Once he's heading toward the main Jedi Archives that contain dozen of information facts and bestow wisdom by the Ancient Jedi of past to pass down their knowledge to learn their understanding of the Force and understand the meaning of being a Jedi Knight.

But with the Sith return when the Grand Master have already entering the main Jedi Archives when he see dozen contains shelves with luminous light blue colour that resemble and shape like a book about over million of them, where he saw few dozen of Jedi are talking one of the others and yet they saw him approach toward the main archives when all of them greet him from their welcome with a humble bow and yet he too said to them back by acknowledge with his own mind for thanking him. However there is one that he need to talk and someone is her.
"Hello Doctor," a woman who speak out to him in kind and gentle voice with white hair that was already in knotted with blue and wearing a Jedi robe but different in light pale brown colour with unique patterns on her robe with pale dark purple skirt on her with a small bag on her left hip and also with a cylinder hilt on her right side and she know him ever since she was little girl. Of course The Doctor know her for long time and her name is Master and Madam Jocasta Nu, another member of the Jedi Council and a Librarian of the Jedi Archives.
"Madam Jocasta," he said to her in humble greeting with a simple bow and she to bow to him as well.
"I understand you came here for further study, knowing you been there many times since I lost courts," she comment and replied to him. "I don't recall you coming here for your temporarily excuse. So tell me, what is that you want from the main archives?"
"I need access from the Restricted Section for urgent study," the Doctor said to her.
"Very well," Jocasta acknowledge and respond to him, since he is a Grand Master of the Jedi Order. "Right this way," she escort him toward the main Restricted section that only the Grand Master of the Jedi can access from the main Restricted Area such as himself of course. And yet from what Madam Nu said is true that the Jedi did spend so many time in the main archives to understand everything from what he knows about it. Its one of his hobby to understand about in Jedi reference, except his third form, which it will resolved what happened in the past which he don't want to talk about it since what happened in the past. But he remember correct that there is another one before the current take place and her name is Romama, Yaddle's former teacher, and she was another Grand Master of the Jedi Order since toward the High Republic and she have no choice but to enter the most dangerous war in all the galaxy: The Time War. "Here is the main data chip that contain so many restricted area," she present him a contain data chip in square-like version and give it to him. When The Doctor take it. "Make sure you will-"
"Return back the data to you," the Doctor finish her last part. "Yes, I understand knowing that data contain highly important and understanding facts to fall into the wrong hand. Yes, I remember so many years ago."
"How silly of me, Doctor," Madam Nu almost forget that the Doctor live in the temple for over 1000 years since she know him when she was little girl, well, his ninth form from what she remember him. "I forget that you knows something about the vault since you already the Grand Master of the Jedi Order. Tell me, my old friend, why do you need that chip? Unless. . ."

"Got it," Doctor understood from her when he walk away from her and heading back toward the main terminals that contain dozen of facts and understanding resource information. The terminal is an intel computing system with several char-like resemble when he see few Jedi are doing some important research to understand their further education, however they saw him and give him a greeting. Sure, The Doctor train many youngling in his own time and the day before that since he keep on teaching after teaching that is why many younglings of the future Jedi Order like him before his words, his thoughts and understanding the meaning of the Force. But in truth that the last one that he did took was Rose, his former Padawan Learner when she decided to leave the Jedi Order, not become the Lost Twenty, no, because she's decide to leave the Order and live with her family that she needed them.
And yet he still miss her everyday and every years. And yet she does have her lightsabre with her, knowing she is still a Jedi Order.

When he found a recorded that contain the final outcome of the Sith's destruction when he press it and read it in his own thought and yet he recognise that writing was written by an ancient Jedi who survive from the dreaded war, but he can't remember that name, but, he does recognise that writing from anywhere but here.

Undo their part and forgo the olden way. But can you ever accept on your path for see something within your mind to known that this One can be what it think it is? Or something that the Jedi didn't see something from their own thought?"

However he goes several name which all of them are official that he somehow change his name to convince on the Jedi such as Exar-Kun, the founder of the Brotherhood of Darkness and embark the power for becoming the Dark Lord of the Sith along with Valkorion that he somehow change his appearance since his original host was 'gone' from what they thought about it. But he manage to regeneration into his new look. That is why Tempus need to be stop before he reach his own havoc from his server pain. And yet he remember long ago that one of his own people Revan have somehow stop him before he achieve to get the Rod of Rassilon along with the Sash, the Crown and The Key itself. That is why he is now a traitor to the Time Lord rank.
But since he is now no more that he is no longer to make any sort of crime itself. But seeing about the understand mystic about the Chosen One is somehow relate of the Sith'ari. Unless from his own thought that it was same connection. Possible, but he need more proof to understand the mystery of the Force.
Right now, he is still focus on his important research before he will return back to the Council where he can meet the boy in front of him. And yes, he will return the data chip toward Master Nu. And then he will return to the council seat for inspection.

Also I did put Darth Plagueis in my story. I know in Canon that he was killed in his sleep when Sidious quickly strike him after he took Maul. But this one is base upon from the Author of the novel about Darth Plagueis and he was killed in the event of the Phantom Menace and like I said before that this is a fusion combine from Canon and Legend as one.
And I put Romana in there and yes, she is a Jedi and she taught Yaddle in this one. And yes, she too fought in the Time War as well. But the Doctor can't remembers what happened since his planet is now no more.
