Pokemon Heroes: Latios & Latias Part 3
Meanwhile, at the Pokemon Center, Latias arrives, still invisible, to find Mew and her friends asleep in their room. She slowly flies over to the balcony, but Pikachu and Eevee quickly sense her arrival as she changes into Bianca's form.
Pikachu calls out, "Pika!" (Latias!)
"What's the matter, Pikachu?" Mew asks as she wakes up from her sleep.
Eevee says, "Eevee Eevee." (Looks who's here!
"Huh?" Mew replies and looks to see, "Bianca?!" She gets out of bed and approaches her, "Hey, what's up? Why did you bring the eggs here?"
As she talks, everyone else wakes up from their sleep to hear the noise. Soon, Latias places the eggs down and hugs Mew in despair. Soon, Mew realizes that this isn't Bianca, but Latias in Bianca's form.
Shortly after, Mew explains to her friends the entire story and who really enters the room.
Everyone exclaims, "She's Latias?!"
"Right," Mew says.
Then introduces to everyone, "Latias, I'd like for you to meet my friends. These are my friends, Misty, Brock, Tomo, Jen, and Molly.
Everyone grows sheepish about it.
Misty nervously says, "Hi."
Latios isn'ts sure about it. She turns to Mew who nods in reply. Latias then proves it by turning back into her Pokemon form, shocking everyone. Latias soon saddens and turns to the eggs and stones.
"Latias, what happened?" Mew asks.
Latias then explains about what happened in her language, (Those two ladies who attacked me before somehow found the garden and attacked me and my brother, Latios. Latios was captured, but he gave me time to grab the eggs and stones and escape. I came here to find you.)
"They what?!" Mew exclaims in shock. Even Pikachu and Eevee are shocked.
"What did Latias say?" Brock asks.
"She said those two girls who attacked her before found the garden and attacked. They captured her brother, but Latias escaped with the Eggs and Mega Stones. And she came here to get help," Mew says.
"Oh no!" Tomo says.
Latias lays on the floor with sadness.
Molly pat Latias, "You really love your brother, huh?"
Latias sadly nods in reply.
Then turns to Mew, "Brrrrrrrruuuuuurrrruuu. (How are you able to understand what Pokémon are saying?)
"Well, I guess I didn't explain it earlier, but I can understand what Pokemon says, same with Tomo," Mew says.
"Yeah," Tomo says.
Then Mew says, "Don't worry Latias, we'll find a way to save your brother."
This makes Latias happy.
Back at the Museum…
Lorenzo and Bianca have been tied up by Ariados' String Shot.
Struggling to break free, Bianca cries out, "Latios! You've got to open your eyes so Latias can see what's happening to us! Latios! Please!"
Latias tries to open his eyes from his prison. Soon, the control pod comes down towards Annie and Oakley.
"This is the control seat," Oakley says.
"It doesn't look very comfortable," Annie says.
Latios tries to break loose, but can't.
"Oh no! Latios!" Bianca cries out.
Latios soon uses sight sharing, allowing Latias to show our friends where he is and what's happening.
"It's happening," Mew says.
And soon, Mew and her friends are seeing what Latios is seeing.
"What's going on?" Jen asks.
"How'd we get in here?" Brock asks.
"What's going on, Mew?" Misty asks
"Sight sharing," Mew says.
"Sight sharing?" Molly replies.
"We're seeing exactly what Latios is seeing right now," Mew says.
"So that means, Latios is telling Latias where he is," Misty says.
Brock looks around and says, "Looks like Latios is at the museum."
Mew soon spots Bianca and Lorenzo, and is shocked, "Bianca! And Lorenzo!"
"Pikachu." (They're tied up.) Pikachu says.
Eevee turns and cries out, "Eevee!"(Look there!)
Everyone looks and sees the Soul Dew powering the DMA.
Mew is shocked, "Those girls stole the Soul Dew!"
"The Soul Dew?" Molly questions.
"It's a special orb that contains the soul of Latios," Mew says.
"Really?" Jen asks.
"But not just any soul. It contains the soul of Latias and Latios' father," Mew says.
Everyone gasps in shock.
Meanwhile, Oakley walks into the control pod,
"Okay. Let's see what this baby's made of," Oakley says
A heads-up display soon comes up before her.
Then Oakley begins to work the controls as she says, "First, we'll bring in some reinforcements."
Lorenzo shouts, "Are you crazy?! You're going to destroy the entire city!"
Soon, Oakley commands, "Kabutops, Aerodactyl, rise!"
Right on cue, Kabutops and Aerodactyl return to life, but as undead, zombie Pokémon.
"It's the fossils," Misty says.
"Of the evil Pokémon," Brock says.
"Aerodactyl," Jen says.
"And Kabutops," Tomo adds.
"How is this happening?" Misty asks.
"My guess is the DMA's work," Mew says.
"This is terrible," Jen says.
Stunned, Lorenzo says, "Think about what you're doing!"
Then Oakley commands, "Alright, you two, bring me back that Latias."
The two undead Pokemon head out to find her as Latios ceases using sight sharing while Latias collapses, weak.
"Latias! Are you okay?" Mew asks, worried.
"Pikachu?" (You alright?) Pikachu asks, worried.
All the Pokemon gather in concern
"Mew, what is going on?" Misty asks, worried.
"I think we're in trouble," Brock says.
"Everybody in this city is in trouble," Mew says.
"What are we going to do?" Molly asks.
"We need to get to the museum to save Latios, and fast," Mew says.
Back at the museum…
"I can control the whole world from in here!" Oakley says. Then uses the controls, "Initiate citywide lockdown!" and laughs with wicked glee.
Meanwhile, Team Rocket are seen weakly walking around.
"Let's get out of this place," Jessie says.
"Where did we leave the boat?" James asks.
They soon spot it, "There it is! Arrivederci!" and makes a run for it.
Suddenly, at Oakley's command, a gate closes before them, and then behind them.
"I had nuttin' to do wit it!" Meowth cries out.
James cries out, "Mama!"
"It was their idea!" Jessie cries out.
Soon, more alleyways are blocked off.
"That's right, we don't want any intruders," Oakley says.
More gates start shutting off the alleys all over the city as Mew and the others look outside to see what's happening.
"What's going on?" Jen asks.
"I don't know," Mew says.
Soon, gates are forming around the balconies, too.
"Oh no! Latias!" Mew calls out.
With that, Mew, Pikachu, and Eevee jump off the balcony and into the water below as Latias flies out with the two Mega Stones.
"Mew!" Tomo calls out.
"Where's she going?!" Misty asks.
Mew resurfaces, "We'll be okay! We're going to the museum! We have to stop them! Keep an eye on the eggs.
Mew soon swims away.
"Good luck," Misty says.
Mew soon swims up to a gondola and gets on as more gates form around the city. Latias passes Mew the Mega Stones and she puts them in her pocket.
As she unties the knot on the gondola, Latias says, "Alright, Latias, can you guide me to the museum? Let's get going!"
Mew soon gets the gondola moving.
Back at the museum, Oakley enjoys using the DMA while everyone else watches.
Back outside, Mew follows Latias to the museum, unaware that the zombie Aerodactyl is flying over them. Mew senses something and looks up to see the Aerodactyl. Before Latias can react, the zombie pokemon grabs her.
Mew cries out, "Hey! Get off her!" as she leaps and grabs the zombie Aerodactyl's food.
"Pikachu, Thunderbolt! Eevee, Swift Attack!" Mew calls out.
Both Pokemon perform the attack, sending Latias and Mew falling into the canal.
Both Pikachu and Eevee cry out, (Mew!)
Mew soon surfaces, "Latias!"
Latias soon surfaces and goes invisible.
"Latias!" Mew cries out.
Aerodactyl soon fires a Hyper Beam.
"Pikachu! Eevee!" Mew cries out.
Pikachu and Eevee jump off their gondolas in time as the Hyper Beam destroys them all. However, Mew is sent into the canal after getting hit by the wave created by the Hyper Beam hitting the water, prompting Latias to become visible and rescue Mew. Pikachu and Eevee swim up to Mew, relieved that she's okay.
"Thanks, Latias," Mew says.
As they swim along the river, Mew looks up and sees the zombie Aerodactyl overhead.
Mew soon spots something ahead to her right, "Latias, hold on a sec!"
Latias stops and sees what Mew notices, a water chariot.
Mew asks, "Ready, guys?"
Pikachu and Eevee agree.
Soon, Mew is riding the canals on a water chariot as Latias pulls it. Mew, Piakchu, and Eevee look back to see the undead Pokemon hot on their tail and try to outrun it. However, Latias makes a turn and the zombie Aerodactyl crashes while trying to pursue.
Mew says, "Hey, Latias! We lost em!"
Meanwhile, Misty and the others are revealed to be free from the Pokemon Center, but are blocked from getting to the streets.
"It's no use. It won't budge," Brock says.
"What should we do?" Mew says, and also remembers, "If Mew gets in trouble, she's gonna need his Pokemon."
"We'll send him ours," Brock says.
He then calls out, "Go, Crobat!"
Then Misty calls out, "Corsola, Politoed!"
Soon, all three come out of their Pokeballs.
"We need you three to go find Mew and help her out!" Brock says.
"Don't worry, guys. We'll be coming right behind you," Misty says.
All three Pokemon agree and set off.
"Be careful, guys!" Brock says, "Alright, I've had it!" and climbs up the fence.
Tomo then rushes back into the room and brings out some of his Pokeballs. He calls out Delibird, Xatu, Leafeon, and shiny Umbreon.
"Guys, I need to keep an eye on Mew's Eggs, and the Latios and Latias Eggs," Tomo says.
All the Pokemon agree and watch over the eggs that are sitting on the bed.
Tomo then reaches into Mew's bag and brings out the Keystone Bracelet Ring, "Bet Mew is going to need this."
Meanwhile, Mew races to the museum when Mew comes across another zombie Pokemon, Kabutops. And soon, the zombie Kabutops follows close behind Mew, Latias, Eevee, and Pikachu with lightning speed before Mew winds up falling off her chariot and onto the sidewalk. But just before the zombie Kabutops can do her in, Crobat swoops in for the save, with Corsola and Politoed providing support with a respective Bubble Beam and Water Gun, sending it into the canal.
"Yes!" Mew cheers, "Thanks you guys!"
Meanwhile, at the museum, Oakley spots Latias.
"There she is," Oakley says.
She then zooms in to see Mew, Pikachu, and Eevee, "Not that kid again."
Then Lorenzo calls out, "It's not too late if you stop what you're doing! Just remove the jewel and release Latios! Do it now!"
"Look, pops, I don't care if your town dries up. With this machine, I have the power to control the entire world if I want to!" Oakley says, not giving a care.
"Oakley," Annie says, stunned.
"Alright, now to have some fun!" Oakley says, and begins to use the power of the DMA. That causes Latios to experience extreme pain, and the Soul Dew begins to darken.
Outside, Latios races down the river and they soon arrive in front of the museum. Oakley continues to use the control to make the water rise. Mew and the others soon spot a giant water spout in the distance before they dock and come down on solid ground. Mew and the others rush to the museum.
But Oakley is not going to make it easy, "Not gonna get away this time!"
Soon the water travels to Mew and the others, trapping them in a giant wall of water and then sucked into a water cyclone in the making.
"Now for the grand finale," Oakley says.
The water brings out Mew and the Pokemon, struggling to breathe.
"Oh, I am really getting good at this," Oakley says.
Back inside the water, Latias uses Safeguard to save Mew, Pikachu, and Eevee's lives.
"What?!" Oakley exclaims she sees the water is destroyed.
Mew, Pikachy and Eevee sit up and see Latias collapse.
"Latias!" Mew cries out and rushes to her, "Hey, Latias, are you okay?"
"Pikachu." (Say something.) Pikachu calls out.
"Eevee," (Open your eyes.) Eevee adds.
Latias soon perks back up.
"Thank goodness," Mew says.
She then says, "Okay, we better get going."
Back inside the museum…
Oakley notices something wrong, "What is happening to my control panel?!"
The DMA starts to go haywire, causing the soul Dew to darken more and Latios great pain as Mew and the others rush in.
Mew says, "Okay, Pikachu, Thunder Shock em!"
Pikachu uses the attack paralyzing Annie, Ariados, and Espeon.
"Eevee, use Cut to free Bianca and Lorenzo!" Mew calls out.
Eevee then uses the attack to cut Bianca and Lorenzo free. Mew rushes to check on them while Latias checks on her brother.
"Are you guys alright?" Mew asks.
"I think so," Bianca says.
"We must hurry!" Lorenzo says.
Annie soon gets up, "What is happening to that thing?"
The DMA starts going more haywire.
Oakley is shown to be knocked out inside the control pod while Latias tries to free her brother.
"We've got to turn it off before it's too late!" Lorenzo says.
The DMA starts going around faster.
"Oakley?" Annie calls out. And cries out, "Oakley!"
The control pod soon opens.
Oakley mananges to regain consciousness and cries out, "Annie!"
Soon, Mew and the others hurry to Latios.
"We have to save Latios!" Bianca says.
Mew calls out, "Pikachu, try a Thunder Shock! Eevee, use Iron Tail!"
Both Pokemon launch their attack but they get sent right back before the cage lowers.
"Alright, let's get him!" Mew says.
Mew, Eevee, and Pikachu try to break the cage themselves, but get pushed back.
Mew gets up, "Latios!"
Mew charges again, but gets knocked back again as the forcefield made by the cage proves invulnerable.
"He's hurt badly," Bianca says.
Seeing her brother in trouble and wanting to save him, Latias then uses her powers to attempt to get Latios free, but only takes down the forcefield.
"I've gotta help them," Mew says.
Mew, Lorenzo and Bianca grab Latios' arm and tail and pull him out of the cage. Latias and Latios collapse as the DMA shuts down and freeing Oakley.
Annie is surprised, "That's weird. It just stopped. I guess it was Latios."
Latias rushes to her brother to see if he's okay. Latios soon wakes up, injured but alive.
"Oh, Latios. You're okay," Bianca says.
Annie goes to check on her partner, "Hey, Oakley, the party's over. Come on, wake up."
"What happened?" Oakley asks.
"Well, I think you got a little in over your head," Annie says.
Suddenly, they hear Misty's voice, "Mew!"
The two look to see Misty and the others show up.
"Mew!" Brock calls out.
"Are you guys alright?" Misty asks.
"We're fine, but Latios is badly hurt," Mew says.
"We can help," Jen says.
Then calls out, "Hatenna! Jigglypuff!
Soon, both Pokemon come out of their Pokeballs.
"Use Heal Pulse!" Jen says.
Brock also calls out, "Cherubi, use Heal Pulse too!"
And Cherubi is called out. All three perform Heal Pulse while Brock and Mew help tend to Latios. Luckily, Latios is already in the process of healing.
Annie says to Oakley, "Maybe I'll hold on to that jewel from now on. How does that sound?"
Oakley nods in reply.
"I think we should get out of here," Annie adds and goes to check on the Soul Dew.
But notices the change in it, "Hey, Oakley, what happened to it? It's all black and weird looking. Check it out." and proceeds to grab it.
Seeing Annie approaching the Soul Dew, Lorenzo screams, "DON'T TOUCH THAT!"
Annie does so, causing the Soul Dew to send her flying into the control pod with her partner before the jewel itself shatters and the DMA reactivates before stopping.
"What's happening?" Bianca asks.
"The prophecy was true," Lorenzo answers, "The Soul Dew is dying. It's been out of the pool for much too long. All the water is leaving."
Meanwhile, Team Rocket is seen climbing over one of the gates.
Meowth cries out, "Look at dat!"
They see all the water in the canal receding as the zombie Aerodactly flies overhead while Mew and her group head to the museum roof.
"It's all gone," Mew says.
"But I'm afraid it's coming back," Lorenzo says.
"What do you mean?" Misty asks.
And right on cue, they see a very MASSIVE wall of water approaches Alto Mare, and with full force.
"Just as predicted. It's coming," Lorenzo says.
The giant wave of water demolishes an old building on an island as it makes its way towards the city.
Latias and Latios have an idea and rush to Mew.
"What is it guys?" Mew asks.
Latias explains the plan she and Latios have.
Mew then takes out the Mega Stones, "You think it can work?"
Both of them nod in reply.
"I think I can help, but I left my Keystone at the…" Mew says.
But Tomo brings the bracelet ring out, "Here Mew."
"You brought it?" Mew asks.
"Figure you'll be needing it," Tomo says.
"Thanks," Mew says, and puts it on.
Then turns to Latios and Latias, "Ready guys?" and passes Latios and Latias the Mega Stones.
Both of them catch the Mega Stone and nod their heads.
Mew then says, "Let's do it! We'll stop the water and save Alto Mare.
Then she touches her Keystone as it glows. Then the bond connects to the two Mega Stones.
Then Mew shouts, "MEGA EVOLVE!"
Soon, Latios and Latias begin mega evolving.
Soon, Latias' red parts of its body change to purple. Horns grow from the side of its head and run along its jaw. It loses the wings on its back and similar but larger wings attach to its lower arms, normally held in a level position. Triangle shapes now mark the forward point of its wings instead of its chest.
And Latios' the blue parts of its body change to purple. Horns grow from the side of its head and run along its jaw. It loses the wings on its back and similar but larger wings attach to its lower arms, normally held in a level position. Triangle shapes now mark the forward point of its wings instead of its chest.
And with that, Latios and Latias zoom off towards the water. The two are determined to save the town, and their home. Soon, both Latios and Latias start to glow ready to do whatever it took to stop the tsunami, they eventually do so, bringing the waters back to calmer levels. But inside the sphere the two Eon Pokemon had created.
Both Latios and Latias open their eyes to find themselves inside the spear. They soon see another Latios, but it's much older. Latios and Latias are surprised, but are very happy to see this Latios. This Latios is really the soul of Latias and Latios' father. Latios reaches its fingers to both of his children, and they do the same. In a way, it's like he says that he'll always be with them, and be proud of their noble deeds. Latios and Latias are saddened that their father is leaving again after so long. Then it disappears.
Outside, a bright beam of light shines into the sky.
"Where are they?" Bianca asks, worried.
Misty soon notices, "Hey, look. The water."
Everyone looks down to see the water rushes into the city, creating a flash flood that flows throughout the city while Team Rocket finally gets over the gate.
"I'd kill for a hot bath right now," Jessie says, tired.
Team Rocket sighs before getting swept up in the flood water.
Jessie surfaces and cries out, "This is not what I had in mind!"
James soon surfaces.
Meowth surfaces and cries out, "Save me!"
Team Rocket cries out."Team Rocket's blastin…"
But the rest of their sentence is cut off by the water while the gates around the city come down and the zombie Pokemon disappear and return to their graves while Annie and Oakley bicker in the control pod. Ariados and Espeon remain where they are to see the trainers trapped.
Annie complains to Oakley, "You had to go for world domination. It wasn't enough that we had the most beautiful, valuable jewel in the entire universe. You had to be a control freak.
"Hey! Don't knock it till you try it!" Oakley says, "Do you have any idea what it's like to have that kind of control over everything?"
"Too bad you didn't have control over yourself," Annie says.
Oakley retaliates, "Like you do."
"Oakley, what are you talking about?" Annie asks.
Oakley angrily says, "Uh, the Soul Dew?! You tried to pick it up, remember?"
"Oh, yeah," Annie says, sheepishly, "Well, anyway, we should probably go home now, right?"
"I'd love to," Oakley says.
The control pod closes on them before they can leave.
"Uh oh. This is a problem," Annie says.
"No kidding," Oakley replies.
But Annie says, "No, I mean, I'm not too good with closed spaces."
"You're not too good with closing your mouth, either," Oakley comments.
And Ariados and Espeon take their leave.
Come sunrise, the gang are out on gondolas looking for Latios and Latias. They call out their names, but can't find them.
Soon, Eevee spots something, "Eevee Eevee! (Guys, look over there!)
Everyone looks to see a pair of Mantine carrying Latias and Latios on their backs, flanked by four Chincous.
"It's Latias," Mew says.
"And Latios," Bianca adds.
Latias and Latrios are soon brought to the gondola.
"Latias? Latios? Can you hear me?" Mew asks.
Soon, both Latios and Latias regain consciousness.
"Are you both okay?" Bianca asks, worried.
They both answer that they're okay, but they look up at the sky with sadness. As they let out soft cries.
Mew questions, "Father…"
Then Bianca realizes, "So, that light was Latios and Latias' father?"
"I believe so. Even now, Latios has watched over his children the entire time," Lorenzo says.
Mew hugs them both, "You both really miss him."
Both of them nod in reply.
Suddenly, Latios and Latias activate the sight sharing all of the sudden.
"Hey, this is…" Brock says.
"Sight sharing," Mew says.
"That's right," Bianca says.
"But who's doing it?" Tomo asks.
"I suspect it's Latios and Latias' father," Lorenzo says.
Everyone soon finds themselves hovering far above the planet itself.
"The Earth is so pretty. So blue," Misty says.
Soon, they hover far away from the planet before everything goes dark.
Soon, Latios and Latias combine their power along with their father. And soon, the original Soul Dew is fully restored, but also changed a bit. Now it contains what remains of the father's soul, but part of Latios and Latias' have been placed in it as well. That way, their soul and love are connected.
Later, in the secret garden, the new Soul Dew is placed in the pool.
"It's perfect, just like the old one," Misty says.
"Yeah,"
"We now have two new guardians of Alto Mare," Lorenzo says.
"Thank you for helping your children save our town, Latios, even in spirit. Please, stay with us forever," Bianca says.
The fountains in the garden soon start working again.
Later in town, the bells start ringing again before the camera fades out.
Sometime later, Lorenzo at his workshop.
"Lorenzo!" Mew calls out.
Lorenzo looks and soon sees Mew and the gang in boats, ready to ride out to their next adventure. And Ariados and Espeon that used to belong to Annie and Oakley are with them.
"Thank you for everything," Mew says.
"Oh. You're leaving already?" Lorenzo questions.
"Yeah," Mew says.
"So Molly, how are you enjoying your new friends," Lorenzo says.
"They're doing fine," Molly happily says.
Turns out, Aradios and Espeon decide to leave their trainers, mainly because they'll be free from having to do bad things. With things going, Annie and Oakley will end up in jail for all they've done.
Then Lorenzo says, "Hold on. Bianca was going to the market but she may still be here."
He then calls out, "Bianca! Your friends are leaving! Bianca!" but she isn't answering, "Oh, I'm afraid you just missed her."
"Oh, well, tell her we said thanks and goodbye," Mew says.
"Yeah, we had a really great time," Brock says.
"Okay. Well, come back and see us," Lorenzo says.
At the same time, someone takes a piece of paper from Bianca's room.
"We will!" Mew says.
Soon, Mew and her friends take their leave on the boat.
Suddenly, Pikachu spot something, "Pika Pika!" (Look who it is!)
Everyone looks and sees who they think is Bianca running to flag them down and holding a basket.
"Bianca," Mew says, surprised.
She then turns to the driver, "Hey, driver, can you pull over?"
The boats soon pull over and stop near a dock while Mew's boat stops right next to a dock Bianca, shows up and he disembarks.
"Hey Bianca," Mew says.
Bianca shakes her head. Mew realizes who she is and Bianca, who is Latias, passes Mew a rolled up piece of paper. And presents the basket. Mew takes the basket and look to see the Latias and Latios Eggs with the Mega Stones
Mew is surprised and asks, "Are you and your brother okay with it?"
Latias nods her head and gives Mew a hug. After that, Latias takes her leave.
"Bye," Mew says.
"Wait a sec. Was that Bianca, or Latias?" Misty asks.
Mew walks over to the boat and climbs back in, "It's Latias, alright."
Then presents the eggs, "And look what she gave me."
Misty and the others are surprised to see the eggs and the Mega Stones. Soon, both eggs begin shaking and glowing. Everyone gasps in surprise to see both eggs hatching at the same time. And soon, both of them hatched and the eggs burst, revealing two small Pokemon. Latias and Latios. They both open their eyes to see Mew and let out happy cries and lick her cheeks, making Mew giggle.
"Oh boy, Mew has become a mama all over again," Jen says.
Everyone begins giggling in reply. Mew sits down as the new babies sit on her lap. Mew then unrolls the paper and smiles to see a colorful drawing of herself, Pikachu and Eevee.
Soon, the boat begins to take Mew and her friends to the mainland and continue on their journey to New Bark Town. Mew, Pikachu, and Eevee soon look up to spot two Latios and another Latias up in the sky fading in and out of visibility as they head for Alto Mare.
Back at Alto Mare's museum, some workers are tending to the DMA with Lorenzo leading the project. Bianca is painting a picture at the docks. At the secret garden where Latios and Latias soar around as indicated by their shadows. As for Annie and Oakley, after being released from the DMA they were arrested and taken to jail. The two are looking at a book featuring Lawrence III while in the prison library.
Back at the mainlands, Mew and her friends, along with Mew's new little ones Latias and Latios are now making their way to New Bark Town.
