Soon after the voices first begin, Alastor takes his first life. He'd only meant to do it once for his mother's sake, but when the whispers begin once again, the urge to kill becomes an unstoppable itch he can't help but to scratch. That itch marks the start of a violent and bloody chapter in New Orleans' history. As well as the rise of it's most brutal and elusive serial killer.
