It wasn't until Izuku was given OFA that he realized he had a Quirk all along. With the ability to evolve Quirks, how will Izuku's Quirk change OFA and the world? Izuku was three when he heard someone say that life wasn't about heroes or anything like that, more of survival, and that he would have to learn that soon. Only when he was four did he truly understand what it meant.
