After Randy was done unplugging the baker's backup unit and then plugging in the one, he'd be repairing, did he glance over and notice the rainbow colored string bracelet around the other males wrist. Damien obviously noticed the repair man seeing his colorful cheap piece of jewelry, and then gave him a somewhat narrowed glare. The customer's shocking reaction caused Randy to smile larger, due to him being nervous, before turning back to his work. "Oh no! He's one of dim." The southern born squirrel thought in his head. "No matter what I do he is gonna be mad and say I was awful because he likes dick." He continued to think in his head with irritation before realizing he was far beyond is breaking point when it came to exhaustion. "Fuck it." He thought as he let out a sigh and then turned back to look at the other man now not really giving a shit to be as much of a kiss ass as he usually was, but also not looking to start a fight. "Ok! So, it seems she's powering on just fine." Randy stated as the units digital screen came to life and threw out a few error messages while he quickly started playing with the buttons to get into a maintenance menu.

"No." Damien reaffirmed after becoming upset yet again. "It doesn't power up at all." The black furred squirrel pressed. "You didn't even try to start it yet." He growled extremely annoyed.

"I turned it on." Randy corrected.

"No you didn't! Is it heating up?" The soft-spoken man started to finally raise his voice, although it was quite calm, but just maybe a bit shaky.

"Dillion-" Randy tried to start in a calm voice.

"It's Damien!" The lean, but slightly taller male, jumped in with just a bit more force causing Randy to frown and feel bad for already forgetting the man's name. Despite it was pretty common place for him if he didn't deal with someone constantly.

"I'm sorry, Damien." Randy help up his hand while looking at his customer he'd likely lose despite the outcome of this fix. The brown furred squirrel glanced around the country farm decorated room feeling his face turn red with embarrassment. "Why?" He wondered as he usually didn't feel so bad when he upset customers.

"What?" The black furred man's voice went soft again but his face still showed irritation.

"It's just dat…" Randy sighed now regretting calling Damien back to watch him do the repair. This was the usual deal when trying to enlighten or teach customers. However, it was a bit late now to pull back with this can of worm with Mr. Damien. "If da unit is plugged in and da digital display, or even da random lights come on, den dat means the unit is getting power."

"It's not working." Damien stated again as if Randy was an idiot.

"Yeah…. Sooo." Randy spoke slowly trying to come up with anyway to get the other man away from him, but knew full well he wouldn't be able to as he was too cocky, he knew the problem given the wrong information. Still, looking at the digital screens maintenance page he was still pretty sure he knew what was going on and would be able to fix it. He didn't blame the other man for giving the wrong information to him as he doesn't know the systems like he does, but still hated that he was getting treated like trash for trying to education him. He usually didn't care but this young man was really causing him distress that was turning to anger. "Yer right. Dat it isn't turning on… da oven element or da microwave system, but da unit overall, sir, has power." Randy pointed out as he tapped on the black display screen while green text showed different options in the menu that repair man had just logged into.

"If it didn't work at all I'd have said it was dead." The black furred young man now tried to defend himself while shifting uncomfortably as if he realized his mix up, but not wanting to admit it.

"Ok." Randy nodded in agreement without looking at Damiean, as he opened and closed the Turbo Chef oven door a few times while his eyes were focused on the display screen. "My apologies fer miss understanding ya, sir." Randy then quickly smiled at he finally found at least the root issue before turning back to his keeper, that was watching him. "I gotta run out ta muh van and get a few parts." Randy couldn't help but start to feel an incredible high after coming in thinking he knew what the issues was, only to find out it wasn't the case due to back info, and then to quickly still find the issue and being able to fix it. "Ya can't hold me down handsome gay dude." Randy called out in his head not thinking much on how he described the other squirrel.

Damien nodded in approval upset with the repair man, not sure why, but still finding solace in his voice. The young male squirrel baker waited for the other squirrel with fairer colored furred while now finding himself feeling a bit bad with how much he'd yelled at him. Unknowing that what Damien thought was yelling, was barely rising ones voice to Randy.

"Ok!" Randy said as he felt himself quickly forgetting about the two men's dislike for one another just moments ago. "Sorry ta keep ya waiting!" He smiled at Damien while running through the door and then making his way to the unit he was going to repair as the baker locked the door again. "Did ya miss me?!" Randy teased as he unplugged the unit before taking the top and sides covers off.

"I don't even…" Damien started before going silent as the other man giggled as he'd caught the baker off guard but not enough for him to keep up him voicing his distaste in the repair man.

"Don't worry." Randy stated with a pep in his voice as he plugged the unit in again and then went back to the tech menu. "I missed you enough fer da but of us at dah moment." The southern born squirrel chuckled again as he opened and closed the door a few more times while messing with some light spring arms on the both sides of the unit.

"Did you get high or something?" The black furred squirrel asked after noticing the other mans new good mood.

Randy looked back at Damien and smirked. " 'Course not." Then he looked back at the work he was doing in front of him." I ain't 15 anymore, silly." Randy opened and closed the door of the micro oven a few more times before stepping back and clapping his hands with a loud woot. "I'm a country boy and love muhself some beer, and even more some whisky." He smiled while leaning in near Damien before pulling back and then digging into his took bag.

"We don't sell beer." Damien said like he was just giving general information before Randy popped back up and showed him a large pill looking thing that he held between two of his fingers. "Or whisky." He followed up while now feeling his heart rate and breathing pick up as the other man became larger than life out of nowhere as far as he could see.

"Oh dat don't matter none!" Randy somewhat sang as he did a spin on his heels before bopping Damien on the nose with the item in his hand that was a small clear cylinder besides on the ends that were fully covered in silver.

"Dis little fuse here is gonna save all yer problems… now dat I fixed yer door switches." Randy stated while turning away and taking out the old fuse and putting in the new. "Just promise me you'll be easy with da door for here on out, cause being hard and lazy with it causes dis problem." Randy then turned back to the man he was talking to after installing the fuse and then turning the micro oven on to power up again.

Randy's had an overly large grin after the unit beeped happily to show it was pre heating. "Ta Da!" Randy's grin finally calmed down as he watched Damien look at the oven in awe as he open and closed it a few times.

"Well, I-" Damien tried to start as he inspected the oven before looking back at the now overly cocky repairman. "Thank you."

"I'm just happy ta help." Randy grinned before nudging Damien's before following up. "Da paycheck sure does help, though."

Randy kept up his shameless grin seeing full well Damiens face giving well to the attitude of "This guy…" "Can I get you something to go?" The black furred baker asked while now opening his display back doors and taking out the left overs.

"Oh, thanks. It all looks good, but I don't got no cash on me." Randy then gave a sniff and wished he hadn't already said no before going over the paperwork in his tin bin and then started to fill out the information needed for this location.

"No charge." The young baker spoke while holding out two different kind of muffins each hand. "I owe you."

"Dah bill is coming." Randy reassured with a chuckle before looking over at the baked goods in the other man's hands. "Dey do smell nice, though." He let out while cleaning his throat while setting the paper work down on the counter for Damien to sign.

"Take them both." Now the baker smiled after switching the place of the repair paperwork and the bakery's two lone goods.

"Uhh.." Randy tried to protest again while he started to drool a bit while looking at the sweets now offered to him. He only came out of his daze once Damien put down the signed paperwork on the brown furred squirrels tin paperwork box.

"It's all yours." Damien smiled especially when Randy finally gave in and ignored the paperwork, sat before him, and opted to taste the limon flavored baked good.

"WOW!" Randy called out happily with a full mouth right before taking another bite. "Holy Hell!" He kept speaking while chocking down the food he was gifted. After a moment he finally downed the second one and then looked up at the other man while whipping his are across his face to clear the crumbs. "Dat was amazing!"

"Thank you."

"You made these?" Randy asked surprised.

Damien nodded a yes before going from back behind the counter to unlock the door for the repair man to exit. "Our dishwasher is acting up a bit." Damien said in his normal soft voice as Randy was about to walk out the door.

"Oh." Randy stopped and then looked at the other man feeling a bit odd as their eyes locked far longing that he felt they should have before he finally found his voice. "Just give us a call and we'll come right as soon as we can."

"You?" Damien called out the question just as Randy walked out the door which caused the Texan to stop and then set his tool bag down before then pulling out a business card out of his shirt pocket. Before he handed to Damien, he flipped it over and wrote something down on it.

"Ya can request me, or give me a ring on my home phone in da evening and I'll make sure it gets set up." The two men's finger tips touched just a bit as they exchanged the card. "Keep in touch." Were the only soft-spoken words Randy had let out the whole day before he picked up his tool bag and walked off.

"Damn you straight men." Damien mumbled after shutting the door knowing full well whatever was going on between the two of them wouldn't end up will for him quickly.
