Stargate Atlantis Trading Grounds I: The Return To La Rochelle
Warnings: This story is going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth, this is also going to skip show canon.
So Vala got freed two years earlier, and she never went to said planet, and in season 9, as she and Mitchel join Daniel new team, so SG-1 new version starts in season 3. If anyone is wondering in why these chapters are going up so fast, I'm doing the first. In 8 chapters of the first story, the other 10 are being thought up as we go. So this is going to take time, but the story is going to be good, as it matches the dialog now…
Disclaimers: I don't the shows, the story belongs to everything else belongs to the creators and the movie companies.
Chapter 12: Need Truths And Mission Directives I
"If we're playing back the arrest, I was waiting for Russel to throw that punch, but like your parents, we of your grandparents age group judge psychosis. And mental behavior by violent acting out, your brother never gets violent, never raises his voice at anyone, easy and perfect. In patients here, but I was seeing here how far gone the paranoia was, till whoever the duo with me are, chased him to the stairwell next to his car, as an ambush." he said to the quintet then.
"Wasn't that you moved in arms reach, that was a test Doctor, he gets violent, you had just cause to bring him in?" Anna said and he nodded. "Yes, that's exactly what I was doing, I had to see her prognosis for myself, how far gone the paranoia was. And the only way to do that, was by forcing him to attack me, by getting in arms's reach, of course. Him 29, me 58 years, your parents are 13, so…." he said and they nodded. "Papa doctor." Brent said in understanding then.
"Jack attacks you, you: a man old enough to be his grandfather, heads are going to roll here, as first that, then his arm, if he sneaks a scalpel off the table. There is no cure, albeit one: the sarcophagus itself, the guys wanted to see what it can can't do. But inside a working one it's 36 doses to undo it, both the damage and elixir effects, in the genome splicer." Daniel said and he nodded. "If that's not irony nothing is, recorded evidence not enough." he said and they nodded.
"Well we hit a memory cap, you can see it, once we hit a deadline here, after we helped you arrest the NID operatives, planning on gas mining every Goa'uld planet." Picard said, stepping in, knowing holodecks were one thing, he became an Ancient, borderline Q. He had the power to show exactly what happened on this, as Jack got arrested for attempted murder. "As for what I just heard, I get it you want to confront her now, but not yet." Hammond said and they nodded.
"You said that they had your 8 year old self trapped in your adult body, well I see it already here right not only are you still recovering here. Your system finally crashed, and you suffered a flashback to the memory of your parents death. But this proved to be the straw that broke the camel's back, the one person on the team, besides Teal'C. That you thought you could trust has been lying to you for 3 months, of course no orderly is leaving you alone for long here now."
"Not with you this in shock, and not thinking straight." Rosen said gently and the Orderlies his age to 40 all nodded in agreement, knowing if they sent a medical team when it came out. The reaction was so bad, they had to keep him in bed then. "The conversation just ended for the night, after the next exchange, he decided we'd talk later, after I got over this shock. But at that hour, Philonius and two of their medical department decided to stay put, just in case now."
"The sedative gave out too soon, the agent had 2 weeks, as I'm paralyzed from the waist down now so no point, the serum reacts to heat, so I'm bed bound for the duration." he said and they nodded. "What time was it there exactly right now?" he asked and Daniel sighed. "After dark, it was maybe 8o'clock that night, just after dinner, I was doing research." he said and they nodded. "Perfect reason to keep you in bed, it's too dark to see." the leader said to that gently.
"And with the trees even harder to, so with you not thinking straight, they decided, like the night duty at a normal hospital, or just the infirmary, to be on watch. If my age group was looking after you, we're not leaving you alone for long, after said amount of time. You decided no nap time and tried to make a run for it, only this time there's no point here. As you need to stay in bed and let your leg muscles rest." Matheson said and they nodded in agreement then.
"You miss a step you're going to break it again right now, so they made the right call here, after you recovered from too much P.T." Hammond said, in understanding, knowing his son was too sick, exhausted and in shock to think clearly as the chosen medical decision was reason enough. "What we see is understandable to what they're trying to convince us of, you're not screwing around, you're hard at work and just slammed yourself into the wall." Rosen said sternly to this.
"No kidding here, you're still recovering, you're running a fever and now here, you suffered a shock bad enough they had to do what dad and I did with John. And put you under, but it took 3 on one to take him down, once the serum takes hold, it takes two." his son said to this and Hancock crossed his arms. "If that's not reason enough here and nothing is here right now, with you still needing P.T., your body is still recovering, Pyrus made the right decision, look."
"I really don't blame you for wanting to kill her, but wait till you come home then you can do that." Hancock said and Rosen nodded in agreement. "With that reaction, based on hearing your voice, I hear the fight to get free and did a muscle shot into your knee cap. If they undid the drawstrings on those pants, as the fight got physical, till the doctor did what I would. And injected it into your knee." he said to him then, as his son listened gently to the recording.
"He had actually, so my entire knee was exposed, only not a real syringe, but rather these." he said, and Rosen pulled the device out, along with 3 vials. "Looks like these have a pin injector, injected into the hyposprays, but yeah they're so technologically advanced. They can create medicine out of the healing properties of the sarcophagus, and with it now. Hiding that advancement by their appearance, 17th century France." Griff said and Daniel nodded then.
"Said worked faster then a normal hypodermic here, it's like the healing powers of the inhalers, only in syringe form now, so said 7 minutes was really 2, feeling like David had on the movie. It was after this reaction they decided to keep me separated from them for a while. But Philippe's orderly decided to stay put, but the serum reduces you to the age you are at your last major illness." he said and Peterson nodded, as he translated that, remembering his fighting then.
When Adam prepared to sedate him for stitches then. "That would be, in you, 3 years old, which explains why little you was objecting to be being hold down. He remembers your father restraining you as I sedated you, before I took care of your wrist now. Of course big you, was furious at being lied to, again right now, yeah big bed, feeling like you're 3 years old again. And the doctors are dealing with your injuries, said shock one too far." he said and Daniel nodded.
As they heard it again. "No, let go." they heard, as they heard it getting worse, before, after 5 minutes, they heard it again in a weakened objection."No." they heard weakly, his voice shaky, his tone sounding like an 8 year old, before they heard something else, 'No nap, no nap, no, no nap, let go, no nap.' they heard a 3 year old voice say in protest and the elder orderlies nodded. "Yeah there we go, baby you doesn't want needle, or nap." Anna said to that gently.
"Better way for injections, less use for the sedatives, no more getting violent, we can inject them with this, in a cocktail of thorazine and serum. Setting the age to sum number in tweens. And their childhood vulnerability does the rest, yeah Daniel you really have something here, we can make use of this too, in the medical network, if a backpacker, gets injured and sent. Now to the hospital, as we got cub trapped in an adult body now." Sanderson said and he smiled then.
"The effects spread faster when being massaged at the injection site, so as you just heard, by this point I was trying to stay awake, little me was protesting no nap time. And was fighting to get out of the arms of the orderly, restraining me then, before it took hold. And little me finally gave up, as he put his head down, of course if this was really you guys. Uncle Eric, he curled into a ball in your arms, as he fell asleep here." he said and they nodded, as they heard it again.
'Easy baby, easy calm down, calm down, easy, it's okay.' Rosen's son thought, as he heard his young adoptive nephew's toddler voice echoing in his head and mentally responded to it gently. 'Shh, shh, shh, easy, easy baby, easy, shh, it's okay, it's okay, calm down, easy it's okay, calm down, we get it, but not now, you need to recover first, then deal with this.' the leader thought gently to that, as, instead of a grown man of 33 years, he saw the little boy he remembered.
Imagining himself in the room with him, as they just sedated him, his eyes closed and he was shaking, as he loosened slightly, but didn't let go. 'Shh, shh, shh, that's it baby, we understand, but not yet now, once home again, then we deal with them. But right now, you need a couple weeks rest, shh, just rest, then we'll talk now.' he thought, knowing what just happened was enough to completely irritate his younger counterparts on their planet, with him in recovery.
"If we had been there, it's coming to from the memory of the black out, before catching you a second time, if in addition to them, you broke your leg, as a baby now. Concussion and broken leg, and as you remembered what put you in the hospital, before we had to calm you down." the orderly said gently, running his hand through the hair at the nape of his neck then. "Well that sounds like the fight we had with you that night, only you're back to full strength here."
"The last dose wore off, and you're back to being an adult again." Hammond said and Carson nodded gently to that. "Like I said we got an 3 year old trapped in an adult body, and someone's about to lose their heads for this here now, this is like Hirsch dealing with David. Quite the shock is a gross understatement for the trauma he suffered here, but waking up amongst strangers. That is too much, it's barely been 10 days and he's no where near close to fully healed here."
"That like any medical doctor, best taking things extra slow, they don't like it, tough." Matheson said to this and he nodded. "It was never the sarcophagus, he had only days left, I had to stay with him for a while, she needed me. But the connection was to him, me, is him, they killed him out of broken heart, and I felt it when he passed. Which was why I broke in the storage room, and secondly he, Jack, attacked me sexually." he said and they nodded in understanding then.
"That explains the tears to your backside, he did it?" he asked and Daniel nodded and they nodded. "What you say the damage was again?" he asked and he explained that 30 broken bones, 15 damaged eternal organs, my leg was broken two places. Along with my ankle, severe muscle and tissue damage, and lastly is the optic nerve got severed. So blind in both eyes right now." he said and they nodded. "He nearly killed you." Addison said sternly to that news then.
"Well the psychiatric record is not looking good now." he said sternly to this news then. "But Baby we understand here, but right now you need to rest here." Hammond said, wishing they gone there, as he managed to calm him down, and before hearing Pyrus's remark. In knowing he was gripping his arms, as he said it gently. "Baby, baby, listen to me Danny, I understand, in why you want to confront her right now, but now is not the time."
"Just test her with Thanos's remark to you, after we end this facade, as we see her reaction, but clearly, she is afraid here. But in our time, getting married was a way to say we love each other, in your's, if she's refusing to settle down. It's what you call the ball and chain effect, after something." Pyrus said and Daniel nodded as they nodded. "Thank you Sire, for telling me, I needed that, but this changes things, before I can."
"Though, before I take my place here, I'm taking her to Cimmeria now and free her now, she's free, I'll always love her here now, in truth. But so long as I'm involved with the SGC, she's endanger here now, there is no other choice. I'm retired from Green base, if there was a real blue base, I'd be there, not currently. But I stay there, or my friends, my real friend are endanger of red base, I go back to Abydos now."
"And my adopted people are endanger of the serpent, I have to now, I have to relinquish all ties with earth, but she's just a very dear friend now. You're my future, Sire, you and Shyla, I swear to that." he said graciously to him and they nodded, as they heard the utterly exhausted tone in his voice. "If that was us, then we're not letting you out of our sight right now, knowing you baby, you're not about to give up, and attempt it again now."
"But baby in an adult body, we're 4x's stronger then you are, with 8 year old you trapped." the orderly said then. "Baby trapped in an adult body, the anniversary of the accident was the week of the arrest, he's 8 trapped in his adult body." Rosen said and Hammond nodded. "This was the confrontation in the mine, after I was done with my bed time out." he said and they nodded. "Young man, didn't we already talk about that?" Hammond said and he looked down then.
"Well sorry Colonel, Captain with him recovery from the flu and his P.T. slammed him into the wall, he needs to rest, you got a problem with that, take it up with up with, but leave him alone." Landry said and they started shaking in fear. "But if you think the boys are staying longer don't think so, because, if there's a foothold on this base. We're the best option, Frank's my command, and you remember that, body snatchers." Landry said and Sam paled at that.
"As you would say, in 30 minutes, said forces are going to break down the front door, and shoot anyone that resists, that I suggest you get the frequency code for whatever now. Before we get in here, and shoot to kill." Picard said and she swallowed hard at his remark. "He only came back to save your father if he needed saving, not get back together with the team. But it's not his job to prevent you from making fools of yourselves." Hammond said sternly to her then.
"And does this ring any bells right now." Daniel said to them smiling sternly, as he activated the image of their conversation, after there was a play back. As Daniel told Hammond, he was retiring from the program and it flashed up his exchange with Jack in the episode. And just after Amonet tried to kill him and Jack paled, realizing his attitude then. It had played a part of his decision to quit from the SGC now and now seeing the only person he would miss was Teal'C.
Till Teal'C decided to quit too, and came along with him, as they stayed a duo, in program teams, and passed their knowledge to Landry now. "Hey! You should meet the whiz kid they saddled us with while you were out of commission."he said and Daniel ignored even looking at him. "Robert Rothman. He was my research assistant when I was doing my dissertation. Smart guy, had a good teacher." he said and he said it in disgust then.
"Geek." he said and Daniel sighed. "That's the reason we scientists don't want anything to do with you, you're as prejudiced. As a teenage just activated training ensign calling the General the old man, because you're not getting attention, as a teenage red shirt." Daniel said sternly then. "Yes, you used to call me that." he said and Jack said it. "I was talking about you, so…., how long are we going to be stuck with this guy?" He said to him as Daniel said it.
"What do you mean?" he asked and Jack paled, as he heard his voice, realizing this really was forever now at the news and he said it then. "How long are you going to be gone?" he said and Daniel nodded. "Didn't…, didn't dad tell you?" he said and he said it. "What? That you quit? Yeah, he told me that, but uh…, come on, we both know you can't stay away." he said to him then, and Hammond shook his head sternly, and Jack started shaking then.
"Then I guess we're both wrong cause…, I'm gone." he said and he said it snidely. "Give it a week. You'll miss me." he said and Daniel said it bluntly."Yes, all the…salty, bad-tempered insults, all the illogical arguments…" he said and she flinched, realizing every word to Jack was another piece to her situation with him. "Ok, you'll miss Carter and Teal'C." he said and he said it, switching it. "I'll miss Teal'C." he said and she felt that slam.
Then, into her, realizing in being around Jack, he come to take offense to anything she did regarding him, and Teal'C was the only friend he had out of the 4 of them. Her, Jack, Teal'C and Janet then, because they treated him like crap ever since Jolinar came into the picture. "And you'll miss the excitement: All the new cultures you get to explore, the living history. It's the kind of stuff you can't walk away from." he said and she swallowed hard then.
"Jack: Up until now, every time I set foot through that 'Gate I was thinking about my wife, maybe I'll see her this time, maybe this is the one. Now every time I go through, it'd just be some.., someplace, where that hope used to be." he said and Sarah felt her heart rip apart, realizing that's how he felt after she too got taken. "That's why I can't do it any more…, I hope you understand that." he said and Anna wiped the tears off her face.
"The SGC may be the single most important human endeavor for the future of mankind, not bad, huh?…, You said that." he said and he said it in finality then. "The SGC will go on without me, you got by without me when I was for 2 months. after I found Denali, you can do without me now, as I'm transferring departments." he said firmly and she swallowed hard. "Point taken, I quit, before Linea." he said sternly and they paled.
"He's not putting up with that crap of your's forever young man, but does this ring any bells." he said sternly to him then, as he put the tape in. "Dr. McKenzie." he said and he said it sternly. "Colonel." he said and Jack paled, realizing this was the next attempt then. "I'm not going to enjoy this, am I?" he said and Hammond crossed his arms then sternly at that remark. "Part of Dr. MacKenzie's work involves analyzing psychological data from SG units."
"Specifically looking for common side affects to Gate travel, Dr. Jackson's episode yesterday may have uncovered a serious one." he said and Sutherland's double nodded, and Jack paled, realizing that was aimed at them, for walking into a contaminated area, again. "Dr. Fraiser's been treating you for headaches lately, hasn't she?" he asked and Jack looked at Janet, who looked away uncomfortably then, and Janet went pale, realizing, now.
The validity of Daniel's question a few minutes earlier, she never acted like their parents, but relied on bloodtests, and Daniel was sick of it. "Yes. What's that got to do with Daniel?" he asked and he explained that. "Well you're not the only one. Fifty-three percent of SG field personnel also have a history of them." he said to him then. "A lot of people get headaches. What's your point?" he asked him then, and Jack swallowed hard at that then.
"You still don't get it, do you, there is no blood test that shows a gene for mental illness, it's environment, not hereditary." Carson said sternly and she went white. "That you screwed up highly here, this was environmental, or rather, artificial schizophrenia right now. And the only source that can be come up with it, it just happens to be the scientist. That you walked into 6 months prior at the time now." he said and Sam went white at remark in fear then finally here.
"As I said young man, I did that very same set of testings, and research, it's battle fatigue pure and simple, once the parasite was removed, he just needed 6 months of rest." Sutherland's double said and he swallowed hard, shaking. "Dr. Jackson has experienced what I characterize as a first break psychotic episode. Which may be manifesting full-blown hebephrenic-schizophrenia." he said then and Hammond crossed his arms sternly then.
"Migraines are often one of the first signs." she said and he started shaking, realizing this attempt was meant to get them short changed. Only Daniel was faking the psyched out methods, till they had enough on him and Carter to have them shot. "As interesting twist, but thing of it is, that this was artificial, only the Professor is the real deal, Captain." Hancock said sternly and she started shaking in fear, realizing they were screwed now finally.
"Wait a minute: Daniel's a schizophrenic, and it's caused by…, the Stargate?" Jack said and she said it gently then. "It's the only logical explanation we have right now, Colonel." she said and he nodded, as Mckenzie also went pale, realizing they got caught then finally. "Dr. Jackson's dopamine levels have increased in the left hemisphere of his brain. All these symptoms are textbook schizophrenia." he said to him gently at that.
"I don't understand how this could happen without us noticing signs." Sam said and she finished that. "Nobody knows the exact cause of schizophrenia, some cases are genetic, but there's no history of it in Daniel's family. When it's not genetic, could be chemical, screwing with recreational drugs, if not that. It's environmental and the Stargate is a plausible environmental cause." she said to him and Sam said it to that defensively then.
"I've been through the 'Gate as many times as Daniel, and I don't have headaches." she said and she said it firmly to that remark at that. "Well your body may have some kind of immunity, possibly due to Jolinar." she said to her and Janet started shaking, finally realizing why Daniel threw that question at her, when their parents. Now, followed 40's and 50's psychiatric medicine, in the act of getting violent with doctor and Daniel never did that with her.
"Alright, let's say for the sake of argument that it is the Stargate, a theory to which I do not ascribe, then why don't we just put a little sign at the base of the ramp. That says 'Gate travel may be hazardous to your health.' I can live with that." Jack said to him and Sam nodded. "So can I, Sir." she said, nodding in agreement and the quartet exchanged stern looks at that, knowing that to keep going they were going to throw Daniel.
And right to the wolves then to keep going and she and Jack went white at that."Excuse me, but is that the 'to keep going, we're going to abandon a member of our team', tone in your voices?"Hammond asked sternly and they paled at that. "The Air Force can't, I can't risk any SG officer having delusions in the middle of a crisis. Therefore, as we speak, all outstanding SG teams are being recalled for evaluation." he said to that sternly then.
"You're shutting down the whole program?!" she said, never thinking after Shyla, their mistreatment could result in a fast shut down. "Only until Dr. MacKenzie and their teams submit their report. If his theory is proven correct. Limits will be placed on the number of missions, but until then now, is the Stargate is closed." he said and she started shaking, realizing this once again was the consequence of her decision during Shyla.
"General…" Jack started to say and he said it sternly. "There is no debate, Colonel." he said and he said it sighing then. "Of course not." he said and she said it in resignation. "What about Daniel, sir?"she asked and Mckenzie answered that. "For now we're going to medicate him and let him rest in one of the VIP rooms." he said and as Janet said it then. "But if his symptoms persist or he becomes a threat to himself or anyone else…"
"We'll have to commit him to Mental Health." she said and the 7 doctors and Addison smiled sternly and she started shaking violently, realizing they dragged in a real schizophrenic. "Wait a second, I take it back here!" Jack said again, shaking and he smiled dangerously then. "Can't take the words back that have already been said, and does this ring any more bells right now." Sanderson asked him sternly and he swallowed hard at that remark, then shaking.
Now realizing he was screwed here now. "Untie me, Jack, don't do this." he said weakly and they heard a cold tone in Jack's voice as he answered him. "You did it to yourself, Daniel." he said and Daniel shook his head. "No I didn't." he said and Jack smirked as he answered him at that. "Then who did, Shyla, don't tell me Maggie gave that scalpel to you. What about an invisible enemy, that's the only conceivable explanation right now."
"And into why a member of my team would slash his wrists." he said and the nurse crossed her arms as Perry and Jefferson did the same as they were watching this from behind Jack. "No she didn't."Daniel said and Jack said it with a stern growl. "There are no cowards on SG-1." He said and they heard a bitter mental chuckle at that as they heard an answering response to his remark as he said it softly then, and Hammond crossed his arms sternly then.
"You're one to talk, what do you call this." he said grabbing his wrist and shoving his sleeve up, as they saw the secondary cut, next to the first and he paled then. "There are no cowards on SG-1, you contradict your own words." he said as Teal'C, Lou and Warren crossed their arms. "You are such a hypocrite, but I don't take drugs, I don't drink more then one glass, but now. And with my future powers, it's 3/4's non to 1 shot is." he said and he swallowed hard at that.
'Yeah and look who's talking right now, you self righteous bastard, a member of SG-1 wouldn't throw someone up on their place right now. They wouldn't pretend to not know what their team mate is trying to tell them when they're being eavesdropped on. They wouldn't continue to pretend the team mate that protected them from their worst nightmare and is suffering a break down."
"And after 7 months since they made a fool of themselves, they wouldn't continue to try to deflect the reason. Now, that the said team mate now hates their guts and tell the truth to the general. So I'm no coward, you are, you spineless coward, you sick bastard.' They heard as they heard Jack go further and Jack paled at each remark coming out of his mouth as Frasier did the same at that.
"My, my fault." he said and Jack heard his voice say it coldly. "Damn right." he said and then finished it then. "What did you think you were doing, what you think suicide is the best way to handle this. Alright I'm not taking any chances here and I can't trust you enough to not hurt yourself. And until you got your head on straight, you're off my team." he said and and they heard they feigned remark.
"What?" he said and Jack heard his voice make it very clear. "You're deactivated." he said and they heard, his next cold remarks. "I'll ask Hammond to keep you on the project, though I don't know what you'll be doing after this stunt." He said and Hammond answered that himself. "What he'll be doing, Colonel, is taking your place, now, as the leader of SG-1, until you got your head on straight, young man."
"And until I see you're ready to handle things, but two attempts to block out the memories until the Tok'ra go to the more direct approach. And of shoving you back into your nightmare and this is payback for what you did to him right now. And when he's not here, Carter's in charge of the team." he said and Jack swallowed hard at that remark, as they heard very furious tone in Daniel's voice at that, as improvised the next one.
"Fine, you don't need to take a chance with me anymore, you're like everyone else I've ever considered a parent, or did you forget that I'm an orphan. So if that's how you see it, that I'm burden, then just get out of here. I'm serious, just leave, if you think I'm just a burden, then you don't need to take a chance on me." he said as Jack saw the feral smile come into his eyes as he answered him.
"I don't intend to." he said as they heard the heart monitor beeping wildly as they saw her walk up with a syringe. "Colonel, it's rest time for our patient, rest is what his body needs." she said and Rosen crossed his arms. "No." Daniel said quickly and they nodded. "Well that's going way too far here at the moment, if I heard the entire conversation, I'd get him away from you." Dr Diane Pulaski said in shocked disgust at that and Hammond nodded sternly then.
"Keep it going, because this reaction is enough to put them behind bars now." he said and Jack swallowed realizing he meant their confrontation in the mine. But Landry heard that, he was being convicted for attempted murder, and conspiracy and sedition. Let alone reckless endangerment then, and against his own command. "General we got an alkesh landing on the mountain, it's not an enemy, but a freedom fighter!" Walter called out and Daniel switched it on.
"This is Colonel Jackson, Stargate Association, may I ask who this is." he asked and Black heard her voice, radio version, over the radio. "Yes Dr. Jackson, my name is Vala Mal Doran, I'm not connected to anyone, but I have something you maybe interested in. If you're looking for something here on earth, I think I just found the coordinates. To where it is." she said and he nodded. "What's it written in, vocals Vala?" he asked her gently then.
And Landry and Teal'C moved to him. "It appears to be Celtic wording, you understand this?" she asked and he nodded. "Daniel needs to see it to know what it is, Vala, hold on, I'm sending Jason Harper and his team topside to come get you, but we're switching continents. The program is research and exploration, trade deals, so whatever we find, you get your piece to it. In excess of sum number, you can live here on earth." Landry said and knew that did it then.
"Very well General, I'm waiting for you." she said and they nodded, as Daniel nodded and Harper nodded and went to get her, before 5 minutes later, he came back in, and Black looked at her double. "New show here on earth, that started this year, I assume, General, she looks just like me." Vala Mal Doran said and Landry nodded. "Indeed Vala, so what you got for us." he asked and she passed the tablet then, to Daniel and nodded smiling then, as he said it then.
"Camelot, we found her." he said and Hammond smiled then. "Celtic gold and silver, whatever said number is, you get your share of it, but you live here on earth. We're switching networks, and the base we're going to is connected to the Ancients." Browder's double said to her then. "Fair enough, this economic appropriations just got a serious economic boost, if we find this, well my new team, my family now." she said and they chuckled and nodded smiling gently.
"Yeah family, you're no older then me, but we share a bond, but question you know of Pyrus?" Daniel asked and she nodded with a bemused smile. "I do, in fact the queen is still using her father's previous customs, I go there from time to time, for food and lodging. I just been careful not to get snatched, let me guess, the trio there got snatched, did exactly. And as your scholar mentor said not to do, and drank the elixir." she said and he nodded as Browder hid a chuckle.
"Yep, and I'm taken already by the queen herself, I just found a trade deal with a nonillion, and enough to bail the program out of the red line. But these 2 are convinced 'if the orders never make sense, then all in your head', but after the trio. They're desperate to hold me here, to keep them from making fools of themselves." he said and she nodded. "Not your job, they should know better then to be drinking anyway." she said sternly and the quartet all went white.
"Turn that tape deck back on, I want to hear this, because you look quite dashing in that red uniform, so that's your favorite show." she said and he hid a smile then as he nodded. "Yeah my boss, second boss is the grandfather of the crew, but this is Q, he's a member. And of the Continuum, and our new rec room's bartender, Guinan, she's a listener, but we got cubs. So the upper levels are residential living, the lower is the base, but hold on." he said and turned it on.
"What the hell is going on?" Jack asked and they heard Sam followed that up with the next question. "Been days since we saw you, before hearing from you next, 'Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm still working at getting you guys out of here, oh in the mean time. I've discovered something incredible.', this sounds matched to the episode, you were pretending. Now, to be tanked and out of your mind, but on a health food binge and protein shake, medical recovery."
"But knowing you better then you know yourself, you tricked them." Adam said to this then. "Well this sounds like the exchange on the episode." Saxon said and he nodded. "It is, with my personal touch, but remember your remark dad, oh I can't, I have my orders. Too Colonel, I obey mine." he said and he and Donald Sutherland smiled. "Is she questioning our decisions, when a mere captain, we gave you orders, to study the damn thing." Freeman said to that.
"She did, but her arrogance is military intelligence, in every way you can say it, but seems this was the sextet's plan, but the sheep lead in trick. And Pyrus got a consolation prize in the form of Jack now, I'm a plant, working for the colony ring, in bringing them back. Jack was the bait, as he waited for you to send Makepeace and Johnson, and we got them all. Carter was the unsuspecting bonus, and the elixir is the symbol, just like his arm." he said and they nodded.
"It's been days since we saw you?" she asked and listening carefully they knew his eyes flicker to another spot in the cave right behind them. "You really care about me, or just getting out of here sooner?" he asked and the generals nodded. "Yes that's going to have them back pedal alright, as you never normally talk that way to him. With you just getting over your cold and you're still recovering from the P.T." Sanderson said, smiling sternly to that.
"For your information the damage done was 30 broken bones, 15 damaged internal organs, my leg was broken in two places. And along with my ankle, I'm still in P.T., Colonel, Captain, that dad and the sextet. Now decided to extend the mission, so sorry, if I never came sooner, I'm getting over the flu. After my P.T. slammed me into the wall here." he said warningly and Hammond nodded, knowing they paled at that news.
"Why didn't you tell us this sooner?!" she said quickly, as her, in real time, started shaking in fear then "Do you really care or are you determined to have me pick the pace, to get you out of here right now, because I'm sure they. That's the medical department, would say keep my head down, do my research. And recuperate, as such, the conditions shifted from hostage situation to trade dealing right now at the moment."
"But after nearly killing 350 miners and guards, you, the SGC, owe them a new mine, Captain." he said and watching as they went even paler, he went further."Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm still working on getting you guys out, oh in the mean time. I've discovered something incredible." he said and she nodded. "Yeah like learning that she's been lying to us for 3 months, and she's in big trouble." Hammond said and Hancock nodded.
"You do know we're dying down here, right?" Jack asked and Matheson sighed at that. "You're dying, how about you causing a cave in, that nearly killed me, or is it only your lives matter here, you self righteous…, well I see no reason here to do anything. I mean anything, to save your sorry but from conviction or worse when I get home. You really stepped there now didn't you, I can have you removed from the program.'
'And forever if you do this, you remember that, well now it's my turn right now, but dark cave, or jail cell, and drugs, if you're looking at the guard behind me in fear. It's he's an alien Segei, your record down to the limit, you are mine now, mine!' Daniel said in shocked disgust. "And that remark is enough to have him convicted for conspiracy and sedition, you just went one better and got them marked for us." Rosen said sternly to that.
"Uh huh, well after trying to kill me the other day, you deserve to be stuck in here, Colonel, he knows who you are, both of you. In fact you walked right into Aramis and Athos's king, his daughter's my betrothal contact. And now I got to fix what you screwed up, a trade deal worth 900 octillion now." he said and they knew Jack had paled. "Well that's enough to scare the crap out of them now." Rosen said, smiling sternly to that.
"How can it worth this much, there's nothing we can give them for what they're offering us!" she said shaking and he smiled. "Actually there is, this is what Addison was talking about: to make peaceful contact, to make friends. Well this was the side portion of the job they created for me, but Farming supplies and livestock. In exchange for some drugs, that should help emergency arrest." he said to her gently.
"Before you ask why I didn't tell you this, I'm working for Sanderson, this was something. That they desperately needed medical technology worth something to the military medical. However Sanderson and Hancock are connected to Dr. Rosen himself, you remember: the psychiatrist looking like Plummer at his current age." he said and they heard a thunk. "Yeah she panicked and tripped over something." Rosen said to that gently.
"But I've taken the opportunity to do a little research on the sarcophagus, it's amazing, in what it does to you when you're already healthy." he said and Anna nodded as she translated that. "Research on the sarcophagus, ordained by Uncle Jerry and the president, you know if your father was in the program at that time. That he's telling you to suck it up Captain, just because you're being hold hostage, doesn't give you the right to question it."
"Question orders given by the president, of the United States of America, and the joint chiefs, your bosses." she said, knowing Sam started shaking. "And again, you're a captain, he's a Lieutenant Colonel, and we're 2 to 5 star generals, who wins here right now. In who he's going to listen to, you two ranks behind, Jack one rank ahead, or us, 3 to 7 ranks ahead." Adam said knowing she realized she was screwed, she couldn't dispute orders without being court martial.
"And definitely when he's no where near recovered yet, so you can just wait right there, till he's recovered enough to return to base, but he's been coming us every days. That this next exchange was enough to land you in the pot, as you boiled alive in your psychosis." Matheson said and knowing they'd panic, realizing it didn't matter what they said. So long as he wasn't healed yet, they were stuck in the mines, till the trade deal was finished as they heard it.
"Whaa, is that really such a good idea?" she asked and she shook her head as Anna sighed. "Dumb question young lady, the medical/psychiatric department demanded a detailed research doctorate on the parameters necessary to keep it off earth right now. Earth and the colony ring, and because Jolinar's knowledge is not enough, we need this. From an Earth human standpoint, because everyone not on earth is an earth human." Matheson said to that remark sternly then.
"Yeah, now the truth is out right now, it takes 6 doses in a broken one, to fix the damage." Carson said to that news. "You questioning the orders of your father, your godfather, and the joint chiefs let alone the president, Captain?" he said her sternly. "Now wait a second, this doesn't sound like something they'd say." she said, shaking and he said it, and Sanderson crossed his arms. "It's got to be Reg's double." La Forge said to that sternly.
"Indeed it was, after we realized we been hijacked by the Keeper, they became convinced, if the orders never make sense. Then we been compromised, only now the orders were real, after Philonius told me, Daniel went to the quartet. Before we went to La Rochelle, and Daniel sent a letter." Teal'C said and they nodded. "Oh are you calling your commander delusional, or brainwashed, even being replaced here, if the orders don't make sense, as the last."
"In times was artificial, this time it's real, like the Keeper jumped back into your head, this doesn't sound like the real General Hammond to you. Then I'm hallucinating as a reason to claim the technology is affecting me. So tell me, what if, when we go home, they heard you're suffering schizophrenia now. The orders don't make sense, then it's a lie right now, brought on by drugs?" he said sternly and they heard it in her voice then.
"Ouch yeah that's a good accusation here, she's convinced here, what we told you is all in your mind right now, and we're not the real deal. And someone's impersonating us, yeah this makes a good reason: psyche eval now." Hammond said sternly, crossing his arms. "In fact I'm willing to bet the blending has altered your memories, one personality. Slowly destroying the primary, that you don't see this for what it is, Argos, in X-rated form."
"So with that, I think we need to have you checked, in an eval, barely 3 months annd already the alter ego is rewiring your memories, Jolinar never checked it. To realize you keep ignoring Argos, to not realize this is Argos in X rated form now. So I wonder how the generals will take it when they find out now, you're suffering a psychosis. Of the orders never make sense, then it's a lie now." he said and they heard a back pedal.
"No I didn't say that, but normally they never take risks with alien technology, that why start now." she said and knew Daniel nodded. "That's never take risks with military technology, but they do with medical technology, Pyrus's leader of the human side. Of the 5th race, they found a way to harness the power of the sarcophagus now. To create life saving drugs, but behind the 17th century facade, they are beyond now."
"Technologically advanced, their skills in chemistry are practically magic, because it's mixed with the healing powers of the sarcophagus. Because the medical department need to see if there's something useful in medical technology out there. I may have just found it, in the form of the effects of it, rather then using the damn thing. And directly, is there a way to synthesize the healing properties of the technology."
"As we're too young to harness that effect, they went to trade with the king, for the arrest drugs, that I'm testing out now." he said and they heard a panicked tone. "Why they never tell us, that's what we came here for." she said and they nodded. "It's because you're too close to the root cause, but, as you're clearly. Now, not thinking straight, when the person running the medical side is a 5 star medical psychiatrist."
"He and his 5 star command counterpart suggested to the president, that they run testing on the damn thing. And followed by a question/answer session with the oldest man alive, as they don't trust whatever you get from Jolinar. 1) and 2) is the fact, she could be as you said about Hathor, who is her master here. And before she became Tok'ra, so needing a human side." he said and they nodded, as she went pale at that news.
"Ouch now there's a beyond brutal opinion, we can't trust her knowledge, just who did Jolinar belong to, before she became a Tok'ra, as she said. When the CIA grants sanctuary to an enemy turncoat, they never trust their intel, they watch them like a Hawk." Riker said smiling sternly and Hammond nodded, knowing Daniel was right then. "What, why would they do this without telling us why we really came here, I have that knowledge, why do they."
"In truth need it, and send us here without telling us why we came?!" they heard her say in fear and Hammond nodded as they heard it. "Young lady, do you really deserve to know that, right now, I'd say that the arrogance of the Goa'uld. Inflated your overly inflated ego right now, but as O'neill said, he's going down, and he wants to take you with him. Now suck it up and wait it out, this mission is not over till we say it is." Hammond said sternly to this attitude.
"And to quote Curry, after the goat said the place was cursed, well there's an informed opinion here." Lou said and Anna started laughing at that. "Said knowledge that never came forward yet, and, so whatever you tell dad, he can hear that from Teal'C. But seems to me this is a psychosis about to start, said you're trying to keep the blame here. On the sarcophagus for sounding like what I am now: a Commander and one here now."
"That is seeing this as you're sick to death of my saving your life, and wanting to take things extra slow now, so with that. Is there something you're trying to hide from them or me right now, if you're against their orders to me. And my spending this much time with the king and Princess?" he asked and they heard Teal'C say it with a bemused smile. "Indeed Captain Carter, why are you so against this." he said to her then gently.
"I was hiding a smile here right now, as they were both looking at him, but the king told me he read her diary, said chapter, and this was enough to completely irk me. So I decided to test her myself, and locked gaze with the guard, and he nodded, before tapping his knee. And I knew the shock of learning she lied to us, said was too much, as two traitors now. I'm the only loyal one now in truth here, after heaing this now." Teal'C said and they nodded in understanding then.
"It's not that, I'm just worried about how that's going to affect you, it could be dangerous." she said and Hammond nodded. "Teal'C, to the generals, dad and the president, the secretary, they see this as anything she gets from Jolinar's memories. They can get from you, you grew up with the technology, you know how it works here, are there any side effects?" Daniel asked and they heard a gentle tone to him then at that.
"The euphoria is going to wear off after a time and back to being you again, but currently, you're thinking the way. That Drew's husband was on the movie, only the roles are reversed right now. With you not done healing yet currently, so said number you give us, with it possibly being broken, is by 3's now. The added side effects, are some extra adrenaline, and the only way to get rid of it, is by excessive Cardio."
"Wearing yourself out right now, you'll be fine, but a couple weeks recovery here now, and then back on the job, it doesn't effect your kalach. And with sum number doses, you're about to tell us now, it's after 50 in a broken one. And 100 in working one, that's dangerous now, as it turns you from good, to so good. That you appear evil to everyone else now, and makes you tell the truth, no matter how much it hurts."
"And that's been known to happen in a human now when the servos inside it start getting old, when broken it triples the dosing here right now. So though looking all healthy, you're not done healing yet, if Commander Philonius is here." he said and Rosen crossed his arms. "That's exactly what he told me, exactly what Pyrus told me, he did the same testing on it I'm doing right now." he said and knew Teal'C nodded then.
"I understand, then you, me and the king are plenty, in reliable intel, she's very young here now, that the generals will see here, that our knowledge. And combined together with the knowledge of the drugs they possess, that can save lives right now." he said and Hammond smiled and nodded. "So two valuable, reliable sources of intel, combined with Daniel's advanced research, how can she deny this now, when Jolinar is not a real Tok'ra at all."
"Young lady don't go there, just because you think your knowledge based on Jolinar's is enough, well it's not, we need a human source of intel. Not a biased opinion, based on 72 hours right now." Adam said, sternly crossing his arms. "Make that 3 actually General, I'm a former host, Camulus's ex minor Quetesh." Vala said and they nodded, smiling. "How long, baby?" Hammond asked her and she sighed. "That's 10 years, the Tok'ra freed me." she said and he nodded.
"So you know the sciences of the sarcophagus, health wise yourself honey?" he asked her and she nodded. "I can also use the healing device, but after a while it starts losing its effect, like normal pain killers, same thing." she said to him and he nodded. "Vala, we need to find that snake in the grass, we don't and we got the Ancient's evil counterparts coming here." Daniel said and she nodded. "Done, I'm coming with you." she said to him and as they heard it quickly.
