Hello Doobie Wah here with a special chapter of Stand Users In A Broken World. We have not one! Not two! But three Stands, one is fan-made and will come later. The featured Stand is going to be "Foo Fighters" and "Highway To Hell". Hopefully, I don't screw this up and make it a bad one. Well, let's get this show on the road!

"Dr. Ivory Necropolis Digital Tape Recording #2. Research has been slow lately, but Dr. Polendina's research on separating Aura to create a separate being sounds interesting. The results, however, have not been as rewarding as one would hope. How I came across these methods was through his daughter! His little Penny! Accidentally making contact with her, my semblance acted up, and neither of us were injured. It was...excuse me for the pun...electrifying. Hehehe! End of recording."

A meteorite was discovered near a coastal region by the Schnee Corporation that possesses unique properties; upon coming into contact with a person, it grants them a burst of Aura energy! After some persuasion, General Ironwood allowed me to acquire a sizable fragment of this meteorite. Interestingly, various types of plankton seem to be attached to the meteorite. Further research is required."

"Ha! Ha! Dr. Ivory Necropolis Digital Tape Recording's No. 5 Major Breakthroughs! The Plankton have gained sentience! Well, more sentience than usual, I believe. This increase in intelligence seems to be due to the meteor; it appears that long-term exposure to the meteor has increased the Aura output of the Plankton as well..."
"Doctor what are you doing?"
"Ah! And here is the discovery itself, named Foo Fighters by a rock band they listened to! F.F., I am recording my findings on you and the meteor my intelligent friend!"
"Ah. Then can we get back to our game of Chess Doctor?"
"Ahh! Sorry F.F. I'll finish up then I'll be back to pl…"

"What is that the perimeter alarm?"
"Doctor?"
"Uh-oh!"

"These are the final recordings of Dr. Necropolis before the facility was overrun by Grimm. This mission is both a retrieval mission for Dr. Necropolis' work and, if he's still alive, a rescue mission. Any questions?" General Ironwood asked Team RWBY, JNOR, and the special ops agents, pausing the screen behind him to show a headshot of Dr. Necropolis, with his white, curly hair neatly combed, wearing his lab coat.
"Yes Xiao-long!" Said General Ironwood pointing at Yang as she had her hand raised.
"Why is this guy so important?" Yang questioned.
"Xiao-Long!" Winter Schnee reprimanded Yang for her lack of manners.
"It's okay, Specialist," said General Ironwood. "You see, Xiao-Long, Doctor Necropolis's advancements have been fruitful in the battle against the Grimm. I believe that Salem coordinated the Grimm attacks on the facility due to what Dr. Necropolis discovered."
"Yeah, but what did Dr. Necropolis discovered that made Salem worry so much?" Ruby wondered aloud, curious about what had caused Salem to be so concerned about whatever Dr. Necropolis had discovered.
"You see, Dr. Necropolis was an investor in Aura and its usage was beyond just being a shield for us. I found that interesting and funded his research, hoping that this might give us an edge over the Grimm and Salem! He explained, showing the team pictures of Dr. Necropolis' work in pamphlets that were passed around, then showed a meteorite that Dr. Necropolis had been studying."
"This meteorite has special properties; if one is overexposed, it can be fatal. However, those who survive seem to have been changed in a way that we of Atlas cannot understand. Those who were changed escaped Atlas before we could come to an understanding of what happened to them." Explained General Ironwood as he went over footage of the people who had survived the exposure to the meteorite. A soldier wearing a green furred coat with an interesting military helmet on his head. A miner from SDC with short blonde hair and others appeared on the screen.
"Pfft! Nice haircut!" whispered Nora to Ren after seeing one of the SDC miners who had a pretty short haircut.
"Shh!" whispered Ren, trying not to get them into trouble.
"You all understand the mission? This could change the tide of war against Salem!" General Ironwood explained to the teams that this could help them greatly in the war!
Everyone was quiet in acceptance, nodding firmly to show that they understood the grave importance of this mission.
"Good! You all will leave in thirty minutes; prepare yourselves!" said General Ironwood, finishing up the briefing, dismissing the team to go prepare themselves for this mission.
Atlas, Outskirts, Abandoned Lab.
The outskirts of Atlas were rough and snow-covered mountains filled to the brim with cluttered snow that could fall into an avalanche. The Specialist, Team RWBY, and Team JNOR all disembarked from their Bullhead as it landed fully onto the helipad, which was covered in snow. Once the Bullhead had come to a complete stop, the teams each got off, each member dressed in heavy winter wear, armed with their weapons, looking at the abandoned lab.
"Brr! This place feels strange." Ruby said Feeling something was off about the place.
"Yeah like there is someone watching us be on your guard everyone!" Clover said as he and Winter went towards the control panel to hotwire it!
*Whirrrrrr*.
*Creeeeaaaaakkkk*.

"Okay, this feels like every horror movie I've ever watched!" Nora said, seeing the doors opening slowly, revealing loose wires and exposed panels on the inside.
"Yup! If something skitters by my legs, I'm out!" Yang said, looking around the place slowly to avoid anything that might move.
"That's a lot of blood!" Ruby exclaimed as she saw the walls covered in blood and claw marks from the Grimm scratching at them.

Suddenly the weapons system was online, aiming at the team with red laser targeting. As they all froze, some were planning contingency plans if the weapons fired. But then…
"Who are you!?" said a voice from the speakers, Winter stepped up in front of the group with her hands raised showing that she wasn't armed.
"We are a Search and Rescue Group from Atlas, sent by General Ironwood!" Winter said explaining to the mystery person why they're there.
"From Atlas!" The Mystery voice said then on the speaker the team heard hushed voices arguing.
"Specialist Schnee! Is that you?" another voice was heard this time a more familiar one!
""Dr. Necropolis!?" Winter exclaimed
*Whirr*.
*Clunk*.
"Good you're here, come in, come quickly!" The now identifiable Doctor Necropolis welcomed them by turning off the weapons systems.
"Well, that could've gone worse," Yang said with a bit of relief, glad she hadn't been wounded.
Inner Lab .
*Cough! Cough!*.
*Mutter!*.
The inner lab was full of injured scientists; some more injured than others, blankets draped over their bodies to shield them from the cold.
"Specialist Schnee! It's wonderful that you're here! Almost all of us are close to death; I can't tell you how glad I am that you're here!" Dr. Necropolis exclaimed, wearing a blood-soaked lab coat as he continued to heal the other researchers. Relieved that the rescue team had finally arrived, he turned his attention back to his patients.
"Dr. Necropolis, I'm glad that you are alive! General Ironwood was worried that you and the other researchers were dead!" Winter said as the team went to the injured and began to heal them, stitch up their wounds and all that.
"Oh Ironwood, how is he? Never mind that, there's something I must show you!" Dr. Necropolis exclaimed suddenly, as he began pulling Winter towards a section of the inner lab that was his personal workspace.
*Whirr!*.
The door to Dr. Necropolis' workspace opened to reveal a mess of electronics, papers, and a room with the meteor enclosed in a glass case. A viewing window separated the meteor from the water tank, which was devoid of any life. Dr. Necropolis explained his findings to Team RWBY and the other specialists while they healed the injured researchers and guarded them from incoming Grimm or anything else that might happen. Team JNOR followed, along with Specialist Schnee, who was there out of curiosity and to protect Ozpin.
"General Ironwood will be amazed by this!" Dr. Necropolis exclaimed as he cleared a workspace of papers.
"And what is this thing that you want us to look at?" Jaune looked over the papers that had been flung at him.
"The End of Grimm and the Evolution of Humanity!" Dr. Necropolis exclaimed as he typed a set of commands into a computer, starting up a machine with a pair of large capsules, each containing strange machinery, wires, and tubing.
"This machine will help with the process!" Dr. Necropolis said Winter and Team JONR looked at the machinery with varying expressions.
"Doctor!" a strange echoey voice suddenly spoke up Winter and Team JONR looked towards the voice!
"Wha!"
"Whoa!"
"What in!"
"Interesting!"
"Who are you!?" Winter yelled as the group looked upon a strange humanoid figure with mostly black covering it with spots of greenish yellowish colors Its body was a strange combination of organic and robotic design, its head was alien like with a curve.
"I am the Doctor's assistant!" the humanoid being explained, bowing extravagantly in greeting.
"Doctor the Grimm has returned! And they have brought company!" Foo Fighters exclaimed warning the others!
"What! Is it one of the former workers that were exposed to the meteor?" Dr. Necropolis asked.
"Yes!" F.F. Said as Dr. Necropolis began to then type commands to bring the security system online!
"That'll hold them off for a little!" Dr. Necropolis exclaimed as he pulled out what appeared to be an arrowhead with a unique design.
"Okay which of you have the greatest Aura output?" Dr. Necropolis asked the teams.
"Umm, that'll be me. But why?" Jaune raised his hand and then...
"Foo Fighters!" Dr. Necropolis yelled as Foo Fighters shot some kind of gunk at Team JNPR and Winter, sticking them against the wall and leaving Jaune stuck in place!
Jaune questioned, "What is this?" as he struggled to break free from the grasp of Dr. Necropolis, who was now walking toward him.

*Shrrk*.
" Gahhhhh!" Jaune Screamed in pain as he was stabbed by Dr. Necropolis!
"This will give us a chance to fight!"

Sorry for the short explanation of Stand Data. I'm tired. So here's the surprise.
