Ah, hello there! As you can see, this will be a crossover between ultrakill's V-1 and SAO's GGO. I hope you'll enjoy this fanfic. As you know I don't own Ultrakill nor SAO anime series. Hope you enjoy this, sit back and enjoy the story :3. This is my first time trying to write something non-canon, so it may not be great but I'll try my best.
It was just a normal day in the American game, Gun Gale Online. It was an action packed shooter game in a full five game. For many years, virtual gaming has evolved from a few pixels to an almost realistic world.
Currently, a group of people composed around 20 people who were looking for other people to 'PK'. They all carried their guns on them as they wondered the woods. Some of them were small and a few large, the large ones carrying the bigger guns such as an M60 or rocket launchers. They all had smug looks on them as hey walked, looking and spotting for any players to hunt down. As they did, their scout spotted a group of at least 10 people. "Hey, we got a group of 10 players, noobs by the look of them." He said as he turned back to their party leader. The party leader was a cloaked man wearing a skull mask and sombrero.
Looking up, he'd get out his duel pistols and spoke. "Hear that boys? We got us another hunt." He said as the others laughed at the idea of getting more money and loot from players. They would then make their way to the other group of people. Several minutes later, the other party of players came to view as the player killers got ready. Once done, one got their grenade launcher and aimed it to the sky before letting off a few rounds. After shooting them, the other party turned to their position, but it was too late as the explosives took out a couple of them.
Immediately it became a fire fight, tracers flying around and red lines filling their views as the predicted path of travel of bullets. Slowly, each side lost numbers. "C'mon noobs, give it up already!" The first group shouted out. "As if!" The second group shouted. Now, it was only 14 left on the first party of players and 5 on the second team. Slowly the noobie team was being pushed back into a fields, loosing more and more of their cover as the trees became more sparse.
As they noob team was pushed into the field, the PKers all came from behind the trees and aimed their guns at the poor beginners. The sombrero wearing guy came out to the front of his team, aiming his pistols as two different players. "Well well well, it seems you are outnumbered still and with no cover. So you might as well give up now and give us your stuff and we'll let you go freely." He said with an evil tone as he looked at the remaining 5 players. Knowing it was really a trick, the second team held their guns tightly and aimed it at the enemy players.
After seeing the noobs we're not surrendering, the leader chuckled as he was about to pull the triggers on his guns. But suddenly something caught his attention as he looked up into the sky, seeing a blue humanoid figure falling towards them from the sky. "What the hell?" He said. But before he could do anything else, it landed and created a giant cloud of smoke, concealing whatever it was that decided to Interrupt their fight. After a few seconds of staring into the cloud, the leader of the PK team called out. "Hey, whoever you are, I think it's best you just leave and pretend you didn't see anything. And stay out of this, this isn't-" he spoke but was interrupted by a strange chime noise, like the noise you would hear in movies when someone flicks a coin into the air.
As he watched the golden coin fly up into the air, he wondered just what it meant. But then he heard a gun shot as a bullet flew towards the coin before it ricochet off it and into on of his goons to his right. It was a perfect shot, a red hole in the man's forehead right between his eyes before he died. The others gasped at this, for they only saw the red line for but half a second before the bullet was shot. "H-how?! You can't ricochet a bullet off a coin! Much less aim in under a second!" One of them said, recovering from the shock of the kill.
as the dust cleared, it revealed a humanoid figure. It was robotic, and with golden wing like appendages on its back, and as for the head, it was rectangular in shape and a single yellow lens as an eye. In its hand, it held a pistol in its hand which was still smoking for the shot it just made. Everyone's eyes opened wide upon seeing it, as it didn't look like any player avatar they'd ever seen. "What the hell is that thing?" One of the players asked as they all trained their weapons on it. One in particular trained his grenade launcher on it. "Well what are you waiting for, kill it!" The sombrero guy yelled. And when the grenade was shot, the blue robot reared its fist back before punching it, making it fly back to its shooter who couldn't help by widen his eyes just before the explosion happened.
Flashback:
V-1, a robot who went to hell because humanity died. He runs on blood, and hell just so happened to be...full. And currently he was doing a game of cybergrind. He was on level 999, almost to level 1000. Jumping up into the air, he pumped his shotgun multiple times before shooting it at an enemy. Because of the blast, it sent him flying much higher into the air as he switched to his marksman pistol. Charging it up, he'd shoot it at some filth demons. Then as he fell, he'd flick three coins at a Cerberus before taking out his tail gun and shooting at it. It would bounce between them, all three having surrounded it, in which the railgun's round shot through it three times before it died. After being finished with it, it had made its way into another group of filth and turned them into a bloody mist by using his knuckle blaster.
After that, a Cerberus walked over and prepared the throw the energy ball it held in its hands. Upon seeing this, V-1 waited until the statue threw its attack, using his regular fists to punch it and send the attack back to the Cerberus. Right as it landed is when the robot ran up and shot his shotgun again, only punching his bullets right as they left the barrel. Because of this, the pellets flew much faster and exploded upon impact with the Statue. The Cerberus prepared to do a charging attack, so V-1 jumped high into the air and watched as it ran into a wall as he got out his nail gun. Hundreds of rounds shot at the statue, each bullet nicking at its health before it ultimately crumbled from the damage it received.
Finally, all that remained was a malicious face, another statue like enemy who is only a floating head that shoots energy bolts at its enemies. V-1 switched to his grapple arm as he shot the hook at the head and flew towards it. It shot its attack, which V-1 ultimately parried before getting on top of it. the robot looked down at it as it jump up and then slammed down on its face. He repeatedly did this attack before it crashed down onto the virtual platform, creating a mini shockwave as it did. V-1 landed onto the platform and glance to his score system floating way out in the void. A perfect score...but then the space around him started to show red text. "System error" a robotic voice spoke repeatedly. The robot was confused, if a cold and emotionless being could feel feelings of course. Suddenly the platform beneath his feet disappeared, making him fall into the void. As he fell, the world around him changed, and it looked just like earth with its green forest and blue sky.
Strange...could it be hell trying to play tricks on him? He didn't have time to really think as the earth was speedily approaching, forcing him to prepare to land. As he did, he took notice of a group of people below him. He then landed on the ground, creating a large cloud of dust when he did. "What the hell?" He heard a man ask. His programming immediately took place upon identifying it as human, code written back when humans were still around...blood is fuel...he then flicked a coin into the air and aimed his pistol at it. He cared not for the change in environment, all he knew is that blood is fuel...
