Set before Emily finds out that Ian Doyle escapes from prison.

Emily was at home, making her morning coffee when she got a call from Aaron, her boss. It was strange, considering she wasn't late for work. She still had an hour. She figured they got a case, since it was unusual for Aaron to call otherwise, so she answered her phone.

"Morning Hotch, do we have a case?"

"Not exactly." She heard Aaron reply, "Just come in ASAP."

Emily hummed, "Okay. I'm leaving right now."

While still on the phone, Emily poured her coffee into a to-go cup before rushing out the door. Hanging up the phone as she got into her car and then driving straight to work.

About twenty minutes later, she pulled up to work, parking her car before running into the building and taking the elevator up to the BAU floor. When she walked in, she saw Aaron in his office with….

"Oh no." Emily muttered, glad that no one else besides her and Aaron were in the office right now.

She trudged up the stairs to her boss' office, opening the door and staring at the man standing across from Aaron, wondering if her boss knew who this man was.

"You wanted to see me, Hotch?"

Aaron nodded, "Yes. This is Eli David, director of Mossad. He came to request our help on a case."

"Mossad? Really?" Emily wondered, raising an eyebrow, "That's interesting. I wasn't aware they were clueing in other agencies."

"We're trying something new." Eli stated

Emily hummed, "Where are your operatives? And your security?"

"This is a personal mission. My security team does not know I'm here."

"Did you want the help of the BAU? Or just me?"

Aaron stared, back and forth at Emily and Eli, "Do you two know each other?"

"Yes." Eli replied

"No." Emily answered at the same time

Aaron hummed, "Well? Which is it?"

Emily crossed her arms, turning to face Aaron, "I'd like you to meet my father."

"Eli David is your father?"

"Yes. And I refuse to work with him." She said as she started walking towards the door.

Emily heard her father's voice behind her, "Not even if it's about your daughter?"

"Tali's dead." Emily said without turning around.

"I'm not talking about Tali."

Emily whipped around, confused, "What are you talking about? Or should I ask who are you talking about?"

"Remember when you gave a DNA sample to that lab in our government?"

Emily gave a tentative nod, "Yeah. What does that have to do with me?"

"Well your DNA was used as a blueprint to create something called Operation Flock."

"Okay. And what is Operation Flock?" Emily asked

"A lab made child, who was carried by a surrogate and then kidnapped as a baby."

Emily sighed as she ran a hand through her hair, "A lab made child? Really, Abba? A child as a government experiment?! Do you have no morals? No conscience?"

"We are at war, Liya!"

Emily breathed out, "I remember why I left."

"So..." Eli started, "Will you help?"

"Of course. There's an innocent child involved in this. My child no less. I won't let this child be another casualty like Tali was." Emily explained, "But after this, Abba, I'm done. You will always be Declan and Chaya's Saba and would never take you from them, but you and I are done. Is that clear?"

Eli gave a heavy sigh, "If that's what you wish, Liyaleh."

"It is." Emily insisted.

She left Aaron's office, running back down the stairs to the main area. It wasn't empty anymore like when she first came up.

"Who's that in Hotch's office?" Derek asked

"Director of Mossad." Emily stated simply, "He came to ask for help with a case, but it's not something our team specialises in."

Derek nodded, not saying anything.

Emily thought it was best this way, if her team doesn't know the truth about her father. That she's the daughter of the Mossad director. Instead, she would take some personal time to help her father with finding the lab made child and then they would part ways. Returning to their own lives.
