Now, onto the main event (insert drumroll)

Percy POV:

'Shit, where is she?'

So far I've ran around the main deck, activities deck, library, coffee shop and rec-room and nothing, I haven't seen a glimpse of her

'Why not ask Jason?'

'Shit why didn't I think of that before'

I slapped my forehead, receiving weird looks from strangers , I really am a dimwit

I pulled out my phone and quickly sent him a text asking where they were, I paused remembering that he had specifically told me not to hang out with them today

'Leo! I'll ask him, Jason isn't the type of guy to go around gossiping so no one else should now about me being an ass'

Bold: Leo Italics: Perrcy

Dude where u guys at

Arcade

Why?

I thought Jason said you weren't feeling well?

I'm feeling better cya soon

I started towards the arcade it was two floors below me and on the opposite side of the ship, nice breezy job right

"Sorry!"

"Coming through!"

I dodged past passengers, trying to politely shove them out of the way

'We should really make these hallways bigger' I thought as I ran through the royal blue and silver specked halls, the carpets had a wave design with light blues, whites, grays and tans, if you stared at them to long you'd feel as if they were moving, giving you a headache

I skid down the stairs skipping every other step which caused me to almost fall on my face a couple of times, though it would be a very graceful fall

I reached the fourth floor where the arcade was located, shoving past teenagers heading to clubs and fresh twenty one year olds ready to use their ID's to get drunk, safe to say they were not happy with some guy sprinting past them and pushing them out of the way

I stopped outside of the arcade pausing to catch my breath, leaning against the silver doorframe, neon lights shone through the clear glass door practically blinding me

I entered the loud room, techno music pounding through the surround sound speakers, I spotted Annabeth and the guys by the air hockey table, she was standing next to Leo they were going against the Stoll's she was grinning ear to ear and laughing her voice filled with glee

I suddenly felt a surge of guilt

Maybe I shouldn't have come

She saw me

We locked eyes

'To late now buddy'

Time for the moment of truth

Annabeth:

"YES!" I high fived Leo

We were undefeated so far and just finished destroying the Stolls

"So I take it I don't get that kiss?" Connor pouted

I laughed

"Well the deal was I'd give you one if you beat us so…" I shrugged

He sighed in defeat

"Round two?" he asked hopefully

"How bout another day" I said with a laugh

He grinned "I'll hold you to it!"

I laughed, then out of the corner of my eye, I saw him

We locked eye contact

"Yo Perce you made it!" Leo called from beside me

A shy smile crept onto his face, he waved at me, it was not reciprocal

"When'd you invite him?" Jason asked almost angrily

I felt bad because I knew that he had only wanted Percy to stay away because of me

"Just a bit ago"

I turned to see Percy standing behind me, he was wearing turquoise swim trunks, the same shade as the sea we were currently sailing on, a white quarter sleeved collared shirt, the top buttons were undone revealing the top of his toned chest, his hair was messy but in a hot way, annoyingly hot

"I thought you weren't feeling well" Jason asked, challenging him

"Well I started feeling better" he said with his trade mark trouble maker smirk

He glanced at me and a look of guilt dawned on him

"I was wondering if I could talk to you for a sec" He glanced at everyone else

"Alone, preferably" he added

I glanced at Jason

Then at Percy

I let out a long sigh

"Sure"

He smiled and reached for my hand which I hastily pulled away, another look of guilt covered his face

"Lead the way" I said crossing my arms

He started towards the door pausing for me to follow, which I did, begrudgingly

He led me to the cafe where we first got ice-cream, we took a table right next to the railing over looking the sea, the smell of the fresh sea spray filled my nose, we sat down, the white metal chair squeaked underneath me

"Care for a boring vanilla ice-cream cone and rainbow sprinkles?" he asked with a sideways grin

I stared at him pointedly

"I'll take that as a no" he said sitting down

I crossed my arms and stared at him

"Firstly I just wanted to apologize for being a complete asshole"

I smirked "You know if you start your sentences like this more often maybe we could be better friends"

He grinned, but it vanished quickly

"It was super wrong of me to just leave you-"

"You got that right" I mumbled angrily

"But, I only left cause I thought you'd want me to"he said, stating each word carefully

I raised an eyebrow "And how the hell did you come to that conclusion"

"Well I thought if you woke up and saw me there, in bed, with you, you'd think I had taken advantage of you, and you'd be mad at me"

"And you thought if you just left I'd be ecstatic?"

"Well no, but I wasn't even sure you'd remember what had happened" he defended

"And that makes it any better!?" I asked (ok maybe I yelled but in my defense it was justified)

"Well no but it'd be better than you thinking that I'm just an asshole who hooks up with girls he just met and leaves them!" He yelled back

"Aren't you though?" I challenged

"Cause according to your closest friends they said and I quote 'he's a total player' and isn't that what players do?" I asked, we were both on our feet

A broken expression covered his face "I-it's not the same" he defended

"How so cause I'd love to hear the difference, cause right now it seems like I'm just another won of your games!"

"Your not just another game"

"Oh really!?"

"Your different" he said his voice barely above a whisper, he sat down in his chair

"How do you know, you barely know me" my voice cracking as I spoke

"I -I don't know, I just feel like like your more than just another girl"

He stared at me, his normally bright sea green eyes dark and sad, almost defeated

'Even when I'm pissed at him he still looks cute'

"Shut up!"

"Huh?"

"Not you" I said hastily, I had not intended to say that out loud

"I just, I just want you to know that I really am sorry, I never meant to hurt you, and I most definitely didn't want to make you hate me" his voice was soft and concerned

"I don't hate you" I said with a sigh

he perked up "You don't!"

I glared at him "That doesn't mean were back to how we were"

"Does that mean we can still be friends though?" he asked hopefully

I looked at him, he stared at me with puppy dog- no- it was more like a baby seal's eyes, begging me to say yes

"Fine" I huffed

"Yes!" He burst out of his chair and pumped his fists

The people around us stared at us like we were crazy, not saying we weren't

"Calm down there tiger"

He grinned at me like a child on Christmas morning, his eyes filled with their normal glow

"Want that ice-cream cone now" his lopsided smile displayed on his face again

"Sure" this time I couldn't suppress smiling at his childish antics

How was itd? Did you love it hate it? want me to add anything specific? Let me know
