Starlight goes around town trying and make a new friend.
Pinkie Pie introduces her to Mrs. Cake, but her attempt to impress with a magically whipped-up cake sends the wrong message. Every other attempt fails too. Saten continues to comfort her though, showing his softer kinder side.
To get her mind off her growing stress, Starlight gets a spa treatment at the Ponyville Day Spa. There, she meets a pony who is also from out of town.
At Twilight's house, Saten is seen smoking a joint.
Twilight Sparkle: Well.. Least you stopped drinking.
Saten Twist: (cough) One step at a time.
Suddenly Starlight runs in.
Starlight Glimmer: Twilight, guess what! I made a new friend!
Twilight Sparkle: That's fantastic news!
Starlight Glimmer: She's great!
Twilight Sparkle: Great!
Saten Twist: Yeah. I guess.
Starlight Glimmer: She's powerful!
Twilight Sparkle: Powerful?
Starlight Glimmer: She's—
Trixie: Hello... princess!
Twilight Sparkle: Trixie?!
Saten: Yaaay! Your back!
Trixie Lulamoone: Yes, I've been at the spa. I've been stressed lately. Didn't want you to see me so stressed out.
Saten Twist: Oh like I would care.
Twilight Sparkle: So, um, what brings you to Ponyville? Saten didn't tell me you were coming.
Trixie: He didn't know. I was gonna surprise Saten, but here he is, so.. Yeah.. Anyway, I'm doing a new prefamance in ponyville.
Twilight Sparkle: Starlight? A moment? Over here?
Twilight: [hushed] I know I said make friends with anyone. But to be honest, me and her don't really get along. I mean she did take over town that time.
Saten: Oh are you gonna let that go. It was the necklace thing.. And she said she was sorry.
Twilight: I know Saten, just difficult to forget.
Saten: You don't see how sweet she is when she's off the stage. I mean all the boosting stuff, it's just a stage act.
Trixie: He's not wrong. I mean you think I really talk like that?
Twilight Sparkle: [sighs] You're right. I trust you guys.. Just be back in time for the dinner, okay Starlight?
Starlight Glimmer: Thanks, Twilight! You won't regret it!
