In the story, Sonic started feeling sick and later on, he found out he was pregnant; and he didn't know how to tell anyone.

Early one morning, everyone was outside in the backyard playing soccer. Well, evryone except Sonic, who wasn't feeling like himself. Ever since Scourge raped him a few weeks ago, he was acting different.

Amy: Are you sure you don't wanna play, Sonic?

Sonic: No thanks, Ames. I'm feeling a little sick.

Snowflake: Well, the game requires running, Sonic. You love to run.

Sonic: No. Not today. In fact, I'm gonna head back inside now. I need a moment.

Saying that, he left. Everyone was shocked. Sonic would never turned down going for a run, so they instantly knew something was wrong.

Tails: Something's not right. This isn't the Sonic we know.

Rouge: Plus, he's been saying he's sick for weeks now.

Sliver: And he just looks tired all the time.

Blaze: You guys don't think something happened to him when Scourge raped him, do you?

Thunder: I hope not.

Meanwhile, Sonic was watching TV when he felt something come up. He ran to the bathroom, leaned over the toilet and started vomiting hard. once he was done he started crying.

Sonic: [Crying] I d-don't understand. What's happening to me? Could I be pregnant?! I need to find out.

So Sonic went to the drug store and got three pregnancy tests and went back to the bathroom to take them. Once he did, he looked at each test waiting anxiously for the results. The results came. One negative, one positive, and the last one...positive. Sonic broke into tears again. An hour later, someone knocked on the door.

Shadow: Sonic? You ok in there?

It was Shadow. He just returned home and when the other told him Sonic was feeling sick again, he got worried.

Sonic: S-Shadow?

Shadow: Hang on. I'm coming in.

When Shadow opened the door, he was shocked to see Sonic curled up on the floor with his eyes red and tears streaming down his face. When he looked on the floor and saw the three pregnancy tests, he pretty much figured out what was going on.

Shadow: Sonic? Talk to me. What happened?

So, Sonic told him everything. How he's been sick for weeks and the possibility of him being pregnant.

Shadow: Sonic...I thought you were just upset for what Scourge did to you. Why didn't you tell me you were sick?

Sonic: I don't know. I guess I just didn't want you to worry about me. Besides, [sniff] If you knew I was pregnant, you just...you just leave me alone. And b-break up with me. A-And...

Shadow: Shhh...Sonic, that'll never happen. Don't you know how much I care about you?

Sonic: How much?

Shadow: Enough to tell you this. I'll always be there for you. No matter what.

Sonic: Shady...

Shadow then opened his arms.

Shadow: C'mere, Babe.

Sonic felt more tears come down his face. He broke down and cried in Shadow's embrace. Shadow just held him tightly and wiped away his tears.

Shadow: It's gonna be alright. We'll get through this together, ok?

Sonic: Thank you.
