AN: We are surprised we got this out during Christmas, so Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and Happy New Year.
Just like many times before Naruto and Sasuke or at least perfect clones of them found themselves in a strange universe, to say the least, it seems this universe was made by fusing Dragon Ball and the universe of My Hero Academia, this could have several instances where all hell can break loose, and that made Sasuke worry, and excited Naruto so much that he was practically giddy.
Sasuke knew that the first thing he would do upon landing in that universe is spread Chakra of all types to every corner of that universe regardless of how much this could end up adding a new element to it and unleash untold chaos and potential harm to countless people, he will argue that this will benefit everyone and allow them to use their abilities, so why bother mentioning this potential danger if Naruto was going to ignore it anyways?
Now they found themselves in a place where the point when this new universe was formed this one single event caused the formation of this universe and it was all thanks to the birth of one little boy, who apparently was born with the ability to generate pure light if anything this was the beginning of the appearance of strange abilities, called Quirks.
Many people would be born with their own Quirk abilities and many would pass them down to their children and grandchildren and so on, but the fact that Naruto once again spread chakra of all types in this universe ended up affecting the very nature of Quirks in a fundamental way, much like Sasuke saw him do in that universe where mutant powers exist, he hoped that the inclusion of chakra becomes a stabilizing agent much like it happened in the mutant universe.
Well, they appear to be somewhere in mainland china, so they know this part of the world, they immediately saw that the year was 1910, and having little else to do they both decided to start helping people, but as they helped people they soon realized that there was only so much they could do by themselves, so they started to accept recruits of like-minded people, people who wanted to help their fellow men, even if they received nothing for it.
Twenty years have gone by and Sasuke formed his own company to fund their activities of enforcing laws, helping people, and trying to prevent disasters from happening, Naruto decided to simply write books that taught people things that according to Sasuke he was crazy for even trying to teach them that, books on the existence of Chakra, the various uses for it and how to train to actually use it. Little did he know another man found these books fascinating since they reminded him so much of his own work as he was a major KI researcher.
At first, Naruto wanted to flat-out introduce himself as Sun Wukong, the great sage heaven's equal, something Sasuke put a stop to as fast as he could as he hit hard on his thick skull as he hit him with a book called Journey to the west, and so he reminded him he can't use that name since they would be sued into such poverty that their descendants would still have to pay that debt.
That didn't make Naruto happy but at least he accepted that he couldn't go around taking the name of a heroic mythological person, it would be no better than going to Greece and start declaring that his name is Zeus only so that people will worship the ground he stepped on. "Naruto this is not the time to draw attention to ourselves, we still have to find how Quirks really spread in this universe we don't need extra attention and possibly have to spend years in court because you want to be the center of attention."
"Think before you act honorable son of the Fourth Hokage." Naruto looked at his friend glaring at him and he was pouting as he said that gaining attention would allow his books and his teaching to spread faster, not to mention it would gain their humanitarian efforts much recognition and possibly new recruits.
This is when a man who had this look of utter shock and dread on his face came running outside his home and the minute he did he was met by two people that were known to help people in need so he grabbed one of them and dragged him back into his home, it happens that it was Sasuke, who simply followed the man to see what was wrong and Naruto came with him to see how he could help.
The minute they entered a room that seems to be a nursery, they saw what was shocking to both parents their baby boy was glowing in a dark room. Naruto could help but laugh and the father asked what was wrong with the son? was he possessed by an evil spirit? what was wrong with their child?
Sasuke looked at the parents and simply smiled, "Other than your child needs a new diaper no there is nothing wrong with your child back where we were born we call these bloodline traits, you can consider the ability to shine like this your son's personal quirk as it were, but there is nothing wrong with him, in fact you know where our group office is, once this boy learns to walk and talk, bring him over and we will help him train and learn to use his special ability, his quirk. No need to worry about money, we will gladly help him at no cost."
Naruto hit his friend on the head and scowled, "Look if many of these people who have quirks show up and we end up training them, we might as well ask for some money if you are trying to turn our group into a school." This caused both parents to begin laughing as they actually liked the idea of a school that trains people with special abilities or quirks.
As it turns out the parents were the owners of a rather large business and asked both Naruto and Sasuke to train their son, if they managed to train him to control his light ability enough that their son could lead a happy and normal life, they will reward them and their small group with an actual building where to meet and live in, and provide them with all the help they will ever need.
Sasuke saw the desperation and worry on the mother's face and it was not hard to understand why she felt this way, but he was having a hard time dealing with something else, they honestly think that they need to train him to deal with what they considered a disability, rather than seeing their son can do something no one in their nation can do. It was something they never saw before but never mind, he will train the kid as soon as he could talk and walk.
Naruto could only think of all the money they would no longer need to waste on finding housing for the people in their group, and from the sounds of it things were going to be pretty sweet, he was already planning how to use the money they will save to help as many people as possible.
The training began sooner than either of the friends thought possible, the kid began to say his first word and walk when he was only a year old, Naruto found that amazing but Sasuke told him that this was the typical age when a kid begins to do that and calm down. Little by little the two men trained the kid and still managed to do missions.
Some of the men who volunteered to join them in their humanitarian work had been the children of old combat veteran friends whom they once fought side by side during World War Two, the group back then was five people but only with Naruto and Sasuke taking to the front lines, as they used their abilities to both stop and invasion and even managed to send the invaders packing.
The Japanese soldiers who were sent screaming and crying back to their ships could only describe that fighting these two strangers was a terrifying thing like they were fighting demons straight from the very pits of Hell.
In the coming years, Naruto and Sasuke found that more and more people were born with Quirks and slowly but surely this seemed to be a thing that was happening all over the world, the United Nations even sent medical teams to study and find how to determine when someone was born with a quirk or not, their school went from a small building to one that would compare to a college campus, there were hundreds if not thousands of students.
Many of the former students who managed to graduate eventually became professors the very first one that became a professor at the place people called the Quirk Academy was their very first student, who thanks to the training he received became a very successful man who completed operations to end things like hostage situations and even liberates business who were taken over by organized criminal groups.
Naruto thought him how to fight and use stealth while Sasuke taught him how to use his ability and use it in various ways, he could use it as a form of lighting, blind his enemies, and even managed to use it to bend light around him to make himself invisible, and finally, he used it to power equipment or make it shortcircuit.
It has been twenty years and the Quirk Academy was doing so well that both Naruto and Sasuke wanted to see how Japan was doing regarding these possible quirks, Sasuke thought that if they don't have something similar there, people who are not educated in the proper use of their abilities do tend to abuse them, and that means if they don't go that island nation could be a breeding ground for criminal quirk users.
Their friends were said but the national senate even said if they go and help Japan, then this could be useful as an olive branch that can further improve their diplomatic relations with their neighbor, if this was later encouraged in Korea the way for the region to achieve lasting peace could be something they could see happening in the future.
Well at first Sasuke felt that everyone would hate his guts, after all, he fought and defended against the Japanese invasion of China and he felt that this would pretty much make the people there hate his guts across generations but it seems that was not the case, they were welcomed rather in a warm fashion by the people who much like them opened an Academy to train and educate people with Quirks.
The Emperor hearing that they were in the area decided to make a big welcome feast, Naruto called it a sign that they would be welcomed and that they had nothing to worry about, except Sasuke, saw right through it and knew there had to be another reason, there is no way the Emperor of all people would do this for two strangers that just happen to travel to his country.
The Academy was one thing, Sasuke knew that they were planning to use him as a teacher in one of their many classrooms, so it was natural that they provide him with a place to live and some money for his daily expenses, since he was going to working long hours to try and see how the training program could be improved. Judicious use of shadow clones and that shouldn't be a major problem.
The real problem came from the fact that the Emperor expressed his country's many problems, as a small island nation usable land mass was limited, the number of resources was small, and to make matters worse two cities had become so poisonous due to the bombs that nothing grows there anymore.
Sasuke looked at the Emperor who to many was older than they were but in reality he felt like he was lecturing a little kid, "For the food, I have a solution when it comes to crops, a greenhouse schematic we both made a long time ago, can, in fact, grow crops year-round and at large quantities. As for the materials, alchemy can pretty much solve that, the major problem I see is the two cities that got destroyed by the nuclear bombs, but thanks to Naruto being here and with some help from me, that place should be clean and ready for people to live on in a couple of months at most."
The Emperor asked him how in the world can he do that to which Naruto simply said by placing seals they can take the energy and other toxins out of the area and due to alchemy they can be turned into something beneficial to the land, so basically turn the poison into something that promotes plant growth and the energy used to fuel their efforts to rebuild everything that was damaged.
One of the generals called the very notion bullshit, and Sasuke wanted to smack him for saying such a thing, not because it was insulting to them, but rather it was insulting to the Imperial Family who had apparently prepared the food and festivities. "You have a rifle, don't you? Well if you think I am lying by all means shoot me!" The general didn't have a rifle he had a pistol and he didn't waste any time pulling the gun out and shooting at Naruto, who just stood there like nothing happened, until he saw that in his hand was the round that he fired, except it looked like silver.
"As I said, there are very few things we can't do with seals, and alchemy can turn something like the lead of a bullet into pure silver, we might not look it but we are older than we look, we've been around before this island was even formed, so keep that in mind, and try to be more respectful, you are upsetting your nation's ruler after all."
The General told him he doesn't need an ethics lecture from a kid who was still in diapers when he was in the imperial military, to which Sasuke told him appearance can be deceiving, both Naruto and Sasuke may look young but they have both been in and out of combat longer than anyone can imagine, "That is why we started to try and help people, Naruto over here realized that no matter what we do, we are going to end up fighting in one conflict or another but this way we help as many innocent people as we can."
Naruto looked at the General and began to talk with someone about where are they going to live, as such the director of the Academy told him he and his friend will be provided with a home in the Shizuoka Prefecture a nice little city called Musutafu, it was a rather humble home for both of them till he reminded them that they may look young again, but they were both married, so their wives might do some remodeling when they get to see the home, so don't be too surprised if the house ends up looking like either a building or a military headquarters.
That is when someone asked him how? there isn't enough free land around the house to do that, to which Sasuke told him not to even try and figure this little question if there was a way his wife would find it. "Your wife must be extremely smart then." Sasuke looked at the man and simply said she is one of the smartest women he ever met, and his life would be hell without her.
This made a few of the women which include the Empress like him a lot more since he was not shy to recognize that without his wife he would be in a lot of trouble something that most married men don't seem to realize until it is too late or they are stubborn in their juvenile fantasies and think they can do everything by themselves.
"If I did something wrong, I will apologize and do something to correct my error, once she tells me what I need to do, if she is angry I will do everything I can to make sure she never goes to bed angry, and if someone asked me if I was whipped I would gladly tell that person that I am, but that is a small price to pay."
As the welcome feast ended both of them were told by the Empress to answer a few more questions which Sasuke wished he could in fact avoid, and it was of course about embarrassing things about their marriages, when did you meet, how many kids do you have, details about their wedding and even honeymoon, even asked them if they had family photos with them, especially baby pictures.
Naruto simply pulled out his wallet and showed her a picture of him and his wife, Sasuke simply had a picture of his wife, as for children most of them have grown up, grown old, and died a long time ago, it is sad that their children didn't gain their ability to regenerate or their prolonged lifespan, but they still remember their kids, grandkids and many generations as one group of descendant grew up, whithered and eventually died.
She understood that these men had seen death more times than most people but that didn't mean they were immune to the sadness of loss, this made her realize that in the end, she could trust them since they know the pain of losing someone they cared about, and if that was the case when they train their students they would make sure that their families don't feel that pain.
The fact remains still that as they left the place they were given the address where the home would be, and were even given a picture of what the house looked like from the outside, till the General that had insulted them told one of his men to simply drive them to their home, not to apologize for his rudeness but rather because they couldn't have them die because some mugger got lucky.
As they reached the home they realized that next door to their home was a home where two little boys has just awakened their quirks, one had the ability to steal quirks, and the other had the ability to transfer everything and anything but not knowing the little brother awakened his quirk, Naruto then informed both of them what they could do, which the younger brother's quirk was considered to be useless by the eldest of the two and told him with no uncertain terms how useless his quirk actually was, Naruto was not going to let this continue as he saw the elder brother basically bully his kid brother.
"The transfer quirk is not useless, and since I am your neighbor I will show you why that is the case, come on kid, I want you to take that rock and transfer the strength of it into your fist, and then punch that tree by the fence." The kid never saw the tree before it looked like it appeared out of nowhere. He walked over to the tree thinking why the hell would be do this, this was going to hurt but seeing his brother mock him by saying that he decided to do as he was instructed as he managed to punch a whole straight through the trunk of that tree.
"As you can see there are no worthless quirks, every quirk, and every person has value, it all depends on how you apply yourself and use your quirk, positives, and negatives, you can use your quirk to do good or evil, but always remember that when someone uses a quirk someone else can use one that is equal in power to cancel it. If you want to learn more about your quirk and learn how to train, then come over to our house, it's not that hard since we are next-door neighbors."
That is when the eldest brother looked at Naruto and walked over to him, "What can you possibly teach us? What makes you so sure that you can teach us anything?" Naruto looked at Sasuke who simply nodded his head, and as they both stepped closer to the boy they looked at the kid with serious looks.
"Who are we you ask? We are new teachers of the Quirk Academy that just opened, as such we teach people how to use their quirks for the benefit of not only themselves but everyone, but know this, should you use your quirk in a harmful or evil way, we will stop you. But if your desire is to learn and can't wait till you are old enough to go to the Academy, then come next door and both I and Sasuke will train you, but be forwarned our training is harsh."
As he stepped closer to Naruto he realized that he was not kidding and that is when his brother told Naruto that he does want to train and to become stronger, so please teach him how to become stronger and use his quirk the proper way. Sasuke only asked one word, why?
The young boy looked at Sasuke and told him because he knows how it feels to be weak and powerless, he knows that people will hurt him and cause him pain but the reason he wants to do this is to learn to use his quirk so that he can help people in need, to stop bad people who hurt others for their sick enjoyment and to try to make sad people be able to smile again, the only thing Sasuke said to him was a good answer.
After they each asked them about what could they do, Naruto quickly decided to show them why he could stop them if things went out of hand and he did so by showing them something they never expected he began to form a ball of energy in his hand, "This is Chakra, it is a mixture between mental and physical energy it is in everything around you, and I can control this energy to do many things, walk on water, run up the trunk of a tree, create many things, like the tree that you punched, I made that, that is why you didn't notice it before." Next he began to add wind chakra to the ball and this he said is what happens when adding wind chakra to it the ball then gains four propellers to it.
There are other powers as well for example magic that is powered by Mana that is a form of energy from your soul another word spiritual energy and there is another energy called Ki it is similar to chakra as well and even technology if technology evolved enough it can eventually equal these and even one's own will could equal them or surpass them. I shall show you more about chakra right now and later the other powers I talked about if I have time.
Seeing this as his chance to steal that power for himself the elder brother moved closer to him and tried to steal it but somehow he failed to do it no matter how many times he tried as Naruto kept showing each of the elements of Chakra going as far as to show nature Chakra, as he finished he looked at the still unhappy elder brother and smiled.
"You tried to use your quirk to steal my power, and you couldn't do it want to guess why your quirk couldn't steal it?" The elder brother pouted and said that should be impossible he should be able to steal any quirk, to which Sasuke told him what Naruto did was not a quirk, and that is why he couldn't steal it, every person who trains hard enough, studies and even practices their teachings should be able to use Chakra in some manner or form.
"Like Naruto said if you use your quirk to abuse or harm others, if you use them for evil acts we will stop you, and since you tried to steal his ability, and failed, you know we have a power that you can never steal. You can however learn about it. So take this in mind we can teach you as long as you are willing to learn."
As the two men left the area and the young brother promised that he would come to them early the next day to begin his training, Naruto laughed as he heard the eagerness in his tone which reminded him a lot of his youth, the elder brother was glaring at Sasuke as Sasuke realized that he come to them to learn or to do something foolish and try to steal what he thinks is a quirk, either way, they always welcome kids who want to learn and improve.
As the two finally made it home they saw that their wives saw everything, Sasuke asked his wife if she needed anything to which she responded by giving him a quick kiss on the lips and told him she could use some help with arranging the furniture in their bedroom, Naruto's wife was embarrassed that she said that, and told Naruto that he and Sasuke should wash their hands since she cooked something extra special to celebrate them getting both new jobs and their beautiful new home.
