"Does that mean you're not happy to see us?"

"What? Oh of course not! Please come on in!" Tony opened the door wider and Candy, Rosie, Ned, and Dr Graham walked into the room. Tony closed the door not quite believing what he was seeing. Or whom he was seeing. After everything that had happened with him breaking up with Teresa and quitting and coming back to Connecticut he never in a million years thought he would ever see them again. While they hadn't ended on bad terms he knew him leaving both Teresa and Iowa had been a sore subject. But now here they were.

"It's good to see all of you. But, I have to admit I'm a little surprised."

"Yeah, we figured that." Rosie laughed.

"Yeah, when I sent you your invitations and you didn't respond I just thought that well…." He shrugged his shoulders.

Dr Graham sighed. "That was what we figured. And so we all had a long talk. And while we do miss you and yes we do wish you were still at Wells we also know that coming back here to Connecticut and to Angela was the right thing."

Candy nodded. "It was. I remember after the two of you broke up. How miserable you were. Yes, you were still your own sweet self." She patted him on the cheek. "But there was something missing. That spark. Your spark."

Tony smiled and embraced her in a hug. "I have missed you so much." He said his voice thick with emotion.

"Me too." She sniffled.

"Hey! What about the rest of us?!" Ned exclaimed.

Tony laughed and released Candy. He gave Rosie a hug and shook Ned and Dr. Graham's hands.

"Oh gee I'm sorry! Where are my manners?! Please sit down." He gestured to the two chairs and loveseat. Candy and Rosie sat in the loveseat while Ned and Dr. Graham sat in the two chairs. Tony sat at the end of the bed.

"So how's everything at Wells?"

For the next ten minutes they told him everything that had happened since he left. Dr. Graham's daughter was pregnant with her third baby. Rosie's grandmother would soon be celebrating her 100th birthday, Ned was going on a weekend trip to Disneyland with his nieces and nephews in a few weeks. And if things went according to plan there would soon be two restaurants in town.

"And uh what about Teresa?"

They all looked at each other not quite knowing what to say.

"Hey, someone had to mention her." Tony sighed.

"She's doing well." Rosie told him.

"Yeah, she actually met someone." Candy said.

"She did?"

"Yeah, his name is Tom," Rosie said. She glanced at Candy. While they had gotten used to the fact that Tom resembled Tony they knew telling Tony that was probably a bad idea. "

"Oh, that's good. I'm glad she found someone."

"Tony.." Dr. Graham started to speak.

"No, I am. Look, I know things between us didn't end so well. And looking back I wish we had never gotten engaged. And it's not because of her. It's because of me. The thing is I was still so hurt and angry that Angela had left me and I didn't want to be alone the rest of my life so I convinced myself that I should marry Teresa. But that all backfired on me."

"That's all true. But things have a way of working themselves out." Dr. Graham noted.

"Yes, they do." Candy assured him.

Ned stood up. "We better get going."

"Yeah, we need to get ready for the wedding." Rosie stood up as well.

Candy and Dr. Graham followed suit. Tony walked them to the door.

"So I guess the next time we see you you'll be a married man." Rosie smiled and gave him a hug.

Tony chuckled. "Yeah, I guess so."

"Angela is a very lucky woman." Candy told him.

Tony shook his head. "I'm the lucky one." He gave Candy another hug and waved goodbye to Ned and Dr. Graham. They all left and he closed the door behind him.

Tony sighed and leaned against the door. He couldn't believe that they had come. Even though he knew coming home had been the right decision he still missed everyone at Wells. He looked at his watch. In just a few hours Angela would be walking down the aisle. He couldn't wait. He felt like a little boy at Christmas. Even though they had only spent one night apart he had missed her like crazy.

"I know! I'm going to call her!" He walked over to the phone and dialed her room number.

RING! RING!

"Hello?"

"Hey Wendy. It's me Tony. Is Angela there?"

"Hey ladies! Tony wants to talk to Angela! Should we let him?" Wendy smirked.

"Oh my God! It's Tony?! Here, give me the phone!" Angela squealed. Mona shook her head.

"Wendy, don't you dare! Give me the phone." Mona held her hand out.

"Well hello there my soon to be son-in-law. I'm sorry but I am a little confused. I thought you and my darling daughter agreed not to have any contact with one another until the wedding."

Tony sighed. "I know. I just miss her. "

"AWWW, that's sweet. Hey everyone Tony misses Angela!"

"Mother enough is enough! Let me talk to Tony!" Angela pleaded.

Tony 's heart swelled up.

"Come on Mona. I just want to talk to her for a couple of minutes."

"No, can do Bub."

"Well can I at least talk to my daughter?"

"Okay. Fine." She held the receiver out. "Here Sam. your Dad wants to talk to you."

"Hi Dad!"

"Sam honey, you have to help me! I just want to speak with Angela for a minute! PLEASE" he whined.

"Oh Dad. That is not attractive!" Sam rolled her eyes.

"I know. I just miss her so much."

"You're going to be seeing one another in a few hours."

"I know." Tony pouted. "Will you at least tell her I love her?"

"Okay. I can do that. Angela, Dad says he loves you."

"Tell him that I love him!"

"Angela says she loves you!"

"And tell her.." Tony made kissing noises.

"EWWW no I am not!"

"SAMANTHA!"

"Dad, I am an adult. I am married and have a four year old little boy. I refuse to.."

'SAMANTHA ANN MICELLI THOMOPOLOUS!"

Sam sighed. "Fine. but you owe me for this Dad!"

"Angela, Dad says.." She made kissing noises.

Angela beamed.

"There are you satisfied?" Sam groaned.

"Yes, thank you honey!"

"You're welcome. And now if you will excuse us we all need to get ready."

"Okay bye Sam!"

"Bye Dad!"

Sam hung up the phone and looked over at Mona, Wendy, Isabelle, and Emily who were all doubled over with laughter.

Angela glared at them and turned to address Sam.

"So how is he? Does he sound okay?"

Sam walked over and sat down beside her. "He sounds fine. Well actually he sounds like a miserable little boy. I'm not sure he'll be able to wait until the wedding."

"I don't know if I will either."

Sam laid her head on her shoulder.

"I'm going to tell you what I told him. You will be seeing each other in a few hours."

"I know. You're right."

"Of course I am. And unless you are planning on marrying my Dad in your bathrobe I suggest you march yourself in the bathroom and take a shower!" Sam ordered her.

Angela laughed and kissed her on the top of her head.

"Whatever you say."
