It took several minutes for them to get to the house, with Harry telling them about his relatives. How he loved playing with his cousin Dudley, Loved to help his aunt Petunia In the garden and the kitchen, how he liked his uncle's sister who always brought a few puppies to burn their energy off with the two boys. What got their attention though was how his uncle Vernon treated him, never letting him have anything new, never letting him do things that he'd let Dudley do, even how he would lock him in the cupboard under the stairs for any perceived slight against him. They pulled the spider-themed doorbell mechanism which let out a shriek. The shriek startled Harry, who looked at Dr. Finkelstein and Jewel who laughed lightly and Jewel explained, "It's just the doorbell dear." Harry nodded and let out a giggle.

The door opened to show a tall skeleton and a tall stitched lady with red hair. "Sally, Jack, we have a little situation." Dr. Finklestein said while nodding down at Harry.

"Doctor, where did you find this little one?" Sally asked suspiciously, remembering how he had found her outside the door to dream town but never told her about it, or even tried to figure out where she came from. Though she was grateful he had, as her original stuffing had started to react negatively to Halloween magic, which he replaced with the leaves of the oldest tree in the Hinterlands saving her life.

"We found him crossing the entrance to the Hinterlands." Jewel explained while Sally reached down and took Harry in her arms. Dr. Finkelstein rubbed what little numbness he had in his paralyzed legs away.

"He had scared Kerry, who's probably telling Twilliam About the event, and just wanted to apologize. I think we should call the council. There are things that he said about his uncle that have me concerned. His aunt, cousin, and his uncle's sister seem to love him but his uncle hates him." Dr. Finkelstein explained. Watching as Sally sat him on a couch and got some spider-shaped sugar cookies that he knew were probably made using Mrs. Claus's recipe, Sally sure loved learning to cook the foods of the other holidays.

Jack smiled and said "Hmm definitely. We may need to get his relatives here though." he tapped his chin in thought before saying, "I'll send you to get his aunt, uncle, and cousin. And I'll send Glenn to go get his uncle's sister." before summoning a few ravens and crows and giving them a letter to the towns leading werewolf, and the various holiday leaders.

"We'll leave and go get his relatives. I'll just have Kerry take us to the cupboard Harry was in. From there I should be able to have the tunnel redirect to let us out just outside the house." Dr. Finklestein told the King and Queen of Halloween. Who just nodded and said they'd take Harry to the meeting room and wait for the others' arrival.

Meanwhile:

At Glenn's home:

There was a tapping on the window which got a female werewolf's attention. Looking she saw a black bird that had a letter from Jack to her mate she let it in and took the letter before the bird dissolved into shadows.

"Glenn dear, you have a letter from Jack." she called. Walking around her children who were running about.

Her husband entered the room and laughed at the chaos. "Hand it here my dear." he said while watching his children running about in their pup forms. His wife handed him the letter while she berated their kids about running underfoot.

After reading it he began laughing so hard he had to lean against the wall. "Why are you laughing dear?" his wife asked curiously.

"I'm supposed to go get you from the human world my dear Marjorie. Apparently Harry scared Kerry and found his way here." as he stopped laughing he turned serious and said, "Jacks calling for a meeting of the holiday leaders. As Viktor Finklestein heard some disturbing things that brother of yours has been doing to the child."

"That blasted brother of mine. I'll call our usual babysitter." Marge growled out.

With Dr. Finkelstein and Jewel:

They had just arrived at the house, and Jewel told her husband, "I hope we don't have to stun Harry's uncle. It'd be a pain to lug him to Halloween Town if he refuses to go."

Her husband only nodded. After ringing the doorbell they waited until a rumpled Petunia in her housecoat and slippers answered the door. Petunia upon opening the door growled out, "What do you want? It's only three in the morning."

"Mrs. Dursley, I'm Viktor Finklestein and this is my wife Jewel. I have some news on your nephew Harry." Dr. Finklestein said in a soft voice.

"Why would you have news about him? I'm pretty sure he's asleep where my husband put him. Not that I like that, but the man is as stubborn as a mule in cement." Petunia replied a little more awake than she had been. Noticing that they looked strange.

"Unfortunately, or I guess, fortunately, he's currently in the care of our pseudo daughter and her husband. He's perfectly safe." Jewel explained watching Petunia's face as it shifted to shock and fear.

"Come in, I'll go get the key. Thankfully I know where my husband hides it at night." Petunia said softly. When she had the key and opened the cupboard under the stairs. Upon not seeing Harry her heart sank. Looking around she saw the little notepad she kept there and saw it had a bit of messy writing she recognized as her nephews. Upon reading the note she let out a huff. Then muttered something about Harry and him scaring her out of her wits.

"Alright, so what's going on?" she asked the two who had made their way to the kitchen not wanting to dirty her carpet.

"We are denizens of a place called Halloween Town and the realm of Halloween. Our leader Jack, our pseudo daughter's husband, has called a meeting of all the leaders of the other holiday worlds to decide on how to proceed seeing as Harry said some concerning things about his uncle." Jewel explained knowing her husband wasn't much of a talker.

"Alright I'll go get dressed and dress Dudley, but I know Vernon won't go if he's awake. Is there a way to take him without waking him?" Petunia asked, standing up and heading towards the stairs. Seeing them nod she led Jewel upstairs. After getting dressed in her usual dress and heels, she left Jewel to deal with Vernon. All Jewel did was put a portkey on Vernon and sent him to the council chambers in Halloween Town.

Dr. Finklestein and Jewel decided to use a hall closet door to open a path back to Halloween Town. Petunia came downstairs carrying Dudley who she dressed in a pair of pants and a child's polo, with his favorite light up trainers. She was also carrying a small bag. "What's in the bag my dear?" Dr. Finklestein asked curiously.

"A smarter pair of clothes for Harry. I don't really like the idea of him meeting important people in a devil costume," She explained, to which Dr. Finklestein and Jewel just nodded, "How are we getting to this Halloween Town?"

"When I open this door we'll have a short tunnel that'll lead to our house in Halloween Town. It's basically a giant mad scientist's lab." Jewel explained while she laughed at her husband's comment of "is not" at the description of their home.

"Umm, all right. Let's go." Petunia said motioning for Jewel to open the door. Which she did, showing a tunnel.

With Jack, Sally, and Harry:

The three of them had made their way to the council chambers and were waiting for people to arrive.

Jack and Sally were sitting in chairs that appeared to be carved from a giant pumpkin. Harry sitting in Sally's lap enjoying a cup of hot cocoa. There was a teen to Jack's right, who Jack introduced as Justinian the King of Trick or Treating, and the mayor of Halloween Town to Sally's left.

The first to arrive was a chubby old man with a long white beard in a velvet red suit and a red hat, a chubby woman in a red velvet dress and white hair pinned into a bun with a mistletoe clasped ribbon holding it in place, and what appeared to be a teenager with sparkles across his cheeks and nose and pointy ears. "Sandy Claws, it's good to see you, you as well Mrs. Claws and Bernard." Jack called to the group who sat in chairs that looked like they were stacked presents. With the group waving his way.

Next to appear was a tall woman dressed in a red dress with long dark hair, who sat in a chair that looked to be made of chocolate and roses, the back being shaped in a heart. "Ruby, it's a pleasure to see you." Sally called to the Queen of Valentines Day, who nodded her head.

More and more people arrived,

A pair of Minotaurs who sat in a pair of firework shaped chairs. Who were introduced as Libertas and Vita the leaders of New Years Town.

An older man with a shepherd's crook, who sat on a chair that looked like a pot of gold and four leaf clovers. Who was introduced as St. Patrick.

An extremely old man in purple robes and a woman who was young and looked to be wearing a dress made of plants, sat in an hourglass shaped chair and a tree shaped chair respectively. Who were introduced as Father Time and Mother Nature.

A Large Rabbit like creature who sat in a painted egg shaped chair. Who was introduced as E. Aster Bunnymund the Easter Bunny.

A Native American man in traditional clothes and a White man dressed as a pilgrim that sat in cornucopia shaped chairs. Introduced as Tisquantum and William Bradford the leaders of the realm of thanksgiving.

And a pair of People who looked like Sally but in a brighter color. Introduced as Sally's birth parents Albert and Greta the ministers of Dream Town.

As everyone got settled a pop was heard and a walrus-like man in striped pajamas appeared in the center of the table where the chairs were situated.

Then a door behind Jack opened and in came Glenn and a large but not fat woman who Harry recognized, "Auntie Marge!" He squealed happily as he hopped out of Sally's lap and ran and hugged the woman around the legs.

"Hi Harry. I'd like you to meet my husband Glenn." Marge said with a little laugh after she glared at her brother who was on the table, and waved her hand at her husband who was in his humanoid wolf form.

Harry just looked at Glenn and asked Marge, "Why is he a doggy man?"

Glenn just laughed and said, "I'm a werewolf child."

Harry tilted his head and asked Marge, "Are you a doggy person too auntie?"

Marge just laughed and revealed her half-human form causing Harry to squeal happily and jump into her arms. Jack just sat there with his mouth hanging open. Causing everyone in the room to laugh. Not a couple minutes later Dr. Finklestein and Jewel led Petunia and a now awake Dudley. Upon seeing Marge who even in her half wolf form was recognizable, Petunia only sighed and asked in a teasing tone, "I guess this why you always smell of dog Marge?"

Rolling her eyes she traded Harry for an awed Dudley, who asked his aunt, "Why do you look like a doggy?". This caused Marge to quickly explain things and introduce her husband. Petunia took Harry out the door and got him dressed in a green little button up shirt, a bow tie, dark pants, and like Dudley his favorite light up trainers.

After they entered they saw a skeleton in a black robe carrying a scythe talking to Jack, before leaving through a portal he opened with his scythe. He returned with three couples.

The first was a man with black hair and a goatee holding the arm of a redheaded woman with a monocle. The second was a sandy haired man holding the arm of a dark haired woman. The third a couple with blue skin that caused Petunia to hold Harry tightly and gasp out, "L-l-li-li-ly?"
