Chapter 4: whyyyy.
"WHYYYY!!!!"
"BECAUSE YOU NEED TO TRAIN," and then white energy blasts were shot at me.
"IM A RESEARCHER YOU ASSHOLE," I punched the ground and the gauntlets I wore flashed then a circle formed beneath me and a green barrier formed around me that absorbed the blasts.
"And yet your this strong," and he prepared a blast within his hand.
"Is this because I kicked your ass in shadow of the abyss?" And I prepared my gun that began to absorb the barrier.
"Grrrr," and two blasts were shot that exploded mid air creating a smoke bubble.
"Ohh my god," I passed through the smoke while bringing down my sword at him. "Just cause i'm better than you at something doesn't mean i'm better," as I continued to slam the sharp end of my blade at him.
"YOU KEEP USING THAT ONE CHARACTER YOU KNOW IS BULLSHIT!!!," and Vali lashed out with violent strikes.
"IT'S CALLED RESEARCH YOU ASSHOLE!!!!," as I deflected and dodged his punches.
"RESEARCH MY ASS, YOU JUST PICKED THE ONE CHARACTER THAT HAS THE WEIRDLY LONG AND FAST DOWN KICK!!!!"
"ALRIGHT YOU ASS LOVER, I'LL SHOW YOU WEIRD!!!!" I screamed out as the lightsaber he was blocking suddenly became unstable yet heavier.
"EAT SHIT!!!" And I dragged it down as if it was cutting through Vali and a wave of energy came crashing at him and when he crashed into a wall smoke followed him.
"Ahh, shit," Vali said cause when he dispersed the smoke he saw Gin wearing the dragon rings.
"Yeah that's right, your fucked now,"
"Come on man don't be like that, this isn't fair,"
"Oh you asked for this you know, and you were the person who got pissed off because he lost in a video game,"
"Yeah but this is cheating, I cant even go balance breaker here,"
"Don't complain Vali, but I have to thank azazel for creating those bracelets," as on his ankles there was a white bracelet with a blue gem on it and the same thing was on me. "Because without these I would have been fucked!!!!" And I rushed at Vali.
"You can try," Vali flew up and began to blast me with his magic.
"Oh I will," and from the smoke I escaped and threw a punch, he dodged it.
"Oh poor Gin, its to bahh," he was cut of by my fist landing on his face launching him to the ground.
"Guah, (cough2x) how?"
"Simple, mana boost you bitch, now I hope you like mash potato,"
"And you think i'll just sit there as you do that," he said as he stood up.
"Vali, I know you, and you are shit at pure close quarters combat,"
And a brawl occurred, Vali trying to punch me but I dodged, Vali is mostly a magic user and the only reason he is successful with his fights, its due to the fact that his opponents are weakened from his hit and run tactic, or is generally weaker than himself, but when fighting Vali there are three things you must watch out for, one is his flight speed, second is his dragon hands, and third is his magic, and a blast flew by his face, and I landed an uppercut directly on his stomach, he instantly held his stomach and folded.
"See, no close quarters combat prowess,"
"If I could, use my balance breaker, it would have been my victory,"
"Obviously, but I won so suck on that, now stay still," I said as I pulled out an iron grail, and began to syphon magic from it to heal vali.
"Whats, that?"
"A normal grail, i'm sucking some of its magic so I could heal you,"
"Those rings, are a pain,"
"In the ass, yeah I know,"

[a few hours before]
"Hmmm, would that work, don't know but seeing as its used as a container it could work, plus if I add this I wouldn't even need to pump magic into it, along with the seals on my body I could possibly pull this off," the door got busted down, but no reaction, but muttering could be heard from within the room.
"Hmmmmm, add this I could probably filter it, add this I could change its magical properties, add this I could filter out the foreign magic but 80% would be lost, lessen there presence? That wouldn't work, lessen there potency? The effects would be ruined," and the muttering continued as he was dragged by the scruff of his jacket.
"Changing the formula could work, I mean I coulbwah," and I was cut off as a 20 kg plate was thrown in my hands. "Who the fuck?"I looked around. "Where the fuck?"
"Its me Vali, were in the gym, you need to work out,"
"What!?!?!?," I said completely shocked. "B, b, but I don't want to,"
"Don't act like a child and start going, you have potential and you need to train it,"
And so a two hour workout cession happened between Gin and Vali, there was a lot of complaining and some shouting, but it ended in them playing games like they usually do every week, but this time they are playing shadow of the abyss, a pvp fighting game that Vali was good in, and like usual I went around getting my ass kicked by him for an hour or less, until I found the best fighter around, and the events you know happened.

"Ok, let me get this straight, you lost contact with a fallen that was your personal assistant, and now you want me to look for zed assistant at where again?"
"Kuoh,"
"Please tell me where the fuck that is again?"
"Around the west side of japan,"
"What language do I speak and only speak?"

"There you go, how the fuck am I suppose to communicate with them?"
"With this," and he pulled out a piece of paper.
"And what in the sweet tits is that?"

"Fuck you," and I grabbed the piece of paper off azazel's hand while he gave me a shit eating grin.
Leaving the room I bumped into Vali.
"So, what you got now?" Vali said as he got up from the wall he was leaning on.
"Long term mission, kuoh, hunt run away, also do you know how to use this?" As I showed him the magic.
"Ok that simple, just place it on your tongue, and it should melt like some sort of cotton candy,"
"Alright," and as he said it melted.

"Hmmm," Issei checked his phone and looked around his messages and calendar. "Yeah i'm free, but where to?"
"Were heading to the arcade bro,"

"Yeah it's the one next, they got an new game worth 20 million tickets, and guess who saved up enough money," and matsuda pointed at motohama who pushed up his glasses and he pulled a ziplock bag out of nowhere and it was full of yen.
"So both of you gathered it up?"
"Hell yeah my brother, if you had pitched in, this would have been done last year," motohama said.
"You two already know what i'm all about,"
"Yeah, yeah, well anyways lets go,"
"Alright, alright,"
When they arrived at the arcade it looked more like a night club than an arcade, but that wasn't because of a design choice but because a few years ago it was and it was only recently that it was turned into an arcade, and the arcade sold more adult items, and among them were ero anime games, Issei didn't really like this place because it still smelled like semen and sweat but they sometimes did have things He wanted, like some of the games He got in here examples are, harem brigade, love of the midnight moon, silent pleasure, and last but not least broken paradise, they were all harem games but they had some semblance of adventure and fighting in the games.

"Punching game, next would be catch, and third would be pull, then sandbag toss, and last but not least ball toss"

"Ohhh, I get it, motohama will do the brainy games, matsuda will do the sports games, and i'm going to be doing the physical game,"
"Of course, we will maximize our power and conquer,"
And the money was divided, and tokens were taken, Issei went and made some records with the punching machine, landing him a couple hundred tickets, next was him getting the new highest score on whack a mole and allowing him to get the jackpot, third was whack and win it easy to guess, matsuda played the basket ball game, bowling, and mostly retro games, motohama played the timing game the likes of stack up, and with all there powers combined, brute strength, sports, timing, and pass tickets they had enough to get the game they wanted, love love paradise.
"Oh yeah lets go,"
"Hell yeah brothers, so who we gonna play this baby at?"
"Well it won't be on my house for sure,"

And Issei was ignored by the two idiots screaming at where they would play there harem game, and with that Issei left the arcade and went to his usual resting space, near the sea side and watching the sun set, and he enjoyed it until.
"Um, are you Issei hyoudou?" A woman's voice could be heard from his right side, and Issei looked to the side.
"Um… are, are you hyoudou Issei?" She said again, after Issei just stared at her for a few seconds longer.
"Ughh, yeah I am, why do you ask?" He said as He was stunned from the current events.
"Um, um, would you please go out with me!!" She screamed out with a bow and a letter to me.
"Uhhh, sure," was what he could say out because of the sudden confession.
"I know yo, wait really? Hooray," she cheered out with a little jump.
"Oh since were dating how about a date?"
"Uhh, sure,"
"Great, how about Saturday at 8,"

"Great see you then," she said as she ran and waved at me.

"The mission is a simple hunting and retrieve, but you will be hunting and the ones you will be retrieving are the ones you need to hunt,"

"For who, You will be hunting fallen angel but please capture them and not severely injure them,"

"Ahh, about that we cant actually send you there right now,"

And I left with a smile as azazel frowned and pouted like a child.
"So whats the mission?"
"Ahh, Vali, its mostly a capture mission,"

And then both dumb asses continued to fight as they went to there destination.

"Ohh, yeah, plain," and the view from the window could be seen.
"Hello passengers we are going to inform you that if you would look outside, we are currently at japan, we will be arriving at tokyo in half an hour," a voice in the speakers said.
"Well shit," I said as I got more comfortable in my position.

"Now where do I have to go again," I patted my body to look for something. "Aha, ok now where is it? Fallen's avenue, huh, azazel needs to stop playing games,"

"Well at least it has proper security," I said as I fished out the card azazel gave me and showed it to them.
"Oh, sorry, please enter," the big man stepped aside and I walked in, and what greeted me was the stereotypical show of flashing lights, women dancing in poles and cages, and a giant dance floor.
"Pretty standard for a night club," I said but it wasn't heard due to the loud music, and then I looked around until I spotted my target.

"You would be correct, but anyways I would like the fallen special, crimson and stirred, please do not shake it," and as soon as I said that her eyes sparkled.
"Ok, be there in a minute," and she went to her station, a little bit further away I got a better look at her choice of clothing, a bunny outfit with fishnet stockings, extremely high cut and tight to, look close enough you could nearly see the lips of her vagina but as if a supernatural power was preventing it from slipping.
"Thanks love," as I held my cup.
"Hello there little man, want to see a show," a woman said wearing a high cut leotard along with a high thighs suspenders, and on her back was black wings and over her head was a shattered halo that is dimly glowing.
"Sure, why not," I said as I followed her.

"Will you die for me," was the words that Issei heard that sent chills down his spine and made him react instantly as his knee landed on her stomach, he was about to apologize but saw the light spear on her hand.
"Ugh, you filthy human how dare you," she angrily said as she rushed at him with a holy spear.
"What?" Was Issei's intelligent response as she suddenly grew two black wings, and Issei dodged and deflected, though touching the spear did slightly burn him.
"Well aren't you surprising for a human, I should really stop holding back," she said as she grew a few inches and her clothes turn in to leather straps and long gloves and thigh high boots and a bra and thong began covering her private parts.
"Why are you doing this yuuma," Issei said in the middle of the fight.
"Oh how sweet, still calling me by that pet name, you really warm up my heart Issei," she said as she held herself. "Tell you what, i'll keep this little present you gave me when I kill you," she said as she pulled out a neckless of two doves forming a heart.
"Well," Issei said as he steeled his heart and when she rushed at him again she was greeted with the heel of his shoe impacting her cheek, launching her towards the side.
"I know there was always something wrong with you, seeing as your expression never connected with your words, always shaking the moment I touch you, forcing yourself to act around me, I always thought it was weird,"
"WOULD YOU SHUT UP AND DIE," she said as she tossed her spear at him but was dodged by a roll to the side.
Issei didn't let this go, she had tossed her weapon away and this was the perfect opportunity to strike, and he did as he kicked her up, and punched her stomach making her spit out some blood.
"GET OFF OF ME!!!," she screamed as she fully expanded her wings making the wind strong enough to make him cover his eyes to not let the dust in. "YOU INSOLENT VERMIN, JUST DIE!!!" She screamed as she flew up and began a barrage of her spears by throwing them at Issei, Issei rolled and ducked for cover, but that was until a little girl could be heard screaming and Issei looked, seeing a blond girl in gothic clothing, he looked at raynare his eyes were on her and she pointed at her, Issei knew what was going to happen and what the risk was but he would be a fool if he didn't at least try.
A strong push and a quick burst of speed he was dashing towards the girl and with enough time to spare he had her on a princess carry and was going out of there, but before he noticed something pierced through his gut and looking down a pink spear could be seen through it, but it wasn't pierced through his back, but his front as he sees the fingers of the girl on the handle of the spear, and before he could do anything he lost strength in his legs, and from the sudden weakness he stumbled and fell rolling.
"Ugh, this brute, how could you just drop a lady like that," the gothic lolita said as she pouted.
"Good job mittelt," she said as she walked towards her.
"It looked like you needed it, but seriously from a human?"
And as they bantered Issei was there but he couldn't hear a thing because all he could hear was a dull ringing and his life flashing before his eyes, some people think its you trying to find a way, or even you trying to see if you had lived a fulfilling life, but to Issei it was only like a broken record, because it showed him experiences he swore he never had, and before he himself could even knew it he stood up.
"What? How can he stand?!?!"
"Mittelt turn off your spear," and when she did an abnormally low amount of blood dropped out of the gaping hole on his stomach.
And unknown to the two fallen, in Issei's mind he was on a training field doing what was obvious to do in this situation and that was training, but there was something or someone else there and the only thing they were doing was doing a front high kick, Issei didn't know how many minutes? Hours? Days, weeks? He himself didn't even know if it was a day or a year but he thought its because he died, and with nothing to do he followed the mans movements, but as soon as he did a violent ripple appeared beneath him, and looking at the man nothing happened, and Issei thought to improve himself to be his equal seeing as he was dead, but in the outside it was totally different and so issei followed the movements of the shadow, some he recognized as renewal taekwondo and some he didn't.
The two fallen angels stood there stunned as they watched the supposedly dead kid get on a taekwondo stance with his right arm limp behind him, but out of everything the most unnerving thing wasn't the hole on his stomach but it was his dead and hollow eyes, looking at them unnerved them as if they weren't looking at a human but a doll.
Raynare took a step forward and when she did a front high kick landed on her chin, but unlike before it felt different, and as she looked at the sky all she could ask was. "What?" And two strikes landed on her, a kick to her liver and an elbow to her sternum, launching her back and knocking her out
"How dare you," mittelt said as she rushed at him but was dodged and was kicked to the floor, as she clutched her head a shadow loomed over her and all she could see was his foot falling rapidly toward her, she closed her eyes and braced for the impact but it didn't come.
Because Issei backed up dodging two holy spears, a gold and an ocean blue one, Issei looked at the two fallen a busty bluenette with a tight red business suit and tight mini skirt with holes on the side, the man next to her wore a trench coat and a black fedora.
"Whats going on, why isn't he dead?" The man said.
"We don't know either, but he took out raynare and is strong enough to over power us,"
"Mittelt come here, and bring raynare with you," the busty bluenette said.
Issei didn't take this sitting down as he began to sprint at the two fallen angels on the ground to finish them off, but before he could do so a volley of spears dropped in front of him.
"If we keep our distance we can finish him," the female pointed at his stomach that was slowly spilling out more blood than before.
"Ok, lets keep this up," and the volley continued, you could say it got bigger due to mittelt's addition.
Issei dodged and hid as in his mind he is fighting a shadow in his body dodging and ducking, as his world around him continued to darken and shatter like glass and in the middle of there fight a gray pole dropped in front of him, Issei didn't know what to do but the shadow thing got one to and it kicked it at him like some sort of javelin.
Issei dodged the spears and they just followed the steadily growing blobs of blood that he left behind, Issei had reached the benches and to there surprise he grabbed on one of there sections and ripped it off, to add on to there surprise he kicked it at them, but the kick was so strong that the wood splintered and shot pellets at them.
"Cover yourselves," the man in the trench coat said as he opened his hand at the incoming bullets and put up a barrier, it soon cracked as Issei kicked rocks the size of fists at them, his movements were smooth, almost as if he didn't even kick a rock at mock speeds.
"LETS RETREAT DOHNASEEK, HE'LL DIE TO HIS INJURIES ANYWAY,"
"ALRIGHT, MITTELT YOU GO FIRST," and the fallen left, and right on time to as Issei had ran out of steam, and with in his head there was only a small piece left, and so with out his sparring partner he sat down and he swung his feet over the void.
"You know I always regretted not asking her out since then," Issei said as he reminisced from when he met the rias gremory the great oniisama of school.
"Man, I wish I could see her for the final time, its kind of depressing seeing as the last thing i'll be seeing is a shattering world," Issei said to himself unknowingly summoning the very woman he wanted, and as she got there she was greeted with a kneeling Issei, she was shocked at this and even more as he stood up and showed the gaping hole on his stomach, she got scared when he started walking but looking at his eyes she could somehow know even with those dead eyes that he wouldn't do anything, so she let him come and even opened her arms, but she didn't expect what came next, Issei placed both his hands on her cheeks, those actions shocked her, but most shocking of all was the way he kissed her deeply as if he was a fish finally finding water, his tongue savored her own, blood and saliva's were mixed, his hands savored her shape reaching places only people with intimate relationships would dare to venture, and his lifeless eyes slowly gained life, the first thing he said was.
"I love you," was what he said when he released his bloody lips from her's, rias was stunned as she didn't expect that and before she could think further he dropped on her, his hands that gently but tightly held her went limp like the strength he had just used to hold and caress her had suddenly turned to jelly, she laid him down, and finally noticed that his wound was now bleeding like it should, his skin paling, his eyes reaching for the last light it could see, rias was still shocked at his declaration and having her first kiss stolen but she had a job to do, she pushed those emotions aside and said.
"Issei hyoudou, I will give you a second chance in life, but you will be reincarnated into a devil," and that was the last thing Issei could hear.

"YOU HAVE, GOT, TO, BE, SHITING, ME," I yelled out while continuously firing at something that was rushing at me at full speed.
"WHAAAA," and that thing was known as a dungeon monster.
Are you surprised? If so then your not alone because I didn't know myself, I only found out when Azazel told me so, because apparently how demons get there materials are in areas known as a monster nest also known as the dungeon.
I was given a mission in the spider forest, where I needed to get the armored spiders silk, and its name is not just for show because currently my real bullets are bouncing off of it, I mean I know that typical armor piercing bullets meant for tanks won't work on the super natural as much, but this is ridiculous, because I hoped it would stun it at the very least, but this bitch is fucking rushing me down.
It not only has 8 legs that are more accurate to call spears, but it has its webbing that are super annoying, granted they aren't sticky as I had expected but there still a bitch to cut, if I didn't have my lightsaber I would have been fucked, also have I mentioned this bitch is fast, because it is, and my mission is to capture this beach in a cage so they could farm and use its silk for clothing, but who in there right mind would work with this, they have to be super powerful for that, or rich possibly both as well, goddam these devils and there choices of bullshit.
"AHHHH!!!! BITCH!!" I yelled at it after ramming me with its spiky body, also have I mentioned its spiky body, because it sucks.
Though the job description did say I could hurt it as long as it keeps its body part that develops the silk intact, so that means.
"LEG SLICING TIME!!!! HAHAHAHA," and the sounds of battle could be heard echoing within the cave, as a mad man who had reinforcement and reinforced clothing fought a 8 legged monster, and he was only equipped with a modified 500 magnum revolver, that can take 50 cal and above ammunition for fighting these monsters.

After the hours of continues laughs and screams could be heard, it suddenly became silent and the people outside waited in baited breath, they feared that the mercenary provided by recommendation to them had died and that they would be next, and there shocks weren't mitigated but increased, because a giant spider had suddenly jumped out of the cave.
Some had screamed and ran away, but those brave few noticed something off, while yes it was alive it was heavily wounded, its 8 legs were missing, a few of its eyes were stabbed, and some spikes were broken as if it had been shattered through collision.
"get that bitch out of here," a tired and rough voice could be heard making them freeze up until they had turned back and saw the mercenary recommended for this job, he had his arm twisted backwards but it still held his gun, his other arm though still in a normal position but it was clear he used it to defend himself from some attacks, And worst of all his outfit, from the dark pristine trench coat it once was now looked like a torn up rag seeing as holes is now all around it.
"What are you waiting for, were not getting paid by the hour you sacks of shit, get that on the dam transport vehicle," I told them as I pulled at my bent arm and pulled it back into place with a sick popping sound, making some of the surrounding devils wince from the sound and some impressed at my tenacity.
Soon after we were off, we arrived at our destination and that was the end of my mission, it was a simple acquire and escort mission, as soon as we arrived I instantly stood at an transport area and left.
