20. Send-Off

This story is being abandoned.

I know this story was never really that good, the writing having never really went beyond amateur level, but it was enjoyable to write regardless of that, and I'm glad to see that there were some people who genuinely enjoyed it.

Sadly, I'm likely not coming back to write much of anything for a while. It's not really my decision, but life circumstances have essentially forced this for me.

Thank you to everybody who read and reviewed, and gave me solid criticism to improve the story. Thank you to those who went out of their way to sit in DM conversations with me, helping me go over the story. Of course, a huge thanks to Calborghete, who let me essentially rip off his story to create this.

Words cannot even begin to express how thankful I am to all of you.
I really do hope to come back one day, but I can't guarantee anything.
