The Lone Survivor, the Woman out of Time, but most commonly known as the Queen of the North. The Queen was the one who gathered the forces of the Commonwealth, Nuka World, and even Far Harbor under her banner, she created a legion of robots to help rebuild all the places she owned, Robots that helped rebuild the machines of the past, with the assistance of the Queen. The Brotherhood of Steel, ever the foolish, stood against her, and failed. Their precious Prydwen was conquered by the Queen's forces and the Brotherhood was pushed out of the east. The Queen's numbers grew and so did her power, and it was truly astonishing, because only a year passed since her exit from the Vault.
Her forces had the will of the people behind it and the heart of civilization, she gathered allies with her pure heart and intentions. She only wishes the best for everyone, she cares little for power, money, or fame. She only wished for people to be safe. So with her charisma and natural leader personality, she grew like a wildfire on Buffout.
She gained the Prydwen and the newly dubby Washington the Chinese sub in Far Harbor. However she didn't wish to stop with this world.
"I found it!"
Summer, the Queen of the North grinned, "I did it Danse!" Ex-Paladin Danse smiled at his Queen, "I finally got the equation down, I think the R & D team can finally make the TransDimensional Portal!"
"That's good, Summer, when do you think It will be finished?"
"Well, the portal is almost finished, we just need to add the equation. So, around 3 days?"
"What will we do when the portal is open, my Queen?"
Summer pouted, "Hmph, well we send in the bots to create our Base of operation, then the Knights to secure it, and finally get the R&D team to set up a second Portal along with individual transporters."
"Understood, my Queen."
Summer pout grew, "Nooo, I'm not the Queen when I talk to you, I am your friend!"
Danse smiled, "Hm, we should gather our group, I will prepare the Prydwen."
"Understood Fleet Admiral, how is the Production of the other Airships?"
Danse sighed, "They are doing good, but it will take some time before they are finished."
Summer nods, "Let's hope this new world doesn't need our help, but we should be ready for conflict."
"How should we transport our Navy over?"
"The R&D team is building the Portal off the shore of Spectacle island."
"Understood."
The R&D team was previously known as the Institute, but they changed their affiliation when Summer had become their leader, after which the Institute helped the Queen build her kingdom with great success. Sturges was the current Head, he looked at the paper Summer sent him, "She did it, she finished the equation, the portal can finally be completed." The Minor Heads of the R&D team happily nod, "We can finally help our Queen finish her quest, to find out where she came from."
Sturges quickly gets serious, "Let's get it done."
Preston Garvey, Leader of the Minuteman Defense, Smiled. "I need to get the Minuteman ready for this mission."
His single synthetic eye glows in the darkness of his office, "We should prepare for a war."
Days pass and the Portal is finally finished, Summer stood before the Portal and smiled as the Robot Corps had already finished setting up the occupation base.
Summer grinned as the Minutemen Defense Corps all filtered through the portal she looked over to Nick Valentine of the Police Force, "What do you think Nicky?"
Nick smiled at her teasing tone, "I think we have a plan, but we should prepare for a possible double invasion."
"That's up to Deacon, X6-88, and Preston. They are coming up with plans to deal with that, plus we have Air Superiority, and Armor Superiority. Plus everything on the East Coast is under surveillance from our GeoStationary satellite the Institute added to our arsenal." She smiled, "Nick how is the Alpha Project?"
Nick sighed, "You mean our Ground Superiority Vehicle?" Summer nods, "We have one built while the last one is still under construction. Where should we deploy it?"
Summer frowned; she wanted better news but understood that building a V-1 Ground Superiority Vehicle was difficult to construct. She sighed, "Next question, how is the Mobile Gauss Turret V3 coming along in production?"
"We have 12 ready for deployment, we have three ready to be deployed to defend our New World Base."
Summer nods, "Okay, that is good news, how are our Fighter Jets coming along?"
"We managed to fix around 120 of the Old world versions and were able to build our own versions based on those designs, we were also able to add Miniature Gauss Turrets as a Secondary weapon system for heavy targets."
Summer smiled, "How many are flyable?"
"We only have 30 pilots, the flight simulators the Brotherhood used are still in use.
"So, only 15 flyable planes?"
"Fighter jets." He playfully corrected, "Our Vertibirds are all functioning because of our Brotherhood pilots, plus our single B-12 Bomber we managed to salvage from a nearby Air force Base."
Summer smiled, "Good, but hopefully we don't need these vehicles."
Nick could only nod, he didn't wanna start a war, but they would defend people in need.
Summer had walked through the portal in her X-05 Power Armor. It was lighter than normal Power Armor and enhanced all her physical attributes. She had her Custom M4A3 Assault Rifle, chambered in standard 5.56mm beside her was Cait and Robert MacCready, each one using similar weaponry and armor. She looked at the base they were in, it was large and sturdy, there were tents behind the walls and the Automatic turrets swayed in their search to disperse hostiles.
She entered the Command tent where her Special Agent Piper Wright, "What have you found out Piper?"
Piper smiled, "We were able to connect to this world knowledge database, we quickly learned a lot about this world doing so." Piper suddenly frowned, "I'm sorry to say this but this world is in danger, everyone here is being attacked by these creatures called Grim."
That name was familiar to Summer, but she was unsure why, "What are they?"
Piper looked at the report, "That's the hard part Summer, we have no idea, we assumed they were just Hostile Wild life. They are not, everytime we kill one they disperse in a cloud of black smoke, like they were never there."
MacCready looked at the video and frowned, "Sure do, what do you think Boss?"
Summer looked at the video and she frowned, "I am unsure, but I feel like I have seen them before, but not from before the war. How odd." She shook her head quickly, "Continue."
"This world has a special group called Hunters/Huntress that use an ability called Aura, and what is interesting, I was able to unlock my own." Her body gave a soft red glow as a Energy barrier formed over her body, "I was able to test my own capabilities with Aura and discovered having it vastly increases everything natural about us."
Summer's mind was being tugged by this information, she ignored it, "Explain." Her eyes narrowed behind her Helmet.
"Simple, normal 100 meter run takes me around 21 seconds. With Aura I was able to get it down to 12 seconds."
Those in the tent whistled, "That is impressive, can I get it?" Cait innocently asks, causing Piper to giggle.
"It can be given to others. Yes, I was able to unlock the Aura of most of the Minutemen here. Now I have learned you don't need to chant to unlock Aura but doing so makes it much quicker." Piper put her hand on Cait's chest and stood there silently with her eyes closed, suddenly Cait was covered in a dark red aura. "See?"
Summer nods, "Can you unlock mine?"
"Yes, I can unlock three people a day, but afterwards my Aura is shattered." She looked at MacCready, "So sorry, I cannot unlock yours."
MacCready shrugged, "Whatever."
Summer felt Piper put her hand on her chest and just waited, suddenly she felt a warmth explode from her body. She felt the ocean of power behind her Aura, she blinked as she saw the inside of her Helmet glowing a soft silver.
"Summer, you have two souls." It wasn't a question, it was a statement, a statement that made Summer recoil.
"Two souls?"
"Yep, Unlocking your aura is basically unlocking your Soul, your aura is the physical manifestation of your soul. It is not your soul however, so the shattering of aura will not kill you."
Summer nods, "But why do I have two?"
Piper shrugs, "From the data we discovered on Aura, Semblances, and souls, it's impossible."
Summer slowly nods her head, "Okay, anything else?"
Piper looked at the three, she sighs, "Okay, what I am about to say needs to stay a secret, at least for now."
"Okay, you know you can trust me Piper, trust all of us."
Piper nods, "We have a big enemy here, a big, powerful, and dangerous enemy."
Summer raised an eyebrow, but said nothing. "I am unsure of their name, identity, or even location. But someone is controlling the grim to do their bidding. And to make it worse she has allies, powerful ones. A few months ago a School was destroyed by the combined force of Grim, White Fang, and Cinders group."
That made Summer get deadly serious, "Do you have a possible name for the one leading the Grim?"
Piper nods, "We have one name, it comes from a Fairytale, but I am starting to think it is partly true."
"So?"
"Salem, her name could be Salem."
Summer becomes frozen in her spot, the three around her get nervous, "Summer?"
Summer collapses, unable to stand any longer. The last thing she hears is the confused and scared yells of her friends.
Summer's mind was being struck with memories, she was seeing herself fighting these Grim, Fighting for the world and her family she has.
She all her other self done, helped the emotions and pain she went through, how she died fighting to defend her family. How she failed, how she was kept alive as a toy for a few months before she finally passed. She saw everything her other self did, how she had one child and a step-daughter she loved dearly. Her husband who she loved enough to think about him just before her passing.
Before she knew it her mind was a mix of both people, the two souls seemed confused on who would guide and who would follow, but they had both agreed, they would reunite with the family in this world and protect them from the pain Salem would inflict.
This they vowed.
Summer's silver eyes cracked open, the red tips of her hair brushed out of her face. "Man what happened?" She was back in the Commonwealth inside Sanctuary Hospital, she looked around and sighed.
She got off the Hospital bed and quickly changed into her Armored Undersuit which was on the table near her. In her Skin tight undersuit she looked far more fit than one would assume. She looked over and saw her combat armor which she slipped on, when she was finished the Doctor walked in.
"Well Summer, how are you feeling?"
"Confused, disoriented, and even angry." She grit her teeth, "But more so confused."
"Well, you are physically fine, so you are free to go." Summer nods and walks out.
She finds her X-05 Power Armor standing by the entrance and jumps into it, she stretches slightly and nods. She looks over and finds all her weapons in a small bag, she grabs it and attaches them to her armor.
"Time to go."
She walks through the portal again and spots Piper, "Piper."
Piper turns and looks at her, "My Queen are you-"
"Where are we in this world?"
Piper blinks, Summer almost never interrupts here, unless it is serious. Piper gains a serious expression, "The Country of Mistral, why?"
"Where was the attack on a school?"
"Beacon Academy in Vale."
Summer's eyes widened behind her mask, "Did the Headmaster die?"
"Professor Ozpin was killed along with a large number of students and staff."
Summer cursed, "One setback, whatever, I have gained some knowledge about this world when I fell unconscious."
"What did you find out?"
Summer looks around and nods, "Okay, Apparently my second soul is from this world, the Mother of two, died when her children were young. This soul gave me some very important information, for one I am a identical clone to the mother, that means her children-"
Piper's eyes widened, "Are your children by blood, and?"
"I know where this Salem woman is, but we cannot attack her without a large army and to defeat her is near impossible. She cannot be killed by natural means, my other half did hundreds of fatal wounds on her and none of them made her stay dead."
Piper tensed up, "An actual immortal?"
"Exactly, but I have a plan to defeat her, a simple easy plan."
Piper looked intrigued, "What"
Summer smirked, "That is a secret. I can say however it is going to be fun~!" She soon gets serious, "Is my Vertibird ready?"
"The Queen's Dominion is Ready."
Her personal Vertibird, Queen's Dominion, was once a regular Vertibird that had been upgraded for assisting the Queen directly. Coated in 50 mm of Depleted Uranium armor that shot twin Heavy Gauss cannons and a 5.56mm Vulcan machine gun.
Summer nods, "I want to go to my other selves home, it will be a shock for my Husband here but, it's better to get it over with and not drag it out."
"I will have the airforce-"
"No, it's fine, we will not be attacked, my Vertibird is attached with a Stealth Generator."
"Understood my Queen."
Summer rode in the back of her Vertibird as it crossed the ocean between Mistral and Vale, her pilot was silent but she didn't mind. She connected her Pipboy to the Internet.
"Coming to the island of patch in 10 minutes." The pilot called out, and Summer nodded. She looked over to her Queens Guards, she gave them a nod, which they returned.
The Vertibird deactivated its stealth field and slowly landed far enough away from Summer's house on patch. Summer shouldered her M1A3 and looked outside briefly. She nodded and the Pilot cut the engines. Summer and her two guards walked out behind her before the door shut and the Queens Dominion flickered away.
Summer nods and pulls her helmet off with a pressurized hiss of air, she quickly places the helmet on her shoulder. Her neck length black hair with red tips flowed in the wind. The smell brought a memory back, when she and her team were young and building the house they stayed in, it was supposed to be a team house, but it ended up being a family house for Taiyang and Raven. It was so much happier then, they all smiled and laughed, none of them had anything to do with Salem, they just fought Grim, it was so much more peaceful then.
The memory faded and Summer slipped her helmet back on and with her guards walked to the house, her family stayed in.
She knocks on the door gently, she waits for a minute before the door opens revealing a blonde haired buff man with blue eyes. His eyes widened at seeing the three, "Holy!"
Summer stifled a giggle, "Are you by chance Taiyang Xia Long?"
Tai, finally recovering from his shock, nods, "Yeah, that's me."
"Good I wish to talk to you, is the house empty?"
Tai narrows his eyes suspiciously, "Yeah."
"Hm, okay, I know what happened to your wife, Summer Rose." Summer chose to be blunt, deadly blunt. Tai froze then when he was about to act she continued. "She is alive, and well."
She heard the Guard behind her snort in his helmet, 'Bastard, don't ruin my fun.' She scowled playfully.
Tai's eyes looked shocked but then apprehensive, "Why didn't she come back."
"Because she did die, but she is… reincarnated."
"Bullshit."
"You want physical proof?"
"Damn right I do!"
Summer shrugs and pops her helmet off and Tai stares blankly at her.
"Summer?"
"Mhm?" Summer tilts her head again.
"What happened, please be serious with me."
Summer sighs, "Okay, from my memories I was killed by Salem a few months after I left. I was then reincarnated as an infant in a different world where I remained until I chose to find a way back."
"How… we need to do an DNA test-"
Summer handed him a paper, "This is my Genetic code in detail, use it to check Ruby if we are related, we should be, at least maybe 49%."
"What about the other 1%?"
Summer frowned, "Genetic mutations caused by Nuclear radiation."
Tai's eyes widened, "Um, what?"
"Nevermind, just, here." She handed him a vial of blood, and a chip filled with her Genetic Information. "I must be leaving now, I will return in a week." Walking off Tai started to freak out
"Wait!"
Summer looked at him, "Mhm?"
"Are… are we…"
"Married, ya mean?"
Tai nods softly, Summer thinks about it, "It will take some time, but I believe I could love you." 'You remind me of my dead Husband, or maybe, he reminded me of you.' Was left unanswered.
Ruby Rose was in Mistral with Team WBY and JNR. Some villagers had been talking about noise happening a few miles from their town.
"Should we check it out?" Jaune asks with confusion, Ruby nods. "Got It."
The Two teams arrive on a cliff and spot a large military installation with turrets and guards walking the walls. In the center of the base was a large circular machine that had a swirling blue portal. "What is going on?" Weiss asks calmly, "Those are not White Fang, Atlas, or any bandits. Who are they?"
Suddenly the sound of an aircraft fills their ears and a large two prop VTOL lands on a Helipad. The door opens showing three heavily armored soldiers. Blake's ears twitch and she begins to convey the message from the Lead Soldier.
Summer arrived back at Alpha Base, "Alright boys, get ready, we have a week before we need to move back to the Commonwealth, gather as much Info as we can to determine the state of this world." Summer sighs and pulls off her helmet, "We have to find a way to protect the citizens here from the inept government that can't even defend the people from Bandits!"
Summer blinked suddenly, she looked over towards the cliff in the distance, "I could have sworn." She shrugged.
Ruby and Yang's eyes were bulging as they hid from the eyes of the Leader, "Was that?"
"It sure looked like Rubes."
"Who was that?!" Jaune whispers, "That looked identical to your Mom!"
"I think that was our mom, but how, she is dead… At least we assumed so?" Yang inhales shakily, "If mom is back and leading an army, we could ask her for help. Ozpin told her about Salem, we should go talk to Uncle Qrow."
Qrow spat out his Alcoholic drink, "Are you sure you haven't been drinking, young lady?!" He glared at Yang, "Summer is dead, we are sure of it!"
"You didn't see her, she looked identical to Ruby, only taller, and wearing heavy armor." Ruby nods firmly, "She even sounded like Ruby, mostly. At least that's what Blake said."
Now that caught Qrows attention, "If Blake said it that makes it true, damn, I hope Summer is back."
Meanwhile on the other side of the portal the new Ground Superiority vehicle V1 was finally ready to be deployed. And to make it more interesting this Vehicle has a portal room to allow soldiers and vehicles to be constantly deployed from the it's internals.
Preston and Nick stood in the Bridge of the Ground Superiority Vehicle. The crew all looked at them, "Are we ready Generals?"
"Yes, push forward!"
Summer sat in her tent with her X-05 Power Armored removed, her skin tight Bodysuit was off and now she wore the simple dress she always wore. It was the same clothes she found in Far harbor, an intact dress that the Robots in that Vault wore when they were human. She looked at her reflection, unlike one would assume, her body was not covered in scars even after the torture she endured when she was captured by the Brotherhood, her body was unable to scar.
She suddenly heard a commotion, she exited her tent and looked to the entrance. Her eyes widened slightly, There being held back by a few guards were multiple people, only three were familiar.
"What is going on, Knights?!" Summer put on her leader voice, the Knights tensed up and looked over to their unarmored and unarmed Queen.
"Nothing your Highness, some Locals seem to be under the impression that they know you." Summer looked to the Knight, she remembered his name, he was James, he was loyal almost to a fault.
Summer looked to the ground and saw how the familiar girls looked at her with stunned awe, "Hm," She tilted her head in thought, "Agent Piper."
She heard a startled shout, then the rushing of the Ex-reporter. Piper appeared wearing her basic Agent Uniform, "Yeah Sums?" The only man of the group snorts.
"Can you tell me anything about these kids?" She looked at Ruby then Yang, "Besides those two, I know them."
Piper blinks before nodding, she pulls out her Pip-boy 4000 and scans through it, "Yes, The cat Faunus is Blake Technical Princess of Menagerie, The white haired is Weiss Schee, Ex-Heiress of the Schnee Mining Company. However." She looked at Team JNR, "That team is a complete mystery, nothing in the public archives of noteworthy."
"Knight James, let them in, I know them, atleast, three of them."
"Yes your Highness." He backs away as the other knights go back to their duties.
"Follow me Kid, we have to go to the Command Tent."
Inside the Command Tent was a World map of Remnant, or atleast the small fraction that was inhabited. Summer was leaning on the table, her M4A3 on her back by a sling and on her left hip was her legendary Guilda, a 12 Gauge double barrel pistol, and on her right was her custom 9mm pistol.
"All right, so, Qrow." She looked at the man, "What the hell are you doing here, I was trying to be as Slow as possible while revealing my identity."
Qrow narrowed his eyes, "I'm on a mission, you should be dead."
"Was, dead." That shut him up, "Twice in fact." That made his jaw drop, To put it bluntly." She looked to her two kids, "I was reincarnated in a different world, the one past the portal, it is a hellscape." She looked back at Qrow, "Almost as bad as this world, just no Grim or Salem." She hissed out that name, "Just deadly radiation, blood thirsty bandits, and eh, bunch of other things I won't go into detail. No government."
She shrugged, "I brought the people of that world together under my leadership. Now we have a mission to help this world, especially with Salem." She frowned, "Oh, and I went and met Tai earlier." That left the room speechless, she then gave her two daughters a stern glare, "You should be at home, or school."
"But Ozpin is dead, and we are on a mission to-" Ruby was cut off.
"Pfft, fine whatever." Summer waved her off, "You have the full backing of my Country, Operatives." She looked over to Piper, "What is your mission?"
Ruby looked away, "Um, we need to go to Haven to talk to Leonardo, and hopefully save the world from Salem."
Summer rubs her chin, "Piper, I want Strong and Longheart here."
"Yes, Summer, I will have them here in an hour."
Summer looked to the teams, "I will be going with you, sadly my previous skills as a Huntress is missing so I will have to manage with my Power Armor." Her eyes hardened, "For now, Qrow when this mission is finished I want your group back at Alpha base, when we do, Train me how to use my Aura."
He nods and she walks out, "I will have to change. Ruby and Yang you can come."
Ruby and Yang enter her tent; it was spacious but mostly barren. "So mom?" Yang asked.
Summer didn't really look at her but answered, "Mhm?"
"Can you tell me what happened to you?"
Summer thinks about it, "My story is actually most happy, I did a lot of good and very little bad… But I still made some mistakes. So yeah." Yang perked up and Ruby smiled, "To start it was around 200 years from what it was now-" Hearing this they had one rightful question.
"Wait, how old are you?!"
"Eh, Physically I'm around 24, but I have been asleep for over 200 years."
"How does that-"
"I was frozen, in a pod, being frozen made sure my body did not age in the slightest."
"Oh."
"Sadly I can't tell you everything but I will say, I had a Husband and a son."
"A Step-dad, and step bro?" Ruby cheerfully ask.
"Yeah."
"Can I see them?"
Summer sighs, "Sadly neither my Husband or son Survived."
"Mom, is something wrong with our bro?"
"He was awake 80 years before I did, so he was older than me, he ruled over a group of sociopathic scientists. To put it bluntly he died for old age before I even got to know him well."
"That's confusing…"
Summer giggled, "I think that is exactly what I said to his face when he said it, he just smirked. Good news is that my son left a clone of himself to take his place." She frowned, "He is your real brother, not that old man, I basically disowned him after what he did. He left his mother in Cryostorage for 50 years." She shrugged, "Okay, finally finished."
As she talked she stripped into her underwear and pulled on the Undersuit before slipping into her Power Armor.
She summoned her Gatling Laser, all Pip-boys 4000 and up have Hammerspace. Ruby's eyes lit up with astonishment.
"So cool!"
Summer giggled behind her Helmet, "I made her myself, she was once a scrap pile, now look at the beauty. Sadly I won't be using her unless the mission goes downhill quickly." She grabbed her M4A3 and exited the tent with the rest.
The Portal begins to glow as two figures walk out a tall green humanoid covered in Super Mutant Power Armor and the final was Reaper Sentry Bot.
"Human!" Strong happily exclaims, "We are ready to smash!" Summer giggles.
"LongHeart Model #0001 Ready to destroy all enemies to the crown!"
"Are you guys good?" Summer smiles.
"Yes, humans, we are ready for all violence!"
"We are Combat Ready." Those words cause Ruby to flinch slightly.
"Hey Piper try and Unlock the Aura of Strong and Longheart."
Piper blinks before looking at Blake, "Sure, let's try it. Hey big guy, I'm gonna try and make you even stronger, okay?"
"Milk of Human Kindness?" Summer snorted, so did Yang.
"Yeah, something like that." Piper quickly awakened Strong's aura, it was yellow with an overlap of green.
Strong flexed his arms, "Strong feels Stronger!" He gave a happy laugh, "We will smash all the Baddies!"
Summer smiled, "I know you will buddy, you ready to start helping this world?"
"Yes, my army is ready to protect the puny humans from puny creatures, more fun!"
Piper unlocked the Aura of Longheart, "This unit feels?"
Summer looked at him so fast she was afraid she gained whiplash, "What?"
LH seems to nod with its cannons, "This unit feels the air temperature, feels the blowing of air, and wells warm inside."
"Wow. We just figured out that Aura lets actual robots feel something."
"Mhm."
"Lets move out guys."
Piper stays at the base.
Summer walks behind the group with Strong and LH at her flanks, when they arrive they are met with a whole group of enemies. 'Hm strange, only 5 non-hostiles, that means they have no intention in killing anyone. She looked at the dark skinned teen, 'she doesn't wanna be here.' She quickly looked over to the Faunus man that Leo, 'He betrayed his people out of fear, someone is threatening to kill him.' her eyes landed on Cinder, 'She reeks of death and hatred, she is the one.' His eyes quickly looked over to the one she knew was Raven, 'She is stupid and foolish but thinks she is smart.' The one next to her was no better. The last one was not overly hostile but also not innocent. 'Time for me to step in.'
She put her hand on Ruby and Yang's shoulder giving a small smile. "So, let's talk."
Cinder scoffed, "Oh, why should we talk to a faceless person?"
Summer tilted her head in thought, "All right, that's fair." She popped off her helmet with a pressurized hiss, she saw the eyes of Raven bulge and the Scorpion Faunus looked enraged. "Ahh I thought you looked familiar." Summer jovially smiles, "I wonder how a Dead woman can come back and haunt you." She shook her head, "Besides that, Raven." Raven flinched at hearing that all too familiar disappointed tone. "You left your daughter out of fear. Then you even betray the world, out of fear, and now you plan on killing my daughter out of fear." She shook her head sadly, "I trusted you, I did, but I see I was a fool to believe a bandit could ever bring peace to her tribe. You are just a fearful girl who can't bring herself to fight a greater enemy all because you see the bad and not the good."
She turned and looked at the green haired woman. "You're not an evil kid, I can see it, you don't wanna hurt people but you are convinced it is what you are made to do. Everything Cinder has ever told you is a lie, and you can see it on her face, she doesn't care about you in the slightest, you could die tomorrow and all she would say is 'Pathetic'." Unknown to Summer one of Semblances had activated, the Semblance known as Unifier. A Semblance based entirely on truth, if the user lies the Semblance will not activate, but if she speaks the truth the one affected will see the truth and decide to follow the Unifier.
Both Ravens and Emeralds eyes widened, for now they saw the truth. "I'm out." Raven growls and takes Vernal before vanishing. Emerald looks to Summer and uses her Semblance to quickly escape.
Summer looks to Leo, "She is lying to you, and what you know is wrong, Salem can be defeated, it will take time and planning but she is capable of being defeated." Again Summer's words were undeniable truth, Leo's eyes widened as he realized how mistaken he was. "I… I quit!" He ran away exposing that everyone was frozen.
And finally Summer looked to Hazel, "Salem only wants to destroy humanity including Faunus, she doesn't care about loyalty or even what you want, just her end goals." Hazel looks around after Summer's words and frowns. "You have been on the wrong side completely, what would Gretchen think about what you are doing?"
Hazel looks down trodden, "She would hate me, she always wanted me to be a hero, but I betrayed that dream."
She looked to all the Faunus led by Adam, none of the Enemies could move, her Semblance made it impossible for the Guilty to move while she spoke. "None of you Faunus are truly evil or want what Adam truly wants, you just want equality, but I can get you that equality. You need Humans to stand alongside you, because without them you are missing a part of yourself. All of you have Humanity, but it is always being blocked by the discrimination others bring upon you, you can become great people but you just refuse to take it."
The Faunus all looked unsure, they all saw what she was trying to show them, but they had to make the choice to take it.
Summer smiled and soon her Semblance faded letting all those realize what had just happened.
"Where did mom go?" Yang asks with shock, "Where is Emerald and.. That other guy."
Blake notices something else "The White Fang, they look unsure, some are already missing.
"Mom?" Summer looks to Ruby, who has wide eyes, "What did you do?"
And for some reason Summer had no idea, "I… I don't know. I think I turned the hearts of those around, made them see reason… but… how?"
"Damn you!" Cinder screamed at the top of her lungs, "I was supposed to kill the Spring Maiden, damn you all!"
Summer had enough and spoke, "Engage!" LH opened fire with his Gatling laser and Missile pods to keep the enemy suppressed. Strong started to laugh and charged into the fight ready to smash some Faunus
Summer pulled out her Chinese officer sword and began to fight Cinder one V One, the two moved with near equal skill and talent.
They traded blows, with Summer's double Aura being far above the might of Cinder's.
Mercury was being attacked by the combined might of Ruby and Weiss. While Adam was on equal ground with Blake and Yang.
Team JNR was engaging Tyrain.
The faunus were being destroyed by the combined force of Strong and LongHeart.
Soon Cinder's aura cracked and she realized how poor this situation actually was. "Fuck, It's a mission fail!"
She was unable to continue as Summer ran her through with the Officer sword, Cinder's eyes widened and she coughed up blood, she stumbled back looking at the small cut in her chest.
"W-what, I was supposed… to be… invincible…" Summer didn't let her finish her as she stabbed her through the throat letting her drown in her own blood.
Cinder's aura flickered one final time before it left her corpse, and flooded Summer's body.
Summer gasped and stumbled back, her eyes began to glow behind her helmet.
Mercury looked shocked seeing his boss being killed so seamlessly, quickly Neo appeared but she suddenly froze. Summer looked over to her and her Semblance activated once again.
And unlike last time with Summer's aura running low time did not stop. "Neo, Roman would not want you on this path, he wanted you to be happy not angry for a lie spoken by the one who actually killed him. Cinder was Manipulating you after she had Roman killed and framed it to seem like Ruby did it, please, don't betray the love Roman had for you."
Neo's eyes started to tear up slightly and she disappeared.
Tyrian cursed, he was holding his own but this team had perfect Team work, pushing each other away from his attacks. He knew either he or them would slip up, and it started to feel like he was the one that would slip up. "Get us the fuck out of here!"
Mercury nods and uses a smoke bomb to vanish.
"Damn." Yang cursed, while Summer blinked.
"I think my Semblance brings people together, it does match me, almost to perfectly."
That caught the attention of everyone, "How do you think it works?" Ruby asked.
"Hm, If I speak the truth of something that either compels or at least guides them it seems to work. For instance I just instinctively knew that Neo was acting under Cinder's manipulation, I also knew that Cinder set up Ruby so Neo would try and kill her."
"What did you say to my Mom?"
"I am unsure, but I don't think it was too powerful." She frowned, "I hope."
They gained the Relic and arrived back at Alpha base, there waiting for them was Leo, Raven, Emerald, Neo, and Hazel.
Summer blinked, "Eh?" She looked at all of them.
"Summer, I thought you died." Raven choked out, her eyes filled with tears.
Summer shrugged softly, "Kinda did, I got better." She looked at Raven and popped her X-05 helmet off, she stared into Raven's red eyes.
"You broke the Promise Raven, you would have killed both my daughters, I can't call you Yang's mother even if you gave birth here." Raven looked stricken, "If I can't trust you with the lives of my kid or even your own. I can't trust you with anything."
Raven's eyes widened, "B-but…"
"You let fear control you, you should have known, working for Salem would have led you and your tribe to their deaths, but instead you foolishly believed working for her would have helped you." Summer shook her head in disappointment, "I will however let your tribe enter my kingdom but they have to change, and do so for the better. Otherwise I will specifically target them until the clan is little more than a memory, Raider's only get one chance." She glared at Raven, "So do you, after you break that chance you will be forever kept captive."
Raven frowned but nodded, she knew no matter how strong her clan was no one would be able to stop Summer. Afterall Summer was the strongest Huntresses alive, she was capable of tearing about hordes of Grim and had no quarrel with killing the guilty.
"I… I understand…" Vernal looked stunned at hearing the submissive voice of her leader, "Please, Summer, I'm."
"Shut up." Summer shook her head and looked to Leo, "Traitors usually get executed, and for once, I am prone to agree." Leo flinched, "I would not think so if you hadn't made Mistral weak by killing off a large number of Hunters. However, I need you for more info." Summer looked to Piper, "Interrogation Alpha Red, Override individual safeties, I want the answers he has. If he refuses to speak, I give full authority to use Torture." Leo's eyes widened, "I think of my people before trash that can speak." Leo was escorted away by a few Knights.
Summer's eyes softened slightly as she looked at Neo and Emerald, "You two," They flinched, Summer smiled, "It's fine, don't worry. Piper these two can join our group after 3 months however I want them to be my helpers in this world."
"Yes my Queen."
Summer looked at Hazel and frowned, "Piper, find a way to get him involved in our group but keep him monitored."
Summer sighed and looked at the group, "What do we do now?"
Qrow sighed, "I need to go pick up, Oscar."
Summer tilted her head, "Who is Oscar?"
"Oscar is Ozpin."
"Ehh?" Summer blinked, "I was told Ozpin died."
"He did." Yang frowned, "Where you not told?"
Summer looked at her daughter, "Told what?"
"Whenever Ozpin dies his soul is sent to a different person until he consumes that person's soul."
Summer frowned, "No, I did not know." She scowled, "That means I can actually do what I have been meaning to do."
She slipped her helmet over her head and attached it, allowing the suit to repressurize.
Ozpin was stunned, no that would be an understatement! Summer was alive, with an army, and… Oscar quickly felt the fear that Ozpin started to emit. Ozpin's eyes widened, 'Oscar, be weary of Summer, she will be… mad.'
Summer was currently Staring at Oscar, wearing her Combat dress. "Ozpin, you messed up, I Specifically told you to not consider my children as pawns in your game. Like always your own motives override your sense of morality." Summer looked to the two teams, "Neither of you are allowed to be around Ozpin again, he may think he is doing everything for the good of others. He isn't, he will never tell the truth no matter how much you push him, he will never reveal all his cards, and he will always betray you before you can betray him." Summer looked at Qrow, "I am disappointed in you, you joined him, thinking that he could guide you." Summer shrugs, "Fuck it-"
Her Daughter's eyes widened, "Mom, Language!"
Summer blushed slightly, "Excuse me, anyway, I have nothing more to say."
Summer frowned, "Rubaby keep the Relic far away from Ozpin, in fact hand it to me, please." Ruby looked nervous but she truthfully didn't trust Ozpin anymore, he was responsible for Phyrra dead in some form. Ruby handed the Relic to Summer.
"Thank you, I will keep it locked beyond the portal, I have a Vault that is the most defended location in either world."
Um, where mom?" Ruby ask nervously, and Summer grins.
"In Space."
