Kelpie had gone to the shops to get Ashlin a gift and he walked back to the hotel he checked if the door was open and it was so he walked inside and saw Ashlin sitting on the bed
Kelpie walked over to her "have you been sitting here this whole time I'm surprised your not outside basking in the sun" Kelpie said putting the gift he bought on the bedside table
Ashlin didn't say anything and scoffed not turning to face him hearing this Kelpie started to question what happened "what's wrong...why are you ignoring me...have you been crying" Kelpie said noticing the redness in her eyes
"So what...what should you care go away" Ashlin said this backtalk surprised Kelpie "what...why are you suddenly angry with me" Kelpie said trying to understand why she's suddenly become so aggressive with him
"I'm leaving" Ashlin said packing her things "what!...why! What did I do to make you so angry with me please say something don't leave" Kelpie tried to make her stay by gripping her wrist
"Your already in a relationship with someone so stop flirting with me" Ashlin said bitterly looking away from Kelpie while Kelpie only seemed more confused by this bizarre behavior
"Hah! Since when your the only one I have my eyes on" Kelpie confessed sounded a bit annoyed from Ashlin's doubt "You liar I heard you say I love you and I miss you to a woman with red hair and green eyes" Ashlin said pulling her wrist out of Kelpie's grip
"Woman with red hair and green eyes, do you mean Lydia Carlton...oh dear Ashlin you have it all wrong that's merely a misunderstanding" Kelpie said rubbing his brows tiredly trying to explain what really happened
"Shut up I don't want to hear any of your excuses...let me go" Ashlin said as Kelpie pulled her to his chest "please Ashlin just listen to me" Kelpie desperately wanted her to listen to him
"No I don't want to...I hate liars...I mmph" Ashlin's lips were captured by Kelpie's who was trying to calm her down "no" Ashlin said as she smacked his face leaving a red mark on his cheek
"I hate liars your the worst of all why did I ever believe you, your just like the rest of them" Ashlin said and left with her suitcase in hand leaving Kelpie who leaned against the wall tears ready to fall from his face in frustration
"Damn it all...why did she have to see that at the wrong time...and why did she have to misunderstand the conversation when she didn't even hear it as a whole" Kelpie said feeling his heart breaking again
"No...I'm not going to lose her...I refuse to give up on her...I have to get her to understand that what she heard was a misunderstanding" Kelpie said as he stood up with a determined look in his eyes
Meanwhile...
Ashlin had used the transport mirror to get back to Night Raven College Minx was passing by and saw Ashlin who was in the hall of mirrors "Ash why are you here I thought you were going to be gone for a few more days" Minx said
Ashlin turned around tears streaming down her face as Minx shook with surprise on her face "have you been heartbroken before" Ashlin said as Minx's gaze softened and kneeled down to hug her
Ashlin cried on Minx's shoulder she regretted saying those words to Kelpie, she regretted slapping him...but first and foremost she regretted ever falling in love with him
