Inside the castle, King Robert and the Queen sat on their throne. Tanjuro approached Robert.
"Robert, there's something important I have to tell you." Tanjuro said.
"Not now, Tanjuro." Robert said.
"But it's about Tanjiro." Tanjuro said.
"Tanjiro, oh yes, of course, Tanjiro, why, where is the boy?" Robert said.
"That's what i'm telling to tell you." Tanjuro said
"Well, send for him immediately!" Robert said.
"But ..." Tanjuro said.
A fanfare sounded outside
"The sun has set, make ready to welcome your princess!" The announcer said.
The crowd before the castle cheers, and fireworks were shot into the sky. The fairies were crying at a bed they have placed Christiana on, a red rose in her hand. They went onto the balcony and see the cheering crowd
"Poor King Robert and the Queen." Kanae said.
"They'll be heartbroken when they find out." Kanao said.
"They're not going to." Shinobu said.
"They aren't?" Kanao said.
"We'll put them all to sleep, until Christi awakens. Come!" Shinobu said.
They flew around the castle, putting everyone to sleep. Shinobu had just put the spell on Tanjuro. While drifting off to sleep, he said ...
"Well, just been talking to Tanjiro. Seems he's fallen in love with some peasant girl."
"Peasant girl? Yes, yes? The peasant girl, who is she? Where did he meet her?" Shinobu said.
"Just some peasant girl he met." Tanjuro said.
"Where, where?" Shinobu said.
"Once upon a dream." Tanjuro said as he finally fell asleep.
"Once upon a dr... Christi! Prince Tanjiro!" Shinobu flew to Kanae and Kanao. "Come on, we've got to get back to the cottage!"
The fairies hurriedly started towards back the cottage. Tanjiro was on his horse, whistling 'once upon a dream' as he approached the cottage. He knocked on the door.
"Come in!" Muzan said.
Tanjiro got in and was surprised by a couple of Muzan's servants. He struggled, but ultimately was completely tied. Muzan and her raven watched the scene with deep satisfaction.
Muzan lit his face with a candle. "Well, this is a pleasant surprise. I set my trap for a peasant, and lo! I catch a prince!" She laughed. "Away with him. But gently, my pets, gently, I have plans for our royal guest."
The fairies were still on their way. As they arrived, they found the door open. They entered and found Tanjiro's hat on the floor
"Muzan!" The fairies said.
"She's got Prince Tanjiro!" Kanao said.
"At the forbidden mountain." Shinobu said.
"But we can't, we can't go there!" Kanae said.
"We can, and we must." Shinobu said.
