Percy and Annabeth were walking on the beach enjoying each other's company and mutual survival in the wake of the Titan War. Although they were newly a couple, their friendly banter remained comfortingly familiar.
"Ooh look, a seal! They aren't usually in this part of the world, are they?"
"No they're not- wait a dam minute." Percy did a double take, then stepped away from Annabeth to circle and study the sea mammal. Then, his eyes went wide, a split moment before his hand flew up into a facepalm. "Oh my gods no."
"What? What is it?"
"It's from my father," Percy groaned.
Annabeth was confused. "Is that a problem?"
"It's his seal of approval"
