Inside Signal Academy's spacious classroom, students eagerly gathered for their Aura Mastery class. Naruto's group along with their fellow classmates, sat attentively as Professor Elyria prepared to unravel the mysteries of aura.
"Good morning, students! Today, we dive deep into the essence of your being—your aura. It's not just a protective shield but a reflection of your soul's energy."
The students leaned in, captivated by the subject matter. Yang proceeded to call out, "Aura is like our inner energy, right?
Professor Elyria nodded in agreement. "Correct, Yang. Aura is the manifestation of your soul's energy. It protects you, heals you, and, when mastered, can be a formidable tool in battle."
Theo raised his hand, his characteristic calm demeanor undisturbed. "How can we tap into our aura's potential?"
"That's what we're here to learn." She replied with a smile. "Your aura is like a well of energy within you. To tap into it, you must first understand it. Let's start with a simple exercise. The class followed Professor Elyria outside to a peaceful training area. They stood in a circle, their eyes closed as they focused on their breath and energy. "Close your eyes and feel the energy within you. Your aura is an extension of your soul. It flows through you, surrounds you."
As they concentrated, they began to sense a warm, protective energy enveloping them—their aura. "I can feel it, It's like a shield." Naruto announced.
Luna smiled as she took in its warmth. "It's soothing, like a protective cocoon."
With a gentle nod, Professor Elyria continued their training. She explained that aura could be harnessed not only for protection but also for healing, amplifying physical abilities, and even unlocking Semblances.
The class was divided into pairs to practice aura manipulation. Naruto partnered with Yang, Luna with Jax, and Iris with Theo.
"In your pairs, one of you will project your aura while the other attempts to manipulate it. This exercise will help you understand the potential of your aura."
Naruto focused, projecting his aura, while Yang attempted to manipulate it. Remnants of fiery yet strong essence flowed into Naruto's aura, creating a sensation like a protective, flaming barrier.
"It's working, Naruto! Our auras are like a team!"
Luna and Jax experimented with enhancing their agility and strength, while Iris and Theo explored the healing properties of their auras.
"Excellent, everyone! Your aura is a versatile and powerful tool. With practice, you can unlock its full potential."
As the class continued, students learned that aura was not only a defensive shield but a wellspring of energy that connected them to the world around them. Professor Elyria's teachings instilled in them a profound respect for their inner guardian.
With their newfound knowledge of aura and the determination to explore its depths, Naruto, Yang, Luna, Jax, Iris, and Theo left the Aura Mastery class with a sense of wonder and anticipation. They were one step closer to becoming skilled Huntsmen and Huntresses.
Another year had passed as the students were given time to both train up their aura reserves and train their bodies in preparation of discovering their semblances.
Now it was finally time to begin unlocking their semblances. "Good morning, everyone! Today, we embark on a journey to uncover the mysteries of your Semblances. Semblance is a unique power that lies within every Huntsman and Huntress, an extension of your aura and inner self.
The room was filled with eager faces, each student curious about their own Semblance and what they might discover during this class. "Its going to be interesting. Can't wait to see what mine is." Naruto whispered to Yang.
"Yeah, it's exciting! I hope it's something cool!" She whispered back.
Professor Elyria projected an image of a vibrant aura surrounding a figure on the screen. "Your Semblance is tied to your aura, the manifestation of your soul. It's a unique ability that varies from person to person. It can be a powerful tool in battle, a means of defense, or even a utility skill."
Theo raised his hand, his calm and thoughtful demeanor ever-present. "Can Semblances change over time?"
"Good question, Theo. Yes, Semblances can evolve or manifest in response to personal growth, traumatic experiences, or intense training. It's a reflection of your inner self."
Naruto leaned forward in his seat; his curiosity piqued. "So, how do we discover our Semblances?"
"Patience, Naruto. Today, we'll start with a simple exercise to help you connect with your aura. Stand up, everyone."
The students rose, and Professor Elyria guided them through a meditation exercise to focus on their auras. As they closed their eyes and concentrated, they began to feel a warm, protective energy enveloping them.
Professor Elyria softly lectured, "Your aura is a manifestation of your soul's energy, a force field that protects and empowers you. To unlock your Semblance, you must first understand this energy."
After the meditation, the class was divided into pairs for a practical exercise. Naruto partnered with Luna, Yang with Jax, and Iris with Theo.
"In your pairs, one of you will project your aura while the other tries to sense it. This exercise will help you understand the connection between your aura and potential Semblance."
Naruto closed his eyes and focused, projecting his aura as Luna attempted to sense it. The sensation was akin to standing in a gentle breeze, and Luna's Faunus senses allowed her to feel it more keenly.
"I can feel it, Naruto. It's so vibrant and fresh like a gust of wind. "
Yang and Jax stood back-to-back, their auras intertwining as they honed their connection. Iris and Theo's auras pulsed in harmony, a testament to their deep understanding of each other.
"Excellent, everyone. Your aura is a vital part of unlocking your Semblance. It's the key to accessing your inner power."
As the class continued, Professor Elyria delved into the myriad forms Semblances could take. Some had the potential to be offensive. Yang's aura seemed more active with heat to it indicating that it was offensive. Naruto's was a bit more difficult to indicate so something defensive? Luna's agility and enhanced reflexes were attributed to her Semblance, which heightened her physical abilities.
The eight year at Signal Academy brought new challenges and adventures for Naruto, Yang, Luna, Jax, Iris, and Theo. They had grown as both individuals and as a team during their first year, and now, they were eager to take on more training and simulation missions.
The academy grounds were familiar yet different as the group walked through the courtyard on a crisp morning.
Their group dynamic had evolved over time. Naruto, with his boundless energy, charismatic nature and quick thinking, and protective nature had become the de facto leader, guiding their actions in and out of combat. Yang, always brimming with confidence and courage, provided the emotional strength needed to push forward.
Luna's agility and adaptability allowed her to excel in reconnaissance missions with her sweet nature making her the heart of the group.
While Jax's precision and marksmanship made him a long-range specialist he also often doubled as the liaison or face of the group that spoke and interacted with people. Iris's technological prowess had led to numerous advancements in their equipment while also serving as the brains that kept things in order, and Theo's meditation techniques helped maintain their focus during intense battles and was more or less the peacekeeper.
Their abilities and skills had grown exponentially since their first year, and it was evident in their daily training sessions. Today's session was led by Professor Zephyr, a seasoned Huntsman known for his mastery of the elements.
The rather tall and commanding may not have stood out in much in features his abilities more than spoke for themselves.
"Today, we focus on harnessing the power of Dust. It's a formidable tool when used correctly. After years of study and theories this is the year where you will be trusted to use them. Naruto, Yang, show me what you've learned.
Naruto and Yang stepped forward, their auras shimmering with energy. Naruto summoned wind-based Dust, creating a swirling vortex occurred in the glove that he wore in his right hand that blew through targets with precision. Yang's fiery Semblance was further enhanced with fire Dust, engulfing her fists in flames as she demonstrated her newfound control.
Their abilities dazzled their fellow students as they showcased their advanced techniques. Luna, Jax, Iris, and Theo watched with pride, knowing that their friends' growth was a testament to their unwavering dedication.

With the changing seasons came the academy's annual tournament—a grand event where students from some of the academies gathered to showcase their combat skills and creativity by designing and customizing their weapons. It was a much smaller imitation of the Vytal festival of the Kingdom's major academies where scouts from the four kingdoms scouted out potential hopefuls from other kingdom that suited the traits each academy was looking for.
Naruto, Yang, Luna, Jax, Iris, and Theo had worked tirelessly to prepare for the tournament. Naruto had refined his techniques, Yang was mastering her Semblance, Luna had developed her acrobatics into a unique fighting style, Jax had honed his agility and precision, Iris had upgraded everyone's weapons, and Theo had become a master of meditation and focus.

"And now, in the final match, it's Team Signal versus Team Obscure! Who will emerge victorious?"
It was an opportunity to test their combat skills and teamwork in a controlled environment.
Their opponents, a well-coordinated team of students from the other academy, awaited them at the opposite end of the arena. The atmosphere crackled with anticipation as the match was about to begin.
"Alright, teams, this is a friendly skirmish. The objective is to score points by tagging opponents with your aura-activated weapons. No Semblances or harmful strikes. Keep it friendly but keep it competitive.
With a nod from Instructor Elara, the skirmish began. Naruto and Yang dashed forward; their teamwork evident as they covered each other. Yang's gauntlets erupted with kinetic energy, propelling her forward, while Naruto used his agility to evade incoming attacks.
Luna performed breathtaking acrobatics, using her twin short swords with precision. Jax maintained a sniper's vantage point, picking off opponents from a distance with calculated shots. Iris deployed her versatile crossbow with tech-enhanced bolts, keeping opponents at bay.
Theo, the calm strategist, remained at the center of the group, coordinating their movements and ensuring their defenses were solid. He used his staff-polearm with grace and precision.
The opposing team displayed equal skill, moving with coordinated strikes and tactical precision. They managed to tag Naruto and Luna, earning them points, but Yang retaliated, scoring a point of her own. Jax's sniper shots proved difficult to evade, and Iris's tech-enhanced bolts tagged opponents effectively.
As the skirmish continued, it became evident that teamwork was the key to success. Naruto and Yang worked together to create diversionary tactics, allowing Luna to execute swift strikes. Jax's precision shots took down opponents one by one, and Iris's tactical gadgets kept their opponents on their toes.
Theo's calm demeanor and strategic thinking ensured their defenses held, preventing the opposing team from scoring additional points.
"Five minutes left, teams!"
With the clock ticking down, both teams fought fiercely. Naruto showcased his speed, using it to dodge attacks and tag opponents. Yang's close-quarters combat skills were unmatched, and Luna's acrobatic maneuvers allowed her to score multiple points.
Jax's sniper shots continued to hit their mark, and Iris's tech-savvy tactics left their opponents disoriented. Theo's coordination and tactics kept their defenses solid.
In the final moments of the skirmish, the scoreboard displayed a close match—both teams were neck and neck. The skirmish ended, and the students gathered in the center of the arena.
"Well done, everyone. It was a close match. Final score: 12-11 in favor of Team Naruto."
Their opponents, while disappointed by the close loss, exchanged nods of respect with Naruto, Yang, Luna, Jax, Iris, and Theo. It was a friendly skirmish that had pushed both teams to their limits and showcased the importance of coordination and teamwork in the world of Huntsmen and Huntresses.
The victory at the tournament was a defining moment for the team.
Now it was finally time for the graduation exam. A mock exam to showcase the team's ability against Grimm. "Your task is to retrieve the item hidden deep within the forest. Remember, teamwork and strategy are key. There are Grimm in this area so be vigilant."
With unwavering determination, Naruto, Yang, Luna, Jax, Iris, and Theo ventured into the forest. Grimm creatures, lurking in the shadows, sensed their presence and attacked with ferocity. But the team's coordination was impeccable, and they swiftly dispatched the threats that dared to challenge them.
Hours passed as they navigated through the dense foliage and treacherous terrain. Each member of the team faced their own trials, testing their skills and resolve. Naruto and Luna scouted ahead and gather vital information. Yang's Semblance was their shield, absorbing damage and redirecting it with devastating force and Jax's precise shots took down Grimm from a distance.
Iris's technological expertise enabled them to communicate effectively and analyze their surroundings, while Theo's calm focus allowed him to maintain their mental and emotional stability throughout the journey.
Finally, they reached the heart of the forest, where the item lay hidden. It was a battle against a small herd of Beowolves, but through their unwavering teamwork and determination, they emerged victorious.
The years at Signal Academy passed swiftly, and graduation day approached. Naruto, Yang, Luna, Jax, Iris, and Theo had grown from enthusiastic newcomers into formidable Huntsmen and Huntresses ready to face the challenges of the world.
"You have all shown remarkable growth and determination during your time here at Signal Academy. Remember the values you've learned, the friendships you've forged, and the skills you've honed."
With their families and friends in attendance, Naruto, Yang, Luna, Jax, Iris, and Theo received their diplomas. It was a moment of pride and accomplishment, a testament to their hard work and dedication. They were all ready to head to the next academy to start preparing their final phases of becoming full fledged hunters.
