A yellow, 6-limbed Elder Dragon is seen walking around the broken castle in the Citadel, patrolling his territory from any monster either stupid or brave enough to challenge him, let alone handle the Frenzy Virus that's spread throughout the entire area. This is the Heaven's Wheel Elder Dragon, Shagaru Magala.

Golden eyes surveyed the surroundings and confirmed there is no one there. Grunting, he spread his wings to take flight and return home. Then, out of the blue a red creature called a Qurio passed by which caught his attention as more and more of the flying leech-like creatures began to gather in one place. Soon, a silver and pink draconic figure descends dozens of feet from Shagaru Magala as the Qurio headed towards their host. This being is Malzeno, the Silver Duke Elder Dragon.

Malzeno stalks towards Shagaru Magala with malice as the Qurio flew around him. Shagaru notice that he is unaffected by the Frenzy Virus and knew he is a threat to his home. Shagaru issues a roar to fight Malzeno and fire multiple purple projectiles tinged with the Frenzy Virus. Malzeno jumps to the right to avoid the blasts and fires his own projectiles filled with draconic energy.

Shagaru takes some hits and uses his wing arms to block the rest, but Malzeno uses this to flies towards him and tackles the golden dragon over, towering over him and roars in his face as he raises his tail to stab Shagaru. But Shagaru moved its head to avoid getting pierced and uses his winged arms to grabbed a hold the tail, catching Malzeno off guard.

Shagaru roars and begins charging a breath attack, to which Malzeno responds with his own. They fired their Frenzy-Virus and draconic energy attacks up close, creating red and purple energies about before exploding, knocking both Elder Dragons away from each other and taking heavy damage from the attacks.

Both Elder Dragons became enraged and roars in anger as they entered their enraged states with their eyes glowing purple and red respectively. The sky turned a mix of blood red and purple as Frenzy Virus and draconic energy clashed. Malzeno summons multiple Qurio and launches them at Shagaru Magala to feed on his life force, but Shagaru fires energy blasts tinged with Frenzy Virus to kill them.

Shagaru Magala flies up and sped towards Malzeno who raised his tail that's charged with draconic energy. Suddenly, just as Shagaru is about to blast him, Malzeno disappears as he teleports behind and literall7 stabs him in the back, causing him to roar in pain as he felt his life being drained. In response, Shagaru grabbed Malzeno with his wing arms and slams him repeatedly on the ground before throwing Malzeno off him.

They both spread their wings and flew up, firing projectiles at each other with majority missing or barely affecting their targets. Malzeno felt the Frenzy Virus affecting him whereas several Qurio were leeching off Shagaru and weakening by the moment.

Malzeno charges his tail once more whereas Shagaru gathers huge energy filled with Frenzy Virus in his mouth. Malzeno teleports behind him once again and launches his tail. However, Shagaru turns and fires an intense breath attack in his face. But this in turn gets him stabbed in the chest by Malzeno's tail. Malzeno and Shagaru roared weakly in each other's face before both Elder Dragons fell from the sky and landed on the ground in separate areas, unmoving and seemingly dead.

However, slowly but surely, they're bodies moved on their own and get back up, but with terrible consequences. Shagaru now has red energy around him as several Qurio floated around him, as Malzeno's body radiated purple energy. Both affected Elder Dragon let out huge roars as they had become more stronger than before.

A Risen/Afflicted Shagaru Magala and an Apex Malzeno are created as a result of their fight.
