Almost Ghost Sighting

A few days later, Byron was the first to wake up that morning. Hours later, after getting ready, he met up with Tree Hugger once again. "Morning," both Tree Hugger and Byron said to each other at the same time.

And then, they just laughed. "Well," said Byron, "We have had the same thoughts together, right?" "Well, that's true," Tree Hugger agreed, "And it's righteous!" "All right then," said Byron, "So what shall we do today, my love?" "Well," said Tree Hugger, "There is a place."

In a few minutes, the two loves came across a part of the woods that they had never been to. This part, however. "Looks like Princess Celestia hasn't done her job properly," Byron said in a joking manner.

This part of the woods is in total darkness. Well, not 100 percent. For some reason, the sun never shines here as it is always nighttime.

"There is a legend of the dark forest," Tree Hugger said, "A forest said to be shrouded in eternal night. And that is what we're witnessing now." "Dark forest?" Byron repeated, "Ok. But I thought it was just a rumor."

A minute passed, "Why don't we go exploring here then?" Byron suggested. "Ok," Tree Hugger agreed. And the two ponies ventured into what they called the Dark Forest. It was just like any other kinds of forests in Equestria, only, as Tree Hugger described it, shrouded in eternal darkness.

"Kind of strange that some maniacal alicorn princess tried to drown all of Equestria in total darkness," Byron said, "Long ago." "Yeah," Tree Hugger agreed, "That was some event. Kind of." "Well," said Byron, "We're seeing that result. Sort of."

"Yep," Tree Hugger agreed. "And I'm not going to believe in another kind of story," Byron added in. "What's that?" Tree Hugger asked. "Oh, just ghosts," Byron answered. "Ok," said Tree Hugger replied.

After an hour of walking through the pitch black forest, both ponies finally came out into real daylight. "Well, that was a unique experience," said Tree Hugger. "Right," Byron agreed, "So what do you want to do next?" "Well," Tree Hugger replied and the two continued on with their journey that day.

However, back in the dark forest, some ghosts did come out from the shadows. It was lucky for Tree Hugger and Byron that they had missed the ghosts' party.
