Satan used Yuri Egin to take over the Gehenna Woods of Life and Death, but her power lived on in a Sunlight Flower passed to a Princess. So now he raises and uses her to prolong his life. But he wasn't expecting his sons to undermine his plan at every turn!

8. Choices

Rin helped Cairstiana out of the tower.

Her hair piled around her as they landed on the grass.

"The blue sky. The green grass. The clear streams of water." Cairstiana said. "It's magical."

"You're one to talk about magic." Rin laughed. "But we don't have time to rest. Your Father will be back soon and we need to put some distance between us and the tower."

Rin spread his black wings and pulled her into his arms. "Come now my lady. Shall we taste that sweet freedom?"

"Yes! I want to see the stars cross the sky!" Cairstiana said.

"Lanterns. And I'll show you, pretty lady." Rin flew her off into the trees.

Cairstiana laughed with joy. "Best day ever!"
