It won't matter where we are. As long as we're together

"I will not have outburst in my court room. Control you're client!" The judge exclaimed. To Peyton's lawyer.

Peyton took a deep breath and apologized to the judge.

"All i want is the oppourtunity to prove to myself that i've changed for the better and to be in my daughter's life."

"I grew up without a mom and all i want is to make up for lost time. Lucas has kept her from me." Peyton said. The emotion in her voice thick.

"I've made my decision. And because as an inmate you've done what's expected and needed. You're sentence will be reduced."

"But after listening to Mrs. Scott's statement. It's clear that you caused alot of pain and damage. Along with the murder of you're father. Which makes you a danger. To them and anyone close to them."

"You will be eligible for parole in 23 years."

"Get her out of my court room." The judge proclaimed.

"You did this to me Lucas! I am you're family.!"

"Sawyer is mine.! You can't act like i don't exist!" Peyton exclaimed.

As she was lead away in handcuffs.

Lucas wrapped his arm around Brooke securely as they left the court room to flashing cameras and media.

It would take a matter of months before Sawyer's adoption was final. In the meantime the couple was kept busy with their careers. Taking care of and taking Sawyer where she needed to be with her after school activities.

And as a family unit. Lucas and Brooke made it a point to have routine. Breakfast and dinner at the same time everyday.

And once everyone was home they were off their electronics.

Being 30 weeks into her pregnancy now.

Brooke had 10 more weeks before she was going to give birth and now it was becoming very real to her what would be happening.

And how it would change their family along with the relationship dynamic between her and Lucas.

Brooke had turned to Haley and Karen for help with what to put in her hospital bag.

"I need it raw and uncut. Labor and delivery."

"What should i brace myself for?" Brooke asked.

Haley had been pregnant and given birth 4 times so to Brooke there was no one else she needed to ask that would be honest with her.

"Eat. And drink. You aren't giving birth right away and you're running a marathon with labor."

"Drugs or no drugs is up to you."

"Enjoy the experience because it's all unique and life changing." Haley explained.

"While we're on this topic. Sawyer's been on this want to know about where babies come from and i'm not sure how to go about that talk." Brooke admitted.
