AN: This Story will not be 100% Overwatch/Naruto Cannon, for instant this will be a Fem!Naruto Story and probably a Yuri romance between Naruko and Kiriko (Kiriko will be only 1-2 years older than Naruko).
Small info about House of the Whirling Tides: Im currently working on the next chapter but I'm having problems and with writers block that's why I've started this story in hope of being able to finish the second chapter of the story.

- Chapter 1: Birth of Naruko Shimada -
- Hi no Kuni - Konoha - Forest of Death - October 10 - 10 Years after the Kyuubi Attack -
A lone figure is currently traveling through the treetops at the edge the Forest of Death. On his back is a blue and metal bow and a mostly blue quiver, he is wearing a mostly black with his right arm covered in ink. This is Hanzo Shimada and currently he is visiting the place where his one and only love lived for the first time after her death. He suddenly stops and looks in the distance where shouting like 'kill the demon bitch' or 'tonight we finish what the Yondaime started' can be heard. Slowly taking off the bow from his back and taking a Sonic Arrow out of his quiver Hanzo shoots the arrow into the direction of the shouting and is appalled from what he sees from the Silhouettes doing. He sees a Mob of around 20 to 30 adults beating what looks like a 10 year old girl. Quickly and silently he makes his way towards the commotion and takes out 3 more arrows from his quiver. As he arrives he sees the mob beating on the girl which has yellow-gold blown hair, whisker marks of each cheek and cerulean blue eyes. Unseen from the mob he takes aim at the one that's almost above her and lets loose the arrow killing the man. Instantly the mob looks around to find the one who's helping the girl but they can't find anyone. While all this is going on the girl just fell unconscious before the man in front of her got hit by Hanzo. After he got rid of the mob Hanzo got down next to the girl and his hearth is caught in his throat, since the girl infront of him looks almost Identical to the woman he loved, the only difference is that she has blond hair, blue eyes and whisker marks. But as he picks up the girl and checks her for injuries he finds a small seal on the base of her neck. After deactivating the seal there girls hair color changes to a crimson red and the whisker like marks fade to be barely seen and from the seal comes a small red scroll with a Uzumaki insignia. He then leaves the leaves with the girl and decides to take her away from the Hidden Lands and to Japan to raise her as a his Daughter.
- 20 Minutes later - Hokages Office -
Hiruzen Sarutobi currently is extremely annoyed and nervous. If you're wondering why, that is because a group of 30 dead Civilians and Shinobi were found at the entrance of the Forest of Death and Naruko is nowhere to be found. 'Minato, Kushina I've truly failed you.' He thought. Though before his thoughts could get worse he was broken out of it by a Dog masked ANBU known as Inu arriving in the office. "Hokage-sama I cant find Naruko nor the one that attacked the Mob. But what surprises me is that every one in the Mob was killed by an arrow." Says the ANBU. "Who could have infiltrated the village without getting detected?" Asked a Cat masked ANBU known as Neko arriving next to Inu. "That's what baffles be aswell but we need to send out all available operatives to find Naruko, she could be in danger." Answers Hiruzen and flares his chakra on a seal on his table and moments later the ANBU Commander known as Dragon comes into the office.
"Hokage-sama you summoned me?"
"Yes Dragon, get all available operatives and search for Naruko. She is missing after being attacked by a mob of 30 Civilians and Shinobi." Answered Hiruzen.
"Hai, Hokage-sama." Replied Dragon and Shunshins out of the office.
- next morning- Shimada Hideout in Yu no Kuni -
Naruko suddenly wakes up and finds herself in an unknown location and starts to panic. "Easy there little one. No need to get frightened the Men from yesterday can't harm you anymore." Says an unfamiliar voice. "W-Who are you? W-Where am I? P-Please don't hurt me." Naruko chokes out before she begins to cry and curls up in a ball. She suddenly stiffens when she feels arms wrap around her and feels a hand rubbing her back in a soothing way. "No need to be frightened, I won't harm you and I'm Hanzo Shimada and we are in a Hidden Location that belongs to my clan." Answers Hanzo. Naruko continues to cry and asked. "You really wont hurt me? And this isn't a trick like what the others tried?" Hanzo continues to hug her and tries to calm you down.
"I would never hurt you. What's your name little one?" He asks.
"You promise? And my name is Naruko Uzumaki." Naruko replies.
"I would never hurt the child of the love of my live Naruko."
"Y-You knew my parents?"
"Yes I knew them. Your Mother was the most beautiful flower I've ever known."
"Can you tell me please? Every time I ask Jiji he always says that he didn't knew them but something tells me that isn't true." Naruko asks slowly stopping to cry. Hanzo then lets go of the hug and takes out a picture of a read headed woman with violet eyes. "This Naruko is your Mother Naruko, her name was Kushina Uzumaki. She was as strong as she was beautiful and your father was Minato Namikaze, though I don't have a picture of him." Answers Hanzo. "M-My father was the fourth?" Asks Naruko receiving a nod from Hanzo. "W-Why didn't Jiji tell me?" She starts to cry again.
"I don't know Naruko, but he should have told you" Hanzo answers hugging the crying girl.
After 15 minutes Naruko slowly stops to cry and looks up at Hanzo. "Ne, Hanzo can I stay with you? I don't want to go back to the bad people." She asks through teary eyes.
Looking down at the girl Hanzo nods. "Yes you can. I actually wanted to ask you that aswell." He replies.
"You mean it?" Naruko looks at him hopefully.
"Yes I do. If I knew you were born I would have come and adopted you when you were a baby Naruko." Hanzo said with a soft yet slightly sad smile.
Naruko looked at him smiling. "Y-You would really have me as your daughter?" Naruko asks but is getting self conscious afterwards since she is seen as the 'Dead-Last' and a 'failure'.
"If you want that, yes. Your mother was the only woman I was and will ever love and I would love to raise you as my own and don't worry your head, I will teach you my... no, our family style aswell." Hanzo replies with a reassuring smile.
- 3 Years Later - Shimada Castle -
In the 3 years Naruko has been living with her now Father a lot has happened, the most noticeable is that she now carries a beautiful blood red Katana with the Shimada Clan Crest engraved on the blade, the Uzumaki Clan Crest as the Tsuba and a black hilt with white cloth on her back, a Compound Bow made from the same red Metal -Shimada Steel- and Ebony Wood with dragon ornaments is strapped next to the Katana with the Quiver on her hip in the same red Shimada Steel and Ebony Wood and a red Tanto is strapped across her lower back. The next noticeable change is in her clothing, she now wears black ANBU Style Cargo Pants, a black sleeveless Kimono top with red Highlights and the Shimada Clan Crest on the back and over her heart in gold, a Kitsune designed black Face-Mask, a glove-arm guard combination which hold Shurikens on her right arm and black shoes with metal enclosing her toes. Her left arm is completely inked, the design is much like Hanzo's but besides the blue Dragon, there are also red 9 Tailed Foxes and on her shoulder where the Dragon emerges from its spiral is the Uzumaki Clan Crest. The Tattoo Naruko bears shows that she was able to finish the coming of age trial of the Shimada Clan after she and Hanzo did the Blood Adoption Ritual, which is a complicated fuinjutsu that the Shimada and Uzumaki Clan had, so if anyone would test her DNA the test would show her as Hanzo's and Kushina's Daughter. Right now we see Hanzo as well as a mysterious Cyborg Assassin on the Balcony of the Shrine with the Assassin in position to attack Hanzo. "Tou-san? W-What's going on?" Naruko asks as she comes running onto the balcony with her Bow in hand with an arrow lodged in place ready to shoot but freezes in shock and fear. (AN: Dragons Cinematic shortly before Hanzo and Genji use their Dragons)
"Is this how you honor the memory of someone you murdered? By having a daughter?" Taunts the unknown assassin as he attacks with his tanto but gets blocked by Hanzo's Bow.
At this Hanzo fires arrows at the Assassin, but they get deflected. At this Naruko opens fire but quickly realizes that is it fruitless and puts away her Bow and draws her Tanto and attacks the assassin. But gets quickly overwhelmed by the much more experienced Assassin and gets knocked out by a strong punch to her stomach.
"Leave her out of this, she has nothing to do with what happened between my brother and me." Hanzo replies angered.
"You think you honor your brother Genji with incense offerings?" The assassin taunts as he tries to push his blade further to Hanzo's Jugular but is unable to do so. "Honor resides in one's actions!"
Hanzo clearly angered by the taunts and treats directed towards Naruko. "You dare lecture me about honor? You are not worthy to say his name!" Kicking off the Assassin he runs over to an arrow which sticks in the floor. Quicks picking it up and lodging it in his Bow he pulls it back and aims at the Assassin. At this the blue dragon on his tattoo begins to glow as a blue spectral dragon appears and starts to slowly circle around his arm. "Ryun ga waga teki wo kurau!"
As Hanzo shoots the arrow 2 blue dragon spirits, the dragon of the spirit of the dragon of the south, emerge, roar and fly straight at the Assassin. This is the secret technique of the Shimada Clan, the art of summoning the dragon spirits that was passed down over the generations and only the family of the Clan Head can learn. The technique that served the Shimada Clan faithfully through generations.
"Ryuujin no ken wo kurau!" The Assassin draws his Katana and a green dragon spirit, the spirit of the dragon of the north, appears which shocks the Father-Daughter duo. The Assassin then uses the green dragon to guide the blue dragons around him and directs them towards Hanzo.
Getting stuck by the dragons full force Hanzo falls to his knees after the dragons disappear and drops his Bow. He couldn't believe what he just saw. How could this Assassin, this Vagabond know the Sacred Shimada Technique? Then it hit him. His Kenjutsu, it was the Shimada Style, the Ryuujin no Ken (Sword of the Dragongod), how he was able to counter his Taijutsu and Naruko's Kenjutsu with such ease... but most of all... "Only a Shimada can control the dragons. "Who are you?"
Sheathing his Katana and dismissing the green dragon spirit the assassin drew his Tanto once more and in the blink of an eye he held his Blade against Hanzo's throat.
"T-Tou-san..." Naruko says worried as she slowly regains consciousness again and tries to stand up. Tears then start threaten to fall as she sees her father about to be killed.
Hearing this, Hanzo looks at his Daughter before he resigns himself to his fate. "Go ahead... kill me. But leave my daughter out of this, my sins are my own."
The Assassin then turns his head to Hanzo and pulls away his Tanto and sheaths it. "No... You still have a purpose is this life... Brother."
At this declaration Hanzo's and Naruko's eyes widen.
"No..." Hanzo stands up and picks up his bow. "How? My Brother is dead!"
The Assassin then presses something on the back of his helmet and releases the seal of the mask. Removing the mask to reveal his face. Though still covered in the shadows of the night Hanzo could still recognize it.
"Genji..." Hanzo takes a step back, his entire world shattered and his body trembling in disbelief. His Brother is alive and is a cyborg. "What have you become?"
"I have accepted what I am, and I have forgiven you: Genji replies as he puts his mask on again and pats his older Brother on the shoulder as he walks past him towards the railing. "Now you must forgive yourself. The World is changing once again, Hanzo, and it's time to pick a side."
Watching as Genji leaps to a rove across from the balcony they are on Hanzo grabs an arrow before he turns and runs to his daughter to check on her. "Naru-chan..."
"I-I'm fine Tou-san..." The young Heiress replies and then looks at her Uncle.
"I'm glad to know there is still hope for you, brother." Genji says as he looks at them with a smile underneath his Mask. "And I'm glad to know that you trained my Niece well. Soon we will meet again." And with that Genji disappears in a plume of black smoke leaving an eagle's feather behind.
Picking up his Daughter Bridal-Style he starts to slowly walk towards the shrine again. "I still have much to learn before I can reach Uncle's or your level..."
"That you do, Naru-chan. That you do."Hanzo replies with a small chuckle. But he feels like a great weight has been lifted from his shoulders with his ghosts from the past now finally at rest.
- 2 Years Later - Shimada Castle -
Over the last 2 Years Hanzo and Naruko have been busy with reforming the Shimada Clan to it's old way before it has been corrupted. But that hasn't been the only thing that happened. Naruko and Hanzo have traveled all over Japan for Naruko to have some form of childhood and normality in her live. Now we see the duo returning to the Castle. As the two enter their living space Hanzo sees a Notification from a contact that extremely surprises him. It is a message from Winston, Overwatch agents are being recalled, it surprises him since the international organization was once disbanded but apparently is once more active. While reading the message he is unaware of what Naruko sees in the TV News on her TV in her room. It was a Omnic uprising in a district not far from their own. But this isn't any type of Omnic uprising but old Null Sector Omnics which were connected to a 'War-Mind'. Quickly going over her gear she gets ready to go out and help the people. Running out of her room she shouts to her father that she will be back shortly and then leaves to the district via roof tops.
- 15 Minutes Later - Kanezaka District -
Arriving at the District Naruko starts to shoot the oncoming Omnics with her Bow. After killing all attacking Omnics she then launches a Sonic Arrow into an alleyway to look for more attacks and finds a girl not much older than her surrounded by attacking Omnics that slowly start to overwhelm her. Putting her Bow back on her back she draws her Katana which she named Benihime (AN: Blood Princess) and dashes to intercept an Omnic that tries to slash at the girl from the Back. Quickly flying through one handed seals Naruko yells. Raiton: Electromagnetic Murder." Then lightning streams from her hand and blad towards the Omnics frying their circuits. After defeating the Omnics in front of her she turns around to see more Null Sector Omnics advancing, sheathing her Katana again she then takes aim with her Bow and the Kitsunes on her tattoo start glowing red as a spectral Kitsune circles around her arm.
"Kitsune ga waga teki wo kurau!" Shooting the arrow two 9 Tailed Kitsune Spirits emerge, snarl and fly at the Omnics destroying the advancing force. After the spirits dispel the Omnics show clear sing of corrosion since the attack Naruko just used doesn't use normal Chakra, but it uses Chakra from her Tenant, the Kyuubi No Kitsune and Biju Chakra is highly corrosive to everyone but Jinchuriki.
"Are you alright?" Naruko ask the girl.
"Y-Yeah... Thanks for the help, I don't think I would have been able to hold the line without you." The girl replies.
"No worries, I live nearby. I'm Naruko, Shimada Naruko and you?"
"S-Shimada? Are you perhaps related to Hanzo?"
"Yeah he's my father." Naruko replies with a small nod.
"You're the Heiress!! Oh I'm sorry my name is Kiriko, Yamagami Kiriko." The now identified Kiriko replies.
"Kiriko what a beautiful name." Naruko says with a smile
"T-Thanks... ne Naruko mind if I ask why your attack used a kitsune and not a dragon?"
"Oh that's because that's my original technique, you see I have a connection to a nine tailed fox spirit that's why I can use the Shimada technique without a dragon since my father hasn't taught me that yet, because he says I'm not ready yet to control the dragons." Naruko answers with a small pout.
"It looked beautiful." Kiriko answered clearly excited.
"T-Thanks..." Naruko answers blushing. "Ne Kiriko, why do you wear a Hitai-ate in the form of Fox ears?"
"Oh this? It's because my Obaasan taught me how to summon the fox spirit of our families shrine and I can heal people with the power it grants me."
"That sounds amazing." Naruko answers with a big grin. "Hey wanna come with me and hang out?"
"You sure? I mean would your father be okay with that?" Kiriko asks hopefully but hesitantly.
"I'm sure he will be okay with it. I've never had much friends since we traveled a lot while reforming the clan and I had to train a lot since I will someday take over the clan." Naruko answers with a reassuring smile.
"O-Okay."
