Cuteness alert! You've been warned.

I loved writing this, I want a big brother!

Thank you to my beta JDreamie

"El, are you sure?" she looked across the room while she was pulling on a button up shirt.

"Yeah, babe. That's the great thing about having so many kids: free babysitters." He smiled at her.

"But didn't he have any plans? It's Friday night."

"I'm sure he did, but family comes first. Besides, he was the only one who picked up the phone."

She stared at the mirror as she applied some lipstick "He never took care of her on his own."

"Relax, he loves her. And he has 3 other sisters, they will be fine. " He came behind her, wrapping his arms across her belly while she relaxed back into him, sighing.

"I can't believe they called us in, it was supposed to be our free night, " she pouted. "Noah and Eli with your mom, Lily should be asleep soon and we could spend some quality time together."

"I know, honey, but that's what happens when a judge's daughter goes missing, they call the best team in. " She was about to say something when the doorbell rang from across the house.

Before either of them moved, they heard a pair of little feet running towards the door and an excited "DEE!" being yelled out. When they got to the living room, Dickie already had Lily in his arms and the little girl was squeezing the life out of her big brother.

"Lily, we already told you not to open the door on your own!" Olivia scolded her daughter.

"But mommy, it was Dee! I asked!" the four year old argued. Lily had taken to calling her big brother 'Dee' ever since she learned how to talk. He tried a lot of times to get her to call him Richie, but with the whole family calling him Dickie, he figured 'Dee' was an upgrade. Also, it was really cute that she had her own special name for him.

"Are you sure you can do this?" Olivia asked the young man.

"Yeah, Liv. We got this!" he said.

"There's dinner in the oven. Her bedtime is 8:30. Don't let her talk you into giving her sugar. "

"Relax dad, she's four, not really the world's biggest strategist. "

Olivia and Elliot looked at each other knowing the power of persuasion their daughter had, with her bangs and big blue eyes. Dickie would learn.

"So Lil, what are our plans for the night?" He tickled her and she let out a giggle.
"You promised me we would have a spa day the next time you came over!'' She reminds him of his promise.

"Well, Lil, lead the way then." She had him sit down on the couch while she ran into her room. If his other sisters knew about this, he would never hear the end of it. He heard her moving around and when she got back her little arms were full of child-safe makeup and nail polish. The ones you only use to play, really.

"Nails first, Dee!" she said excitedly. First, he painted her little nails. Then, she took her time carefully applying the bright pink nail polish on each of his nails, messing up a few spots here and there.

"Your feet is ugly, " she said, giggling.

"Yeah? Well, your feet are smelly! " Her little mouth fell open in shock before she protested.

"It's not!"

"It is"

"No, it's not! Daddy says I have princess feet! Just like Cinderella," she argued.

"He is lying! You have smelly feet like Shrek!" he joked with her.

"Daddy doesn't lie, Dee!" she pouted. He pulled her into his lap, kissing her head.

"You are right, daddy doesn't lie. And you are a princess!" he said.

"I know, " she deadpanned. This girl was so much like Olivia it was scary.

"Well, Miss Stabler, how about ice cream?" he said, getting up and throwing her over his shoulder. She squealed.

"It's Benson-Stabler! And mommy doesn't let me eat ice cream so late, she says I turn into a sugar monster." He laughed at her explanation.

"But I'm in charge tonight, and I say ice cream!" he put her on a chair and went to pick up bowls and spoons. "How about…chocolate?" she beamed at him.

"It's my favorite!" He served them an obscene amount of ice cream. They ate in the kitchen, her mouth all messed up with chocolate. Her bangs all over the place, he could only smile at the little girl. What he didn't know was that Olivia was absolutely right, Lily did turn into a sugar monster after ice cream, and he spent a few hours running after her. He made her take a shower, and let her choose her pajamas. He tried to braid her hair but it came out looking pretty wild.

"Dee, it's make up time!" she said. She was like an energized bunny. He argued with her that she had just showered, and somehow she convinced him she should do his makeup then.

That's how he found himself lying on the couch with his head in Lily's lap while she began applying her makeup all over his face, pretending to be making a makeup tutorial for tiktok. He could only smile as her sweet voice explained step by step the makeup she was doing.

Man, if Lizzie ever found out about this.

The tv was playing some cartoon and with his eyes closed as his little sister worked, he didn't even realize he was falling asleep.

When Elliot and Olivia made it home, it was almost 11:30 p.m. They entered quietly, thinking they would find both of the kids sleeping. What greeted them instead was a very wide wake Lily seated on the couch, mismatched pajamas, hair wild, watching cartoons with her big brother's head on her lap. His face was colored with all types of color and his nails bright pink. They both stifled a laugh before Lily scolded them.

She whispered "Shhhh, Dee is sleeping, see? I took good care of him."
