When Crocodile agrees to marry a greedy man's daughter, he imagines her to be ugly like her father. Good god, he forgot that genes can come from the mother too. Sineka Duskblade was everything Crocodile was into, short curvy bratty women with a good head on their shoulders, which should be a good thing right? He did not think so. He did think how she is going to be a distraction.

1. Epilogue

The moment the ship entered the island's weather zone, Sineka knew it was a bad news for her.

'Serapha', the island, was a tropical one, the direct contrast to Frosthaven, her home island. But curse the man she had called father for more than 30 years now.

Marcus Duskblade was a complete douchebag who had no problem killing his own wife (Sineka's mom) just so that he can marry another rich heiress and found it rather easy to never let Sineka out of the house for 30 years just so he can save her for a very advantageous marriage. She was his ultimate weapon, after all, his eldest daughter. Her half-sisters were sold to marines and big businessmen as wives, and Sineka never heard anything from them after that. While her half-brother, a good 5 years younger than her, was married to the richest heiress on the market a month ago.

And here she was, the ultimate weapon, on the way to her husband's home. She married about 1 year ago through a contract she was forced to sign, her husband got imprisoned a month after that, so she never really met him. And while he was released a few months later, he never called for her (for the lack of a better phrase). And suddenly, he remembered her now.

So, she was here, alone in a ship full of strangers, travelling all the way from North Blue to ultimate South of Grandline, all because her 'one of the wealthiest men' husband did not have any good sense to send an escort for her.

Just her luck

All she could pray for now was that he was not like her father.
