The Skylanders were each taking turns patrolling Vale in teams. And right now, Ninjini was just looking around, when she heard someone say, "Skylanders" and "at Beacon". She slowly followed them.

"Mercury, these aren't runaways from the White Fang," said the mint green girl, "These are like Superheroes. They have powers beyond us."

Ninjini was now on their trail. She saw the mint green bump into someone, and apologize, while swiping her wallet.

Oh, a thief, thought the Elder Elemental, Well, nothing like a little magic to mess with them.

Ninjini then got to a corner where she would cross them. She then... well... floated, in front of the two while they weren't paying attention, and they bumped into her.

Ninjini then turned, and said, "Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't see you there! It's just hard being a giant."

Emerald took the hand offered to her, and got a good look at who she bumped into.

"Hey," said Mercury, "You're one of those Skylanders who arrived here a bit earlier, right?"

"Yes I am," said Ninjini, "Ninjini, the first Skylander of the Magic Element."

A Skylander, thought Emerald, I can take her out here.

Emerald reached for her weapons, when Ninjini used her magic to lift something in front of her face. IT WAS HER WALLET! Emerald checked her pockets, and found that they were empty.

"When I said I was part of the Magic Element, that wasn't just a title," said Ninjini, tossing Emerald her wallet.

"Just who do you think you are!?"

"Emerald Sustrai. Thief extortioner, based on how you stole that woman's wallet."

Emerald was in shock, asking, "H-H-H-How did you know that!?"

"Well," said Ninjini, "Magic is powerful. And, I have seen your memories while you were reaching for your weapons. Cinder Fall and Roman Torchwick? Well, seems we have some trouble makers."

Emerald was a bit steamed, and Ninjini said, "Now now, we don't want to make a scene, especially with them here."

Ninjini pointed to Tree Rex, Jet-Vac, Magna Charge, and Knight Light behind them, weapons pointed right at them.

"Something going on here Ninjini?" asked Tree Rex.

"No, just some kids wanting advice. Better run off."

Emerald and Mercury did so, and Tree Rex asked, "Something with them?"

"They're working with Roman Torchwick, but Roman's just a pawn. He's working for a woman named Cinder Fall, and she's recruited Kaos to help her."

"That's not good," said a voice.

Everyone turned to see the woman from earlier coming towards them.

"Hey, you're that chef from the restaurant," said Jet-Vac, "We never got your name."

"It's Janice. And I'm glad I caught you."

Everyone got a good look at Janice's outfit. She wore a red checkered shirt, with a vest. On her belt, were bullets all around. She had a flat hat with a wide brim, and jeans with knee boots. And her tail was now fully revealed: at the tip, was a rotary gun cannon on it.

"Woah," said Trig, "That's cool!"

"Thanks," said Janice, "My sweet Jerry put it on after my rattle was cut off by racists. He saved me from them, took me in, taught me self defense, and well, here we are now."

"So, you're like vigilantes?" asked Magna Charge.

"Something like that," said Janice, "I'm often on the field, and Jerry is often doing desk work. Files, clues, and other things like that. And we'd like to help you, Team RWBY and JNPR take on Kaos, Roman, and this Cinder."

"I feel we may need to take this conversation back to Beacon," said Knight Light, "I can sense someone listening in on us. Could be one of Kaos' minions or the White Fang."

"Right, come on," said Jet-Vac, as the Skylanders headed back to Beacon.

And that, someone, came out, but it wasn't of Kaos, or the White Fang. In Fact, she looked just like a normal teen girl.

So they know Ruby? she thought to herself, Could they be my friends?

She then looked at her hands, seeing some scratches, showing metal parts under her skin.

No. Besides, who'd want to be friends with a machine with poor social skills.

"You know it's rude to eaves drop on conversations."

The girl jumped, and turned to see Magna Charge behind her.

"So, you heard all that?" asked the Skylander.

"Yes," said the girl, "You know Ruby Rose?"

"Yeah," said Magna Charge, "How did you meet Ruby?"

"We met in Vale a few weeks back," said the girl, "And we helped stop Roman and the White Fang taking a shipment of dust."

"I see," said Magna Charge. Just then, his head got stuck to the girl, with a clank, and he said, "Sorry, it does that sometimes. Wait, are you a mechanical being like myself?"

Magna Charge did a scan to make sure. And she was.

"I am," said the girl, "I'm Penny."

"Pleasure to meet you Penny. I'm Magna Charge, Swap Force Skylander of the Tech Element."

"Magna Charge, can I ask you something: How do you make friends so easily?"

"People see past my robotic parts, and see me as a sentient being. In fact, many of the robots in Skylands are sentient, and part of society."

"Wow!" said Penny, "I wish I was as good at making friends as you are."

Magna Charge then lead out a hand, saying, "I would be honored to be your friend."

Penny accepted the handshake, turning it into a hug.

"OH, THANK YOU MAGANA CHARGE!"

The Skylander slowly returned the hug, and said, "Care to join me back to Beacon?"

"Yes I would!" said Penny, "I am meant to compete in the Vytal Tournament!"

"Then come on," said Magna Charge, leading the way.
