Alright, I've got a pretty good idea of where I'm going to take chapter three, but I'm unsure if all of you readers would like it. Please DM me if you'd like to Beta-read the third chapter, I'll allow access to a Beta for you to read.

Confirmed Characters

St. Lo/Chapin Bay/Midway: A Protestant Christian, St. Lo does her best to avoid taking the lord's name in vain. She tolerates other religions, but will not be swayed into following any religion besides Christianity. Due to her being renamed two separate times, she has multiple personalities. Those other personalities are Chapin Bay and Midway. Chapin Bay has a distinctively Alaskan accent, is somewhat cold, and is a slight introvert to anyone outside of Taffy 3. Midway is the exact opposite of Chapin Bay, being kind, somewhat extroverted, and easy to get along with.

Of her three personalities, St. Lo is the dominant personality, thus why she most of the time goes by St. Lo and not Chapin or Midway. Due to her namesake, St. Lo admires Albert Severin Roche, a man who became a hero of France. Another behavior inherited by her namesake is her being slightly antagonistic towards Bretagne, mainly due to the rivalry between the people of Brittany and Normandy. (age 29)

Johnston: Calm & collected during combat, just like her captain, Ernest Edwin Edwards, Johnston tends to be very careful when in combat, always on alert, yet is never nervous. This gives her an eerily calm demeanor in combat situations, often off-putting to her more human foes. (age 21)

Samuel B. Roberts: Reckless, energetic, and a little bit of a potty mouth, Sammy B. has picked up a few things from the Australians. This can be noticed by her wearing a military slouch hat with Australian markings. Also, every time she's in a joint operation with the Aussies, they recognize her as an unofficial member of the Australian Navy. (age 17)

Gambier Bay: A fan of the Poles, Czechs, and Slovaks, Gambier honors them by knowing and speaking their languages. She can sometimes be seen wearing winged hussar wings on her back. She also tends to fly the flags of Poland and Czechoslovakia as well as the U.S. flag. When Gambier does drink, which isn't very often, it's most of the time either Czech Beer or Polish Vodka. Out of all the members of Taffy 3, Gambier was the first to unlock their Aura and Semblance. Her semblance, Power Trip, is related to her ship, which becomes a full CV with a displacement of ~75,000 tons, an angled flight deck, nuclear-powered, four launch catapults, and jet aircraft. (age 24)

John C. Butler: Like her namesake, John C. Butler tends to have trouble landing her shots on target, often expending all of her ammo with only a few shots landing in critical areas. Even with her low accuracy with her guns, she's relatively accurate with her torpedoes. (age 16)

Dennis: With surgical accuracy bested only by one man, Dennis is the designated marksman of Taffy 3. The accuracy of both her torpedoes and her guns make her almost as accurate and deadly as Simo Häyhä, AKA the White Death. With Dennis's extreme accuracy, the rest of Taffy 3 have nicknamed her the White Death's Sister. Dennis has taken this nickname to heart and thus has learned everything she could about Finland, just to keep up the status quo of the nickname. She even sent a letter to Simo, Signing it as "Your American Sister in all but blood, USS Dennis (DE-405)". Even though it was highly unlikely for it to happen, Dennis received a letter from Simo, thanking her for the kind words, and wishing her luck in keeping the title of his unofficial sister. (age 17)

Raymond: Being carefully aggressive, Raymond is the embodiment of being an absolute goblin to the enemies if not dealt with quickly or if left alone. In combat, Raymond is a lot like people when they play the Sonderkraftfahrzeug (Sd. Kfz.) 234/2 Puma in War Thunder, an absolute menace to her foes. She will do everything in her power to make life a living hell for her enemies. She isn't suicidal and still has a sense of self-preservation, of course, so she knows when to flank and when not to flank. (age 15)

White Plains: Having taken an indirect hit from Yamato and surviving, White Plains is a tough nut to crack. The close call with the round has scared her, causing her never to want to face a force with guns as big as those. This has caused her to be jumpy when a 14-inch or larger gun is fired. This behavior is most likely her experiencing PTSD from the incident, so she'll be getting a therapist to help her with it. The way she acts now is similar to that of a combat veteran, always on edge when she hears sounds related to combat. (age 28)

Fanshaw Bay: As the leader of Taffy 3, Fanshaw is a bit of a workaholic when it comes to any paperwork or manual labor. When she isn't being a workaholic, Fanshaw likes to have a drink now and then, mainly beers of German/close to German origin. She also has a fondness for dishes that include sausages of some kind, beef, steak, and cheese. She also feels it would've been better if the Kaiser of Germany had stayed in power instead of abdicating. "It would've at least prevented Germany from starting the war." She said in an interview about her opinion on the war. (age 25)

Kalinin Bay: With a huge tolerance for damage, Kalinin Bay has been nicknamed by her fellow Casablanca class sisters the "Unkillable Ship". When Lieutenant General Sir Adrian Paul Ghislain Carton De Wiart heard of her nickname, he called her his Daughter in all but blood, practically unofficially adopting her. Kalinin was pretty happy about it, and is thinking of fully committing to adoption by changing her name to "Adriana Carton De Wiart". (age 26)

Kitkun Bay: Having a great ability to dodge rounds fired at her, Kitkun is known for being almost untouchable in combat. No matter how many rounds are fired at her, only a few will find their mark, and none of them will deal critical damage. Even though she does see the resemblance between herself and Eino Ilmari Juutilainen, she doesn't admire him or take the comparison to heart. Instead, she acknowledges the resemblance and doesn't go the extra mile. (age 27)

Hoel: Somehow, Hoel can see all the events that happened up until the modern day, and is disgusted by the darker parts of humanity in the 2020s. This has caused Hoel to, unfortunately, have some very disturbing dreams. Some of these disturbing dreams involve some of the morally questionable crap that one's Id can come up with. While giving Hoel some well-needed therapy, she said, and I quote, "What the actual fuck is wrong with those people? If I found out the location of all of the people who create that kind of crap, I'd DM them all, saying 'Your days have been numbered, so don't keep Hades waiting, you Necrophiliac/Rapist bastard.'" She hates the crap with a burning, understandable passion. (age 18)

Heerman: Even when faced with overwhelming odds, Heerman never backs down and never surrenders. This behavior began to show when she learned about the Battle of Yser and the Chasseurs Ardennais' stand against the Wehrmacht. She tends to follow the Chasseurs Ardennais's motto, "Résiste et Mords!" or Resist and Bite.

Even when Heerman was staring death in the eyes, she followed the motto to the letter, resisting the enemy, and fighting back all the way. It doesn't matter to her if it's the last thing she does, she will not let the enemy escape without losses. Her namesake does have some influence, but it's mostly harmless. That influence is in the form of her vowing to try and convince any Germans she finds to defect to the U.S. as long as they aren't a part of the SS. (age 19)

Potential additions

Roma (Littorio class): Even though Roma never saw direct combat, she knows that war is a man-made hell from the accounts of WW1 veterans. She knows what happened on the Italian front of WW1, the type of hell it was. With the constant threat of avalanches, the dangers of frostbite, and landslides, it was as if hell had a snow-covered mountain range. "War, war is just a way for greedy politicians to further their agendas, a disgusting squabble for who gets the biggest piece of land. Those very same politicians have never set foot on a battlefield, never seen how much grief their greed causes. Mussolini was no different, just another politician spouting useless propaganda and empty promises. Hitler let his ego, nationalism, and patriotism rule his decisions and went from war veteran to politician, the idiot." As the previous statement from Roma indicates, she is not a fan of politicians who only wish to further their own agendas and warmongers.

If Gault 1 and she were to somehow meet, they would be intrigued by their similarities and differences. They both share a hatred toward politicians only looking to further their agendas, yet their reasons for said hatred are vastly different. Although, looking back on that idea, maybe not. Gault 1 is part of an organization that wants to bring about utter annihilation just to create a world with no borders, while Roma just wants peace and a slow unification over time. She'd most likely deem Gault 1 a warmonger and end him with a full broadside of 9 381 mm guns, 6 152 mm guns, 2 120 mm guns, and 6 90 mm guns.

Bayern: Being from WWI, Bayern has been disappointed by Hitler's actions, and his corruption in her home country. "He isn't even German for Gott's Sake! He's a failed Austrian painter with only eine nuss, anger management issues, and severe anti-Semitism, he does not deserve to lead Deutschland. Only Friedrich Wilhelm Victor August Ernst und Louis Ferdinand Victor Eduard Adalbert Michael Hubertus Prinz von Preußen are fit to rule Deutschland." As the previous statement from Bayern implies, she's a Monarchist but does believe in a two-seat rule with an elected ruler, and a hereditary ruler.

Even though she's technically dead, Bayern has had access to the internet in the afterlife. Bayern has used this access to listen to music and has developed a fondness for Sabaton's pieces. "Out of all their pieces that I've listened to, mein favorite has got to be Dreadnought. It's slow, methodical, and perfectly embodies us dreadnoughts and super dreadnoughts." If allowed to be transferred to Remnant, it is highly unlikely for her to reject the offer.

Baden: Despite having a rather uneventful career, it is obvious that Baden hates unnecessary conflict, often preferring to solve disputes peacefully. She does view the First World War to be one of such unnecessary conflicts, mainly for what started it. "This entire war could have been avoided if Franz Ferdinand's driver hadn't made a wrong turn. Ferdinand wouldn't've told the driver to turn around, Gavrilo Princep wouldn't've shot the archduke & his wife, and the people wouldn't've had to suffer the consequences."

Derfflinger: [Inspired by the mercenary route in Ace Combat Zero] There are three kinds of aces, those who seek strength, those who live for pride, and those who can read the tide of battle. Derflinger is someone who seeks strength and a challenge,

Lützow: [Inspired by the knight route in Ace Combat Zero] There are three kinds of aces, those who seek strength, those who live for pride, and those who can read the tide of battle. Lützow is someone who fights for pride and honor, protecting the innocent, and sparring those who can only run.

Hindenburg: [Inspired by the soldier route in Ace Combat Zero] There are three kinds of aces, those who seek strength, those who live for pride, and those who can read the tide of battle. Hindenburg is someone who can read the tide of battle, willing to do whatever it takes to win, but never truly sacrificing her morality.

Bismarck: [I have a personality in mind for them, I just can't get it on paper]

Tirpitz: Being known as the Lonely Queen of the North, Tirpitz has been found to have a cigarette every few days, rare enough that the risk of her getting cancer is only 1%. With all the free time she had in her fjord, Tirpitz used her time wisely by learning Swedish, English, Nordic, and Latin. She also used the time to learn the history of Scandinavia, Britannia, and the rest of Europe.

Prinz Eugen: As the only member of her class to survive WWII, Prinz Eugen has seen a lot and hides her trauma behind a flirtatious visage. She sometimes teases her older sister, Hipper, about her chest size in an attempt to further hide her trauma.

Admiral Hipper: Being the first of her class, Hipper is tired of people making fun of her chest size.

Blücher: When she entered the afterlife, Blücher was able to meet Carolus Rex himself, partially due to their places of death being relatively close. Blücher died near Oscarsborg Fortress, while Carolus died in Fredrikshald, only a little over an hour's drive away. In the afterlife, Carolus did teach her how to ever so slightly intervene from beyond the grave, even if it was minuscule. Blücher didn't think she'd need to use this ability at all, but Arthur "Bomber" Harris put a wrench in that plan. Blücher had to intervene during multiple bombing raids to save her younger sister, Eugen, the most effective intervention was the last one, where Blücher redirected several bombs away from Eugen. "Gottverdamnt, why couldn't the RAF just let Eugen be?" Blücher said in a retelling of the events, "That last raid was just useless, the war was practically over! Eugen & Lützow were planning on surrendering, the raid just made it be only Eugen who surrendered." As the previous statement from Blücher implies, she is somewhat pedantic. When the war was over, Blücher was finally able to rest in peace and meet Bayern, who introduced her to Sabaton's pieces. Almost instantly after listening to Camouflage, Blücher fell in love with the song, mainly due to her noticing the similarities between her and Camouflage, a big Marine who saved a PFC (Private First Class) from beyond the grave.

Blücher has a couple of outfits, the first is her regular uniform, which is mostly gray, with red accents, a short-skirt combo, and a scarf that is mostly red with gray accents. The next is her more professional covert wear, a Bundeswehr forest flecktarn camo uniform. Their third and final outfit is a set of Kriegsmarine dress blues. If selected for the transfer to Remnant, Blücher will be ecstatic at being able to see a new world, even more so when she gets her Semblance.

Z-23: [Please give me some ideas]

Lütjens (D185/DDG-28): The lead ship of her class, Lütjens was named after Admiral Günther Lütjens, an admiral of the Kriegsmarine. She is of German-American descent, mainly due to her and her sisters being half-sisters of Charles F. Adams Class Destroyers. This has caused her to be patriotic towards America and Germany. "Ich may be named after a German Admiral, but I'm American built/born. I may be somewhat torn between my Nationality, but that doesn't mean I'm for communism or Russland. I am firmly Anti-Communism und Anti-Putin."

U-556: Having a close, almost familial relationship with Bismarck, U-556 is protective of her god sister Bismarck, and Bismarck's sister, Tirpitz. Being a U-boat, U-556 excels in stealth operations and rarely fails at such operations.

Weser/Seydlitz: A paper conversion brought to life, Weser has the hull of an Admiral Hipper class Heavy Cruiser, the Seydlitz, as well as Seydlitz's personality and rigging. Weser was designed to carry 10 bf-109gs and 10 ju-87e Stukas, a total of 20 aircraft, but that has been upgraded to have 5 more of each, for a total of 30 aircraft. She can switch between her carrier rigging and Heavy Cruiser rigging at will.

The advantages of the Carrier rigging are a longer range of attack, greater maneuverability, and more multi-purpose space. The disadvantages of Carrier rigging are lower self-defense, and being slower. The Heavy Cruiser rigging is more oriented for close-range engagements, dealing a lot more damage, being faster, and being more versatile in a sticky situation. The disadvantages of the Heavy Cruiser rigging are a shorter range of attack, less maneuverability, and less storage space.

Graf Zeppelin: As Germany's only semi-complete Carrier, Graf Zeppelin was meant to carry 12 bf-109gs and 30 ju-87e Stukas. That was changed later on to 21 of each for a more balanced loadout. Zeppelin has a lot of secondaries that hit hard and reload fast, never letting up on any enemy that's within range, and is a menace in brawling distance. If she is chosen for a transfer to Remnant, Graf Zeppelin would be great in combat at any distance. She will be surprised by Gambier's Semblance and Semblances in general.

Jade & Elbe: Being paper ships brought to life, Jade and her sister, Elbe, are auxiliary carriers for Germany meant to carry 24 aircraft, 12 bf-109gs, and 12 ju-87e Stukas to be exact. Unlike their actual designs, Jade and Elbe's ships have flight decks that extend to the bow, two catapults in the flight deck, and an armored flight deck. Jade herself doesn't easily give in to her foes, using her secondaries to drive enemies off. when questioned as to why she was so confident in 8 105 mils, Jade said, "As a wise person once said, 'It's not the size of the hammer that matters, it's how you use it!'" Unlike her sister, Elbe tends to flee at the first sign of danger, mainly due to her feeling inadequate with only 8 105mm guns. The semi-mandatory refit might increase her self-confidence, causing her to be less flighty. Once they make it to Remnant, they'll be intrigued by semblances. Elbe will be intrigued by what hers is, while Jade will want to know whose semblance is the strongest.

Europa: Originally a civilian cruise liner, she was slated to be converted into an Aircraft Carrier of 55,600 long tons of displacement. She would've carried 24 bf-109gs and 18 ju-87e Stukas, but that was increased to a total of 50 aircraft later. Her new number of aircraft is 22 bf-109gs, 8 fw-190a-8/r4s, and 20 ju-87e Stukas. The project was canceled before the conversion process began, but that didn't stop her from becoming a ship-girl. Europa has a fondness for exploring and seeing all the sights of a place due to her previous life as a cruise liner.

If chosen for a transfer to Remnant, Europa would be in awe of Remnant's natural beauty. She'd also be the easiest to adapt to working with former enemies, mostly due to her being more civilian than military. Europa will also be curious about Hoel, Gambier, and the Faunus. Hoel for her ability to see into the future, Gambier for her Semblance, and the Faunus for their heritage.

Piorun: The pride of the Polish Navy, Piorun is brave, reckless, an adrenaline junkie, and patriotic towards her country. While Piorun is technically Polish-British, she considers herself to be more Polish than British. During the hunt for Bismarck, Piorun had spotted her, but instead of reporting Bismarck's position and running, she charged after Bis, firing every single gun at her. Bismarck, who was furious at Piorun's audacity, couldn't land a single shot on Piorun, and Piorun could make it out without a scratch on her.

Every now and then, Piorun comes up with interesting battle plans. One such plan involved her riding on an aircraft to the AO, and then skydiving from the plane into the fray. If chosen for the transfer to Remnant, she'll probably work with Gambier a lot, due to Gambier being very fond of the Poles.

Helena (CL-50): [somewhat based on Audie Murphy & Vetra Nix from Mass Effect: Andromeda] Having been sunk by torpedoes, Helena is now extremely careful in combat, almost always having her sonar on. But once she's been hit too much, she tends to slightly lose her cool and becomes slightly reckless. During this slight loss of composure, the main guns on her rigging increase their rate of fire to 600 rounds per minute (10 rounds a second), allowing her to spit out a crap-ton of shells. "The increase in rate of fire is most likely caused by my rage towards the enemy, and I just want to get things over with."

Dallas (CA-140): A Des Moines class heavy cruiser, Dallas is a thrill seeker and adrenaline junkie. She tends to sky-dive into combat just because it gets adrenaline flowing. Dallas is also relatively decent at being stealthy, somehow being able to conceal-carry a comically large spoon, a customized M1911, a customized M1921A Thompson SMG with a 50-round drum mag, and a customized Winchester Model 1885. "People always wonder how I'm able to do the physically impossible," Dallas said in an interview, "I tend to respond to them by saying that's what the enemies always say when I beat them to death with their skull,". If Dallas is chosen for a transfer to Remnant, she's going to be even more of a menace than Raymond.

Theodore Rosevelt (CVN-71): Theodore Rosevelt has been selected as a candidate for the transfer to Remnant. This decision was made just for her being a trust buster like her namesake.

Jacklyn H. Lucas (DDG-125): Jacklyn H. Lucas has been selected as a maybe for the transfer to Remnant as an escort for CVN-71 Theodore Rosevelt.

Mustin (DDG-89): Mustin has been selected as a maybe for the transfer to Remnant as an escort for CVN-71 Theodore Rosevelt.

Preble (DDG-88): Preble has been selected as a possibility for the transfer to Remnant as an escort for CVN-71 Theodore Rosevelt.

Louis H. Wilson Jr. (DDG-126): Louis H. Wilson Jr. has been selected as a maybe for the transfer to Remnant as an escort for CVN-71 Theodore Rosevelt.

Mobile Bay (CG-53): Mobile Bay has been selected as a possibility for the transfer to Remnant as an escort for CVN-71 Theodore Rosevelt.

Lake Erie (CG-70): Lake Erie has been selected as a possibility for the transfer to Remnant as an escort for CVN-71 Theodore Rosevelt.

Kyiv (OC Idea): In another universe, Ulyanovsk wasn't scrapped at 40% completion, but was instead re-named Kyiv and completed by Ukraine with help from NATO and the EU. Most of her Soviet equipment was exchanged for Western equipment, except for her aircraft. The Western modifications include her 4 KN-3 reactors being replaced by 2 Westinghouse A4W reactors, her ak-620s being replaced by Phalanx CIWS, and her Soviet VLS being replaced by American MK-41 VLS. All in all, Kyiv is the perfect combination of Western and Soviet technology. This Westernization also extends to her aircraft, her SU-33 Flankers have been built up to Western standards, and can carry Western missiles, bombs, and rockets. Kyiv's ship is very versatile, having a CATOBAR/STOBAR launch system, allowing her to operate almost any carrier-capable aircraft. This makes her an obvious pick for joint operations.

With all the Westernization made to her, Kyiv has very great relations with the ships of NATO members. She also is fond of Sabaton, probably because in her universe they had a concert in the city of her home port and she was there for it. Her relations with the Nimitz Class, Ford Class, and QE class supercarriers is nearly familial due to her not having any sisters.

"Kyiv, she is a symbol of peace and cooperation, someone people look up to in times of need. She is a symbol of hope, freedom, dreams coming to fruition, and of world peace being an achievable goal. She is the pride of Ukraine, and the pride of the Black Sea." CVN-71 said when she was asked about her opinion on Kyiv.

Kyiv is patriotic towards her home country and respectful towards its neighbor, Poland. She can sometimes be seen flying the Polish flag beside the flag of Ukraine. The Rye and Sky of Ukraine flying beside the Eagles and Fields of Poland.

Kyiv herself looks like someone of mixed Ukrainian-American heritage at the age of 31. Her ship also has a drawing on the conning tower of a fictional saint known as Saint Javelin holding an FGM-148 Javelin AT missile launcher. She also has a patch of them on their shoulder and also carries around a Javelin with extra missiles. "Why do I keep this Javelin with me? Well, it's because you never know when you'll encounter enemy armor, that's why!"

Alright then, that's the dossiers for the Characters done. I hope that you enjoyed the ideas I have for the Characters and bring up your ideas in reviews and DMs. Until next time, this is Arentanji, signing off.
