Where The Hell Is Gohan Update Progress
Hello everyone, and I hope you are enjoying the start of 2024 like I have been. Won't bore everyone with reasons why I've been gone. Just putting this out there to pose a quick question for you all before I resume writing. After watching the newest episode of Hazbin Hotel I realized that with Lucifer being such a carefree and goofy character he really doesn't match up to the version of him that I had originally envisioned. The same goes for Lilith being missing for seven years and essentially being separated from Lucifer.
To fix this I would like to ask if it would be a better idea to rewrite the first couple of chapters to reflect these changes. Basically make Lucifer more goofy while still holding Gohan's soul on contract. This would also mean removing Lilith for the moment until she finally makes a true appearance in the show.
Plan B would just be to continue writing as if nothing changed and just have to incorporate the two into the current events of Hazbin although a lot of Charlie's influences come from the separation of her parents from her life. This is still doable but will inevitably clash with certain events that are shown.
The last thing I would like to ask is are people more comfortable with the Transformed Gohan that disguises himself to blend in with the Demons, or would everyone prefer that I keep him as post Cell games Gohan?
I have my DM box ready to answer question that people might have and will reply to reviews on this update page. I will give everyone one week to ask question before I make my decision and have either the rewrite first chapter, or the continued first chapter out in two weeks.
