"So, once we get our hands on Grom, we'll cut a piece of it and find a way to attach it to Amity's brain." Twisted Amity smiled, "You guys, send for Grom. Bring it to me."

The reluctant Amelias exchanged uneasy glances as Twisted Amity's order hung in the air.

"Wait, what?" A clone said, shocked. "You expect us to get Grom for you?!"

"You heard me." Twisted Amity angrily said. "Go get me grom so I can snap off a piece of it and prepare it to latch on to "Mittens".In my timeline, I read up on Grom that when Grom attatches a piece of itself to her mind, creating traumatizing hallucinations that will break Amity's spirit to shit, and that's when I will strike the killing blow to Luz."

One brave clone hesitated before tentatively speaking up, "Uh, your highness, won't we live out our worst nightmares if we get too close to Grometheus? I mean, it's Grom, after all."

Twisted Amity's eyes narrowed, her fury evident as she shot a deadly glare at the concerned Amelia. "Are you questioning my orders?" she hissed.

The intimidated Amelia stammered, "N-No, of course not! We're just scared about how..."

Another Amelia glared at her as she hissed, "SHUT UP." She then spoke to Twisted Amity as she said, "We'll do as you command. It's just that... well, we're a bit worried about the consequences."

"And by "A bit" we mean very, VERY terrified."

Twisted Amity approached the hesitant clones, her presence sending a shiver down their spine. "Worried? You should be terrified—terrified of the consequences of disobedience. Grometheus is a tool, a means to an end. And unless you have absolutely nothing to live for and are suicidal, you'll do as I say without question or complaints."

The Amelias gulped nervously, realizing the dire situation they were in. One particularly anxious clone spoke up, "But, Twisted Amity, how are we supposed to take a piece of Grom without disturbing it? That thing's, like, terrifying."

Twisted Amity's eyes glowed with a menacing intensity as she retorted, "Figure it out. If you need to sacrifice yourselves for the cause, then consider it an honor."

The Amelias exchanged uneasy glances, grappling with the challenge presented by their malevolent leader. One daring clone cautiously suggested, "Maybe we can use some sort of magical containment spell? That way, we won't have to get too close to Grom."

Twisted Amity, though displeased with the initial proposal, nodded in reluctant approval. "I don't care how you do it; just shut up and make it happen. We don't have time to waste on trivialities. Once you have the sample, bring it to me immediately. And if any of you show even a hint of hesitation, you'll face consequences far worse than Grom's nightmares."

The Amelias dispersed, determined to carry out Twisted Amity's orders, even though they all agreed that this was insane and dangerous. As they navigated the shadowy corridors of Blight Manor, the weight of their impending task pressed heavily upon them. The looming threat of Grometheus the Fear Bringer added an extra layer of dread to their already tense mission, setting the stage for a dark and ominous turn of events.

In the Backyard, The Amelias approached the assembly of Amity clones, uncertainty radiating through their collective demeanor. Leading Amity Clone, positioned at the forefront of the group, regarded them with a mix of skepticism and curiosity.

"What is it?" An Amity asks.

Amelia #1, speaking on behalf of the others, nervously began, "Um, we've been ordered by Twisted Amity to, uh, get a piece of Grometheus for her plan. She wants to use it to break Amity and Luz."

A murmur of concern swept through the gathered Amitys.

"Grom?!"

"We'd have to face our darkest fears!"

"Have you gone mad?!"

"Everyone will have to live out their worst nightmare!"

The Leading Amity Clone, after a moment of contemplation, sighed and conceded, "I don't like the idea any more than you do, but if that's what Twisted Amity wants, then we have to comply. Grom might make us live out our worst nightmares, but if it weakens Amity and Luz, it might just give us an advantage."

Amelia #2 hesitated before voicing her apprehension, "But... what if it backfires? What if Grom's powers affect us either way?"

The Leading Amity Clone shot a steely gaze at her fellow clones, concealing her underlying intentions. "We don't have a choice. Twisted Amity is powerful, and if we want any chance of survival, we need to play along. But," she added with a sly smile, "once we have that piece of Grom, we can use it to our advantage. Twisted Amity won't see it coming."

Amelia #3, her voice barely above a whisper, confessed her concerns to the nearby Amity clones. "I... I'm really worried about what Grom might show me."

"Yeah, me too..." Another Amity agreed as she gulped. "I just hope it's not Luz rejecting me."

A few Amity clones shot her incredulous glares, while others attempted to hush her discreetly, wary of the potential ramifications. Upon seeing this, her entire face became covered in a red blush.

"I...Uh..I mean, I hate her! And she's dumb!" The Amity said, hesitantly blushing before hysterically laughing. "Uh...wh-who's Amity?!"

"Are you serious?" one Amity whispered sharply. "This is about survival, not your little crushes."

"And besides, we're Blights, we do not associate with common children." An Amelia said, disgusted. "We can find others like us."

Amelia #14, however, surprisingly defended her, saying, "Come on, cut her some slack. It's just a crush."

"Please, we can totally do so much better than a mere human!" An Amelia scoffs.

"How dare you say that about Luz!" An Amity said, angrily.

The Amelias, displaying their characteristic brashness, weren't as understanding. "Shut up and get it together," one of them snapped, the urgency of the situation taking precedence over personal concerns. "We all have our fears. Let's focus on getting this over with and figuring out how to use this against Twisted Amity."

The other Amitys, still uneasy about the impending encounter with Grometheus, reluctantly nodded in agreement.

The Leading Amity Clone, adopting a hushed and conspiratorial tone, beckoned several Amelias closer, they walked up to her. "Listen up, everyone. We need to make sure we're not just blindly following Twisted Amity's orders. If we get a piece of Grom, we could potentially use it against her, right? But more importantly, we could help the Hexsquad. We've got to consider our options here."

Amelia #6, visibly hesitant, questioned the plan. "But won't Grom show us our worst fears? I'm not sure if I want to go through that."

The Leading Amity Clone responded with a confident glint in her eye. "Look, I get it. None of us want to face our deepest fears. But imagine the power we could have if we manage to overcome them. Plus, this might be our only chance to weaken Twisted Amity. She's dangerous, and we need to take control of the situation."

Amelia #8, usually more outspoken, chimed in. "She's got a point. If we're going to survive this, we can't let fear dictate our actions. Let's at least do this for ourselves."

In the Woods, The Hexsquad landed in the woods, with the two Boschas confused about their surroundings, with the mainstream Timeline Boscha angrier than the alternate timeline Boscha.

"Why are we even here?!" Boscha whined. "Those Amitys are gonna be on our tail!"

"The won't think to look here." The Hooded Figure said, determined as he walked up to a rock. He presses a button his utility belt, moving a sliding door on a small rock, revealing a scanning platform underneath.

As the sliding door opened to reveal the scanning platform, Hooty, always the curious one, chirped in, "Wow, a secret entrance! HOOT! I always knew you were hiding something cool under that cloak of yours."

The Hooded Figure chuckled. "Well, a bit of mystery keeps things interesting."

Placing his hand on the scanning platform, the Hooded Figure's voice resonated through the woods, "The Halfa."

The scanning process initiated, and the platform emitted a soft hum as it analyzed the Hooded Figure's biometrics. After a few suspenseful moments, the bleep turned from red to green, indicating a successful identification.

"The Halfa recognized. Access granted," the automated voice declared.

The concealed door opened to reveal the cave entrance, and Hooty couldn't hide his excitement. "Ooh, this is like one of those top-secret spy movies! I feel so sneaky!"

Eda smirked. "Well, you better get used to it. We've got a lot of sneaking around to do."

The group stepped into the cave, the door closing behind them.

Eda, intrigued by the technology, couldn't help but comment, "Impressive setup you've got here. Didn't think the Hooded Figure was the tech-savvy type."

The Hooded Figure responded, "Well, one has to adapt to survive. And sometimes survival requires a few gadgets and a hidden lair."

Lilith, eyeing the surroundings, remarked, "This place seems more high-tech than I expected. What exactly are you hiding in here?"

The Hooded Figure grinned mysteriously, "All will be revealed in due time. For now, let's focus on regrouping and figuring out our next move."

Eda, with a sly smile, added, "I like a bit of mystery. Makes things interesting."

As they ventured further into the hidden cave, the group found themselves surrounded by an array of gadgets, magical/supernatural artifacts, and peculiar experiments. The Hooded Figure, with a sense of pride, led them through the labyrinthine passages, leaving the others to wonder about the enigmatic figure behind the hood.

Eda raised an eyebrow, her lips curving into a smirk. "So, Halfa, huh? What's that all about?"

The Hooded Figure, seemingly unfazed by Eda's inquisitive tone, began to reveal a little more about himself. "It's a nickname from my past. A long story involving ghosts, magic, and a certain ghostly magical adventure," he explained, a hint of nostalgia in his concealed voice.

Hooty, always eager to be a part of any conversation, stretched out and put his head on Lilith's shoulder, unceremoniously dropping Odalia, while his eyes widen with curiosity. "A ghostly magical adventure, you say? I like the sound of that! Tell us more, Hooded Figure!"

The Hooded Figure chuckled beneath his hood. "Perhaps another time. Right now, we need to focus on laying low until we figure out our next move. We're in the thick of it, and we can't afford any slip-ups."

Amity looks around, amazed and in awe of all the technology she saw in the Lab/Cave. She was intrigued by everything in the lab.

However, the moment is ruined once Eda, Lilith, and Hooty exchanged worried glances as Hooty let out an exaggerated gasp. "Oh no! We forgot King and Raine! How could we forget about them?"

"RAINE!" Eda gasps in horror.

The Hooded Figure, maintaining his calm demeanor, raised a reassuring hand. "No need to panic. Lilith, Eda, you two can go find them. With your magical abilities, I'm sure you'll locate them quickly."

Eda, determined to set things right, nodded as she took a deep breath. "You're right. We'll find them in no time."

"Alador, please hold Hooty," Lilith, eyeing Hooty with concern, added, "And you, Hootscifer, please don't provoke the Blights. We need everyone on their best behavior."

Hooty, remembering his violent encounter with Alador, sighed dramatically. "Fine, fine. I'll be as quiet as a whisper, or a noisy bird can be. Jeez, Hoot..."

The Hooded Figure assured them, "I have faith in all of you. Go, find King and Raine. The rest of us will stay here and strategize our next move."

As Eda and Lilith prepared to take flight, Luz inquired, "Aren't you going with them, Hooded Figure?"

He shook his head, his hood concealing any visible expression. "No need. Eda and Lilith are more than capable. Besides, I have matters to attend to here."

Hooty, feeling a bit left out, turned to Alador. "Hold me, Alador! And I won't try any funny business like earlier."

Alador, with a wry smile, complied. "Don't worry, Hooty. I won't let anything happen to you."

As Eda, Lilith, and Hooty departed in search of King and Raine, the Hooded Figure turned his attention to Luz and the others, ready to discuss their next steps in the hidden lair. As the group settled into the concealed hideout, Amity couldn't shake the feeling that there was something oddly familiar about the Hooded Figure. She found herself stealing glances, trying to discern what it was that triggered this sense of déjà vu.

Luz, noticing Amity's thoughtful expression, nudged her gently. "You okay, Amity? You seem a bit lost in thought."

Amity sighed, running a hand through her hair. "Yeah, just feeling a bit off. There's something about our Hooded friend that feels... familiar, but I can't quite place it."

The Hooded Figure, busy examining the cave's surroundings, overheard Amity's comment. He turned to face her, his eyes hidden beneath the hood. "Familiar? Interesting."

Amity furrowed her brows. "Do I know you from somewhere? Have we met before?"

The Hooded Figure chuckled mysteriously. "Maybe we did, but for now, I'm just a stranger trying to help."

Amity, always attuned to suspicion, eyed the Hooded Figure. "You've been rather helpful so far, but we still don't know much about you. Care to enlighten us?"

The Hooded Figure hesitated for a moment, then replied, "I have my reasons for keeping my identity concealed. Let's focus on the task at hand—dealing with your future self and keeping everyone safe."

Amity, growing increasingly frustrated, shook her head. "I can't just let this go. It feels important."

The Hooded Figure walked closer to her, his presence almost comforting. "Amity, there are certain things that will be revealed soon enough. Right now, let's focus on our next move and finding a way to stop Twisted Amity."

Alador raised an eyebrow at the Hooded Figure. "You've got secrets, huh? Well, we all have our skeletons. Just make sure yours aren't trying to eat us in our sleep."

The Hooded Figure offered a small, cryptic smile. "Rest assured, Alador. My secrets won't harm you."

Amity's eyes widened as she scanned the list of ingredients for something called the "Cure for Globulin Green." The Hooded Figure's revelation about the dangerous chemical sent shivers down her spine, and she couldn't help but feel a sense of foreboding.

"So, what exactly does this Globulin Green do?" Amity asked, her voice tinged with concern. "And what happened in Twisted Amity's timeline?"

The Hooded Figure hesitated, his gaze meeting Amity's. "Globulin Green was an experimental substance Alador worked on in that timeline. It had potent magical properties that, when inhaled, initially enhanced Twisted Amity's abilities. Increased strength, agility, intelligence—you name it. But with time, it corrupted her, twisted her mind, and led her down a dark path."

Amity furrowed her brow. "Corrupted her? How?"

The Hooded Figure sighed, choosing his words carefully. "Globulin Green didn't just enhance her powers; it fed off her emotions, amplifying her darkest impulses. It turned her into something monstrous, both physically and mentally. And when her timeline's Luz was taken away, the Green overwhelmed her completely."

Amity gulped, "And what horrifying things did she do?"

The Hooded figure winces as he waves a hand, cringing as he closes his eyes, "As for the things she did... some things, my friend... Are better left unsaid. Let's just say it's a path no one should ever tread. If any good came out of that, it's that ten years in Hell gave Odalia the chance to see what a fool she'd been."

"Then maybe it's true what they say

Amity clenched her fists, a mixture of fear and anger welling up inside her. "We need to stop this."

Luz placed a comforting hand on Amity's shoulder. "We will, Amity. We have a plan, and we're all in this together."

Gus chimed in, "Yeah! And this cure might be our ticket to stopping Twisted Amity. We just need to find the ingredients and make it."

The Hooded Figure nodded. "Exactly. With the right components, we can neutralize the effects of Globulin Green. The challenge is obtaining those ingredients without drawing attention."

Willow suggested, "Maybe some of the Hexside students can help us gather the ingredients. We'll need all the help we can get."

Amity's heart skipped a beat as two figures emerged from the shadows of the cave, prompting everyone to tense up in anticipation. But as the newcomers removed their concealment necklaces, revealing themselves to be Edric and Emira, the tension evaporated, replaced by a flood of relief that washed over Amity.

"Edric! Emira!" Amity exclaimed, her voice filled with a mixture of joy and concern. She rushed forward and enveloped them both in a tight embrace, her grip perhaps a bit too tight in her overwhelming relief.

"Ow, Amity! Easy on the hugs!" Edric grunted, wincing slightly as Amity squeezed him a little too tightly. "It was just evading a few Amitys, no big deal!"

"Hey, watch it!" Emira chimed in, though her words were softened by a warm smile.

Amity released them, her eyes scanning their faces for any signs of injury. "What happened? Are you both okay?"

Edric rubbed his sore arm, flashing a rueful grin. "We've had better days, that's for sure. Twisted Amity's army ambushed us while we were scouting. We managed to slip away, but not without a few bruises."

Emira nodded in agreement. "It's been rough out there. Twisted Amity's forces are everywhere, and they're not holding back."

The Hooded Figure stepped forward, concern etched on his features. "Did you encounter any trouble on your way here? Were you followed?"

Edric shook his head. "We made sure to cover our tracks. Doubt they'll be able to find us now."

Luz breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness. We can't afford any more surprises."

Gus glanced around the cave, his eyes falling on the list of ingredients for the cure. "Speaking of surprises, you guys arrived just in time. We're working on a plan to stop Twisted Amity once and for all."

Emira's eyes widened with interest. "A plan? Count us in. We'll do whatever it takes to help."

Amity nodded, a determined gleam in her eyes. "We're going to need all the help we can get. Twisted Amity won't go down without a fight."

With renewed determination, the group began discussing their next steps, knowing that with Edric and Emira by their side, they stood a better chance against the looming threat of Twisted Amity and her army.
