Two days after everyone was rewarded for their war efforts, as Percy was doing his border patrol, he suddenly heard a high-pitched scream come from the bottom of the hill to the camps entrance. He had looked down and saw the Minotaur, the first monster he ever fought and killed. As he looked around, he saw a girl who looked no older than 16 was being chased.

Percy reached into his pockets and took riptide out, uncapping it. The celestial bronze of the sword, gleamed as the sun shone on it. Now that Riptide was uncapped and in his sword hand, he charged at the monster and yelled, "Hey Beefy! Over here!" He wss taunting it. The Minotaur charged straight at Percy, who naturally rolled out the way to dodge the attack, as the Mintotaur went to dehead the demigod. Percy had used the disarming trick that Luke showed him and disarmed the beast. As the beast disappeared, the axe shrunk in size, it was now Percy's spoil of war.

As he went to grab the axe, the young female demigod had pushed him over, taking Riptide out of his hand. As a crowd formed, the girl yelled "He just sat there! I had to take his sword and fight off the beast!" Percy glanced over to the crowd, the veterans of the second titan war and second giant war, didn't believe this new camper, however a group of new campers did believe her and sent Percy dirty looks. Chiron who, had now made the group disperse, welcome the girl in. He sent Percy a small smile, he didn't believe that Percy wouldn't help a demigod in danger.

As the girl walked into the camps border, threw Riptide at Percy, who picked it up and capped it as it was in its pen form, he pocketed it again and grabbed the axe, that had become his new spoil of war.

Once the girl had passed over into the camp, a symbol of a torch appeared above her head. Chiron spoke "All hail...?" The demigoddess smiled "Ellie Gutierrez." Chiron spoke again "All hail Ellie Gutierrez, daughter of Hecate goddess of magic, the Mist, crossroads, necromancy, the night and the moon!" (Before anyone fights me i took her domains from the PJO wiki.)

All campers nodded, and went about their daily activities. Percy went to his cabin. He didn't know today would be the start of his hellish week. As Annabeth, showed Ellie around, she had noted the look of pure and wholesome love, that Annabeth had given to the demigod that save her. She gave off a small evil smirk, as she hatched a plan in her head to bring down the two time saviour of Olympus.

It had been one week, since Ellie, the new camper had arrived within the camps border and already Percy's life took a turn for the worse. At first, new campers were just distancing themselves from him but suddenly, his friends who had made from age 12 all the way to the Second giant war had started distancing from him.

First, it was Katie Gardner, the head of the Demeter cabin. As Percy, sat down for dinner, she had walked over and slapped him very hard. "Ow." Percy said as his eyes slightly narrowed, "Why did you do that Katie?" He asked the demigoddess, she scowled at him. "That's for destroying my cabins lovely gardens." Her voice was loud, so most of the cabins sat down for dinner could hear her.

Second, it was the Stoll twins. They had been planning a massive prank before the Second Giant War, however it had been spoilt. They had been told by Ellie, that Percy had ratted them out to Chiron. So, the next time, they had saw Percy, they both punched him in the gut. "What the Hades!" Percy gasped out, as he no longer had the curse of Achilles, since it was washed away when he had crossed the Little Tiber, when he had joined Camp Jupiter. "That's for ratting us out to Chiron!" Connor yelled as the twins walked off.

Percy thought, it couldn't get any worse expect it did. Jason and Piper both marched over to him, Piper threw a high heel at him while Jason shocked him a few times. Percy's eyes, yet again narrowed. "What the actual Tartarus!" His voice had pain and anger in it. Piper, who was giving the man a death stare, "That's for calling my mother a useless goddess and calling her a slut!" Piper's eyes started to tear up. Jason, then yelled "That was for calling my father, a useless sack of shit and calling him a massive baby." Both of his ex-friends stormed off.

Clarisse was the next. He and her had been on mutual terms, since the wars. She came over, and punched the Son of the Sea, right in his eye. Leaving him with a black eye, "That's for calling my father, a waste of Zeus' sperm!" She scoffed out and walked off

Leo, was still trying to find away to bring Calypso back so he wasn't here to betray him, Thalia was off with the hunters', Nico and Will were spending some personal time together in the underworld. Hazel, Frank, and Reyna were at Camp Jupiter, trying to rebuild the legion after the war so they didn't hear about the betrayal, and lastly, Rachel, the clear sighted mortal who had become the Oracle wasn't at Camp just yet. So the only person, Percy thought he had was Annabeth. The love of his life.

So Percy had set off to Olympus, to seek Lady Athena's permission to marry Annabeth. As he reached the Empire State Building, the guard at the desk, had looked up and just handed the key over.

As, Percy got into the elevator, one of the songs from Queen, We Are The Champions came on. The demigod, chuckled to himself at the choice, at least it wasn't really outdated music or gods forbid one of Apollo's Haikus. As the elevator, reached the top, he stepped out and marvelled at the amazing job, that Annabeth had done.

He headed, straight to Athena's temple, which was more like a library. That would be living Hell for him. As he approached and knocked on, the grey eyes goddess appeared. "Perseus, What can I do for you?" She asked, her stare piercing Percy's eye contact.

Percy bowed slightly, "Lady Athena, I have come to ask for Annabeth's hand in marriage." Athena's seem to think for a few minutes, however for this ADHD riddled demigod, those few minutes, felt like hours. The goddess, finally spoke "Yes, however, you have to fully read a book that I choose for you."

Percy's face dropped, a look of horror appeared, and he replied to the goddess "But, Milady, I can't read English properly." A small smile appeared on the goddess face, "Than I shall teach you young Hero"

Both Athena and Percy stepped into the Library. As the two walked, in utter silence. Athena sat Percy down and brought out a book. It was a Harry Potter Novel, Harry Potter and the philosopher's stone.

It had only taken, Percy shy of 6 months to fully read the book without the English words jumping all over the place. Athena, gave the demigod a soft smile "Yes, you may propose to my daughter." Percy had jumped up and ran, ran out as fast as he could towards the forges of Olympus as he had made an order for a ring around, 7 months ago.

As, Percy reached the forges, Hephaestus was waiting for him. In a rough voice, the god spoke "I have your ring ready for you." The demigod smiled and attempt to pay, the blacksmith god for his hard work, however, the god had refused payment. In all of Percy's excitement, he sprinted out of Olympus and mist travelled to the border of the camp and ran in to find Annabeth.

Chiron who had galloped over, had a sad look on his face, but before the trainer could speak, Percy had asked "Chiron, do you know where Annabeth is?" His voice was full of excitement. Chiron nodded and spoke "Percy, she is on the beach." Percy nodded and thanked the centaur.

Percy had sprinted to the beach, however as he approached the beach, he had heard chants of "Kiss, Kiss, Kiss!" As he made his way down, he saw the scene of Ellie and his wise girl making out. The demigod dropped to his knees in the sand, "Annabeth? Why?" He asked, sadness filling his voice.

Annabeth, who's head snapped to her ex-boyfriend and yelled "6 months, you were gone 6 months. You were cheating on me!"

The colour, had drained from Percy's face. The ring, which was a mix of Celestial bronze and imperial gold, had dropped out of his hands. As Annabeth, got up and picked it up. It had "Annabeth and Percy together forever" inscribed on it. Percy snatched it back and looked away as he spoke, "I was on a quest for your mother."

The demigod got up, brushing the sand off his trousers and walking away. All of his former friends were there. Ellie had smirked her plan to manipulate, the mist to plant fake memories of Percy doing all that, had paid off..

Now, with no reason to stay at camp, Percy walked to his cabin and packed the few things he had. He put the ring into his bag with, the Minotaur's horn from the time he defeated it with his bare hands. He packed a few photos of him and the Argo II crew aswell as a few of him and his cousins. He had written some notes for his friends that hadn't betrayed him and slipped them into Chiron's office.

As everyone was either, in their cabins, at the campfire or watching Ellie and Annabeth. Percy had slipped out, unnoticed. He patted Peleus on the head as he head down the hill.
