More Axel x Emma moments, this time making the pairing official with the pair becoming GFs.
The situation between Axel and MK is quite fragile, the latter better be careful with her words and find a better hiding place for her stolen goods.
Tension between Bowie, Julia and Chase. So much for Bowie's failed alliance.
I knew Damien was likely going to be eliminated due to injury. Though as a consequence, Priya's alliance also falls with Scary Girl not pleased by Damien's elimination.
That and Damien is not pleased Priya did not tell him about the Playa Des Losers earlier by tricking into thinking the losers would be sent to labor camps. Chris mentioning he's not that cruel reminded me of Chris during his Total Drama Island 2007 and Total Drama Action 2009 run before he got progressively sadistic starting from Total Drama World Tour.
Me- Yeah probably one of my few complaints about the reboot. Challenge ideas could've used a bit more work.
Well since this is a reboot. Chris is more in line with his earlier appearances.
~The Ferocious Trout Cabin~
Priya could hardly sleep. Her eyes twitched as she looked around the room. She tried to convince herself everything was fine. Then Scary Girl kicked open the door with a chainsaw. Priya screamed and jumped out the window.

"E-Ever since Damien got eliminated, Scary Girl's been making my life a living hell!"
"I-I haven't gotten any proper sleep! This is so frustrating!"

"While seeing Damien all wrapped up like a mummy was nice. I don't think a so called friend would vote you off. Even under those conditions."

~The Mess Hall~
It was currently the next morning and Wayne was eating his breakfast. Chase took this opportunity to sit down next to him.
"Yo bromigo! I noticed how lonely you look now that Raj is gone. Any chance I can help you out?" Chase said
"Uhh.. I'm pretty cool with Emma and Bowie. But thanks for checking up on me eh!" Wayne said
"Emma's cool. But you need a BRO to release some testosterone with. Otherwise you'll get soft." Chase said
Wayne gasped.
"Really?!" Wayne said
"Yeah and hockey season is right around the corner." Chase said
"You might have a point. I guess I could add you on as a temporary bro." Wayne said
"I'll take it!" Chase said
The two shook hands.
"You know what I usually do with my bros back home?" Chase said
CONFESSIONAL: CHASE
"Julia's been whining about how I need to take the game more seriously."
"So I tried to form one of those alliances with Wayne and boom! He took the bait!"
"Hopefully we have enough votes to get rid of Bowie. Then I'm playing on easy mode."

Wayne and Chase peeked outside the cabin window. Bowie yawned as he got out of bed. He walked over to put his shoes on and screamed. He tried to take them off but the outside of the shoes had glue on it. Bowie stumbled for a bit and fell over.
"EEEWWWW! WHO DID THIS TO ME?!" Bowie said
"Hahahaha! He got prank'd!" Chase said
Chase was howling with laughter. Wayne looked at Bowie who was about to cry.
"He looks pretty sad dude. I thought pranks were supposed to be funny." Wayne said
"Bowie's just a snowflake. If he understood comedy like I do, then he wouldn't be crying." Chase said
"Uhhh.. I guess that makes sense." Wayne said
The loudspeaker turned on.
"ATTENTION ALL CAMPERS! MEET ME IN THE FOREST FOR A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT! AND BRING YOUR TEAM FLAGS!" Chris said
~The Forest~
The remaining nine campers met in the forest. Axel had the Trout flag and Emma had the Frog flag.
"What do you think is gonna happen?" Emma asked
"Whatever it is, I'll be ready for it." Axel said
Chris and Chef arrived.
"Please bring me your team flags." Chef said
Axel and Emma slowly walked over to Chef. Once he retrieved the flags he put them through a shredder. The campers gasped at this.
"From now on, no more Trout and no more Frogs! You'll be eating and sleeping together as one tribe! It's merge time!" Chef said
This news had mixed reactions.
CONFESSIONAL: AXEL
"I was wondering when the merge was gonna show up."
"If the other team won't get rid of Chase, then I'll do so myself."
END CONFESSIONAL
"Speaking of eating together. That's exactly what today's challenge is gonna be. Follow me to the Mess Hall." Chris said
~The Mess Hall~
Priya, Axel, MK, Scary Girl, Chase, Bowie, Wayne, Julia and Emma all sat across a dining room table.
"This is a total drama staple! The eating challenge! Each round we'll introduce a disgusting dish for you to eat. Last person to finish is out. We'll continue until there are two people left. The first person to finish in the final round wins individual immunity! Does everyone understand?" Chris said
"Yes sir!" Wayne said
"Alright! Chef what is on the menu today?" Chris asked
"I started things off with soggy old meatloaf inside of a boot. Got this idea from one of my favorite cooking shows!" Chef said
The interns handed a plate to each of the contestants.
"What cooking show would serve this?" Bowie asked
"Culinary Nightmares." Chef said
"Isn't that the show where that british guy goes around and insults people's bad cooking?" Julia said
"More or less yeah." Chef said
"Oh today is gonna suck." Bowie said
"Less talking and more eating! On your marks, get set, GO!" Chris said
Some wasted no time eating while others took their time. Bowie hesitantly picked up a fork.
"Just imagine you're eating something delicious. Like an ice cream sundae!" Emma said
Bowie tried to visualize an ice cream sundae but when he put the meatloaf in his mouth that was all he could taste. He spat it out and started coughing.
By the time he mustered up enough courage to take another bite, the others had finished.
"Bowie is out! Hit the loser bench!" Chris said
Bowie walked over to the other side of the room and sat down.
"What will be the second course Chef?" Chris asked
"A snotty booger soup served up with mucus!" Chef said
"Sounds exquisite! Where'd you get all that nasally goodness from?" Chris asked
Chef pointed to his nose. The campers groaned.
The interns handed a bowl of booger soup to the remaining campers.
"I knew a guy back home who always ate his fingernails before a big game. Maybe eating these boogers will give us good luck?" Wayne asked
"You'll be lucky if you graduate high school jockstrap." MK said
"On your marks, get set, GO!" Chris said
Wayne was the first to start slurping. Scary Girl tried to take her time so she could savour the taste. Priya tried to get it over with but the first sip caused her to gag.
"Don't vomit, don't vomit, don't vomit.." Priya said
Priya was able to maintain her composure. Chase finished his booger soup easily.
"Ha! Finished it before you!" Chase said
Axel was the next to finish her soup.
"Only because you eat like a pig!" Axel said
Emma finished her soup next.
"Could you guys stop? I don't want my bestie and my girlfriend arguing." Emma said
"Girlfriend?" Chase asked
Emma gently grabbed Axel's hand.
"Yeah we made ourselves official the other day. Sorry I didn't tell you sooner." Emma said
"That's perfectly okay.." Chase said
"Good to know. Hope you won't mind if I do this." Axel said
Axel took the opportunity to roughly plant her lips onto Emma. The romantic aspect quickly faded away as both of their breath smelled like expired meatloaf and boogers.
"Maybe save that for after the challenge.." Emma said
"Good idea..." Axel said
CONFESSIONAL: CHASE
"Big whoop. Emma's so dramatic they'll break up after a week anyways."
END CONFESSIONAL
"Are you two okay? That kiss looked really disgusting. I think I still see a little bit of booger on your lip." Chase said
Emma looked down and he was right. She gagged.
"I..um... oh god.." Emma said
Emma vomited all over Chase.
"Aw c'mon!" Chase said
"Emma! Loser bench!" Chris said
Emma walked over to the bench.
"You totally set that up! You wanted her to fail!" Axel said
"I'm not the one who pulled her in for a booger kiss. Did I?" Chase said
Soon Julia was the last to finish her meal.
"Since Emma already barfed. I'll allow Julia to move on to the next round." Chris said
"Yes!" Julia said
"My next meal was inspired by a trip to Paris. I went into a fancy French restaurant and ordered croissants. My waiter kept scratching his head because he had lice. So I thought that make an excellent topping for the dish!" Chef said
The interns brought out the lice croissants. Julia instinctively covered her head.
"I don't want those lice near my hair." Julia said
"Then you better hurry up and eat them. On your marks, get set, GO!" Chris said
Axel stuffed the whole croissant inside of her mouth. Julia tried closing her eyes as she picked up the croissant. She nervously took a bite and gagged.
"Ew! I can feel these little bugs on my tongue!" Julia said
Julia spat the food out.
Priya ate her food slowly and swallowed. Julia tried to take another bite but Chris stopped her.
"No need. The others already finished. Hit the loser bench!" Chris said
Julia got up and walked over to the bench. Bowie flashed a wicked grin as she sat down.
"What are you so happy about?" Julia asked
"Just happy to see you over here with no immunity win." Bowie said
"At least I didn't get out first you loser." Julia said
The two glared at each other.
"My next was inspired by me getting home from a long day of work and picking the lint out of my toes. So I decided to make toejam cookies!" Chef said
The interns passed out the toejam cookies with a glass of milk.
"What's inside the milk?" Priya asked
"Nothing crazy. Just a regular glass of milk." Chef said
"Boooooo." Scary Girl said
"We could add something if you want us to." Chris said
Priya tried to shush Scary Girl.
"No! No! Regular old milk is fine!" Priya said
"Alright! On your marks, get set, GO!" Chris said
Axel and Chase made quick work of the toejam cookies. Priya took a bite of the cookie and then took a sip of milk. So she wouldn't get indigestion. MK took a bite of the cookie and gagged.
"This is rank! Whose toejam is this?" MK asked
Chef took off his shoe and wiggled his foot. This was enough to make MK vomit.
"MK! Loser bench!" Chris said
"Since MK barfed. Do we still have to eat these cookies?" Priya asked
"Yes! I want to see empty plates. Though no one will else will be eliminated this round." Chris said
Priya sighed as she finished the rest of her toejam cookies. She washed it down with some milk and let out a tiny burp.
"Excuse me!" Priya said
"This next round is pretty simple. Just some chocolate covered poutine." Chef said
The interns handed out the next dish.
"This doesn't smell like chocolate.." Priya said
Chef let out a diabolical grin.
"Whoa bro! Is this?" Wayne asked
"Poop? Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. You'll have to try it to find out." Chris said
The remaining campers looked down at the remaining dish with worry. Axel was the first to pick up a bite with her fork.
"I'd probably have to do this during the apocalypse anyways.." Axel said
Axel put the food in her mouth. Tears came out of her eyes as she chewed and swallowed.
"Yeah it's poop." Axel said
"Chris! This is disgusting! Even by your standards!" Priya said
"We thought it'd be a fun way to get rid all of the poop that was stored in the outhouse." Chris said
"Eww! This just got ten times more gross!" Priya said
"People actually shit in the outhouse?" Chase asked
"It's mostly just Wayne." MK said
Wayne's face got red. Everyone turned to look at MK.
"How do you know that?" Chase asked
"I..uh.. he's a loud pooper!" MK said
"Sorry.." Wayne said
"This can't be a coincidence. You always happen to know everything. No one is that good. Not even me." Bowie said
"Uh.. well.. you see. Chris shouldn't we move on with the challenge?" MK asked
"I don't know. I kinda like this part." Chris said
"It might have something to do with that phone she stole." Axel said
"What phone?" Bowie asked
"Axel you better shut up! You know what will happen if you don't." MK said
"I don't care. I'm done letting you boss me around pipsqueak." Axel said
"Ok fine! I'll let everyone know about your alliance with Emma!" MK said

"That's your big secret? We already knew that." Bowie said
"Huh?" MK asked
"Those two have been sneaking around and making out the for the past week or so. We'd be dumb not to think they're in an alliance." Julia said
Emma blushed at these accusations.
"I want to hear more about this phone story. Whose phone do you have MK?" Bowie asked
"None of your business!" MK said
Julia got up and rummaged through MK's jacket.
"Hey! Pfft! Stop! That tickles"! MK said
"Nothing in her jacket. This buttknuckle must be hiding it somewhere else." Julia said
"Or maybe Axel is a giant liar and you're all a bunch of idiots. Just some food for thought." MK said
Everyone glanced around at each other. Chris tried to get things back on course.
"While that was fun. We still have a challenge to complete." Chris said
CONFESSIONAL: MK
"First Axel doesn't vote for Zee like I told her to and now this?"
"She is so moolo! And I'm gonna make sure she's the next one off this island."
END CONFESSIONAL
The show cut forward to Priya and Chase struggling to finish the chocolate covered poutine. Priya tried to make it through but Chase taking big bites. Eventually he finished the dish.
"Priya's out!" Chris said
Priya spat out the poutine that was in her mouth and headed to the loser bench.
"And then we were down to four. And our next dish we'll leave you wanting more." Chris said
Chef unveiled a pot of cockroach kabobs.
"I found these bad boys in the kitchen and thought they'd make a nice snack." Chef said
Wayne, Axel, Scary Girl and Chase each held a cockroach kabob.
"The last camper to finish their kabob is out. On your marks, get set, GO!" Chris said
Axel immediately started chewing. Having an easier time than the chocolate covered poutine. Chase closed his eyes and took a bite of cockroach. Scary Girl looked at the cockroach and smiled.
"I wonder how much pain you were in while you died." Scary Girl said
Scary Girl ate the cockroach and swallowed.
"Delicious!" Scary Girl said
The four continued to eat. Axel was the first to finish and Scary Girl was second. Wayne and Chase were fighting to finish their kabob.
"Go Wayne! Kick his ass!" Axel said
"Let's make some noise for Wayne! Go Wayne! Go Wayne! Go Wayne!" Bowie said
"Go Wayne!" Priya said
"Go Wayne!" MK said
"Seriously? Screw you guys then." Chase said
Wayne ate his last cockroach and stood up to celebrate.
"Go Snow Owls! Hoot! Hoot!" Wayne said
"Chase is out! No immunity for you!" Chris said
Chase threw his kabob on the ground and pouted.
"Whatever.." Chase said
Chase walked over to the loser bench.
"This next round will determine who makes it to the final round. What do you have for us Chef?" Chris said
"When it comes to chicken. I always wondered why they didn't use the head. So I decided to give it a try." Chef said
The interns handed out a respective chicken head. Their eyeballs were still open. Wayne looked disgusted, Scary Girl looked delighted and Axel kept a neutral face.
"On your marks, get set, GO!" Chris said
Scary Girl popped the eyeball out of its socket. She looked at the eye with wonder. She then put in her mouth like a jawbreaker. Slowly enjoying the flavor.
Wayne ripped off its beak and ate it. A loud crunch sound could be heard as he slowly chewed it. In the end, Axel and Scary Girl were able to finish.
"Wayne you're done!" Chris said
"Aw man.." Wayne said
Wayne walked over to the loser bench.
"This final dish was handpicked by yours truly. Interns! Bring it out!" Chris said
Several interns carried a giant dish. Chris lifted the lid to reveal a giant tapeworm. The contestants gasped.
"Is that a tapeworm?" Axel asked
"Yes, yes it is." Chris said
"Wait a minute! While my dishes were disgusting they were at least edible. Chris! They can't eat a tapeworm! They'll get food poisoning!" Chef said
"We poisoned the campers in another season and they turned out fine. Plus think of the ratings." Chris said
"I'd like to eat the worm!" Scary Girl said
"And I never back down from a challenge!" Axel said
Chef sighed.
"I'll have the medivac on standby." Chef said
"Alright! On your marks, get set, GO!" Chris said
Axel and Scary Girl began chewing on the tapeworm. It felt like eating spaghetti. If said spaghetti was alive and slowly moving in your mouth. They continued to eat the worm as they leaned their heads forward. It looked like they were gonna share a kiss.
Emma saw this from the loser bench and glared.
"It should've been me.." Emma said
Axell continued chewing at a fast rate and slurped up the rest of the worm from Scary Girl's mouth. Scary Girl giggled as the worm left her mouth. Axel swallowed it whole and belched.
"Axel's done it! Axel winnnnsss..." Chris said
Chris couldn't hold it in anymore and vomited all over Axel. The smell of two different vomit on her was enough to make her crack. Axel vomited all over the floor. Bowie vomited then Emma vomited. Soon everybody was vomiting except for Scary Girl. She brought out an umbrella to avoid being hit.

A clean Bowie and Emma were discussing strategy.
"As much as I'd like Julia gone. I think we should set our sights on MK." Bowie said
"Agreed. She's shifty and I don't trust her. I'll tell Wayne, Axel and Chase to vote her off." Emma said
"Do you think Chase would actually listen to anything you have to say?" Bowie asked
"What is that supposed to mean?" Emma asked
"Not trying to insult you. But my mom always said. A tiger never changes its stripes." Bowie said
"I appreciate the concern but I know Chase better than anyone else here. We grew up in the same neighborhood together. I trust him so can't you do the same?" Emma asked
Emma gave Bowie some pleading eyes. Bowie sighed.
"Fine.." Bowie said
CONFESSIONAL: BOWIE
"What does Emma and an old blind lady have in common? They can't see the bus that's about to hit them!"
"Ugh! Why can't she see him for who he is?!"

~Mess Hall~
MK saw Julia and Chase strategizing. She tried to get their attention.
"Hey chumps. Just wanted to see if I can get in on any idea on where the vote is going." MK said
"Probably you. Since you've been keeping secrets from the rest of us." Julia said
"Everybody keeps secrets. This is Total Drama Island. Julia I know you hate Bowie, so why not get rid of your archnemesis?" MK asked
"As much as I'd like to. Bowie is way too much of a social threat. We can't convince enough people to vote him off." Julia said
"If I can get enough people to vote off Bowie. Would you agree to do the same?" MK asked
Julia and Chase glanced at each other. Julia shrugged.
"Sure I guess." Julia said
"Cool. I'll see you at the ceremony then." MK said
MK exited the Mess Hall.

"If I can get this target off my back AND get rid of a strong player. I might just be the best Total Drama contestant ever."
"I'm sure my good friend called Mr. Blackmail can get a few people on my side."

~Merge Cabin~
Priya was in the cabin exercising. MK entered the cabin and put on a fake smile.
"If you're talking me to right before an elimination ceremony. That probably means you want my vote." Priya said
"Bingo! You're a smart cookie huh." MK said
"Flattery won't work on me MK. My parents have trained me for this." Priya said
"Okay I won't bullshit you. Join me and some others in voting off Bowie. Dude is a huge threat." MK said
Priya giggled.
"The same Bowie that got out first in today's challenge?" Priya asked
"I meant socially. Dude is way too friendly with everybody. If the finale is a jury vote, you know he's gonna win." MK said
"I'm not worried about Bowie. You on the other hand.." Priya said
"Hmph. Hard way it is." MK said
"What do you mean by that?" Priya asked
"Unless you want everyone to know that you have hairy legs then you'll vote for Bowie!" MK said
Priya blushed in embarassment.
"What?!" Priya said
"You heard me. Do we have a deal?" MK asked
"Okay! Okay! Just keep that info to yourself." Priya said
MK snickered.
"Pleasure doing business with you." MK said
MK exited the cabin.

MK pulled up a video of Priya sharing her hairy legs on her phone.
"See this is why I never do anything embarrassing in here. Just gives the others ammo."

~Campfire~
The final nine campers gathered at the campfire. Chris and Chef were there with a tray of marshmallows.
"Welcome to your first elimination ceremony as one tribe! How do you think the vote is gonna go down Chef?" Chris asked
"Obviously Axel is immune. But people might look at Scary Girl. Since she was so close to winning." Chef said
A few glanced at Scary Girl who responded with a wide creepy smile. No one else dared to look at her.
"Then there's MK secret floating around. Who knows what she's doing." Chef said
MK decided to stay silent.
"And that's about all I got. So let's just get to the vote." Chef said
CONFESSIONAL: AXEL
"MK."
Axel got up and exited the confessional.
END CONFESSIONAL
"And the votes are in! Axel, Chase, Emma, Scary Girl and Wayne! You're all safe." Chris said
"That leaves us with Bowie, Priya and MK." Chef said
"The lovable loser leaving tonight is.." Chris said
Priya looked visibly nervous. MK and Bowie looked smug.

MK gasped. She stood up and looked at her fellow campers.

"We all may have things we'd rather keep hidden. But anything's better than letting you boss us around. And you know what? I have hairy legs and I'm proud of it!" Priya said
"I like to dance in the confessional!" Emma said
"I made an alliance with my girlfriend." Axel said
"I insult your appearances. But I do that outside the confessional as well." Julia said
Julia glanced over at Bowie.
"Your crop top is really ugly." Julia said
Bowie rolled his eyes.
CONFESSIONAL: MK
"I guess flying under the radar didn't work."
MK took off her beanie and revealed all of her stolen goods.
"Luckily I came up with a plan B. I'm gonna sell everyone's stuff online on Craigslist. The total drama fanbase is filled with weirdos who would pay a lot of money for this crap."

~Dock of Shame~
MK made it to the Dock of Shame. She was surprised to see everyone there.
"Hm. I didn't think you guys were gonna miss me." MK said
"We just came to gloat about our victory." Julia said
Julia and Bowie blew raspberries at MK. Axel flipped off MK.
"Real mature. Just know I get the last laugh." MK said
The Drone of Despair flew by. It picked up MK's beanie. All the stolen goods came flying out. The contestants gasped.
"That's one of my phones!" Julia said
"My hairbrush!" Emma said
"My fake beard!" Wayne said
Everyone ran over to retrieve their belongings.
"So not only are you an eavesdropper. You're also a thief?" Bowie asked
"I like to be called a borrower. Sounds less illegal." MK said
The Drone of Despair picked up MK by her jacket.
"If any of you want some serious cash, hit me up after the show and I can sell your crud online! We can make a fortune!" MK said
With those final words, MK flew off into the sunset.
"With a big villain gone, will the game become easier for the others? You'll have to stay tuned to find out on TOTAL DRAMA REBOOT!" Chris said
Cha cha cha surprissssee. People have been pretty on point with guessing the elimination order. So I'm not sure how effective this elimination will be. But kinda like in canon. MK served her role as a minor antagonist. Though I do feel like her elimination was a bit random. So here I tried to emphasize that MK's cockiness and standoffish attitude were the causes of her downfall. I even added the "MK watches people poop" subplot from canon. Lol.
To get a good pace down, I decided to do the merge in this chapter instead of the last one.
