Chapter 11: Love Will Find a Way:

Kiara's POV:

"Did you have to banish him," I asked.

"He literally admitted to treachery," says Dad.

"Okay... but he changed his mind..."

"He is following in Scar's paw prints, and I have to follow in my Father's!"

"You are not Mufasa!" I then ran. I know, I shouldn't talk that way to my Dad, but right now, I have to find Kovu!

Mufasa's POV:

"So, how'd your plan work," asks my Father.

"Shut up," I said, "this is Scar's doing!"

"And you don't think that was a good reason to talk to your son! When you were learning, I always gave you advice!"

"I know, you didn't shut up then and you won't shut up now. Maybe Kiara and Kovu will find each other."

"Why is bringing those two together so important?"

"Because it could bring the Pride landers and the Outlanders together," I said.

"Good luck with that!"

Zira's POV:

"Scar, Nuka is dead," I said.

"But Simba isn't," says Scar.

"Well... no... but..."

Scar then sets everything on fire, and I ended up hanging for my life. "I am growing tired of your incompetence!"

"Scar, give me another chance-"

"I will not clean up all your messes," I said, "kill Simba yourself or you will join both your son and me!"

"I will not fail you!" The fire was then all gone.

"Was Scar... mad," asks Vitani.

"Gather the lions," I said, "we're going to war!" I should've known better than to trust some brat who isn't even my real son!

Kiara's POV:

I was looking for Kovu.

Kiara: In a perfect world
One we've never known
We would never need to face the world alone

They can have the world
We'll create our own
I may not be brave or strong or smart
But somewhere in my secret heart

I know
Love will find a way
Anywhere I go I'm home
If you are there beside me

Like dark turning into day
Somehow, we'll come through
Now that I've found you
Love will find a way

Kovu: I was so afraid
Now I realize
Love is never wrong
And so, it never dies
There's a perfect world
Shining in your eyes

Kiara/Kovu: And if only they could feel it too
The happiness I feel with you

They'd know
Love will find a way
Anywhere we go
We're home
If we are there together

Like dark turning into day
Somehow, we'll come through
Now that I've found you
Love will find a way
I know love will find a way!

"Hey, look," says Kovu, pointing at our reflections, "we are one!"

"That's it," I said, "maybe we can convince the Pride landers and the Outlanders to come together!"

"OOOOOoooookkkkkaaaaayyyyy... one problem," says Kovu, "the Outlanders kind of worship Scar and the Pride landers kind of hate everything to do with Scar."

"That would complicate things... but I'm sure we can bring peace," I said.

We then heard a laugh. "That wasn't me," says Kovu.

Then this fiery lion head popped out of the ground. I then remembered what Ono and Anga said about fire coming and going wherever Kovu is.

"Hello, Kiara!"

"I forgot to mention I'm actually working for Scar," says Kovu.

"Okay, stuff like that kind of makes it hard to blame my Dad for banishing you," I said.

"Fair," says Kovu.

"So, this is why Kovu has been very difficult," says Scar, "love! Well, I'll have to teach you both that love is a weakness!"

He then set everything around us on fire. "We have to take him down," I said.

"And how do you beat someone who's already dead," asks Kovu.

"I should've known you'd be a problem when Zira took you," says Scar.

"What," asks Kovu.

"Oh, well, since you're about to die anyway, I'll tell you," says Scar, "your real name is Baliyo and you are the long-lost prince of the Night Landers, then Zira took you from them!"

"How many landers are there," I asked.

"My whole life has been a lie," asks Kovu.

Scar just kept laughing, but then it started to rain. We looked and saw Mufasa. "No," says Scar.

Mufasa's rain put Scar's fire out and Scar was no more.

"Well... that takes care of that," says Kovu.

"Now, you must go and unite the groups," says Mufasa, "because they are going to war and..."

"Where were you when my Father banished Kovu," I asked.

"UUUUUUUUUmmmmmmmmm... gotta go!" He then left.

"You know I couldn't see who you were talking to, right," asks Kovu.

"My Grandfather," I said, "let's go!"

To Be Continued

In the next chapter, the war ends.
