Not much to say.

Chapter 3

Docked next to the Light House. Luffy looked at the box in her hand. 'Hmm… I wonder what Shanks gave me?' She wondered to herself as Nami walked up behind her.

"Hey Luffy." Said Nami.

Luffy looked up and smiled at her. "Hey Nami. What's up?" She asked her friend.

"Oh nothing much. Usopp is almost done with his repairs and Sanji will have lunch ready soon as Zoro is watching over those two strange characters. But I was going to ask you what's in your hands." Said Nami as she bit around the bush.

Luffy nodded her head not really listening to what Nami was saying until she was asking about the box. She looked up. "I'm not sure. I was just going to open it." She said as she sat down on the deck.

Zoro open his eyes and looked over at his Captain. Watching her hands as she slowly unties the string that held the letter around the box. Holding the box tight in her hands so Nami doesn't take it from her. Luffy slowly unfolds the letter.

"Dear Luffy:

I know this isn't something I should just spring on you. But since the day I have met you. I knew you held a special place in my heart and in my life. When I saw you're bounty poster I knew then what you meant to me. Monkey D. Luffy. I Shanks am in love with you. I know I could have told you this in person. But I kept chickening out while I showed you around town and while we shopped.

So while you where busy trying on clothing I went to the jewelry store across the store you where in and bought this for you. Please open the box."

Luffy stopped reading for a second and slowly open the box as Nami was pouting as Luffy moved the letter so she couldn't keep reading it. Inside the box was a silver band with a diamonds and a large emerald stone set in the center of the diamonds. Luffy's eyes widen when she saw this ring. She quickly went back to the letter.

"What I am asking you Luffy is. Will you marry me and become my wife and my Pirate Queen?

Take all the time you need to think this over and call me with your answer.

Love Shanks"

Luffy just sat there with her jaw on the ground. She did have the biggest crush on Shanks and when she saw him at the docks, she felt her feels being to rise once more for him.

Zoro got up and walked over to his Captain and took the letter from her and read it over and looked down at the ring she kept staring at. "So what's your answer Captain?" He question her as she looked up at him.

A small smile on her lips.

Shanks Ship

Shanks had found the note from Dragon.

"What do you have planned for my Daughter Red-Hair?"

Monkey D. Dragon

Below Dragon's name was his number for the red-hair man to call and tell the father of the woman he has loved for a long time that he wants to marry his daughter.

Benn took the note. "Looks like you have Dragon on your ass now and soon Garp and Ace will be there too." Was all he told his friend as he laughed walking away.

Alabaster Coast

Ace jumps on Luffy's ship as she holds a snail in her hands and is calling someone. He stands there quietly waiting to speak to his sister.

"Hey Shanks." Said Luffy.

The snail smiles. "Hey Luffy. How are you doing?" Asked Shanks on the other end of the snail.

"I'm alright. Just going to go to War with Crocodile and free a country. But I figure I give you my answer before I go to war." Said Luffy with a soft smile on her face.

"Luffy do you need any help?" Question Shanks as he was a little worried that she was going be facing a War Lord with only her crew by her side.

"No, it's fine. We can handle it. But I just want to let you know is. Yes, I'll Marry you." Said Luffy.

Ace froze. His eyes grew large at what he just heard. His baby sister was planning on marrying a man well in his thirties and she was still only 17. "WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ABOUT YOU GETTING MARRIED LU?!" Yelled Ace from where he stood looking at his sister.

Zoro narrowed his eyes on the man yelling at his Captain and rested his hand on his swords.

Luffy looked over at Ace. "Oh hey Ace. Umm…Shanks asked me to marry him and I'm just finally giving him his answer." She told him with a sheepish smile on her face.

"Fuck my mission. I have a new one. Does Grandpa know?!" Asked Ace as flames licked around his body.

Luffy pouted. "No. But I just told Shanks yes. So you and my crew are the first to learn about it." She told him in a whine.

Shanks for his part was frozen on the other end. He was happy that Luffy wants to marry him. But now he had to make that call to Dragon. The call that he has been putting off. Now that Ace knows. The boy was going to hunt his ass down and have the others on Whitebeards crew helps him try to kill his ass.

"Thank you Luffy. You have made me an incredibly happy man." Said Shanks with a goofy grin on his face. "When you win your war. Let me know so we can plan our wedding." He tells her.

"Sure thing Shanks." Said Luffy grinning as she was looking forward to this.

Now she just had to calm down her hot head brother and stop him from killing Shanks.

Next time we have a Grandpa, a father and a brother paying someone a visit
