A knock interrupted the narration "Ashengrotto you have a letter from Kelpie" A girl with blue hair and golden eyes said while Ashlin sneered at the letter "I don't want to read it...if he wants to Apologize he should come in person" Ashlin said with a growl
"How long do you intend to hold a grudge on him" the girl said "As long as possible until he can explain why he lied to me" Ashlin said as she focused on the paperwork she was doing as two drops of ink drop from her
The girl named Jenna Leech sighed and left the room [it all started about a month ago during spring break...I met him for the first time...my penpal...and soulmate... the man who hurt and broke me...Kelpie]
Flashback to One month earlier...
[I was getting ready to go visit him for the first time being so excited I couldn't contain my excitement...how Naive I was] Ashlin narrates as the scene drops in on Ashlin getting ready to go with her suitcase in hand
Her father Azul caught onto this "my pearl where are you going?" Azul said curiously making Ashlin turn to her father "haven't I told you already I'm going to go and see my penpal for spring break" Ashlin said
"Ah yes that boy you've been writing to...just be careful my pearl I would hate for something bad to happen to you" Azul said rubbing his cheek on her's "papa please stop" Ashlin said embarrassed
Jenna caught onto this scene and sighed "Mr Ashengrotto she's a capable young woman I'm sure she can handle whatever comes her way" Jenna said pushing in her glasses
"Oh...you think I shouldn't worry so much about my daughter" Azul said "Ashlin is capable of being Housewarden so she's capable enough to take care of herself" Jenna said as the two glared at each other
This made Ashlin sigh and grabbed at the necklace that was made with shells that Kelpie gave to her in one of his letters 'I can't wait to meet you' Ashlin thought to herself and giggled excitedly
"Fine if you do insist on going then please take Jenna with you" Azul said "absolutely not I'm not going to be a third wheel on the penpal meeting" Jenna said butting heads with Azul
Ashlin sighed and pulled out her transport mirror "oh well I should hurry up and go to the place we we're going to meet at" Ashlin said as she used her mirror to teleport to the meeting location
Meanwhile...
A certain dark haired male was waiting by a nearby tree and looked at the water by the pond he was at "I don't understand why she wanted to meet here...but it is rather beautiful" Kelpie said closing his eyes as the wind blows through his hair
Then he heard the water part as a bubble appeared and popped on top of the water making a whirlpool Kelpie looked on in silence as the whirlpool parts the water becomes Normal when a figure walks on the water
Ashlin had her suitcase in hand brushing off any dust that she might have picked up from the spell "you got here on time" Kelpie said as Ashlin looked up and saw Kelpie
Her soulmark burned and itches and she blushed at his gaze "you must be Kelpie...woah you look a lot better than you do in the photo you sent" Ashlin said in amazement
"I'm flattered...though you look just as stunning as the photo you sent" Kelpie said gripping her hand and kissing her knuckles which made her cheeks burn with blush
"T.thank you...anyway I'm only visiting for spring break so you better make things interesting" Ashlin said "oh...is that so...then..." Kelpie leaned in close to her face
"I'll make sure you stay interested so you don't get bored" Kelpie said with a subtle wink this made Ashlin's face go red with blush "w.what are you saying are you a smooth talker let's just go to the Inn already" Ashlin said pouting
Kelpie watched as she walked away and chuckled "she's a lot more interesting than I thought she'd be..let's see how long she lasts until I can't hold back anymore" Kelpie said as he follows her to the Inn
