"So the Bush-haired chest uncle decided to stay with the rare mutant animals as the guardian of the forest."

"I feel like...you've just decided...to combine words together...with absolutely no correlation." Zoro replied to Luffy, while doing split squats with a boulder, bigger than both their boats, above him as weights.

"I know what you mean. I wouldn't have believed it either if I wasn't there." Nami added.

But then Gaimon and his animals came out of the forest, which startled Zoro.

"Wait, is that him?!" Zoro dropped the boulder, which caused the ground to shake violently. It scared both Gaimon himself and the mutant animals around him, who was there to give their goodbyes.

'So that's what I missed during my nap back then.' Zoro thought.

The crew then packed up their stuff and sailed away, with Gaimon and his animals seeing them off, and wishing them a safe voyage.

"See! There were pirates. I wasn't lying."

3 kids and a teenager was watching Luffy, Zoro and Nami docking on the shores. Zoro sensed them long before they reached land, and was thinking of how to approach them when...

"Hey, you guys hiding in the bushes! Can we ask some questions!" Luffy blurted out, spooking the 3 children into running away.

"AH! They found us!" Usopp squealed, but then tried to quickly bring back face by coughing and introducing himself. "I'm the Great Captain Usopp of the 80 million strong Usopp pirate fleet! Pirates! Turn back now as I'm in charge of the security of the Gecko Islands, and my m-men will not be merciful." Usopp proclaimed with shaky knees.

"You're lying right?" Nami nonchalantly asked.

"Ah! They caught me!"

"You just admitted it."

"Shit! Did I?!"

"There's also no way these islands can house, much less sustain 80 million people. Even the World Government would find it hard to field anywhere close to that number of forces." Zoro informed.

"Hahaha! You're so goofy." Luffy mocked Usopp.

"Let me be the Captain and I'll join you."

"Never mind." Luffy, Zoro and Nami simultaneously answered.

"You guys are too much!"

And they all laughed. They were inside a small resto named Meshi. Usopp recommended them there to eat, and were having quite a pleasant conversation.

"Usopp, by any chance, are you familiar with the name Yasopp?"

"Of course, it's the name of my old man. He joined a pirate crew when I was small."

"I knew I remembered your name! Yasopp used to always tell me stories about you. His captain, Shanks, was the one who gave me this hat."

"Hoh! I wonder where my old man is now?"

"Most likely in the New World, the second half of the Grand Line." Zoro informed. "Red-haired Shanks is one of Yonko, which is considered to be 4 of the of the strongest and most influential pirates. They hold territories in the New World that they essentially rule over. When people think of who would become the next Pirate King, people generally pick 1 of the 4."

"Woah! I didn't know Shanks was that big of a deal." Luffy exclaimed.

"So my dad is part of one of the best crews in the world. Looks like I'll need to step up my game."

Usopp then looked at the clock on the wall and muttered. "It's that time again..."

"I have to go somewhere. See ya guys!" Usopp said before he left.

Luffy and Nami were curious about where Usopp was going, but didn't want to insert themselves into his business. They then proceeded to eat all the food left over.

After they finished eating, Zoro then felt the presence of the 3 boys who followed Usopp around. They slowly walked towards their table, then loudly proclaimed their presence when they were right in front of them.

"The Usopp Pirate Crew is here!"

"Who are they again?"

"Captain isn't here..." the 3 muttered.

"Don't tell me...They ATE him?!"

"What did you to our captain?!"

"Mmm...The meat tasted really good." Luffy said while patting his inflated stomach.

"H-h-he ate the captain!"

"T-tell us what you did to Captain Usopp!"

"We cooked him for lunch." Zoro said with an evil smirk on his face.

"Ahhh! They also have a child-eating witch!" The 3 boys said while huddling together and looking at Nami.

"Why are you guys scared of ME?! Why the hell are you scaring them to death!" Nami said, not very calmly.

Meanwhile Luffy and Zoro was just laughing at the result of their joke.

A young lady and Usopp were talking with each other. The former, Kaya, rested on the window of a mansion, while Usopp was spinning up fantastical tales while on the ground, leaning back against a tree.

"While to this day, the dwarves are still subsisting on the giant goldfish's flesh. They also made their famous dwarven ivory towers with the fishbones of the giant goldfish I gave them."

Kaya listened with rapt attention, her eyes sparkling as Usopp told his stories.

"Captain!"

"Yes that's what they cal...Why are you guys here?!"

"We brought this guy here."

"Who's that?"

"You the lady of this mansion?" Luffy asked.

"These guys were innately attracted here by my pure awesomeness, and they came here to join the Usopp pirates." Usopp tried to direct the conversation.

"No, we're not. We came here to see if we could request a ship..."

"What are you doing here?!" shouted a stern looking man with a poop looking design on his suit

"Oh no, it's the butler."

"Crap, it's Klahadore."

"Who is that guy?"

'It's Kuro'

"Klahadore, it's fine, they're..."

"You don't have to explain anything Miss Kaya, I shall deal with this first." Kuro then fixed his glasses with the bottom part of his palm. "Get out, all of you, unless any of you have anything you need to say?"

"I need a ship."

"No." Kuro immediately rejected Luffy.

He then turned towards Usopp, glaring at him.

"You're Usopp aren't you? You're the liar the townsfolk keep talking about. Of course, that's not really surprising consider your father's pirate scum. So, what exactly is your business here?" Kuro instantly became condescending towards Usopp.

"Pirate scum..."

"Why are you actually here? You and Miss Kaya are a completely different class of people. There's no reason for you to be interacting in any way, shape or form. Is it the money you're chasing?"

"That's enough Klahadore! You should apologize to Usopp." Kaya shouted, clearly getting distressed by his attitude towards Usopp.

"What should I apologize for Miss? Everything I've said is objectively true."

"Klahadore!"

"But, I honestly do pity your situation. Your deadbeat dad left both your mom to die and you, his at the time pre-adolescent child, to fend off for themmselves. It's actually quite admirable that you only ended up as the village prankster, and not anything wors-"

"Stop talking about him!" Usopp cut him off.

"What are you getting worked out about? If it were me, I would deny all connections to him. You're already an experienced liar, just lie and tell people he's not your real da-"

"SHUT UP!" Usopp screamed as he threw a haymaker straight towards Kuro's face. Kuro fell to his ass, but still ready to keep accursing Usopp.

"See?! His first instinct towards opposition is violence. He's a menace just like his father."

"Shut up! I'm proud of my dad being a pirate! He's a brave warrior of the sea! I might be a liar. But that's the 1 thing I'll never lie about!"
