The climax of the Jaku Hospital Raid had turned into a mental battle. Izuku Midoriya stood chained by shadows in the Void with his predecessors behind him. All for One had a hand on Tomura's head as the shadows half-consumed his successor.

All for One's teeth flashed in a dark smile. "Yoichi, today is the day when I finally take you back."

Gritting his teeth, Yoichi raised his hand, using all his willpower to fend off the mental onslaught. The other vestiges joined forces, raising their hands to block All for One's attempt to steal them.

"YOIIIIIIIIIIIIIICHI!" a female voice wailed. A teenage girl shot forward, her arms outstretched. "Finally I can speak to you!" She glomped Yoichi with both her arms and legs, clinging like a baby koala. Clutching his face, she murmured, "My baby."

All the vestiges fell over from shock, even Misty Might. It would have been the perfect moment to steal One for All, except All for One looked equally astonished. Clearly he had not expected this interruption.

"Mom?" Yoichi whispered. "When I was a kid, I didn't believe you existed. After I died, I wondered if you'd been a quirk ghost all along, since I became one myself. You're…different from how I pictured you. You're so young, even younger than Ninth…" A look of horror filled his eyes as he did the math and realized just how young his mother must have been when he'd been born.

"I'm still looking good for over a century old," the Shigaraki Mom said cheerfully. Leaping down, she spun around to show off. She pinched Yoichi's cheek. "I adore your hair. You'll have to tell me how you keep it so fluffy. We'll have a nice, long, overdue family talk." She dragged Yoichi toward All for One.

Recovering his smile, All for One said, "Yes, Yoichi, time to come back home."

Yoichi dug in his heels. "No! Mom, big brother killed me."

She replied, "Me too, I got over it. Family is more important than anything else."

"He's a villain!"

"So? I was a prostitute, do you blame me for trying to survive? The world is a cruel place, it's better to be on the top than the bottom."

Yoichi squirmed. "You being impoverished and probably human trafficked is completely different from Hisashi trying to take over the world because he wants to imitate his favorite comic book character!"

"Hisashi?" Izuku regretted speaking when all eyes were suddenly on him. He flinched. "Uh, it's just a funny coincidence, that's my father's name."

"My grandson!" The Shigaraki Mom squealed, dropping Yoichi (who scampered behind the other vestiges to escape.) She ran over and hugged Izuku, her arms pushing through the shadows holding him in place. "You've grown so big. Just look at those adorable eyes. You got them from me."

Izuku felt weird, because this woman (girl?) did have green eyes the same shade as his and Yoichi's. "Um, sorry, but I'm not your grandson, I'm the Ninth One for All holder. All for One's adopted son is over there." He jerked his head at Tomura.

Impatiently, the Shigaraki Mom said, "No, that's just the boy who Hisashi adopted for revenge and plans to use as a spare body. Hisashi Midoriya is All for One's current civilian name."

"Gah." Izuku's entire world shifted. He wanted desperately to disbelieve it, but Yoichi was looking at him with a sad expression and mouthing, sorry.

Oblivious to his distress, the Shigaraki Mom continued, "I gave my boy a perfectly good last name, but he used it too openly while committing crimes so it made since to change his last name to match his wife. What a goof. But enough about your silly dad. How have you been doing? I'm sorry I haven't sent you any birthday gifts, I've been dead. I have a lot of spoiling to make up for." She patted his head.

All for One dropped Tomura to the ground, leaving a shadow gagging his clearly angry student, then sauntered over. "Ah, since the cat is out of the bag, I guess I'll take both my brother and my son home."

"No!" Yoichi sprang forward. His eyes darted as he thought fast. "Uh, Mom, do you want to meet my boyfriends?" He hauled Second and Third forward.

The distraction worked. The Shigaraki Mom's eyes lit up. "Of course." She looked them both over. "Humph. Decently handsome. Not bad muscles. When are you bringing me grandchildren?"

Yoichi gaped. "We're all dead."

"What kind of excuse is that? There's always adoption. Your older brother has a face like a potato and a personality only a mother can love, yet he still gave me an adorable grandchild." The Shigaraki Mother pinched Izuku's cheek. "With your amazing hair, you ought to have given me at least two grandchildren by now."

All for One appeared in a flash, hand reaching for Izuku's head. Izuku fought against the shadows around him. The vestiges leapt forward.

The Shigaraki Mom moved fastest, slapping away All for One's hand. "Hisashi! You can't play too rough with younger relatives. I've told you that a million times. I forbade you from hitting your brother, and what did you do? You went and disintegrated him!"

"Sorry, Mom," All for One mumbled, hanging his head. His cheeks flushed and his mouth pouted. The vestiges gaped. Nana materialized a camera and snapped a picture.

The Shigaraki Mom crossed her arms. "I'm tired of you boys fighting. We're all going to sit down and sort this out." She grabbed both her sons by their ears and dragged them off.

Second and Third chased after, shouting about Yoichi getting kidnapped again. The other vestiges followed. This left the two living people alone in the Void.

Izuku stared at Tomura. Tomura stared at Izuku. After a moment, Izuku said, "I know we still need to fight, but I really need a moment alone to process my father being a supervillain."

Tomura chewed his gag and spat it out. "I need to process that too. And the spare body line."

Izuku nodded. "Yeah, that was horrible. I'm shocked All for One would do that to you—well, not surprised so much as horrified. Do you want my help—?"

"I want to be alone," Tomura growled, and vanished.

If this was what victory felt like, then Izuku wished it could have happened without a supervillain being his dad.

OMAKE TIME!

The All for One's Club

Devil's Double All for One: My mother was the worst.

Kill What You Love All for One: Take a number and get in line. Ever heard of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy?

Feral Brothers All for One: I can't relate, my mom is the best. She's supportive of my career goals, and she showed me how to keep vestiges in line after she ate anyone who annoyed her. She even knits me cute Demon King ties, which I can't wear because they're insubstantial, but I refuse to wear any ties except hers. Why are you all looking at me with those greedy eyes? Oh, great, I expect now you'll all try to steal her.

Omake: Annual Physical

All for One: I get headaches but there's nothing a doctor can do to prevent them. My mom shouts in my head whenever I do something she disapproves of.

Garaki: You must be constantly suffering.

All for One: Nah, she's cool with murder and all kinds of crime. She really only gets annoyed when I forget my wife's birthday or miss my son's school events.

Omake: Spilled Beans

Mom: Yoichi, stop trying to kill your brother.

Yoichi: He started it.

Mom: Yes, disintegrating you was very wrong of him and we've talked about it. But as the older brother, I expect you to be more mature.

Yoichi: I'm…the older twin?

All for One: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Yoichi: Why is big brother taller, then?

Mom: I see I left huge gaps in your education.

Yoichi: This is the greatest day of my life. Since I'm older, can I use the cool quirk for a bit?

Mom: I don't see why not. Siblings should share. Hisashi, give All for One to your brother.

All for One: That does it, you're both going in the mental vault.

Omake: Some Mom Things Never Change

Shigaraki Mom: Why haven't you given me grandchildren yet?

Yoichi: Mom, I'm literally dead.

Shigaraki Mom: Even with that handicap it was still more unlikely for your brother to find someone to reproduce with him, yet he managed it.

Yoichi: Point taken.

All for One: Hey! I don't want to hear that from the person who kept giving me comically bad advice!

Omake: The Adoption Option

Yoichi: Mom said that if I provide her with a grandchild, she'll talk to All for One about being less evil.

Second: Do we seriously think that will work?

Third: No.

Yoichi: It's worth a try! Hikage, you could be our adopted child—

Hikage: Not in this AU. I do not want to get involved in your madhouse of a family.

Yoichi: Banjo?

Banjo: I had two wonderful parents I loved.

Yoichi: There's no point in even asking Nana.

Nana: Damn straight, I'd rather die than be related to All for One.

Yoichi: But En, you'd be perfect. You even look like a kid because you died young.

En: I'm not enthusiastic about being related to All for One either. Why don't you adopt All Might? All for One would absolutely hate having him as a nephew. Your mom wouldn't let All for One kill All Might. Misty Might can't say no. It's perfect all the way around.

Yoichi: Great idea. Misty Might, why are you running away?
