The next morning as the sun rose over the Australian Outback, Charlie, Louis, and the Wild Kratts were riding Dromedaries with Jessie leading them.
"Doesn't get any better than this, Louis." Charlie said. "Blue skies, fresh air! And who even knew there were camels in Australia?"
"Actually, Charlie, Dromedary Camels were introduced to Australia." Chris explained. "They were first brought here in 1840 as people tried to tame this continent, early settlers used to them to carry heavy loads, and to build railways and roads."
"And when they were no longer need, their owners turn them loose to the desert instead of putting them down." Martin added. "And they thrived out here instead of dying out. This is actually the only place in the world where wild Dromedaries live."
"Where are they actually from?" Aviva asked.
"Mostly in the Middle East, and in North Africa." Martin said. "They're invasive here in Australia. Like more than a million by now. This happened before with rabbits, and the most destructive invasive species are Cane Toads."
"These are noble beasts, my friend." Charlie said. "Proud, majestic..."
Then suddenly his camel passes gas.
"Oh, come on!" Charlie complained in disgust waving the smell away.
"Get used to it, boys." Jessie said. "Camels do that."
"I don't want to seem nosy, but do you have some sort of plan here?" Charlie asked.
"There hasn't been rain for weeks, right?" Jessie inquired.
Then Louis' camel passes gas.
"Oh, God." Charlie groaned in disgust. "Come on!"
"You were saying?" Aviva said.
"Well, when the water dries up in the basins, the kangaroos head for the rivers." Jessie explained.
Then Jessie's camel pass gas as Charlie groaned in disgust.
"So that means we have two choices, the Finke River or the Todd." Jessie said.
"How far are they?" Koki asked.
"And since the Finke is 200 miles away, I'm leaning toward the Todd." Jessie said.
"Alrighty, then, to the Todd." Charlie said.
"To the Todd." Jessie said.
"To the Todd!" Louis said.
Charlie turns to Louis noticing he had some red berries. "Louis, what are you eating?"
"I picked a bunch of berries at camp." Louis said showing them. "Jessie said they were cool. They smell just like a bowl of Fruity Pebbles right before you add the milk. Go on, take a whiff."
"No, thank you." Charlie denied.
"Okay." Louis said placing one in his mouth.
Then his camel pass gas again as Charlie cringed in disgust.
"Give me some of those berries real quick!" Charlie said.
"Go on, take some." Louis said. "Take 'em."
"Give me some of these." Charlie said holding some berries to his nose.
Jessie then chuckled.
Charlie sniffs the berries and relief and soon smelled the Fruity Peddle scent.
"Man, these do smell pretty good." Charlie said.
"Chicks in New York, they'd pay big money to smell like that, right?" Louis asked.
"What berries are these, anyway?" Jimmy asked.
"They're called snakeskin lily berries." Jessie said and turns to her camel. "Tut!"
"Impressive. How long have you been in Australia?" Charlie asked.
"I moved here with a friend from Milwaukee three years ago for a semester, and never went back." Jessie explained.
"Milwaukee!" Charlie said. "You know, I once had a..."
Then suddenly one of their camels passes gas violently.
"Oh! Oh!" Charlie cringed in disgust. "What is with these camels?"
"That one was me." Louis sheepishly said.
Meanwhile, Frankie and his gang with Jimmy were in a Jeep following a dirtroad.
"I swear to God we passed that same bush two hours ago." Frankie said annoyed and feeling they were lost. "What is going on?"
"Well, it says here..." Jimmy said looking through the map.
"What, again with the map?" Frankie said ticked. "Hey, why don't you sit on your head, try thinking with your butt."
Then one of his goon sees Blue wandering the road ahead of them.
"Hey, Frankie, look!" He said as Blue waved out. "Maybe this hump can tell us where we are."
They soon pulled over as Blue went up to them.
"How you doing?" Frankie asked.
"Got tranqued to the neck, crashed me plane, rescue party knocked me out and left me to die." Blue said. "All because of a bloody boomer."
"We're looking for Alice Springs, do you know it?" Frankie said.
"Heading straight for it, mate." Blue said. "What about a lift?"
"Why not? Get in." Frankie said.
"Ah, beauty." Blue said.
Meanwhile, Charlie, Louis, Jessie, and the Wild Kratts have finally made it to an oasis in the Todd.
"So what do you think?" Jessie asked.
"Whoa." Charlie said amazing. "No wonder the kangaroos come here."
"It's beautiful." Aviva said.
Jessie clicks her tongue to her camel. "Come on."
Shortly later, they arrived at the oasis.
"This looks like a good spot." Jessie said as several kangaroos were drinking nearby. "If there's a kangaroo within 500 miles, he'll show up here eventually."
Their camels were soon resting as as they climbed off.
"So when our guy shows up, how are we gonna catch him?" Louis asked.
"You know what? I've been thinking about that." Jessie said.
She then approaches some gourds on the ground and grabs one.
"Have you ever thrown a bolo?" Jessie asked.
"What?" Charlie and Louis stared.
They soon started gathering materials to make bolos, making ropes for them, and collecting some gourds. And after making some, they secured the gourds though Louis' broke off.
Soon they were practicing throwing them as Charlie spun his, but then it slipped from his grip and nearly hits Jessie as she ducked and the bolo got caught on a branch. Charlie turns to her as she laughed.
He tries again as it got tangled on his neck, same with Louis, and when Jimmy tried to throw his, it slipped and accidentally caught around Koki as she tried to chased after him hopping as he flees.
Charlie tries again as it slipped from his hand flying off, he looks around for it and saw it on one of the camels' heads.
He soon tries once more, and then then tossed it out and lands a direct hit on a tree as he cheers out.
Meanwhile, Frankie's Jeep were still following the dirtroad.
"Yo, what's a boomer?" One of his goons asked Blue.
"What?" Blue frowned.
"A boomer!" The goon said.
"Oh, a kangaroo." Blue explained as male kangaroos are known by. "It was two of your blokes. Americans. Along with some animal lovin' group. They were chasing after this kangaroo with a red shiny jacket."
They then laughed.
"Don't that dork, Louis Booker, always wear a shiny red jacket?" One of the goons asked.
'Yeah." The other replied.
Frankie then frowned.
And then the next moment, the Jeep skids to a stop, and then Blue was thrown out of the car and it drives off.
Blue soon recovers and got up watching them drive off and placed his hat back on.
"Never should have left the pub." Blue complained.
He then walks off following the road.
Back in the oasis, Charlie leaped from behind a bush swing his bolo around.
"Oh, yes! Oh, yeah!" Charlie said riled up. "Is this an Olympic event? Because I am Bolo Man! I am Bolo Man!"
He then spots something ahead.
"Bingo!" Charlie said.
"Dingo?" Louis jumped looking back. "Where?"
"No, no, no, no, no, bingo." Charlie said. "Look."
Nearby ahead of them was Jackie Legs grazing.
"Nice call, Jessie." Charlie said.
"There he is." Chris said.
"So, that's Jackie Legs." Jessie said.
"Kangaroo Jack in the flesh." Louis said attempt to approach.
"Hey, hey, you can't get near him like that." Jessie said stopping them. "He'll just take off running."
"She's right, kangaroos have excellent eyesight and hearing." Chris said. "Those legs are ready to spring at the slightest sound."
"So, what do we do?" Louis asked.
"We have to disguise ourselves." Jessie said. "Get rid of our human scent."
"And how are we gonna do that?" Charlie asked.
Later, they all peer their heads over from a branch with Australian aboriginal face paint as Charlie and Louis had their shirts off.
And they were just 30 yards from Kangaroo Jack as he feeds close by from a mob of kangaroos.
"We need to get a little closer." Jessie said. "Now, the only time we move is when he's feeding. This is very important, Don't make any sudden movements or sounds."
"Any loud noise could alert them." Chris said.
"Okay. Got it." Charlie said.
Jackie Legs watches the brush for any signs of trouble, but soon lowers his head back down seeing the coast was clear.
"There he goes." Jessie said.
They then carefully moved into the open getting a little closer to him, and then Jackie Legs perks up as Jessie held her hand out as they froze keeping dead still.
But then Louis acts up as he looks down, and saw he has accidentally stepped by an ant hill as some were already on his shoe.
"Shit!" Louis quietly hissed.
"Louis, what is your problem?" Charlie asked quietly.
"I got a family of ants crawling up my leg!" Louis quietly cried.
"Just ignore them!" Charlie quietly whacked him.
"I thought she said no sudden movements!" Louis quietly snapped whacking him back.
"Boys." Jessie turned to them as they whacked each other. "Boys!"
Jackie Legs turns to them.
"Hello?" Jessie said as they froze.
They turn back to Jackie Legs as he soon got back to feeding.
"We're close enough." Jessie informed. "Spread out."
"Charlie." Louis said as his leg shook. "They're having a picnic in my shorts. And I brought the sweets!"
"Louis, just keep it together!" Charlie said.
"Okay!" Louis said.
Charlie begins to head out.
"Keep it together, Louis!" Louis said to himself.
Charlie and Jessie begin to spread out swinging their bolos as Louis was trying to get it together Jessie glance over to him.
"Hang in there, Louis." Martin said.
Louis looked he was barely hanging on as Jackie Legs continues grazing, and Charlie and Jessie swung their bolos getting ready. Louis whimpered now losing it as Charlie and Jessie tossed their bolos out. And then Louis finally screams out loudly in pain as Kangaroo Jack turns to them and dodges the flying bolos.
"I can't take it no more!" Louis cried loudly and runs off. "Oh, God!"
He cries in pain as Jackie Legs shook his head and then hops off.
"And... he's gone." Koki said.
Louis meanwhile took his pants off.
"Get off! Get off me!" Louis cried. "Get off me! I'm gonna roll in the grass!"
"This is great!" Charlie complained. "This is just great! Now what are gonna do?"
"Well, there's no more we can do today." Jessie said. "We'll just have to wait. I'll have an idea where they'll be tomorrow."
"Tomorrow?" Charlie turns to her. "No, no. This has gotta happen today."
"We'll pitch camp here." Jessie said. "I'll get the firewood."
Charlie was dumbfounded as Louis joins him putting his pants back on.
"Hey, sorry about that, man." Louis apologized. "I was under attack."
"That's all right." Charlie said. "Look at her. She thinks she's so much smarter than us."
"I'm pretty sure she is, Charlie." Louis said.
Meanwhile, the Jeep was still following the road.
"Let me ask you something, Mr. Jimmy." Frankie said. "Where do I go if I'm looking for a missing kangaroo?"
Jimmy looks outside at the clouds.
"The sky is dry for many months." Jimmy said. "Wind is quiet from the..."
"Kangaroos, Jim!" Frankie said grasping the back of his head. "Where are they?"
"The best bet is right there." Jimmy gestured to the map. "Owen Springs."
Frankie took the map and stares at it, and then turns to Jimmy.
And then the Jeep skids to a halt and then Jimmy was tossed out and hits the ground as they drove off.
Back at the Todd, Jessie was in a shallow pool by a waterfall in a tank top and shorts. And unaware that Charlie was climbing down as he didn't notice her, and removes his shirts and pants off as Jessie glanced back finally seeing him.
"What are you doing?" Jessie asked.
Charlie then turns to her.
"Jessie! I was gonna take a bath." He said.
"Go!" Jessie said.
Charlie shook his head.
"Yes!" Jessie insisted.
"No." Charlie denied. "Look, I'm hot, I'm filthy, and I wanna take a bath. You can stay, you can go, it makes no difference to me."
"Well, I'm not leaving." Jessie said. "I was here first."
"Suit yourself." Charlie insisted.
Jessie spat some water and turns away and Charlie dives into the water and surfaced near her.
"Whoo!" Charlie said feeling much better. "It's gorgeous."
Jessie stared.
"Hey, what are you looking at?" Charlie questioned.
"Well, you looked first." Jessie said.
"Yeah, I looked." Charlie said.
"So, I looked too, all right?" Jessie said.
Charlie stared and then took a step forward.
"Come near me, I'll kill you." Jessie warned.
"So nervous." Charlie said.
"You have absolutely no effect on me." Jessie said.
"No?" Charlie said.
You think you do." Jessie said.
"Just stating the obvious." Charlie said.
"You are so not my type!" Jessie said making herself clear. "You could kiss me and it wouldn't make the slightest..."
And then Charlie kissed her as it lasted for a moment.
"...difference?" Jessie finished.
"Nothing?" Charlie inquired.
"No. Sorry." Jessie bluntly said.
"Well, I hate to it to you, honey, but that kiss did absolutely nothing for me, either." Charlie said.
"I'm not surprised, if that's the best you can kiss." Jessie said.
"Oh. You want to see the best I can kiss?" Charlie said.
"As a matter of fact, I..." Jessie said.
Charlie kissed her again as she seemed to have melted into it as it lasted for a moment.
"See?" Jessie said. "Nothing."
"Same here." Charlie said. "Nothing."
"Really?" Jessie said sounding almost she was.
"All right, I'll admit it." Charlie gave out. "This is the most sensual romantic moment of my entire life."
They lean in to kiss again, but then their moment was cut short when yelling was heard as Louis above them came charging to the ledge and then leaps off and crashes into the water.
And Charlie turns back to Jessie.
"And not it's over." He said.
Louis then surfaced. "WHOO!"
