Author's Note: Hey fellow Descenders! First I wanna apologize about the delay! I swear, I was not gonna leave you hanging! It's just that I didn't expect for this chapter to be 35 pages long and I was also dyeing my hair red and someone hacked my Facebook and basically kicked out of it with their email and password on there, even changed out my phone number. But I'm getting it handle. This chapter is definitely more action packed then my previous chapters, so I hope you enjoy this one, I worked really hard on this one to make it as close to perfect as I can. Chapter 51: The Battle for Auradon Part 6
Just as it was looking like Mal, Ben and all the heroes were winning, they were faced with a foe they never thought they'd have to face. Their hot headed friend (literally), Quincy, aka, The Prince of Hearts, aka, Inferno. But here's a twist, there's three of them with each at a kingdom that the three rescue groups have saved. Standing there seeing their friend blazing on fire with an evil grin, they're unsure on how to proceed this situation.
Beast's and Belle's Castle
Beast and Belle gasped from their cage and they see Quincy but in three different places.
"Is that who I think that is?" Belle asked.
"You mean my secret weapon?" Mordo said.
"He's your secret weapon? What's going on here?" Beast asked.
"You could say I made a little persuasion towards him." Mordo answered.
"What did you do to him?" Belle asked.
"Me, not so much. This.." Mordo brings out Quincy's jewel. "A lot more!"
"That's the Queen of Hearts' birthright jewel! You stole it?" Beast said.
"More than that, I casted a little spell on it and now he's under my control, hahahahaha!" Mordo said and laughed.
"You monster! He's already suffered enough! He's just a kid!" Belle said.
"Not anymore he's not! He's my ultimate slave and he's going to do what needs to be done under my rule! He'll raise the gates of the underworld and Auradon will finally be mine! Hahahahahahahaha!"
Beast has his angry mug while Belle stares with worry before looking at each other.
Cinderellaberg
At the sight of him, Chad sees Quincy floating above him and the others with fire coming out of feet, his fists and his eyes.
"Quincy." Chad said. "Hey, Quincy! It's me, Chad!"
Then that's when Cinderella realizes, "That's him, isn't it, Chad?"
"Yeah, Mom." Chad said.
"Honey, what's going on? Does he know him?" King Charming said.
"I didn't know what he looks like until now, but darling, that's Quincy. Chad's best friend." Cinderella said.
"That's him?! The friend he mentioned to you?" King Charming said.
"And to you too, or did you forget?" Cinderella said.
"After what he did, how could I?!"
"Dad, what do you mean?" Chad asked.
"That flaming menace caused all this!" King Charming said.
Confused by what his dad meant, his mom decided to fill in the blanks.
"What your father mean is that a while ago when our kingdom was attacked, we saw Quincy burning down a lot of buildings."
"He did?" Chad said.
"Yes he did, and now I find out your actually friends with him?" King Charming said angrily.
"It's not his fault, he's under a spell! He's been cursed!"
"A likely story."
"I'm telling the truth, this guy Mordo did this to him! He did this to everyone in Auradon. He came out out of a comic book and then me and my friends got superpowers from it. How else you think I can do this?"
Chad super speeds backwards then came back in less than a second.
"Woah!" The old king said. "Warn me next time you do that." He then puts his hand his chest.
"How can you not know about him? He was on Jordan's web show. He saved our school!"
"Wait…I think I remember. Someone was mentioning the son of the Queen of Hearts. That's him isn't he?"
"That's him."
"I can't believe you're friends with someone who burned down my kingdom."
"He's a good guy, sure at times he's got anger issues, mostly cause he got that from his mom, but most of the time, he's chill. Just not at this moment."
"That's reassuring!"
"What? That's impossible! How can that be?" Evie said in her bud.
"What's going on?" Ally asked Evie.
"Mal is telling me that Quincy's in Arendelle."
"When?" Freddie asked.
"Right now. He busted the door open just a minute ago." Evie said.
"What?!" Freddie then pressed on her bud. "Mal, what are you talking about?"
"What do you mean what I'm talking about? Quincy's here and I don't think he's here to say hi!" Mal said.
"I'm talking about this!" Freddie puts her bud on speaker and flies to Quincy. "Go on, talk."
"Hey there, Mal!" Quincy said.
"What…Freddie, is this a joke?" Mal asked.
"No joke, I'm right in front of Hothead as we speak." Freddie said.
"So there's two Quincys?" Audrey asked.
"Make that three!" Herkie said.
"What?!" Everyone said.
Mount Olympus
"Herkie's right!" Jay said. "Quincy, or whoever he is, just flew here through the clouds."
"And looks as if he's ready to cause some damage." Jordan said,
"He already did a lot of damage!" Hercules said in his fighting stance.
"What?" Jane and her group said.
"What are you talking about, Dad?" Herkie said.
"He came here along with Hadie and together, they took down the gods one by one." Hercules explained.
"Sure Hadie was sucking their energies, but this one…." Zeus said pointing at Quincy. "He practically tried to burn them to smithereens."
Everyone except Hercules, Megara, Zeus and Hera gasped.
"No way!" Aziz said.
"Quincy…was beating gods…and won?!" Jordan said.
"That's sounds…frightening." Lonnie said.
"It's insane more like it." Aziz said.
"Is that true?" Jane asked Herkie's family.
"I've never seen anyone that powerful before." Zeus said. "Not since my brother."
"Scary stuff." Aziz said.
"I don't believe this!" Mal said.
"I know what he means." Elsa said.
Arendelle
"What do you mean, Mom?" Eliza asked.
"When he and Yzla invaded Arendelle, he obliterated the guards, knocking down all the defense lines and burned down nearly half the houses. So if shouldn't come to surprise when he even managed to beat me. I tried my best to stop him, but every time I used my powers, they just melted when they made contact with him. I was beaten and overheated, I could barely walked at the time.
Mal and her group just stared wide-eyed at Elsa's words.
"Woah!" Carlos said.
"One mind-controlled Quincy was bad before, but three of them? He's getting to be too dangerous." Mal said.
"I don't know how he's able to be at three places at once, but somehow, we have to snap him out it." Ben said.
"How're we do that?" Doug asked.
"We'll think of something. But first, we have to get the royals out of here."
"He's right, Mom, you and Aunt Anna need to get out of here." Eliza said.
"Are you insane? I'm not leaving you with him!" Elsa objected.
"You have to, it'll be safe for you if you go and vacate everyone in Arendelle. You're the Queen and priority of your people should be first."
"And you're the princess, and your safety will always be my priority."
"I can handle myself. You saw what I can do out there. Quincy's my friend, I have to help him. Even though he knows my flaws, he still gave me a chance."
"Your flaws? What do you mean?" Elsa said.
"It's not important, but right now, I have to save him and I can't if I'm worrying about you. Please, I'm begging you, let me handle this."
As she looks at Eliza, her facial expression softens up a bit and makes a quick decision even though she'll still worry, being a mom and everything.
"Alright. Just please be safe." Elsa said then they both give a quick hug before she also said, "And make sure you call me as soon as this is over."
"I will." Eliza said as they both let go.
Mount Olympus
"Dad, you and everyone should go. We got this." Herkie tells Hercules.
"What? And leave you alone with him?" Hercules said.
"He's my friend, Dad and I have snap him out of it. He helps me in more ways then one so I'm gonna do the same. Besides, the other gods might need help. We don't know if they got their full strength and the people below Mount Olympus, someone needs to make sure they evacuate and get to safety." Then Herkie adds on, "Besides, I'm not alone. I got my friends and they got me."
"Are you sure?" Hercules said.
"I think he is." Zeus said patting his son on the shoulder.
Megara walks up to her son and admires his bravery.
"Like father, like son. Be careful, Herkie."
"I will, Mom." Herkie said.
"Brings back memories, doesn't it? With Hercules?" Hera said to Zeus,
"Sure does." Zeus said.
Cinderellasberg
"Chad, make sure your parents and grandfather are out of here." Evie said.
"Right!" Chad said.
He grabs on to both of his parents and speeds them out of the castle then got his grandfather next. They were all outside in the middle of their town.
"I have to go back. I have to make Quincy come to his senses." Chad said.
"But Chad, he's dangerous! He could really hurt you." Cinderella said.
"I'll be too fast for him. Plus he could never really hurt me to begin with." Chad said.
"This isn't a game, he need to be taken down and sent back to the Isle." King Charming said.
This is when Chad heard the words that would make him mad.
"Like that's happening!" Chad said.
His parents gasped.
"He's not just some VK that used to pull pranks and gets others in trouble, he's my best friend. Despite his past, he's made me a better person. We always hang out, we help each other with our homework, we even got each other's backs. I do anything for him and if that's not good enough for you, I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'll die for him." Chad said.
They looked at him and they've never seen him so serious about anyone before. Sure he's had friends over for sleepovers and birthday parties, but he's never had like one friend that he truly likes besides Ben. When Chad talks about Quincy with his mom, she hears happiness in his voice and she can't remember the last time he ever talked about anyone like that. She wanted to meet Quincy for a good while now and tries to get Chad to bring Quincy over, though under a different circumstances.
"Chad, listen to me." Cinderella said walking up to Chad. "If he really means that much to you, then go to him and get him back. But please, don't lose your life. I can't bear the thought of you dead." She then hugs him longer than needed.
"I'll be ok, Mom!" Chad said before departing back inside.
"Let's go see to everyone. I hope they're not hurt." Cinderella said.
"Right. Dad, you coming?" King Charming said.
"Right behind you, my boy." His dad said.
As all three of them keep walking, the two parents still worry for the safety of their own child, with King Charming still having doubts of Chad's best friend.
Jane and Mal both opens portals for the royals to step through since the two Quincys were blocking the way out. Herkie's and Eliza's families said their goodbyes and be on their way to their kingdoms outside to help evacuate their inhabitants. As they made their escape, the three team are now faced with their own Quincy.
Arendelle
"Ready, guys?" Mal said getting her psychic knife ready.
"Ready!" Everyone including the ones from the other kingdoms said.
"Yzla, Hadie, Diego! Are you sure you wanna stay and fight?" Mal asked.
"Of course we're sure, we wanna prove to everyone that we can be good and this will be a start." Yzla said.
"No way we're backing down from this!" Hadie said.
"Let's rock n roll!" Diego said.
"Ok then!" Mal said smiling to herself. "Let's do this!"
"Ugh, finally!" Arendelle Quincy said. "Do you know how long I was waiting? I was actually giving you time to prepare yourselves and it felt like 10 minutes! Well, no more! Time to be roasted!"
Mount Olympus
"Oh, that I'm psyched to do with pleasure!" Mount Olympus Quincy said.
Cinderellasberg
"Enough talking! Let's fry them!" Cinderellasberg Quincy said.
All three Quincys fly towards them with flamethrowers aimed at them. Ally used her force field to protect her team. Aziz took water from the clouds and blasted at the flamethrower. The butterfly aura appears around Mal's face and she used a psychic blast to stop their Quincy's flamethrower. Eventually, their attacks cancelled each other out.
"Good defense! Now it's time to get serious!" All three Quincys said.
Arendelle
Mal and her group charges at their Quincy with Ben's shield being the first attack. Quincy punches it with his molten rock covered fist. Ben catches it, then throws it again but this time, Yzla jumps up then flips to spin around and kick it while upside down the air. It did hit Quincy with a more impact.
"Nice, Yzla!" Ben said.
"I saw an opening and figured I give a hand." Yzla said.
Quincy straighten up and was about to attack, but then a sonic scream by Audrey immobilized him. He starts to float down, giving Carlos a chance to use a stun ray on him from his gun. The ray came out and hits him only for Quincy to fall down a little faster. Mal jump up from Ben's shield to strike Quincy with her psychic knife, which had an effect and then the knife turned into a whip then she got it wrapped around his body. She used all her strength while falling to whip Quincy to the floor before she and landed on him by feet before flipping off him. Quincy got up and hardens his body with molten rock and proceeds to attack Mal but Doug jumped in the way and punches him to a wall.
"YOU BIG GREEN APE!" Quincy said.
Quincy launches at him with his fists in front of him and he hit Hulk but as he flew, Hulk is getting punched constantly in the air wherever Quincy was flying to. Hulk's back was hit against a wall and Quincy keeps on punching him mercilessly. Doug knees him to make him hit the ceiling then he jumped up to slam Quincy down on the floor.
Mount Olympus
Lots of fire was used as Quincy keeps hitting his friends with flamethrowers but they keep on dodging them. Herkie charges at him then comes at Quincy with his strongest kick. Quincy's forearm were covered in molten rock and he blocks Herkie's kicks. The day for Jordan's sword as she swings it in multiple ways. They both attacking him from his sides but as he ducked from Jordan's last sword attack, he punched her stomach, grabbed her and throws her at Herkie which knocked both of them down. Aziz came from behind and blasted Quincy with water. He was getting weakened so Jay claws him at the front four times. Some of the rock was chipping off his body. Lonnie shoots her webs at Quincy then reels herself in to do a spinning kick in the face. Jane then come at him with her fairy dust and it taken affect on him as he seems to be in a daze with what his hallucinating about.
"Now, Hadie!" Jane said.
Hadie calls up a dark cloud and it was raining on him. Then static was surrounding it until thunder came out and strikes at Quincy so hard that all of the molten rock came off and he went out cold to the clouded floor.
Cinderellasberg
Quincy was struggling to keep up as Freddie keeps at it with her hex bolts. She then vanished into then air and appears behind him shooting another hex bolt but bigger. The impact cause Quincy to fall from the air and he was caught by Chad's tornado hands. Trevor aims his energy beam at Quincy next but then Quincy's body was covered in molten rock and blasts both Chad and Trevor. Diego then conjures up rock shards from the floor and they hit Quincy from below him. Ally traps Quincy in her force field but then Quincy was proven he can't be trapped as he releases more fire blasts around him.
"I can't keep it up!" Ally said.
"I got you, Ally!" Freddie said.
Freddie uses the shards that Diego conjured up and uses her chaos magic to turn them into rock monsters in the form of apes. The rock creatures attempt to grabs Quincy once he's out of the force field. Quincy succeeds and the monsters begin to grab him and hold him down. Knowing he's trapped, he stamps his feet to the floor and out comes lava shooting out of volcanoes that came from the cracks that Diego made. The lava sprouts the rock ales in the air and they began to melt. The volcanoes disappeared in the cracks and Quincy flies up once again. Evie as a lion(female) jumps the floor and grabs on to Quincy, biting him but Quincy stretches out his body while fire bursts out surrounding him. She then turns into a woodpecker and signals for Diego to do his thing. His hands were out in front of him and vibrations were reaching Quincy.
"Aaahh!" Quincy said.
The molten rock on his body was cracking and crumbling before him. Evie helps Diego as she pecks at the remanding armor.
"Now!" Evie said to everyone else.
Freddie, Trevor, Chad and Ally blasts their attacks directly at Quincy with hex bolts, dolor energy beam, tornado hands and force field blasts. All this overwhelmed Quincy as he was out cold before he hit the ground.
"We did it!" Everyone said.
Arendelle
"Alright everyone!" Ben said while having his com bud on. "We got Quincy on our end! What about you?"
"Piece of cake!" Jay said.
"No problem at all!" Freddie said.
"Great, now we need to get him from under Mordo's control and forgive out how to make three Quincys into one." Ben said.
"Actually, I have an idea about that!" Eliza said. "Maybe I can go inside this Quincy's mind and I can try to find out what's going on in there. If I can free from, maybe it'll work on the other clones."
"It's worth a shot. What do you say, Ben?" Mal said.
"I trust you." Ben said to Eliza.
Audrey quietly scoffs at the words 'trust' and 'Eliza' in the same sentence.
Eliza holds her fingers at Quincy's head as she gets on her knees. She begins to use her powers and is now inside his head mentally. She walks around and everything is green. She walked down a hallway and makes a turn to the right to a door. She opens it and sees Quincy tied up to a chair and his mouth is gagged.
"Quincy!" Eliza runs to him and takes the handkerchief off his mouth. "Are you ok?"
"Eliza! I ruined everything!" Quincy had tears running down his face with guilty.
"It's not your fault! Mordo's the one doing this to you!" Eliza said.
"But it's my powers and my body! I'm hurting everyone, I even helped threaten Chad's family." Quincy keeps on crying with his head down. "I'm a monster!"
"No you're not!" Eliza said. "You're a human being who's being used against his will. Listen, I'm gonna help you and get you out of here, but I need to know what's going on. Do you know what Mordo's going to do next?"
"You can't get me out, he's too powerful all thanks to that jewel he's cursed me with. He even used a spell to clone me. But that's the thing, he did that as part of his trap."
"Trap?"
"Yeah, that's why he didn't bother with send Mindless Ones to Arendelle and and other two kingdoms because I'm more stronger than those rock heads. And the way these kingdoms were the last ones for you to take back from him, he's planned it that way from the start. He's orchestrated everything. He even messed with the portals Mal, Jane and Freddie created so that way they wouldn't end up here and the other two earlier than he wanted. But that's only part of it! His endgame is worse than you can imagine."
"Oh my Zeus! I have to warn them!"
"Too late!" A deep scary voice said.
Eliza and Quincy gasped.
"Eliza, you have to get out of here! He knows you're here!"
"But Quincy-
"Don't worry about me, just go before he traps you in here!"
"I don't think so." The voice said behind Eliza.
She turns and sees a different version of Quincy. He hair is black with green streaks and the red parts of his suit is green.
"You're not going anywhere and you!" He pointed to Quincy, "Puppets don't talk unless I want them to!"
"Eliza, GO!" Quincy said.
Eliza glows white and suddenly she was back in her body. She gasped as she opened her eyes alerting everyone around her.
"What happened?" Ben asked.
"It's a trap!" Eliza said getting up. "Mordo knows everything, he planned it all to this very moment!"
"What?!" Mal said.
Everyone stared at her in complete shock at the news.
"What about Quincy? What happened to him?" Chad asked.
"He's being held prisoner in his own mind. We have to help him cause I got the feeling if we don't, he could be like that forever!" Eliza said.
Everyone gasped. Evie's hands covered her mouth and same with Lonnie and Ally, Jordan was holding back tears and Chad was getting angry.
Cinderellasberg
"He's not going to keep him as his dog, not while I have anything to say about it!" Chad said.
"Is that so?" Quincy said.
He and the other Quincys woke up grinning evilly then gets ready to burst into flames. Pretty quickly, his flame outburst strikes everyone and they flew backwards. They all flew up in the air and fire multiple blasts, subduing them in place. The fire became more enraged and it was lighting up green play the outlines. It was forming a face with an mischievous smile and the fire was too much for them as it was taking away their oxygen. Soon one by one, they all fainted and seeing that, the Quincys got rid of them flames and sees the passed out heroes when they landed on their feet.
Cinderellasberg
"Ugh!" Chad groaned.
Quincy noticed and walks to him. He got on one knee and brings Chad's face up to his.
"Quincy…" Chad was trying to talk, but he was too weak.
"It's sweet how you're worried about me, but don't worry. You're suffering will end when you do." Quincy laughs evilly as Chad passed out again.
Beast's and Belle's Castle, 30 minutes later.
As it felt like he was coming out of a darkness, Chad was slowly waking up from his unplanned slumber. He sees himself in a cage with all his AK friends and the VKs in another cage.
"Wow, this guy has a thing for cages." Chad said.
"Chad! You're awake." Ben said going to him.
"What's going on? Where are we?"
"We're back at my castle in the throne room."
Chad looks to see Ben's telling the truth. Besides the cages they're all trapped in, he sees Ben's parent in another cage, the VKs that invaded Auradon, CJ standing with Quincy by the throne and Baron Mordo flipping pages from what looks like a spell book.
"Let them go, Mordo!" Beast said. "You can't do this! Not to them!"
"They have to so much to live for!" Belle said.
"It has to be done! Your son is king and his lady and their friends will also pay the price for trying to interfere with my plans. There's no stopping this." Mordo said.
He looks to his left to see that Chad is up and about.
"Oh good! I was wondering when he would wake up. Now everyone will enjoy the party!" Mordo said.
"Let us out of here, you moldy weirdo!" Jordan said.
"I wouldn't be so feisty if I were you, but then again, it's not like you have much time left."
"What do you mean by that?" Ben said.
Mordo walks to them, directly to Ben. "What I mean, you majesty, is that your time on the throne has come to an end, why? Because after I'm through with you, Auradon will praise the name King Mordo!"
"That's more bonkers than the Mad Hatter's Tea Party! How're you to do that?" Ally asked.
"Simple, my curious child. I'm gonna do a spell!" Mordo teleported the book he was looking through to his hands to show them.
"Is that what I think that is?" Trevor asked.
"Oh yes indeed." Mordo said.
"What is it?" Lonnie asked.
"The Darkhold. It's only the most evilest spell book ever." Trevor said.
"You mean like that same book the tour guide talked about?" Herkie said.
"The very same one." Aziz said.
"I pulled it out from the comic book and the spell that's in there is the reason why I needed it." Mordo said.
"And that is…" Jordan tries to get Mordo to explain.
"The comic book's magic has limited me to only get a certain amount of things, useful things that comes in handy. I can't get more power from it, so I planned from the start to use the spell to open a portal leading to my dimension and I'll get everything I needed pulled from there. Basically, I'm gonna mix my world with yours so I'll absorb more energy and more magic and I'll be the most powerful sorcerer in both worlds! I'll even get more villains from my worlds and use them to complete my take over and no one will be able to stop me, Hahahahahaha!"
Everyone gasped.
"You're insane!" Eliza said.
"No, I have a vision and it'll be grand!"
"You can't do this!" Ben said. "You'll destroy everything!"
"That's the point! My vision includes destroying all that's good and hopeful. I've been trapped in that comic for 20 years and it's time for some payback!"
"Wait!" Mal said.
Mordo and everyone looks at her direction.
"In order to do a spell that big, it'll take an huge amount of power to pull that off." She said.
"That's correct! It'll take more than saying the chants, it'll also require a sacrifice." Mordo said.
"So that's why we're here." Mal said.
"Huh?" Everyone said.
"We're the sacrifices." Mal said.
Everyone gasped.
"Oh no! You ain't sacrificing me!" Chad said raising his arms.
"Chad, wait!" Ben said.
Chad does his tornado hands, but when it hit the bars, the wind was sent back to him and everyone else.
"Woah!" The AKs said.
Eventually the wind stops blowing.
"You think we haven't tried that? Mordo spelled out cages!" Jordan said.
"Why didn't you say anything before?" Chad said.
"We tried to!" Jordan, Jane, Lonnie and Ally said.
"Now then, I'm almost ready, but I still need to decide who goes first." Mordo said.
"Just one question." Freddie said. "How come you separated us from the AKs?"
"Oh right, thanks for reminding me." Mordo said walking to them. "I'm giving you kids an opportunity to serve me. I mean you are children of villains, aren't you? So why not give in the your evil urges? It's more fun that way. I'll even consider letting you choose which region to rule over."
Mad Maddy scoffed. "No fair!"
Like it's a no brainer, Mal answered, "As tempting as that is, I'm turning down your offer. And I speak for everyone with me that no of us are going back to the dark side." She folded her arms.
The other seven VKs followed suit with their arms as well.
"Hmm, very well. At least I'll punish you three for your betrayal." Mordo pointed to Diego, Hadie and Yzla.
"Betrayal?! We didn't even wanna do this, so you mind controlled us!" Hadie said.
"Tomato, Tomato!" Mordo said walking away.
Looking towards her brother, Zevon has not even looking at her way.
"Zevon!" Yzla said. "You're not really gonna let him do this to me, your own sister, are you?"
But still Zevon never looked at her.
"Wow. So you're just going to ignore me? Guess you're really are a villain after all." A tear drew from her eye.
Mal held on to her and then she looks at other VKs. "You all can't be serious about this. It won't just be Auradon, he's not gonna stop there, it'll also be the Isle of the Lost. I know your parents aren't the best, believe me, I know. But their still your family."
"He said he'll leave the Isle alone and free everyone for as long as we do what he says." Harriet said.
"And you believe that?" Mal said. "Come on, it's Villain 101, backstabbing is in their blood. He'll go back on his deal and turn on you when you least expect it."
"Just like how you turn your back on evil?" Ginny said.
"Don't turn this back on me. You know I'm telling the truth, you're just being stubborn about!" Mal said.
"SILENCE!" Mordo shouted.
Everyone looked at him, even Ben's parents. Mordo was putting the final pieces for spell on the floor in a circular path.
"We gotta do something." Ally said whispering.
"I know, Ally but I'm still thinking. I'm not sure what to do now." Ben said.
"If only Quincy can help us." Jay said.
"Hmm…" Mal said then has an idea. "Chad!"
"What is it?" Chad said.
"Try to talk to Quincy. He's still in there, maybe it'll help break the curse."
"That's crazy, that won't work." Chad said.
"It might. You two are close, maybe that bond will be enough or at least it'll get him back to us for a little bit." Eliza said.
"I don't know…" Chad said.
"Chad, you have to. He might listen to you. We got no other options." Jane said.
"Come on, Chad! What are you, chicken?" Herkie said.
"Heck no!" Chad said.
"Then do it or I will, I know I'll have a better chance!" Herkie said.
"Over my dead body!" Chad said then walks to the bars. "Out of my way!"
Herkie smiled to himself knowing that would work. "Got him."
Chad sees Quincy so he calls for his name but very quietly.
"Quincy!" He whispered, but no response. "Quincy!"
Quincy's eyes went left but he ignored it and looked away. Chad tries one more time and goes a little louder.
"Quin-
"What?!" Quincy said angrily instantly as he dashed over there like magic, scared Chad so much he fell on his butt.
Chad got up and dusted himself off. "Come on, dude. You don't really want to do this."
"Of course I do, I do whatever Mordo says. It's a purpose that I'll die for."
"No it's not! You don't wanna do this! This is someone else talking, that not the Quincy I know."
"Sorry to say this, well no I don't. The old Quincy is gone. He was weak, and didn't have the guts to do what needs to be done."
"Weak? Now I know you're talking about someone else cause Quincy is anything but weak. He pulled the biggest pranks most of his life, he tackles more than ten Tourney players, he defeated a grass monster and most of all, he stood up to his mother, the biggest bully of his life. That's the Quincy, I know! And that's the reason why he deserved to be called The Prince of Hearts!"
"Hmm?" Quincy raised his eyebrows. "Prince of Hearts?" He looked at a space somewhere and it was like he was remembering something.
As he still has the confused look on his face, Chad goes in for more. "That's the name he loves to be known as. It meant something to him. Don't you see that?"
Quincy looks to Chad and gets closer to his face.
"He makes everyone around him open their hearts to him, just like he opened mine. He had to work on opening his heart and it paid off. He's got people that care about him, people who want to support his dreams. He's the Prince of Hearts because of who he is in heart. Doesn't that sound like a strong guy to you?"
Hearing what Chad was saying, Quincy's expression softens and his eyes were dimming of the white light. Chad noticed and sees what happens next.
"Did it work?" Chad thought.
Just when it was looking like Quincy was turning back to normal, his eyes turn back bright white.
"No!"
Quincy punches Chad with a molten rock covered fist sending Chad backwards.
"He's still weak to the core and he'll stay where he's at until the day he withers! Now shut up! And if you ever called for me again, you're the first to go!" Quincy makes his way back to his post.
Ben and Aziz helped Chad back up to his feet.
"Sorry, Ben. I tried." Chad said.
"That was really beautiful what you said." Ally said.
"Yeah Chad, I didn't know you could be so deep." Jordan said.
"Once in a lifetime, don't get used to it." Chad said.
"So now what?" Carlos said.
"We could only hope for a miracle." Mal said.
Since they got a little time, Harriet thought it be good to catch up with her sister, CJ.
"So, I heard you've caused a conundrum since you've been here in Auradon." Harriet said.
"That's right, sis! I'm already making a name for myself. No one can catch me, not even Malsy and her squad of goody-goodies!" CJ said.
"You heard from Uma yet?"
"Nah, but I did heard she's out now."
"Harry's left in charge. I think he's a little lost without her."
"Obviously, I swear, I thought those two were a thing since they've gotten close back when we were kids."
Harriet and CJ laughed.
"Well CJ, you sure made it near the top in the last 7 months. Being a supervillain's number one."
"It has its perks, not gonna lie. Im gonna be treat with the respect i deserved, not like how it was back home."
"Well, what you expect? You the baby."
"Exactly my point! You, Harry and most of all Dad, never treated me with respect. I'm the daughter of a pirate captain, you know how hard it is to live under his shadow? And then you and big bro went and made names for yourselves. I was always trying to seek out something but then thanks to Mal and that genie girl, I got my chance and became enemy number one, until Uma showed up that is. But now I'm making a big comeback and no one's gonna take that from me."
"Wow. Didn't know you felt that way."
"Of course you didn't. How could you?"
CJ walks off then Harriet's expression turned a little sad on her face. CJ stops near the cage where the good VKs are trapped in.
"Penny for your troubles?" Freddie asked.
"Not from you." CJ said. "I rather get me own booty.
"CJ, I know you so don't put up a front with me."
"I wouldn't have to if you didn't leave me."
"Well technically, you did on a magic carpet and I didn't side with you cause I didn't wanna be nobody's lackey."
"It wasn't that bad." CJ said.
"Said the girl who was bossing me around. Look, I know we're not exactly friends anymore, but this guy is bad news. Don't do this."
"I don't have to listen to you. I've got everything I could ever want."
"Do you?" Freddie asked.
"CJ!" Mordo called out.
"Gotta go." CJ said then walked off.
Back at the AKs cage, Ben is still pondering on how to get loose and stop Mordo from enacting his plan. Suddenly, he turns to the side of the cage where Chad was punched at and that's when he saw that two of the bars were bent.
"Hey guys! Look at this!"
Everyone in the cage goes to him and the VKs got as close as they could from theirs.
"The bars are bent. Where Quincy punched Chad." Lonnie said.
"I thought these cages were impenetrable." Aziz said.
"Maybe from the inside, but it might be different from the outside." Ben said.
"Hmm, I wonder…" Eliza said.
Eliza got close to the bent bars and tries out her telepathy. She focuses on one of the Gaston twins and manages to get in Gaston Jr's mind. She made him elbow his brother, but not too hard.
"What was that for?" Gaston the Third asked.
"What was what for?" Gaston Jr. said.
"You tapped me with your elbow."
"I did? Don't remember that."
"You did, I felt it."
"Stop playing, no I didn't."
"Yes you did."
"No I didn't."
"Yes you did."
"Did not."
"Did too."
"Did not."
"Did too."
"QUIET!" Mordo yelled.
The Gaston twins stopped and looked at Mordo.
"I can't concentrate with you two idiots going at each other's necks!"
"Sorry, Mordo!" The twins said.
"Wow!" Freddie said. "Eliza, you did that?"
"I suppose so, I think when Quincy hit the bars, the spell on it weakened." Eliza said. "But it was a little draining since I had to push myself more to mind control him." Eliza said.
"This gives me an idea!" Ben said.
"I was hoping you'd say that!" Jordan said.
Ben whispered to everyone while Mordo is nearly done setting up his mystical totems.
"Ok, you ready, Eliza?" Ben asked.
"Yes." Eliza said.
"Remember, don't push your self too hard or you'll tire out too fast!"
"Right!"
Eliza puts her fingers on her head and get to work. She faces Rick Ratcliffe and her mental waves managed to reach him and he was hooked. Eliza then give Rick commands on what he should do and next thing he knew(or didn't know since he's under Eliza's control), he ran to Mordo and grabs the Darkhold from him.
"Grim Reaper, what do you think you're doing?!" Mordo asked him.
Rick made a run for it to the doors, surprising Mordo, and his VKs.
"Rhino, Scorpion, seize him!" Mordo commanded.
The Gaston twins run to catch up with him with Third being the first to block him at the door with Jr. still chasing him. It looked as if Rick is trapped, but before he can stop, he raised his scythe-hand in the air and a two blades popped up and started to spin. He then flew up before Third shoots his acid at Jr., but he dodged it in time. Unfortunately, after he slid, he tumbled into his brother and they both hit the doors.
"You bumbling idiots!" Mordo said then turns to the rest of the VKs. "Someone stop him!"
Ginny runs towards him then holds out her hand to blast him with a sonic wave. Rick dodges it safely, but Ginny keeps coming at him with more. Harriet gives her a hand as she goes at Rick with mental blasts. They nearly got him, but at some point, their attacks crossed each other when Rick flew between them. Harriet and Ginny both knocked each other out.
"Ugh!" CJ groaned as she face palmed herself at the state her sister is in.
"This is not happening! I don't believe this!" Mordo said then gives more orders. "The rest of you better go get my book back, or else!"
Anthony and Zevon were up next as Anthony uses his sound converter to do his concussive blasts. Rick was feeling the pain, but he landed safely since he was closer to the floor and shoots a plasma blast at him, sending him backwards but then Zevon throws a potion which conjured a water dragon once again. Rick shoots it with his plasma blasts but hardly does anything. Rick then runs to it and hits his now static covered scythe-hand. He shocks the creature whole as it was yelling in pain.
"No!" Zevon said.
"How about a taste of this?" Clay said.
Being Kraven the Hunter, he has various on hand weapons and one of them he's using bolas to trap Rick, but he brings out a buzzsaw from his scythe-hand and cuts the bola when his swings it.
Anthony gets back up and helps Zevon but when he used his second concussive blasts, it affect the monster and the water got everywhere and splash the rest of the VKs just when they were about to attack.
"Rrrr! Can't you do any better?" Mordo said to them. "Inferno!"
Quincy got up front and center.
"Bring me my book back and do whatever you like to Grim Reaper!"
"With pleasure." Quincy's hands lit up in flames.
He starts attacking with fire blasts, but Rick's plasma blasts were able to counter it.
"Finally, he's attacking." Aziz said.
"So far, so good, Ben! You plan's working." Mal said.
"We can't celebrate yet, not until Eliza does what she needs to do." Ben said.
"How's she holding up?" Mal asked.
"Fine for now, but I'm hoping with the limits she's had to face, it won't be too much for her to handle."
"I think she'll be alright. She's tough!"
After the fire blast hadn't made a dent, his body goes into molten rock armor and his feet was shooting fire making him fly and he launches right towards Rick. Rick dodges the attack, but Quincy turns back and fires a flamethrower at him, but he still miss, yet he was close. Rick runs towards the cages where the heroes were trapped in.
"That's it." Ben said. "Come closer."
Rick stops at their cages and he faces Quincy. Quincy supercharges himself in more fire as he stares Rick in the eye like he's catch his prey. Regaining consciousness, Clay's super hearing listens in on a conversation.
"Ok, you guys, get ready. We just have to clear the way while Eliza gets Rick to move." Ben said.
"What?" Clay said.
He looks at the cage Ben and AK were trapped in and they were backing up and Eliza was focusing with her fingers and he swears he hears and sees her telling Rick to jump out the way. Not only that, he sees the two bars on the cage was bent. That's when he put two and two together.
"Mordo!" Clay said to Mordo.
"What now, Kraven?!" Mordo said.
"It's a trick! By them!" Clay pointed out.
Mordo analyzed what Clay was talking about and the it all makes sense. Quincy then backs up some more then he pressed forward at his target.
"Inferno, no!" Mordo shouted.
But it was too late because when Quincy got close, Rick jumped left and Quincy hit the cage full on and crashed through more bars than he did before and went through the whole cages until he hit a wall behind it. The AKs were split when he hit through and they look to see what has come to their fiery friend as he fell to the floor after he crashed. They ran out of the cage and gets into battle stance.
"Rrr, I have to admit, that was a tricky plan you kids came up with." Mordo praised them.
"You're too kind!" Jordan said.
Herkie dashes to the VKs' cage and kicks it straight through, freeing them.
"Alright!" Mal, Evie, Freddie and Yzla.
"Yeah!" Jay, Carlos, Diego and Hadie said.
They joined with everyone else and they formed an ultimate pose. Carlos, Diego, Herkie, Ally, Jay and Chad on the left with Freddie hovering over them. Evie, Jordan, Trevor, Lonnie and Aziz on the right with Hadie hovering over them as well. Front and center is Yzla, Mal, Ben, Doug and Eliza with Audrey and Jane hovering above them.
"Your reign of terror ends here!" Ben shouted. "Auradon will be fall!"
"Rrrrr!" Mordo growled. "Is that so?"
His VK army got up quick and formed a pose as well. Rick, Clay, Zevon, Harriet, Mad Maddy, Ginny, Gaston Jr., Gaston the Third and Anthony in a line together. CJ flipped over to the front and Quincy got out of the wall and is now hovering over the rest of them without his armor but fire all over him from hair to toe. Beast and Belle watches as they see they're son, his friends and new allies banded together. Knowing how nervous Belle is, Beast takes her hand and holds it tight and same goes for Belle.
"GET THEM!" Mordo said.
Both groups go at each other like bulls in a bullpen. Chad speed punches Gaston Jr. who is blocking them but Herkie and Ben kicked him back. Freddie, Audrey and Lonnie blasted and webbed up Harriet. Rick was shooting plasma blasts at Trevor but he's phasing through them and it hit Gaston the Third who was strangling Ally until after he got hit, his tail let her go and she hits him with a force field blast. Ginny and Anthony both used their sound blast powers to give headaches to Evie, Mal and Jordan. Jordan gets out her sword and throws it at Anthony who got hit at the sound converter and it got damaged, giving her an opening to run up to him and does her flying kick. Ginny got distracted then Jordan kicks her next. Jane and Hadie goes up against Quincy as they try to land punches and kicks, but Quincy was one step ahead of them and dodges them all. Hadie conjures a storm cloud and a huge downpour was created. Quincy was covered in so much water, half of his fire was put out. But then he quickly makes it out, only to be punched by Hadie. Quincy then grabbed his arm and throws him at Jane to the floor. Zevon's potions was thrown and a big living plant eater comes for Yzla and Eliza. Eliza turns to her diamond form and grabs one of its vines and Yzla does the same. They both swing it around until it hits Zevon and he ended up on the floor. CJ goes one on one with Jordan with their sword and said clashing. Doug goes after Gaston Jr. and they hit each other fist after fist. Doug knees Jr. in the face then tossed him over his body before he kicks him. Carlos tries his freeze ray mode on his gun and aims at where Jay is currently fighting with Clay with his claws while Clay has his spear to defend and attack. Clay notices he was gonna be hit so when Carlos is about to shoot, so when Jay is gonna claw him, Clay grabs Jay's wrist and put him in the front when the ray was shot. Jay got hit in the middle of his body and Jay got frozen up. Seeing this, Aziz used the water from the floor from Zevon's water dragon and turns it into five daggers. He shoots them at Clay continuously over and over while Clay was using his knives to defend until one of those daggers got to Clay on his and he was a sitting duck when they all got him pinned to the floor.
"Everyone clear away!" Mad Maddy said to her teammates.
Harriet, CJ, Anthony, The Gaston twins, Rick, Ginny, and Zevon goes to where Mad Maddy is at. Quincy's on the way too, but then sees Clay in a predicament. Rolling his eyes, he makes his to Rick and shoots his flamethrower at the water daggers until they evaporated and grabs Rick, but one the way, his fire was so intense, Quincy unintentionally melted the ice Jay was frozen in instantly. Now that everyone was on Mad Maddy's side, she used her powers to make the heroes all nauseate.
"Aaahhh!" The heroes said.
Most of them were holding their heads, some were covering their ears and a couple were hunched over. The bad guys laughed at their pain as they watch the kid heroes suffer in agonizing pain.
"My head hurts!" Jay said.
"My ears!" Aziz said.
"My everything!" Carlos said.
Everyone was going through the pain, all except one person. Eliza was still in her diamond form and the waves Mad Maddy was giving off had no effect on her whatsoever.
"Someone get her! I can't let up with this, she won't hurl as long as she's in that form!" Mad Maddy said.
Ginny, Harriet, Rick, and Anthony blasts their attacks at Eliza, but she pushed through then punches and kicks each one of them. She then goes for Clay who was shooting arrows with his bow but they break as they hit her. She kicks him in the shin and grabs him to toss him at Zevon who was about to get more potions. That was when Clay's body clashed with his and they both tumbled away. The Gaston twins charge at her, but she upper deck's Jr. in the chin then flip kicks Third so hard they both were flying. CJ runs to Eliza with her sais and slashes left and right, up and down but had no effect on her. That's when Eliza grabs her wrists and tosses her to Mad Maddy. They both landed on the floor, free the heroes from the nauseating waves they've suffered.
"Woah! My head needs a nap." Chad said.
"Nap later, look!" Mal said pointing to where Eliza's at.
Eliza was notice something, or someone, hovering over her and she turns to see Quincy.
"Quincy." Eliza said.
"Imma gonna enjoy this." Quincy said.
He uses his flamethrower attack against her, but she's able to withstand it.
"You can't hurt me so easily, you know? Not in my diamond form!" Eliza reminded her.
"Maybe not by himself…" Mordo said before tossing the Blood Gem to Quincy. "But with that, he'll have more of a chance, hahahaha!"
The Blood Gem glows and suddenly, Quincy's fire has gotten bigger and brighter. His next flamethrower move was more intense. So intense that Eliza was having a bit of a struggle to withstand it.
"What…this is impossible." Eliza said.
She starts to feel hot, almost like she's melting. The fire is spreading around her in a circle all of a sudden thanks to Quincy's power boost. He looks with his arms crossed as he admires his work on the hero.
"Quincy, stop! You don't wanna do this!"
But he wasn't saying anything, but has that mischievous smile on his face.
"We gotta help her!" Mal said.
She runs to them with her psychic knifes and flips over to hit Quincy, but he punches her with his molten rock fist he formed and sent her back flying. Hadie was able to catch her when he flew in just a Nick of time.
"He's gotten to powerful with that gem!" Mal said.
"We have to get it away from him and save Eliza!" Ben said. "Aziz, Hadie, Freddie, Herkie, stop Quincy! Chad, think u can get Eliza to safety away from that fire?"
"Got it!" The four heroes said.
"The rest of you, with me! We have to stop Mordo from completing the spell and get that birthright jewel!" Ben said.
He lead the rest of his team to attack Mordo, but with the wave of his hand, he summon Mindless Ones in front of his spell symbol.
"Stop them!" Mordo ordered.
The ten Mindless Ones charges at the kids. Ben tackles one with his shield, Doug tackles another with his shoulder, Jordan hits the 3rd one with her sword with Ally's force field punch and Yzla's super strength punch. Trevor's solar energy beam hits the 4th one with Audrey's sonic blast. Mal's psychic energy blast hits it mark with the 5th one. The sixth one is being pummeled by Jane's and Evie's flying kicks as Jane tossed her. Lonnie swings her way to the seventh one and shoots her webs on both its shoulders and reels herself to deliver a kick with both feet then twists her body to the right to kick it once more. Jay claws at the 8th one then kicks it five times before landing another claw attack. Carlos is about to be hit by the 9th one, but dodges it and blasts it with his ray gun. Diego basically crumbles the 10th one with his hand from a distance.
"You think that's all of them?" Mordo said.
He calls for more to Mindless Ones and they kept our heroes busy. Meanwhile, Chad manages to get Eliza away from the fire Quincy created and dashed through the fire and took Eliza with him back out. He took her by a corner where she can recover.
"You ok?" Chad said.
"I will be. Thank you." Eliza said.
Chad nodded then looks at Quincy who's battling it out with his friends.
"Go! He needs you! I was able to read his mind a bit! He's trying to stop, but he can't! He needs help!" Eliza said.
"Ok!" Chad said the runs to everyone.
As Freddie was holding Quincy in place with her powers, Aziz uses the water from Hadie's thunderclouds to blast Quincy with a huge water attack, but he burns through it with his fire blasts for his mouth. Hadie go and tries to suck some of the energy away as he bites his shoulder. Herkie does his powerful kick with his hoof. But even after all that, he stretched his body out and fire explodes, sending back the two to the floor and Freddie also. Chad comes speeding along and does a fury of punches. Aziz does his water attack as he used his hand to move the water in the air and hits him with everything he's got. As it looks like half the fire was gone, Chad's punches lands Quincy to the floor then with Freddie's help, holds him down with her chaos magic.
"I'm here, Q! I'm right here! Stop struggling! I'm gonna help you, you hear me? I'm not going anywhere." Chad said.
Just then, Quincy's bright white eyes dims until his pupil are showing and tears were falling out.
"Chad?" Quincy said.
"Quincy?" Chad said.
"Help me!" Quincy said. "Mordo's too powerful, I can't fend him off!"
"Yes you can, fight it! You're stronger than you think!" Chad said encouraging him.
Mordo got wind of this and takes out the white birthright jewel.
"Oh no you don't!" The jewel glows in Mordo's hand. "You're mine to control! You're my slave! You're my Inferno!"
Quincy was struggling to stay sane as he feels the jewel's powerful over him gain control back from his free will.
"No! No! I don't wanna hurt anymore again!" Quincy said. "Please! Stop! Aaahhh!"
"Quincy, no!" Chad said.
"Leave him alone!" Freddie said.
"That's our friend you're messing with!" Herkie said getting mad.
Suddenly, CJ's flipping towards the Chad's group and she kicks Aziz and hits Herkie with her sais.
"But it's so much fun to." CJ said.
"Aah, my faithful assistant. You got back up so quickly, unlike the rest of them." Mordo said pointing to his VK army.
"Yeah, they took quite a nasty fall." CJ said.
"Hmm…" Mordo said.
He looks as the heroes who're fighting against the Mindless Ones are winning. And the VK who're still unconscious. That's when he summoned more Mindless Ones near the fallen villains.
"Whatcha doing there, O' Mighty One?" CJ asked Mordo.
"There's been a change of plans." Mordo said.
"What do you mean?" CJ said with an raised eyebrow.
Mordo snapped his fingers and the Mindless Ones picked up the VKs and is carrying them over to the spell ritual space near him.
"What's going on? Mordo, what are you doing?" CJ said with a little worry in her voice.
"I decided that these failures are going to be my sacrifices." Mordo said.
As Ben beat the last Mindless One, he heard everything Mordo said and so did the rest of them.
"WHAT?! WHY?!" CJ said.
"To be honest, I was just going to put them in chains powerless after I bring more villains over from my universe and have them rule their own kingdoms instead of these kids, but when I saw them knocked out and those so called heroes not giving an inch, I just figured, 'might as well kill two birds with one stone' and that I'm ok with."
"Well I'm not! This wasn't part of the deal and plus, one of them is my sister."
"Things changed for a reason, especially if it's in my benefits."
"You twisted creep!" CJ said. "You're really are going to end their lives just because it's convenient for you? And what about the Isle of the Lost? Were you just gonna leave the barrier over it the whole time?"
"Not exactly! I was actually planning on nuking that pitiful island. It'll ruining the look I have planned for Auradon. The ones that are currently there…well it's not like anyone will miss them."
Everyone gasped at those very venomous words that Mordo just said.
"I can't believe what I'm hearing right now…" Evie said sadly.
"You Monster!" Freddie said thinking of her family.
"Are you kidding me?" Jay said.
"You're just gonna….but there's a lot of people over there. The elderly, our parents, and the kids! Lots of kids! They never even experienced real life, life outside of that barrier! You're just gonna kill off everyone, including children?" Mal said with tears down her face.
"It's what fate has in store for them." Mordo said.
The Mindless Ones set the VKs on the ritual space. He then has the Mindless Ones standing guard by the circle. Mordo has his finger on the book page and finds the spell incantation he needs to say.
"There you are! And now let the spell begin!" Mordo said as he prepares himself.
"No!" Yzla said. "He's gonna sacrifice my brother!"
"We won't let it happen!" Ben said. "Everyone, let's go! Stop him!"
Everyone charged at Mordo, all except CJ who seems to can't wrap around her head that the guy she's been doing everything for is the same one who will kill his sister and everyone else, including her dad and brother back on the isle. She know they haven't gotten along that much growing up, but Harriet was still family, no matter what. Meanwhile, Quincy was stopping the heroes from reaching the ritual circle with a ring of fire, trapping them.
"No, Quincy!" Ben said. "You have to fight it! If you don't, it'll be the end for everyone!"
"Who cares?" Quincy said.
"You do! At least the old Quincy did."
As Ben was trying to convince Quincy to stop what he's doing, Mordo begins his chants and the ritual circle starts to glow around the VKs.
"No!" Mal said. "Stop!"
Freddie looks to her right and sees CJ still standing right where they left her.
"You really just gonna stand there? While he gets rid of Harriet for good? Come on, CJ! You're better than that. Stop letting your pride make decisions for you." Freddie said.
CJ looks on as she sees Harriet unconscious still. Not sure what to do, either stick by Baron Mordo's side or risk it all and save her older sister.
Wind is picking up and a small green circular portal appears in thin air.
"Oh, no!" Carlos said. "I see a portal."
"Mordo, stop!" Mal said.
Everyone tries to escape, but the fire is just too wild. Not even the fliers can get out and Aziz is getting drier by the second.
"Yes! I win! No one can stop me now! Hahahahahahahaha!" Mordo said.
As hope was seeming to be lost, suddenly, the comic book that was floating next to Mordo started to glow. It opens up and a bright light shines out through the pages.
"What's this? What's happening?" Mordo said.
"A surprise visit, that's what's happening." A voice said.
The voice was someone that Mordo recognizes.
"No…it can't be."
Something flew out of the comic and it was a golden yellow light orb. It flew by the wildfire and made it disappear. It was hovering over everyone and the light dims away to reveal a person. A older male with short black hair with some gray hair on the sides wearing a blue tunic, a brown belt wrapped around his waist, black pants and boots and he's wearing a red cloak with a golden medallion that looks like an eye.
Everyone gasped at the sight of this floating man.
"No way!" Chad said.
"It's him! It's really him!" Ally said.
"The greatest sorcerer in the Marvel Universe…" Trevor said.
"Doctor Strange!" Everyone said.
That's the name, the one and only Doctor Strange. Baron Mordo's enemy on multiple occasions. They've battle numerous times, with Strange winning all of the battles they fought against each other. Mordo wasn't the only one to came to life that day. It was also Doctor Strange too. When the comic book flew away, it was Doctor Strange that helped keep him in bay for 20 long years. Until recently that is, when CJ, Mal and Jane fought for the book and the magic from the two fairies gave Mordo the boost he needed to escape. Doctor Strange was trying to find a way to leave to stop him, but he's always getting blocked by Mordo.
"I thought I kept u from leaving!" Mordo said.
"You tried to, but it wasn't enough to stop me, Karl!" Doctor Strange said.
"Wait! His name is Karl?" Chad said smiling too hard.
"Baron Karl Amadeus Mordo, young Quicksilver." Strange said.
"I was seriously scared of someone named Karl? Chad then started to laugh.
"Enough!" Mordo said blasting a green wave but Strange stopped it.
"Hit a nerve?" Strange joked.
"You think you're so clever, don't ya?" Mordo said floating. "Well, I'm not amused. I've been gathering my strength and I'm ready to go and take you down whenever I want."
"Is that so? Why don't you show me what you got."
"Gladly."
Mordo shoots green enters blasts at Strange, but Strange opens a portal which the blast went through and Strange blasts him with golden energy beams and brings out a golden magic whip to grab him and slam to the floor. Mordo conjures five green symbols then it blast energy beams at Strange who blocks them and made clones of himself and they all went o attack Mordo who then flies and shoots dark purple lighting at the clones who blocks it with their shield and blasts him back as well with yellow lighting. Mordo teleports away only to be behind Strange and pressed both inner palms together and hits his back with an energy burst that sent Strange flying.
"Woah! This is beyond epic!" Herkie said. "Doctor Strange vs Baron Mordo?! Who could've predicted this?"
"No time for admiring!" Ben said. "While Strange has Mordo occupied, we have to stop that sorry before it finishes."
The heroes go to the ritual space but has to deal with the Mindless Ones. As they fight them, CJ is still wondering what to do in her position. She does want to be known as the most fearsome pirate in the world, but then again, what's the point in that of no one she deeply cares about isn't around or anybody for that matter. The heroes fight off the large rock creatures, but then Quincy came and it got more difficult. He was firing his fire blasts and flamethrowers that Ben, Mal and everyone can seem to get in synched with one another.
"We have to get that jewel and break the curse!" Mal said.
"Freddie, Audrey, stall Quincy! Mal, Jane, go help Strange and get him to help you get the jewel." Ben said.
"Sounds good!" Mal said.
"Be careful."
"Will do!"
Mal runs while Jane flies to Strange and Mal blasts Mordo with a psychic blast when he was about to grab Strange.
"Thanks for the help!" Strange said.
"No problem! Us sorcerers gotta stuck together!" Mal said.
"You have magic as well?"
"Us being fairies come with the perks." Mal said also mentioning Jane.
"Then let's end this once and for all."
"Right!" Mal and Jane said.
Audrey screams out a shield protecting herself and Freddie from Quincy's flames while Freddie's hex bolts hits her target. Quincy flies towards them in his molten rock armor and hits the shield, breaking it. Ben, Herkie, Aziz, Jay, Diego, Lonnie and Hadie fights off the Mindless Ones while the rest goes to the VKs to carry them away but there's a shield over them.
"Great, we have to break this shield to get to them." Carlos said.
"No problem!" Ally said.
She hits the shield with a force field blast then soon after Jordan's sword makes contact with Doug's, Yzla's, Aziz's and Chad's punches on it too. As they work on breaking the shield, Carlos thinks there has to be another way, then suddenly, he sees one of the mini totems and came up with a theory. He takes his gun out and shoots at that temple. Just like that, the shield came down.
"Sure, do it the easy way." Chad said mad that he didn't come up with it.
"At least it worked. Now help me carry them." Carlos said.
Carlos carries Rick, Chad with Anthony next.
"Gotcha, step-cuz!" Chad said to Anthony who's still unconscious.
Ally grabs on to Ginny, Doug with the Gaston twins, Jordan has Mad Maddy and Yzla got Zevon.
"I forgive you, just so you know." Yzla said to Zevon out cold.
And just when Aziz got Clay, there was a pause for a second, but then swinging on by was CJ as she landed from her rope and picks up Harriet before walking away.
"I won't let anything happen to you, sis!" CJ said.
Freddie saw what happened and smiles at CJ, though this distracted her and got herself hit by a punch from Quincy. She rubbed her face then turns to Mal and the others.
"Hey! Anytime with that jewel now!" Freddie said.
"Working on it!" Mal said.
Mordo was catching Strange by surprise with that last lightning strike as he tries to not let him and the two female heroes from getting his jewel. Mal stikes at Mordo with her psychic knife, but Mordo conjures a sword of his own and their weapons clash against one another with every swing. Strange manages to catch Mordo around the waist with a magic golden yellow whip and Mal's knife turns into a whip and she's got him by the wrists.
"Jane, now!"
Jane's fairly dust got to Mordo, although he seems to be resisting it.
"You think that's gonna work on me? Last time, I escaped that hallucination you would call a good dream, ugh!"
"Aaah, but you had the Blood Gem that time, but in this case, not anymore." Jane said.
"What…" Mordo remembers. "No! Inferno, bring me my-
But Mordo gets knocked out by the fairy dust.
"Good work, Jane!" Mal said.
"Nice, now we can the jewel back." Jane said.
As she reached for the jewel, Jane's hand was grabbed by Mordo, with a evil grin.
"But I thought…"
"You thought wrong. I've gotten so much stronger than last time. It'll take more than that to put me to sleep." Mordo said.
"Then try this." Jane said then does a spell. "My magic bust was a bust, send him off with a gust."
A big burst of wind come out and send Mordo off in the air and he hit the ceiling with his whole back, causing the jewel to slip out his pocket.
"No!" Mordo shouted.
The jewel landed in Mal's hand and it was still has Mordo's magic energy all over it.
"She does it again!" Mal said hugging Jane with one arm.
"Thanks Mal!" Jane said blushing.
"So this is the jewel that's controlling your friend?" Strange said.
"Yeah, I'm surprised you already know what's going on." Mal said.
"Being in that comic next to Mordo will do that. But I can help with removing the curse." Strange said.
"You can?" Mal said. "That's great!"
"Yes! Just give me a second."
Doctor strange got the jewel from Mal and is now placing it in both hands. A book appears in thin air and it says Vishanti.
"Hey, that's the Book of Vishanti. We learned that from the tour also!" Jane said,
"Yes it is. The book to counter the dark magic spells of the Darkhold. And there's a spell in there to reverse this exact curse that's played upon your friend." Strange said.
"Well, no time like the present." Mal said.
"Quite right. Now for the spell."
Doctor Strange chants the words from the book and then suddenly, the jewel glows again bright white. The light was beating from the jewel and green mist was surrounding the beam of light. In an instant, both the light and the mist collided with each other and it sprinkles white dust. Quincy was just about to bring down his biggest fireball on all the heroes as they were down for the count with the Mindless Ones standing aside.
"Quincy, please! Don't do it!" Chad said.
"For real, it's not a joke, you're about to destroy us!" Freddie said.
"Quincy!" Jordan shouted.
"Stop, please!" Ally said with tears.
"They're your friends, Quincy! Please stop this!" Belle said.
"Stand down!" Beast said trying to rip the bars open.
At those begging words, Quincy's eyes begin to dim until his pupils were sighted.
"Huh?" Quincy said.
He notices his surroundings like his friends on the floor, the Mindless Ones right beside them and a giant fireball over his head. Looking around, he can only think of a a suitable decision and that's to bring the fireball down on the rock creatures and they burned to smithereens. Everyone gasped then sigh in relief that it wasn't them. They look towards Quincy who landed then slowly get up. Chad was the first one to walk up to Quincy, but was being cautious.
"Quincy? Is that you?" Chad said:
Distraught of the events that took place, Quincy was flooded with guilt. So much, that all he can do was cry.
"I'm so sorry." Quincy said tears down his face.
"It's ok!" Chad said.
He then hugs and holds on to Quincy, who cries into his shoulder and he hugs him back.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!"
"It's not your fault! He did this to do! You weren't yourself!"
"I used me."
"Not anymore he's not."
Everyone else looks at how upset Quincy is and then that's when they know they got him back for good. Jordan and Ally joins in on the hug, then it was Freddie, Aziz and Herkie being the last ones to hug. The girls in the hug were crying also, even Herkie. The ones that watched them hugs were in awe with Evie, Mal and the other girls crying. Even Ben, Carlos and Jay were a little teary-eyed.
"It's over." Evie said. "It really is."
"NOT QUITE!" Mordo's voice said.
He got out of the ceiling and was angry. He blasts a huge green wave at the heroes that it knocked them down. Quincy blasted him with a flamethrower but Mordo halted them and made it disappear. He got up and prepares to fly.
"Quincy, don't!" Herkie said.
He flies up to deliver a fire punch but Mordo grabs it.
"You made me do unspeakable things. You made me into a monster!" Quincy said.
"Not like you didn't look like one!" Mordo said.
Quincy growled but Mordo blasted him with his palm to his stomach and send him crashing down to the floor.
"Ugh!" Quincy groaned.
"Quincy!" Chad said.
Chad speeds to him and check him to see if he's ok. Chad does his spinning tornado hands but Mordo blasts right at him through the tornados that also send him back down. Audrey goes flying up and was about to do her sonic scream but Mordo got her by the throat and is now holding her hostage.
Jay was now getting mad when he grabbed onto Audrey and made his way but Mordo decided to squeeze her neck.
"Aah!" Audrey chocked.
That made Jay stop in his tracks.
"That's better!" Mordo said with his evil grin then loosens his grub on her neck.
"Let go of her!" Jay said with his claws out.
"You're not the one making demands! I'll be the one deciding whether she lives or dies! Matter of fact, I think she'll make a fine sacrifice for my spell."
"Karl, you're losing it. It's over! You've been outnumbered, stop this madness!" Strange said.
"Wrong, it's not over! Im just getting started! First I'll kill her, then I'll end you for always ruining my plans! As for the rest of you, I'm gonna make you wish you were died alongside her! You lose and I win, hahahahaha-
Just then, his head was starting to hurt, like a lot.
"Aaaahhhh!" Mordo shouted.
It hurt so much he let go of Audrey who was falling but Jay catches her just in time. Everyone turns to see Eliza was up and has recovered from her last encounter with Quincy. Her fingers were pressed on her head as she does a mental telepathic attack in his head.
"Guess you didn't bother to check if I ever recovered or not." Eliza said.
Eliza then also released a huge wide burst of a white energy beam at Mordo.
"Noooo!" Mordo shouted.
Everything was shining white and a thud was heard. Everyone's eyes were opened again from blocking them from the light and they see Baron Mordo unable to move anymore. Shocked at the sight of there big bad villain taken down, they all started to smile a bit.
"Eliza, you did it!" Ben said. "You beat Baron Mordo!"
"It looks like I did!" Eliza said.
"Victory is ours!" Mal said.
"We won!" Jay said.
"Yay! Woohoo! Alright! Amazing!" Everyone shouted.
Ben and Mal hugged, so did Evie and Doug, Carlos and Jane, Jay and Audrey, Freddie and Trevor, Ally and Herkie, Lonnie and Aziz and Chad and Quincy. Quincy then jumped up and down with Jordan, Ally, Freddie, Chad, Herkie and Aziz, while Mal, Evie, Jay, Carlos did the same as did Ben, Audrey, Jane, Lonnie, Doug Trevor and Eliza. Diego, Yzla and Hadie were nervous as they never cheered before. Mal noticed and waves for them to join.
"Come on, guys! We're celebrating! Jump with us!" Mal said.
The three VKs decided to do just that and jumps over to them smiling, laughing and hugging one another with Mal, Evie, Freddie, Jay, Carlos and Quincy. Beast and Belle were so relieved to see that the kids won and everyone's ok. With that, the two hugged each other and kissed on the lips. Doctor Strange used the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak to tied him up and good while he's knocked out. CJ just watched from a distance with Harriet and the other VKs, who were pretty much still out cold. Just then, a blue light appeared and then it disappeared with Fairy Godmother and Dude in the middle of the Throne Room. Fairy Godmother looked with shock on her face as she surveys the area before her.
"I get the feeling we missed a lot." Dude said.
Author's Note: The Battle for Auradon has been decided! The True Believers and their allies have successfully beat Baron Mordo and his army. It was a tough get and go, but they did it. And now for the questions that's on everyone's mind. What's next? What will become of Doctor Strange and Baron Mordo? What will happen to the VKs that showed up to Auradon to help Baron Mordo?
