Chapter 19 Warp Pipes
Pepper's point of view
I was fixing dinner for all of us when I heard a beep beep beep sound and before I could figure out what was happening I was in a cavernous room with row upon row of plush red velvet seats. It did not stay empty for long.
"PEPPER!" Tony's voice yelled
"I was helping Bruce in the lab when a red warp pipe opened beneath my feet."
"Aaargh!"
I landed in one of the seats, next to Pepper.
"Where are we?"
"I don't know"
"It looks like some sort of theatre."
More and more people landed in this theatre as warp pipes in the ceiling spit them out…
Next to me were Pepper, Maria, Mom and Dad to my right and Bruce, Maria, Jay, Carol, Harley, Peter, Wade, T'Challa, Shuri, Clint and Nat were to my left. In front of us were Hope, with Hank, Janet, Scott, Wanda and Pietro to her right and Uncle Obie, Aunt Maria, Gina, Joey, Tina, Dina, Mary-Theresa, Mary-Angela, Veronica and Cookie were to her left.
Behind us sat Vince, on his right were Linda, Shane, Lilian and his friend. On his left were Steph, Paul and Shawn.
Behind them sat Dr Strange, Dr Wong, Aunt May and several hooded strangers… they kept their hoods up.
The lights in the auditorium went on a tall figure stood in the centre of the stage. He had 7 foot high, 3 foot wide white wings, short spiky brown hair and brown eyes.
"You are here to learn" he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
