Being a cop's kid in New York is never easy. Being a Reagan's kid is even harder. Being both was something Anna faced every day. It doesn't help that her father is one Detective Danny Reagan. Out growing the title of Daddy's little girl and becoming her own person with those three things hanging over her head was probably the hardest thing she ever had to do.

This episode has Danny being attacked on the orders of Diego Rodriguez. Several of his gang follow Danny and try to make his car look like Swiss cheese. However, Danny survives but his partner takes him to the hospital to be evaluated after the attack.

This story takes place after Season 11, Episode 13. Jill Carmago has completed rehab finally and is getting another sobriety badge. Jamie has been staying in touch with her and calls Danny to invite him to the ceremony. She has also been promised a job at the rehab center helping her fellow service men and women struggling with life after the military.
