The war with The First didn't end with Sunnydale. It took its forces to 4 other hellmouths. The survivors are on the final hellmouth, the last proving devastating. They must decide trying to save what little is left or risking everything on one person's abilities. Is Willow and Tara ship, but all scoobies are heavily present. Thank you, Laragh! When Buffy and Giles go into the desert for Buffy's vision quest the first slayer shows her past slayers that met and claimed their other half. To say Buffy is majorly of the shocked when she's shown who she's meant to claim would be an understatement.

Begins in Chosen then time jumps forward 20 years. Buffy has settled down into her normal life, when Spike unexpectedly shows up.
