amount of magicules Sivert had in his Throne World. Their bodies weren't used to such energy and particles.

It had the same effect on Awoken to, but not as bad.

It'll take time but they'll live.

The Cabal and Eliksni didn't seem to affected by it though. Instead it strengthened them.

They were seen as monster's by the Voice of the World and universe.

Hell there's already reports of Cabal, Awoken and Eliksni hearing weird voices in their minds..

They were getting skills…

Something that worried Nimerah but Sivert ensured he'll handle it.

"So I trust you will explain everything to everyone then?"

"Yes.."

It was going to be a lot work of Nimerah could handle it.

"Great!"

Sivert lips parted to say something else but stopped.

It was because one of his Psion's walked up to him, handing him a data pad.

A report submitted by Rhaegar.

Nimerah's brows furrowed as she watched Sivert smile..

A mischievous smile..

The Hell was ready.

"Good."

Sivert looked back at Nimerah.

"How are the Guardian's combat proficiency?"

"Not bad but they've been getting lazy. Something Shaxx is even having trouble with. Their bored.. there's nothing for them to do other than fight in the crucible, and they didn't get much action during the battle against Clayman's forces."

Just like Sivert predicted.

"Hehehehe…"

Nimerah watched as Sivert begun to laugh.

"Hahahahahaha!"

A wicked and evil laugh joined in with joy.

It scared her..

He placed his left hand on his face.

"Oh… perfect.. perfect.. perfect.."

Sivert couldn't wait! Everything was coming together! Just as he anticipated!

"Are you ok?" Nimerah hesitantly asked.

Sivert looked so entranced by something and it was making him act like a maniac.

"Yes I am fine. Thank you for asking but here."

He quickly returned to his normal self and tossed the data pad towards Nimerah who caught it gently.

She read the contents..

Her eyes widened in disbelief.

"What have you.. done?"

"Nothing no one else would do. I've put together a hell for you all, to test your light, your will, your resolve. To push past your limits and to become Legends!"

Nimerah looked back at the data pad.

This was wicked…

Cruel…

Unholy!

But his earlier words made sense.

"Nothing no one else would do."

It was true…

No other Lightbearer could plan something for this horrible for they're brethren, but Sivert had a reason to do so.

To help them all get stronger.

"When…?"

"I'd prefer as soon as possible. Or else your foes will grow uneasy." Sivert replied and turned around to leave.

"You bastard…" Nimerah cursed him as he left her office without another word.

And his brilliance!

As much as she hated to admit it! This was such a beautiful idea..

He stood with both his hands behind his back on the highest balcony of this new structure Squall built for Sivert on Aria's command.

It was a command tower that overlooked the new fleet base Squall also built with the help of Aria.

This fleet base was built on Sivert's land where his palace stood, but near the ocean.

Standing on both Sivert's rears are Rhaegar and Misora.

Sivert smiled as he watched this sight before him.

Cabal Cruisers landed in the fleet base..

Thousands of Cabal marched out of them. Their combined marching was loud and could be heard from miles..

Eliksni Ketch's docked with the dock towers all around the fleet base. Built to dock five ketches each.

A perfect base for a united army..

This wasn't even the full fleet, just half.

The other half was flying in the air above Sivert's palace with his flagship the Supremacy.

"A powerful army you've acquired my Lord." Rhaegar said as he adjusted his glasses.

"Indeed. Now no one can oppose you." Misora added on.

Sivert reached out and placed his hands on the black railings in front of him.

The hunter flashed a satisfied smile.

"Good."

He has a powerful united army at his back..

Sivert truly has risen far more than even he could imagine..

This army..

His beloved followers.

They all worshiped him..

He could feel it…

"Time to get to work."

The slime sat on his chair, in front of his desk.

His arms were crossed and he was giving Sivert a very disappointed look.

"How come, whenever I'm doing something important. Your never around?"

Sivert smiled and chuckled nervously.

"Sorry.. just I always find myself getting caught up in things."

"Clearly…"

It wasn't surprising though, Rimuru kind of expected Sivert to not be there after he defeated Clayman.

At least a bunch of Guardians were here..

Rimuru made sure they were compensated for staying in Tempest when he and it's army was gone.

Given lots of points and free food and drinks for a year!

Safe to say there was a lot of passed out guardians on the streets, but Lord Shaxx dealt with that.

Giving them some very rude awakenings that made even Benimaru feel bad for them.

"Anyways. I just came to say I probably won't be here for another week or two."

"Are you kidding…"

"Nope."

Rimuru shook his head some more and sighed.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm just helping the Guardians get stronger. That's all. Don't worry, after that. I'll be in Tempest every day or by Sol's Peak." The hunter swore.

"I hope, but before you leave. I'd like to discuss something with you?"

"Sure! What's up?"

Sivert quickly sat down on the chair in front of the desk, ready to have a quick chat with Rimuru.

"Before you said you'd like to host Sparrow Racing here right?"

"Yup!" The Hunter happily replied.

Rimuru smiled a little, "What about the Crucible?"

Sivert did not respond as quickly.. he closed his eyes.

Rimuru felt like he went a little too far now.

Sivert opened his eyes, their beautiful golden gaze locked with Rimuru's.

"If you can get on good terms with the Western Nations. I will consider having Shaxx host the Crucible in Tempest or other places of the forest."

Rimuru titled his head in confusion. "Why?"

"Because if they were to learn you held Immortal Human Warrior's who love to fight. They will see you as a greater threat.. that and because I feel like it's still too early to reveal them.."

Sivert explained with a concerned expression.

"I understand. Then I will gladly do my best to get on good terms with the Western Nations. I believe the Crucible will be a good addition to introducing Lightbearer's to this world!"

"I do too."

The thought excited both of them!

There's so much that can be done with it as well.

Such as.. making profit.

The two were already having so many ideas that could make them rich!

The Psion looked up at the blue sky, it was beautiful.

She had to admit.

"This world is very primitive like you have said Dominus." Otzot said in a very surprised tone.

The two stood on a hill that overlooked the Kingdom of Ingrassia in the distance.

Under a tree which blocked them from the sun. Keeping them in the shadow's.

"Yeah.."

Sivert crossed his arms and took a deep breath.

This view was beautiful..

A spot he would come to from time to time. To relax or meditate.

There was a similar spot like this in Tempest.

Just Sivert chose to bring Otzot here to show her how serious he was when he meant 'Primitive.'

"You wish to bring this world higher in terms of technology yes?"

"No.. well yes.. but not yet."

The Psion Flayer turned to look at her Dominus, tilting her head in confusion.

"This world.. this.. universe. It's more complicated then you know, but I'm sure with someone smart as you. You'll figure out why soon enough."

There were very powerful forces in this world and bringing advanced technology into this world will be catastrophic.

It'll spread like cancer…

And it will corrupt the people of this world, making them hunger for more. Whether it be weapons or entertainment technology.

It didn't matter..

"How will you introduce our technology then?" The Psion asked curiously.

She always wanted to know what her Dominus was planning.

"My friend Rimuru. He is a reincarnated otherworlder from a different earth than mine. Though his wasn't as advanced, I plan to wait behind him. His goal in life is to create a convenient world where he can kick back and lazily enjoy entertainment similar in quality that was found in his earth. Meaning he has many plans to try and recreate his technology." Sivert explained with a smile.

"How can you be so sure he will not take forever?" Otzot asked.

There's no telling how long it'd take for him to bring advanced technology into the world.

"I'm just sure. I trust him and his country but of course. To speed things up, I will slowly introduce some of our technology to the world. Slowly…"

Otzot looked back at the Kingdom of Ingrassia..

Sivert's plans were quite strange to her but she will not intervene. Besides, she can still research a lot about this world in his Throne World.

So she really didn't have to come here to research.

Finished and satisfied with his answer, Otzot soon departed back to Sivert's Throne World.

The Hunter didn't follow her just yet though. He returned to Tempest, making his way to a park that was being constructed.

He walked towards the center of the park, where the Orc's building it planned to plant a tree.

But he was going to beat them to doing that, he of course asked for permission which Geld gladly gave.

He reached for his right pocket and pulled out a white seed..

A tree seed.. but it was radiating light.

This tree will help the surrounding forest by healing them, it will also boost the speed at which crops grow in Tempest.

Sivert crouched down and dropped the seed in the small hole he created. He buried it and left it to grow..

The Light will provide for and protect Tempest.

Sivert looked down at the many Guardians gathered in the plaza. He called everyone to the tower..

Even those in the Temple in the Cardinal World or the ones relaxing in Tempest.

They looked up at him with curiosity and a little anger.

Some of them were quite busy or enjoying their relaxing time.

"So. I'm just going to get to the point. You've all gotten lazy."

Not even a second in there was already chattering in the crowd. Some ready lash out at Sivert for saying such things.

"But that's because your all bored right?"

His next words stopped them, they begun nodding in agreement with him.

"Hell yeah!" a Titan shouted with many more joining in.

"Great! Then today I offer you all a chance to relieve that boredom. With a Trial of Light!" Sivert shouted joyfully before continuing on.

"You don't have to if you don't want to but this will help you all get stronger. To push past your limits. You will face Hive, Scorn, Taken and the best of all.."

Sivert raised a finger..

"Demons."

There was constant chattering among the crowd..

Sivert raised a second finger on his right hand, his middle finger.

"Here's how it'll work! You will launch an attack on Hell's Paradise! A large volcanic Island brimming with danger! The Island's ruler, the Demon Surtr is your target. You defeat him! You win!"

He raised a third finger.

"There is a rule of course. That rule being if your ghost dies! You're out! You will be revived along with your ghost at the Tower where you will no longer be able to participate. But you can of course watch to see how your brothers and sisters are doing!"

Sivert balled his right hand into a fist. Raising it and shouting. "Now! Who's going to go to this hell and triumph against the evil demon?"

The crowd was silent..

They just stared at Sivert.

They weren't interested at all!

"Oh right.." the hunter whispered to himself in realization.

He forgot to add on the most important thing! Something Cayde taught him long ago.

The thing that will really attract them..

"Oh! And there will be a ton of loot!"

Their eyes widened and they all raised their fists.

"YEAH!"

A vicious and loud cheer from the crowd.

Hehehe..

Sivert is a little angry that he forgot about that. That was something he of course definitely needed to add if he wanted Guardians to journey to some hell..

He's also glad a certain titan helped out with it. Sivert could spot Kali in the far back of the crowd, flashing him a bright smile and giving him a thumbs up.

With her help and the help of her subordinates.

Sivert was able to create thousands of different weapons and armor for all the Guardians.

He also set it up in a certain order.

The deeper they push into the island, the greater the rewards they will find.

Such as Legend Grade gear made personally by Kali. Something very expensive and desirable by all the Guardians in Sivert's faction.

The cheering continued for several more minutes until everyone left to prepare themselves.

Sivert took one big satisfied stretch and also departed.

He was going to watch how it all plays out from his palace.
