Charlie showed Danny the Hotel, showing him the rooms, having him meet Husk and Niffty, and even showed him her room, in case he need to talk. However, Danny spotted another demon walking towards them. He was mostly red except for his skin. He looked at Charlie, who looked very wary of him.
"Ah, the great Danny Phantom. It's nice to meet you in person." He said, smiling.
"And you are?" Danny asked, getting a very bad feeling from him.
"Alastor, the Radio Demon." He said, holding out his hand.
Danny looks at it before looking at Charlie. She flinched away from his hand, telling him he shouldn't take it.
"Never heard of ya," Danny said, but the smile didn't fade.
"Far enough. You did just arrive, after all." Alastor said, moving his hand.
"Did The Princess tell you about Overlords of Hell?" Alastor asked.
"Um, no?" Danny said, shaking his head.
"Well, then. I'll just warn you that Overlords don't care much about others and do some shady business." He said, smiling.
Danny knew he was in hell and guess that those shady businesses were something that was allowed in hell. Didn't mean it didn't sit right with him.
"Of course, some Overlords do highly respect you. Myself being one." Alastor said.
"Then forgive me if I don't take your word for it," Danny said, still feeling very unsure about him.
"Smart choice," Alastor said, walking past.
"Enjoy your stay." He said.
Danny wasn't sure if that was for his stay at the hotel or in hell. Vaggie then walked up, seeing that Alastor had walked past.
"He didn't offer any deals, did he?" She asked.
"No, he just welcomes Danny to the hotel," Charlie said.
"He told me about the Overlords you have," Danny added.
Vaggie sighs. She never trusted that demon.
"Danny, I'll tell you the same I told Charlie, whatever you do, DON'T accept a deal from him. Alastor might work for us, but he's not to be trusted." She told him.
"Yeah, makes Vlad look harmless," Danny said, still not liking him.
"Well, how about we take you to your room?" Charlie said, knowing she has to tell her parents about Danny.
Danny sighs before following the girls. He wasn't sure what happening, but he had to be ready for anything. He should watch out for Alastor as well.
The next morning?
Danny awoke in the room he was using and notices things outside were quiet. It seems the angels have left, lowering hell numbers greatly. Charlie told him she made this hotel in hopes to redeem the sinners and lower hell numbers without bloodshed. For someone that was the daughter of the Devil himself, that was a very noble goal. However, not all sinners thought so. Even a few demons made fun of Charlie for it. Charlie told him that her father didn't approve of the idea, but made no move to shut it down. The only person that seems like her idea, outside Vaggie, was her mother. Danny was sure that he would have to meet the two at some point.
Danny got up and stretch. He had turned back into his human form after the lovers left, letting him know to call them if he needed anything. However, he wasn't too sure about that. It wasn't that he didn't like them, he just wasn't sure about them. Charlie was nice, he was glad for that. Vaggie sinner and she loves Charlie very much. She was also protective of her too. Angel Dust creeped him out, Husk didn't seem friendly at all, Niffty was a little more likable, but he wasn't sure. And he doesn't trust Alastor at all, something everyone was on the same boat with.
However, there was one person that didn't bother him that much. Cherri Bomb. He learned that she was into blowing things up, even when she was alive. Her own men even locked her out when those angels attacked and she did seem grateful that he saved her.
He turned back into his ghost form and made his way toward the dining room. He then spotted everyone sitting at the table, eating.
"Morning, Danny!" Charlie said, waving him over.
"Morning, everyone," Danny said.
"What up, Phantom Daddy?" Angel said, getting close to him.
Danny groans and pushes him away. He saw an empty seat next to Cherri and walked towards her.
"Can I sit here?" He asked.
"Sit with the guy that saved my life? SURE!" She said, cheerful.
Danny did and was soon given a plate of pancakes.
"Don't worry. I made sure that the pancakes were eatable for you." Charlie said.
"Thanks," Danny said, eating them.
Cherri looked at him, feeling a bit strange. She didn't know why, but being this close to him made her feel like she was blowing up without doing so.
"So, Danny? Is it true you have human friends?" Charlie asked.
"Um, y-yeah. Tucker Foley and Sam Manson. They have been by my side even before I become a ghost."
"What are they like?" Angel asked.
"Well, Tucker has been like a brother to me. We shared just about everything. He also likes to see himself as a lady's man. Though he will put off with some of the demons and sinners here, I'm sure some of them would not take the things he does lighter." Danny said.
Charlie, Vaggie, and Cherri all nod, each of them having dealt with a kind of guy before.
"Sam is different. Despite the name, Sam is a girl. She comes from a rich family and she dresses like a goth." Danny started.
"Oh! A rebel." Cherri smirks.
"In a way. She tried to be open-mind, but..." Danny started.
"But what?" Vaggie asked.
"Well, while she's a good friend, she does go a bit overboard at times. At the beginning of our freshmen year, she got the school to change its menu. However, the food ideas she used weren't well-liked by any of us." Danny said, sighing.
"What kind of food?" Cherri asked.
"Well, do you know about mud pies, right?" Danny asked, getting nods from the table.
"Well, replace them actually mud." Danny groans, remembering when Dash threw one at his head.
"Really?" Angel asked, surprised.
"She even replaces the main lunch with Grass on bread," Danny said, frowning.
"What's that?" Cherri asked.
"It's a piece of bread. With actually grass growing on it." Danny said, glad he didn't eat it.
"Yesh, what kind of friend is she?" Cherri asked.
Cherri felt strange. For some reason, she felt like this Sam was taking away someone she liked. But she had no idea why.
"Sam...is different. I knew her since pre-school. Knew Tucker around the same time. They were my only friends." Danny said, sighing.
"Well, we can be your friends too!" Charlie said, smiling.
"Sorry, Charlie, but I'm not sure about that. I mean, I just met everyone. I don't know you all that much." Danny said before looking away.
"I will say that I don't trust Alastor one bit." He added.
"Wise choice," Vaggie said.
"Well, we don't know how to send you back to Earth, yet. Plus, I told my parents about you and they want you to stay here until they can summon us." Charlie said.
Danny sighs. If there was one thing he knew about the Devil, it was to never cross him. Let alone, trust him. However, he was in Lucifer's realm now.
"Fine." He said, knowing he was stuck for now.
"So, Danny? Want to blow up some of my guys that left me for dead?" Cherri asked.
"Err, I'm not sure about that..." Danny said, but Cherri grabs his arm.
"Come on, it will be fun!" She said, really wanting to have him hang out with her.
Danny looks at her, still unsure. However, he sighs and looks at Charlie.
"It's okay. You might as well well get used to the area." She said, know he was stuck in hell for a long while.
Danny sighs again, if what he learned was true, he wouldn't be heading home anytime soon.
"Fine," He said, sighing.
"Angel you better go with them," Charlie said, surprising the spider demon,
"Really?" He said, smirking.
"It's just in case he has a run-in with Valentino," Alastor said, walking up.
"Who?" Danny asked.
"One of the Overlords in the city. A real asshole." Cherri frowns.
"I use to work for him before Charlie saved me. Trust me, Valentino is not someone you want to cross." Angel said, serious.
Danny looked around, seeing that everyone was in the same boat as him.
"If you do run into him, feel free not to hold back. He wouldn't." Alastor added, walking away.
Danny looks at him before seeing Charlie sigh.
"He's right. Just, be careful. Okay?" She said.
Danny could see that she was truly worried about him. Daughter of the devil or not, Danny knew she wasn't faking that.
"Alright." He said, nodding.
"Great! Let's go blow up some bombs!" Cherri cheered.
"I'll get the guns," Angel said, looking ready to have some fun.
Danny sighs, wondering if this was a good idea.
And another chapter. Just a little meeting with the group before Danny is giving a tour of Pentagram City. Also, 3DJoker, I did get your review and I'll think about the choices. If everyone else is okay with the idea, then I'll see about doing that. And I have stated on my Bio that I'm a guy. But I understand your confusion. I'm the same way with lots of user names as well.
I'll be thinking over the next chapter. Until then, let me know if there's anything else I might have missed with the characters. I'm still getting used to writing them.
