In the Coral Highlands, two Fanged Wyverns are seen circling in Area 8, locked in a fight with each other. The one black and blue and the other red with white features. The first is the Ebony Odogaron and the red one is the plain Odogaron, the Cruel Claw Wyvern. The Ebony Odogaron snarls and starts by jumping forward with his claws outstretched. But before he could even get a few feet near, a blue blur slams into hit and knocks it down.
The Odogaron looks in surprise as the unknown adversary throws a electric ball at his Ebony counterpart, making it yelp in pain as it was struck and made it flee from his attacker. He then tensed when he turns to face him. This is Zinogre, the Thunder Wolf Wyvern. Zinogre then locked eyes with Odogaron and gave a fierce howl, challenge the smaller dog. Odogaron howls as well, accepting the fight.
Zinogre jumps and slams his electric-charged paw down, but the nimble Odogaron hops sideways and blackflips which causes his tail to smack Zinogre in the face. Zinogre growls and counters with his own, spinning like a break dancer and his tail slaps the Cruel Claw Wyvern a dozen feet away. Odogaron yelps in pain as he lands but gets back up and jumps on Zinogre's back, slashing away with his claws.
Zinogre howls as he jumps around like a wild bull, trying to buck the Odogaron off him, but the Cruel Claw Wyvern remained locked on and still attacking his back. Enraged, the Zinogre begins charging up electricity which confused Odogaron until the Thunder Wolf Wyvern howls and enters its supercharged state, which shocks the red Fanged Wyvern as he yelped and got off his opponent before Zinogre launches three electric balls that knocks Odogaron into a wall.
Shaking his injuries off, the Odoragon snarls and howls as he enters his own state, steam coming from his mouth and red veins glowing in its body and unveiling six more claws in each leg as he charges at Zinogre. The Zinogre tries to hit Odogaron, but the much smaller and faster Fanged Wyvern ducks and evades every swing while attacking the Thunder Wolf Wyvern in every direction.
Eventually a minute of this hit and run strategy, the Cruel Claw Wyvern scored a deep gash in Zinogre's lower left leg, causing it to bleed as Zinogre roars in pain. However, it counterattacks by performing a spin that knocks Odogaron off his feet and slam into the ground. Then the state wore off, leaving Odogaron out of breath and exhausted as he tried to recover. Unfortunately, the Zinogre didn't let him as he slams his electric-fueled paw into Odogaron's back.
The Cruel Claw Wyvern panicked and tried to escape, but the Zinogre's strength proved too much. The Thunder Wolf Wyvern raised his other paw up and brings it down to his neck, creating a loud crack as the Odogaron went limp beneath him. The Zinogre stepped on the Odogaron's body and howls in victory.
