(Daria is seen packing her locker. Beavis and Butt-Head approach.)
BEAVIS
(awkwardly)
Uh huh huh, where are you going, Daria?
DARIA
(dryly)
I'm transferring to a private school. It's time for a change.
BUTT-HEAD
(confused)
Huh huh, why?
DARIA
(sternly)
Let's just say, I need to get away from certain people.
(Principal McVicker passes by.)
PRINCIPAL MCVICKER
(overwhelmed)
Daria, please tell me this isn't about those two troublemakers again.
DARIA
(nodding)
It is, Mr. McVicker. I can't focus on my studies with Beavis and Butt-Head around.
MCVICKER
(sighs)
Well, good luck at your new school. I'll have a talk with those two about their behavior.
EXT. HIGHLAND HIGH SCHOOL - LATER
(Daria leaves Highland High with her backpack, heading towards a private school representative.)
PRIVATE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR (PSA)
(smiling)
Welcome to Highland Preparatory School. We're thrilled to have you.
DARIA
(dryly)
Thrilled, huh? That's a first.
(They walk towards the private school.)
INT. HIGHLAND HIGH SCHOOL - PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE - LATER
(Beavis and Butt-Head sit nervously in front of Principal McVicker's desk.)
MCVICKER
(angry)
Daria had to transfer to get away from you two. What do you have to say for yourselves?
BEAVIS
(laughing)
Uh huh huh, she just can't handle our awesomeness.
BUTT-HEAD
(laughing)
Yeah, huh huh. She's missing out.
MCVICKER
(annoyed)
Well, you two better shape up, or you'll be facing some serious consequences.
INT. HIGHLAND PREPARATORY SCHOOL - DAY
(Daria walks through the halls of her new school, observing the studious atmosphere.)
DARIA
(muttering)
At least here, I won't have to deal with Beavis and Butt-Head.
(She enters a classroom, ready for a fresh start.)
