Let's get right to the story!

Chapter 1 - The Sudden Change

A familiar flying blue cat flew above various people in much merriment as they joked, drank, and danced around each other. Some laughed while others argued and began throwing fists at each other, making the cat snicker at the sight. 'That's Fairy Tail for you, never a dull moment!' The cat thought happily but then his ears perked as he saw his salmon-haired companion staring at the job request board. "Natsu!" He yelled gleefully as he flew into the man's chest.

"Hey hey, Happy!" Natsu chuckled as he hugged Happy. "What's going on, little buddy?"

Happy pouted as he looked up at Natsu. "You've been staring at the request board for an hour! When are we going to go on a job?"

Natsu furrowed his brow as he groaned. "I know, I know. It's just that most of these jobs are too boring for two people. I'm looking for a good one, Happy."

"Then how come we can't go on an easy job? You'll be doing most of the fighting though."

"Yeah, yeah, you're right. But the tougher the job, the more fun the fight!" Natsu chuckled as clasped his fiery fist. "I'm not gonna get stronger by doing easy jobs, Happy. I gotta have some fun with the job, you know?"

Happy squinted his eyes as he crossed his paws. "Uh-huh... Well, I hope you find one soon. I'll be by Lucy when you're ready." As Natsu kept looking, Happy flew toward the familiar booth where Lucy, Wendy, and Charle sat.

"What's the matter, Happy?" Wendy timidly asked as she rubbed Happy's back.

"It's Natsu!" Happy groaned as he flopped his head on the table. "He's at the request board, looking for an 'exciting' job. I just want to take it easy today but he needs a tough job so he can get stronger!"

Lucy began chuckling at this. "Happy, you do know that this is Natsu you're talking about. When is he ever not in the mood to fight?"

Happy groaned as he ran his paws through his fur. "I know! He needs to take it easy! I just wanna go on an easy job today!"

"Well, good luck with that, Happy. You know how stubborn Natsu is." Lucy sighed as she watched Happy sulk, she then placed a hand on the cat and rubbed his head. "Hey, maybe Natsu will take an easy job, like you said, he's been at the request board for an hour. He has no choice but to."

Happy lifted his head as he nodded. "Maybe you're right."

"Hey, Happy!" The blue cat, Lucy, Wendy, and Charle turned their heads toward the staircase to see Natsu walking toward them, a piece of paper in hand. "I've got a job for us!"

Happy gulped before walking toward Natsu. "W...What kind of job is it?"

Natsu groaned as he opened the paper and studied it. "Says here we gotta go and find some new kind of rainbow apple? Weird right?"

Happy perked up as he fully comprehended what Natsu had said. "So, we don't have to fight anyone?"

"Nah, all we gotta do is find some apples. You up for it?"

"Hell yes! Let's go, Natsu!" Happy jumped into the air with his right paw up and a smile on his face.

Natsu smiled cockily as he raised his own fist. "Then, let's go little buddy!" As Natsu and Happy made their way out of the guild, Natsu stopped as a certain redheaded woman in armor stood in his way. "Oh hey, Erza. What's up?"

Erza smiled warmly as she stepped closer to Natsu. "Oh nothing, just heard that you two were going to go on a job so I offer my assistance."

Natsu chuckled as he waved his hand. "It's alright, Erza. This is an easy job, Happy and I can handle it with no problem."

"Oh... I see." Erza bit her bottom lip as she looked away. She stood up before turning to face Natsu. "T-Then, when you two get back, let's go on a mission. Just you and I!"

Natsu crossed his arms as he thought about this proposal. He then nodded his head and smiled toothily at the redhead. "Sure! That sounds like fun!"

Erza smiled warmly at the smile and blushed lightly. "Then, I'll wait for you to get back." Erza happily waved at Natsu as he and Happy made their way out of the guild. As Erza turned around, she flinched as she saw Lucy smugly grinning at her. "W-What is it, Lucy?"

"Oh nothing~ I just think you and I need to have a bit of a chat is all~." Lucy smiled as she grabbed Erza's hand and began pulling the redhead out of the guild.

As Natsu began walking toward the Magnolia Train Station, he stopped and began sweating profusely, causing Happy to raise an eyebrow. "What's wrong with you, Natsu?"

"We... We have to ride the train don't we?"

"Obviously, the job is in Oak Town after all."

Natsu flinched as the information sank in. "S-Say Happy, why don't we walk to Oak Town? It'll be a nice walk right?"

Happy furrowed his brow as he crossed his paws. "I'm not going to wear myself out today, Natsu. We're taking the train."

"Aw come on, little buddy. It won't be too bad I swear." Natsu flinched as Happy grabbed onto his black vest and began pulling him toward the train station. "HAPPY! What are you doing?!"

"Pulling you toward the train." Happy grunted. "The sooner we get on the train, the sooner we can be done with this job!"

Natsu then began walking backward to oppose Happy's pulling. "N-No I refuse! I'm not riding on that deathtrap!"

"YES. YOU. WILL!"

"NO. I. WON'T!"

As the duo argued and struggled with each other, a tall man with raven-black hair in a black shirt and baggy pants chuckled as he walked up to the two. "Natsu, Happy," The two stopped as they heard the young man chuckling. "Just what on Earthland are you two doing?"

"Natsu won't get on the train and is being a baby, Gray!" Happy whined at the man to which Natsu audibly gasped.

"Well, I wanted to go on a tough job but some CAT wanted to take it easy so it's more your fault, Happy," Natsu grumbled as he crossed his arms and faced away from the cat, making Happy grumble and frown.

"Fellas, fellas," Gray chuckled as he waved his hands. "Here's a solution: Why don't I come with you two? This way, someone can help with Natsu's motion sickness and you have help finishing the job?"

"That'd be perfect! Thank you, Gray!" Happy cheered as his eyes shone joyfully.

Natsu crossed his arms as he grumbled. "Nah, we'll be fine. I ain't gonna be shown up."

Gray raised an eyebrow as his head tilted in confusion. "'Shown' up? This isn't a competition, Natsu."

Natsu began chuckling. "Oh ho~ So you think you could do the job better than me? Cocky Ice-Make bastard. We'll be fine, Come on Happy, let's get this over with." Natsu then grabbed Happy and walked toward the train ticket booth.

Happy shrugged as he rested in Natsu's arms. "Sorry Gray, maybe next time!"

"Natsu, wait!" Gray called out as he held up his hand. "Idiot..." Gray grumbled as he turned around and kicked a nearby rock. 'I wasn't trying to show you up, I just wanted to spend some time with you, you damn idiot...' Gray thought as he ran his fingers through his dark locks, the cross necklace swinging as he began walking away. "... Be glad that I like you, you dense dragon..."

"So... What was up with that mini-show of yours~?" Lucy smiled as she placed two cups of tea on her table. Erza looked away as her cheeks began dusting red.

"I-I... I haven't the faintest clue what you're talking about, Lucy. I was just trying to get Natsu to go on a job with me is all!"

"Then why are you blushing so much, Erza~?"

"I-I'm just hot is all! The armor makes me sweat in the summer!"

"Suuuree~! And all of those stares at Natsu were just to check on him right?" Erza stared at the celestial blonde with wide eyes as Lucy smirked.

"You... You noticed?!"

Lucy slapped her knees before holding her stomach as she laughed. "Of course, I've noticed! I'm a girl too, Erza. I know how girls act when they like someone." As Lucy calmed down, she placed Erza's cup in front of her and smiled. "Geez, we're friends, Erza. You can tell me who you like, I'm not going to steal him from you."

Erza sighed as she picked up the cup and began drinking. She placed the cup on her lap as she stared at the light brown liquid. "... I don't like Natsu. I... I love him."

Lucy's eyes widened but then she smiled as she inched forward in her seat. "Even more than Jellal?"

Erza chuckled before smiling and looking into Lucy's brown orbs. "I can't even compare the two. I mean how could I? I know that all of Fairy Tail thinks I'm in love with Jellal, considering the fact that we did grow up together and I get so sad whenever something bad happens to him but do you know who's always been there to help cheer me up? Natsu. Do you know who's always ready to risk it all to save me? Natsu. Do you know who's always ready to fight by my side? Natsu. Despite Natsu being a loudmouth, obnoxious, stubborn as a mule, and always going into something headfirst with no plan, I love him just the same. He's compassionate, kind, warm, and always ready to put a smile on people's faces. He's so warm as well as so exceptional at fighting that I don't need to worry about losing him. I... I can't lose it, Lucy. That's why I need to confess to him. I don't know how he'll respond but I don't want him to hate me... I can take the no but if Natsu ends up hating me... That'd be too much to bear..."

"Erza," The redhead turned to look at the blonde who was smiling gently. "As dense as Natsu is, I doubt that he'll hate you. You and I both know that Natsu loves Fairy Tail and everyone who comes into our halls. I know that it's scary not knowing how the other will respond but remember that Natsu will always be there for you, regardless of how he feels for you. You're right, Natsu is kind so I know he'll take your feelings into consideration and hey, maybe he'll even return them."

Erza chuckled. "I hope so, Lucy."

Lucy said back as she chuckled confidently. "Oh, he will, else he'll have to deal with Mira and me. We'll knock some sense into him, I promise."

"So, Mira's noticed as well huh?"

"Oh yeah, we've got our own little gossip group between Cana, Levy, Mirajane, and me ~. And we swore just to keep the juicy details between us! Just like the secret fantasies you have of Natsu~."

Erza spat out some of her tea as she blushed heavily. "H-How on Earthland do you four know about that?!"

"The walls of Fairy Hills aren't as soundproof as you think, plus Levy's the one who found your secret book collection."

Erza grumbled as she grinded her teeth. "That little sneaky bookworm..."

Lucy patted Erza's shoulders. "Hey, we all have our own ways of releasing the demon. I just didn't think you were just a pervert, I suppose Natsu will definitively have his hands full with you won't he? Just don't drain him too dry else we won't have a Natsu anymore." Lucy continued to laugh as she watched Erza blush heavily.

However, the two mages turned their heads toward Lucy's front door as a series of light knocks came from the other side. "LUCY! OPEN UP! WE NEED YOUR HELP!" The confused and worry-filled voice of Happy came from the other side of the door. As they both stood up, Lucy walked over and opened the door to reveal a distraught Happy with tears in his eyes.

"Happy, what's going on?! Are you OK?" Lucy exclaimed as she saw the tears in Happy's eyes.

"It... It's not me, it's Natsu! Something happened to him!"

Erza then ran to the doorway and spoke sternly. "Where is Natsu now?"

"He... He's hiding behind that building over there." All three of the wizards whipped their heads toward the sound of trash cans being knocked into. "Natsu, come out please!"

"NO WAY!" Strangely, Natsu's voice sounded higher than normal. He sounded... Feminine? Something that alarmed Lucy and Erza. "I DON'T WANT PEOPLE TO MAKE FUN OF ME!"

"Natsu, come out please!" Erza pleaded as she walked past Lucy and Happy. "We need to know if you're alright. We won't ridicule you!"

"Alright..." As Natsu walked out from behind the building, Lucy's and Erza's eyes widened at the sight. The same outfit Natsu wore was there but inside it was not Natsu, or what usual Natsu looks like. The sandals were the same but Natsu's usual white pants were now holding onto curvaceous hips. Natsu's golden-trimmed vest that exposed his muscular chest and abs now showed well-toned yet defined muscles and stomach as well as large breasts, big enough to push the vest to the side and bounce as the girl was catching her breath. Rather than Natsu's chiseled features, this girl had a soft chin and soft feminine features including soft, smooth lips and his spiky wild hair had grown to cover his back and shoulders. "...H-Here I am..."

"N... Natsu?... Just what happened to you?!" Lucy exclaimed.

"It's a crazy story, but..."

~~~ FOREST NEAR OAK TOWN, 4:00 PM~~~

"How many did you find, Happy?" Natsu called out to Happy while holding onto a basket of the mysterious glistening rainbow apples.

"I got the last two!" Happy exclaimed as he flew down and placed the remaining apples in their wooden basket.

Natsu swirled the basket around and brought the basket to smell the fruit. "They smell like regular apples, I don't see why this was such a high-request job."

Happy lightly smacked Natsu with his white-tipped tail. "I don't care, it's an easy job and we don't have to fight so I'm happy. Don't go destroy anything until we get back, Natsu! I mean it!"

"Alright, alright." Natsu chuckled as he led Happy back on the forest path to town. "I won't do anything, you gotta trust me more often, little buddy. You're gonna end up breaking my heart..." Natsu pouted as he walked but Happy stared at the Fire Dragonslayer with a blank yet stern face.

"... Says the one with five damage bills in this month alone."

Natsu flinched before chuckling. "Right, almost forgot about the last job. Alright, then I won't destroy anything. I promise that I'll just take it easy and just deliver these apples, got it?"

Happy smiled. "Thank you." The cat jumped slightly as he saw the house from the request paper. "We're here!" Flying toward the door, Happy knocked three times and on the third, the door had swung open. As the door flung open, standing in the doorway was what looked to be a very excited young girl with wild mint green and black hair in a lab coat. Her blue T-shirt and green skirt were unkept under the lab coat, making Happy's eyes widen as he flinched and saw her white panties and her cleavage. "W-Woah!"

"So sorry about the scare." The girl chuckled as she fixed her clothes and hair. "Nice to meet you two! The name's Jessica Metters! Just call me Jess for short, I take it that you two are the wizards who took my request~?" Jess's eyes sparkled with excitement as she held onto her hands.

"Heh, yeah, we are." Natsu chuckled as he held the basket of Rainbow Apples in front of him.

"YES!" Jess shouted gleefully, making Natsu and Happy tilt their heads in confusion. "Please! Please, come in!" Both males looked at each other before shrugging and walking inside.

"Wow..." Natsu's and Happy's eyes widened as they witnessed the many beakers and flasks that littered the many pieces of furniture. Some of the containers contained liquids of varying colors while others were contained with ice or had liquid boiling.

"I was completing an experiment and found that I lacked one final ingredient so if you two hadn't found them, I would have called it a failure so thank you!" Jessica jumped from the bottom of a table, wearing a pair of safety goggles and plastic blue gloves. "Now, would you be so kind as to give me that basket?"

Natsu handed the basket and as Jessica happily took the basket, the woman swiftly peeled them and chopped them. With the apples chopped and minced, Jessica then poured the pieces into a square beaker filled with pink liquid and stirred the contents before placing the beaker on a bunsen burner, allowing the liquid to begin cooking. As the liquid began to change colors and let out a sweet-smelling scent, Natsu leaned on a nearby wall. "Say, Jess, just what exactly are you trying to test away?"

"I'm in the process of making a potion where the potion won't need any kind of medicine, a kind of cure-all for any kind of ailment." Jessica dipped a large pipette inside the boiling beaker as the liquid had changed colors to an indigo purple, pulling some liquid out and pouring it inside a cup as she swirled the cup. "A cure to the common cold, migraines, sprained joints or ligaments, the possibilities are endless!"

Natsu's ears perked as he stood up. "Even motion-sickness?!"

"Yes! I would imagine so! Now, it's just time to test it!" As the liquid cooled after cooking, Jessica began moving the cup toward her mouth slowly, but before the liquid could touch her lips, the cup was suddenly grabbed by the energetic Fire Dragonslayer. "Hey! Just what are you doing?!"

"Sorry, but I think I would be the better test subject." Natsu chuckled. "Besides, I suffer from severe motion sickness, I can't even ride a train by myself, right Happy?"

"Aye, sir!" Happy raised his paw as he smiled but then he shook his head as his eyes were filled with shock. "Wait a minute, Natsu! You don't even know what'll happen to you!"

"True, but think about it, Happy! No more motion sickness! And I won't get sick ever again?! That's a risk I'm willing to take!" Jessica's and Happy's eyes widened in shock as they watched Natsu chug down and drink the purple liquid. As Natsu finished the last of the liquid, he sighed as he placed the cup on the table in front of him. "Huh. Kind of tastes like blueberries." He smacked and licked his lips before his stomach began rumbling. Natsu's body suddenly began shaking and quivering as if he was standing on a piece of land during an earthquake before he belched out a green miasma littered with light purple stars, filling the entirety of the house with it, making Jessica and Happy yell as the smoke filled the house.

"Jeez, Natsu! You couldn't hold that in?" Happy coughed as he waved his paw to clear his space from the smoke. "At least, it doesn't smell. How are you feeling?"

"I feel fine actually, never feel better!" A female voice chirped out before she laughed, making Happy raise an eyebrow.

"H-Huh? I was trying to talk to you, Jess. I was talking to Natsu."

"What are you talking about, Happy? It is me, Natsu." The female voice questioned the cat. "Wait, you're right. Why do I sound like a girl?"

"Oh no..." Jess slowly spoke as she took off her safety goggles and the smoke began to disappear. "I didn't anticipate this..."

Happy looked up and his eyes widened to the point where they appeared to pop out from his head. "N-NATSU! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!"

"Just what are you two...?" As Natsu turned to look at himself in a nearby mirror, his eyes widened from shock as he realized just why the other two were so shocked. "JUST WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO ME?!"

~~~ PRESENT MOMENT ~~~

"So, yeah. I'm a girl now..." Natsu chuckled awkwardly as she rubbed the back of her head while Erza and Lucy stared at her, still in disbelief at the situation.

"Natsu... Just... Just why would you do that?" Lucy slowly spoke before she facepalmed herself.

"THAT'S WHAT I SAID, LUCY!" Happy yelled as he slammed his paws on Lucy's coffee table. The cat then turned his head toward the female Dragonslayer with teary eyes. "Now, what are you going to do, Natsu?!"

"Hey! In my defense! Jess said I wouldn't feel sick anymore and on the whole way home on the train, I didn't feel any motion sickness so at least we know the potion worked! So that's a win!"

"BUT YOU'RE A GIRL NOW!" Both Lucy and Happy shrieked which made Natsu groan as she scratched her now long salmon-colored locks.

"That's it, you and I are heading to Porlyusica, Natsu!" Erza suddenly stood up and held Natsu's hand, pulling the Fire Dragonslayer away from the other and making their way to the Guild Doctor.

"AH! O-OK, I-I'll see you guys later, Happy and Lucy!" As Natsu got dragged away, a sly and happy smile began to creep on Lucy's face, causing Happy to raise an eyebrow.

"What is it, Lucy?"

Lucy turned to face Happy, still smiling. "To put it simply: she liiiikes Natsu~." As Happy gasped loudly while his eyes bulged, Lucy held a finger to her lips. "I'll tell you all about it in the morning."

"I know you can be stupid at times, but this really takes the cake, Natsu." A slim and tall woman whose straight pink hair was tied in a bun sighed as she had also facepalmed herself. "You drink a random potion for what? To cure your motion sickness? You have to think of the consequences of your actions!"

"Yeah, I know that now!" Natsu groaned as she crossed her arms under her now large breasts. "Is there anything you can do, Granny?"

"Well, if I had the recipe, I could come up with a cure. But I'm guessing you didn't ask for that now did you?" Porlyusica narrowed her reddish eyes at Natsu, causing the female Dragonslayer to begin to sweat as she looked away and whispered. "Natsu..."

"W-Well I have Jess's contact info!" Natsu shouted as she reached inside her trousers and pulled out a piece of brown paper. "She gave it to me and said she'd look into making an antidote, so if you contact her, maybe you two can make a cure faster?"

Porlyusica sighed as she grabbed the paper. "Well, this is a start. I will contact Ms. Jessica tomorrow, as for now, you will move into Fairy Hills."

"Move into Fairy Hills?!" Natsu shrieked. "But all of the guild's girls live there!"

Porlyusica crossed her arms as she glared at Natsu. "And have you paid attention to what you are now?"

Natsu opened her mouth before slowly closing it and nodding. "... Good point..."

"Now, go out and tell Erza." Porlyusica stood up and smacked Natsu on the head with her broom, making Natsu rub her head in pain. "Someone has to watch your irresponsible self. Now go!"

"Y-Yes ma'am..." As Natsu walked out of Porlyusica's tree home, she was greeted by the worried look on Erza's face.

"Well, what did she say?"

Natsu sighed as she rubbed her neck. "Granny Porlyusica said she's gonna have to get into contact with Jess tomorrow. She said the best thing to do now is to move into Fairy Hills with you and everyone so someone can monitor my actions."

"I had a feeling that this would happen, well let's go." Erza reached and grabbed Natsu's hand, leading the Fire Dragonslayer toward the female Fairy Tail dormitory, Fairy Hills. As the two walked through Magnolia, Natsu's eyes darted around as she watched the few amount of civilians walking around looking at both her and Erza, making Natsu blush slightly.

"H-Hey, Erza..."

"Hm? What is it, Natsu?" The redhead stopped walking and turned toward the Dragonslayer, still holding onto her warm hands. "Is something the matter?"

"Y-You've been holding onto my hand, this whole time, you know that?"

Erza looked down and chuckled. "It would appear so, well, we only have a little bit to go and I want to make sure that I don't lose you so I'll have to hold it for a little while longer." Erza smiled brightly as she then turned around to lead Natsu to the Fairy Hills building. As they walked to the front door and opened it, Natsu began murmuring which caused Erza to giggle. "It's alright, Natsu. Most of the girls are in their rooms at this time of night." Erza smiled warmly as she walked her and Natsu upstairs, they walked through the large connected rooms, filled with the myriad of magical armor and weapons Erza had owned. They stopped as they stood in front of a large wooden door. As Erza opened the door and led Natsu into the room, she smiled warmly as Natsu seemed to calm down. "See? Now, you have nothing to worry about."

"Y-Yeah, that was kind of scary." Natsu chuckled before turning to face the redhead with a warm and gleeful smile. "Thank you so much, Erza. I can always rely on you to have my back." As Natsu smiled, Erza's eyes widened slightly as her cheeks began to redden just slightly. As the moonlight cascaded on Natsu's figure, she seemed to glow beautifully from the light of the Moon. Natsu looked down at her hands and chuckled as she saw Erza still holding her hands firmly. "You've been holding onto my hand, non-stop, Erza."

"I have, haven't I...?" Erza spoke slowly but instead of letting Natsu's hand go, she pulled Natsu closer to her and held onto the female Dragonslayer.

"E-Erza? A-Are you OK?" Natsu stuttered out and blushed slightly as she saw the passionate glaze Erza had.

"I... I just don't want to let you go, because... Because I love you so much, Natsu."

"H-Huh?" Before the Dragonslayer could say anything else, Natsu was quickly silenced as Erza snatched her lips in a passionate kiss under the calm light of the Moon.
